This is srikanth and i ordered Philips trimmer worth 1399rupees on 30th may 2018 with order no:[protected], but ididn’t receive till 04th june 2018 and when icontacted customer care, i experienced such a bad voice that we customers are not educated enough to talk and listen their irresponsible langauge and with such a great personalities by wasting our valuable time, money and peace of mind. .

i dont understand what amazon thinks about customer are we fools to order pay our money andwait, and you cancel without notice and justification and they even notfeared of legal actions charged in this country how dare amazon is they think“india may sab kuch chalthahey” iwant to sue this company and ask all legal forums to take action so that no customer pass through such pain loss oftime and money and irresponsible behaviour but at last want my order ..

      I ordered redmi 5 phone (Order #[protected] for rs. 8999/- on 1st june 2018. I got the product delivered on 2nd june. But when i opened the packet i found that they delivered a different phone (A cheap chinese phone mu phone of value around rs.[protected]. I immediately contacted the amazon customer care and explain the detail, they have connected me to another team and that person inform me (After checking my detail) that since it was a secured sealed order, they cannot provided a replacement/refund request for me. And i need to contact my local legal authority.

      I need to get my refund and amazon should formed a committee to check for this malpractice as i am no more confident in shopping at amazon.

        I'm a prime customer but amazon is not doing any prime service to me, not even delivery of items i have ordered. This week, i have two orders supposed to be received but none delivered. Below are orders.

        2, order#