On 2.5.2018, at about 09-00 a. M, i had ordered; 1) autographix bumber guard for car, its tracking no.[protected]. Along with that, i had also ordered; 2) baby diesel sid... And 3) zibyuu 4pcs invisible clear... And 4) lukzer sun-visor car tissue holder. That, i have received item no.2 to 4 and signed on papers regarding the safe discharge and delivery.
That, i have also received the messages regarding the dispatch and deliver on 9.5.2018 regarding the 2 to 4 items. That, i didn't receive the item no.1 and even i didn't receive the message in this regard also. But when i traced the track i came to know that, the said item no.1 has been delivered to my address. That, i tried to search that, by mistake it might have reached to my neighbours to till 13.5.2018 and i have also informed the same to amazon.in and received the reply. That, i have paid the amount through debit card earlier. After receiving the money from me, you have failed to deliver the item to me. That, as such it is your duty to retain the faith and trust of the customers, as such you have to repay the amount, or else its better to make cod instead of getting money earlier. I hope you do the needful and try it to deliver me or else refund the amount.

    I placed an order of iPhone X worth Rs. 1, 02, 000 at their website in month of December’17 (Order no- #[protected] and I chose the 24 months instalment option for the same while placing my order and have been paying the installment against the same in my Bank (Axis Bank) since, i have paid a total of 3 installments approximately worth Rs 17000 . Still my overdue balance didn’t reduce and hence I contacted the bank and I was informed that my transaction was not converted into emi As they DID NOT RECIEVE ANY CONFIRMATION OR INFORMATION FROM MERCHANT’S SIDE TO DO SO. Amazon being the merchant and not providing correct information for my purchase worth 1 lakh, and hence I have been charged this huge amount of interest from my bank I have been paying as installments since last 3 months, never had I ever expected such UNPROFFESIONAL BEHAVIOUR AND IGNORANT MISTAKE been done by such a big E-Commerce name. For now, Amazon owes me this amount that have been charged by my bank as interest or penalty and not being considering as installments which I opted for while this purchase from their website.
    After trying to resolve this issue with them for more than a month now they have simply stopped responding to my mails and stated they didn't have the information about EMI. I have sent them the proof of my EMI purchase and after that they simply stopped reverting back to me.
    (I have all the proofs of credit card payments made and the purchase)
    I demand my amount reversion from amazon as they are the ones at fault and I can not afford an amount of 17k being wasted all over the 1lakh that is to be paid in bank at once.
    Please get back to me regarding the same as soon as possible and would look forward to an early action.

      I have ordered philips trimmer in amazon, but received nova trimmer.
      Have contacted and reported to amazon on 24-apr, they have escalated my case with seller..

      Amazon told me wait 2-3days to get reponse and later i have contacted them on 3rd may, again they informed me to wait till 11may.
      Today i have contacted them, again they are saying same..

        This has happened 3-4 tints from the courier persons that they will delay the order with my notification & also return the product with my permission. Made the complaint to customer service butt there is no action taken it seems that way... Add the same thing keeps happening again & again.
        But what was most shocking that the chat customer service person sundeep said to me if my order was so urgent then i should purchase it from the local store, if i want my order the same day. Is this the way to talk to the customer, who wanted to gift the product to someone on their birthday.
        That order wad returned to the seller without my permission. & when i made the complaint for both persons, i don't think the action has been taken regarding this both the matters.
        If this is the case then how can we trust three amazon company & it's people, who are not bothered about the clients satisfaction & wants to keep only the amazon company satisfied. If this is the case then let us know that we... Me & my family will not purchase again from amazon. & will also convey the message to friends & relative that this is fraud company only see's their own benefits and profits. Hell with the customers

          Hi!
          After ordering hundreds of products from them, and a relationship of several years this is what amazon has to offer me in return.
          Trusting once again amazon above the local market and other online shopping website (My mistake) i ordered symphony diamond 61ltr - air cooler (Order no.:[protected] which got delivered on 3rd may, after checking the package i came to know that the seller has not sent the free trolley, so i raised the return with amazon, to my surprise its been more than 7days today and nothing has been done by amazon except just sending me emails that your order will be picked up in next 48 business hours – the 48 hours which starts from zero every day.
          They have no control over their courier service provider so they keep lying because of which me and my family is suffering, trusting my relationship with amazon i even requested them to close the issue urgently as i have 3months daughter and its summer time which makes its very difficult for her because of the heat, but all in vain amazon has no sympathy for her too. The people sitting there are not human they are only there for making money, by making innocent consumer fool!
          They have one and only one thing as a solution, big words on email with nothing in reality. My money (Rs 12000) is stuck with them and have nothing as a solution from amazon, i really made a big mistake by trusting and ordering with amazon which i will never repeat.
          Pls help me in getting my money back.

              I am very sorry to say that i had paid rs.30179 for a mobile oneplus 5t on 28 th april and it was cancelled after few minutes and my request for cancellation also accepted. I had been ensured by amazon the amount would reflected in my account 3 to 5 business days but no amount has been credited yet.in this regard, i have contacted many times to customer care & bank whose debit card was used but problem is as it is. After this incident my trust on amazon was broken and i expect to you please maintain your credit in market.

                I placed 2 orders, 1 delivered on time. The second was estimated to receive on 7th may18, which till 12th may18 has not delivered. On 7th may i got an sms stating that delivery will be done today.in evening i called the number given on sms and the person said that he will come on 8th may18. He never came on 8th and i didn't receive any call. Then i got another sms and i called that on 9th may18, now this person says that he doesn't have my parcel with him. Then i connected with amazon on chat on 11th may18. This agent said that the product will be delivered by 11th end of the day, nothing arrived. On 12th i have done 6 chats, 1st one said it will come before 1 pm. I pm i called they said as soon as possible. Then i connected with other agents, all were sending those apology template. One agent said that i will personally do a follow-up and keep you posted every hour, which didn't happen. At the end around 5 pm, i got another sms stating that delivery will not be done and product returned to seller. None of them took responsibility, none of them called. It was total waste of time and effort.

                  I had ordered online a product from amazon india and the delivery address was vikhroli east in mumbai. I have a prime membership and while ordering amazon india had assured me on its website that it will get delivered by 11th may 2018. The courier person from amazon transportation services called me that your parcel has arrived and come to pick it up. But he was calling me from vikhroli west. The delivery person did know that he is at the wrong address and he was calling me on the west side to receive the parcel. I denied him saying that the address is vikhroli east and why are you calling me on the west. He said then he will return the package and deliver it tomorrow. But i denied to that too saying that i had paid extra to get delivery on 11th may 2018. After this he just cut the call. And gave feedback to amazon that he was not able to contact me. I lodged a complaint with amazon india customer care and they assured me that the parcel would be delivered at the right address on 11th may itself. But i didn't receive it on 11th may.

                    How can I accept another product instead of my original ordered product.
                    I need my actual purchase item immediately or else I will lodge complain and go to consumer court

                      There, a lot of fake sellers are messing with customers on Amazon India website, they show very attractive prices of items and after purchasing they never ships the product, the name of seller keeps on changing every day, and the same seller does not show again. Amazon is not taking any steps, talking to their customer care, they say we don't know.

                        A refund has been made by amazon on 4th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                            I would like to complaint on amazom.in as they are fraud the do not not give product inside the packaging and simply told us that product was inside the packaging so we can't help for the same. I have placed and order for Samsung galaxy C7 pro at the time of delivery i received the parcel and gave cash to courier boy after half n hour i unpackes the packaging and i saw that there is nothing expect card board box. and bill of mobile phone. During delivery packaging well and good in condition. and that was had earned money after working 1 month and i got the salary and i placed an order and they simply denied to help me in this. That was my first order with amazon. Pathetic Experience i ever had in my life. They simply denied to help. as well as they denied to take my review on there portal. I want my my mobile phone anyhow.

                              I have ordered de fabulous shampoo from amazon on may 2nd and they have promised to deliver before may 7th. The delivery person contacted me on may 6th but i was unavailable and hence i asked him to deliver on the next day. Then there was no attempt to deliver. I called customer care and they all provided with the wrong updates especially yogita from level-2 team. Being a prime member is of no use as amazon don't treat it seriously.

                                I bought a clear trip local gift card which is worth about of 2000 inr for 1500 inr (After discount) on 04.10.2017 and the order id is '[protected]'.

                                When i tried to use that gift card within the validity period (I. E, before 02.04.2018) it has thrown me error as 'gift card not valid'. Then i called so many times to clear trip customer care, but there was no proper response from them.

                                Then i contacted with amazon customer care with all the details and informed how clear trip not responded to my issue.. I received a response from the team as 'upon checking, i see that the clear trip customer service will reply to the resolution within 2 business days so i'm positive that you will be able to redeem the gift card soon'.

                                It is been almost 40 days, now they are saying gift card validity is over so we can't do anything on this.

                                If the gift card is not redeemable it is completely mistaken by the clear trip team as they issued a wrong code which can't be used any more.

                                It is completely cheating by amazon and clear trip by issuing the wrong gift cards to the esteemed customers to mint the money.

                                I hope this forum team could help me on this respected issue.

                                  I have ordered a new centre table in amazon and they delivered a refurbished product i. E. They fixed an additional wooden piece to hide a broken area. When i tried to replace the product, they didn't provide a pick-up option and expected me to pay for the courier.. This is completely unfair after delivering a broken product and this was the 3rd bad experience with amazon in a month.

                                    I had order and payment by credit card for a cedo round edge 2.5 d tempered glass screen protector on 03.05.2018. Then i was cancelled it in same day. But still today 10.05.2018 i haven't get my refund. The company mail me that refunde amount reflect in my account on 09.05.2018. But i haven't get it. Plz solve my request as soon as possible.                                       I have place two order #[protected] and order #[protected] on 26 april 2018 for subscribing for the month of may and june. I haven't received any calls from amazon for the delivery of product but suddenly i see the status as undelivered and product returned.
                                      I have called to the customer care and they asked me to place a new order.

                                      I will suggest amazon to rectify their delivery process and make sure they delivered products. Contact the customer if see his available rather than returning the product.

                                      I have paid fee for prime membership and they need to refund back my fee for failed services.

                                        I had order for a case of phone in order number[protected] on 14.04.18. I had received the product which is wrong on 10.05.18 much beyond the delivery due date. Now, the product is incompatible. Amazon is not allowing me the return the product stating that the return window is closed on 06.05.18. This is surprising and needs attention for proper customer satisfaction and ease of transaction.
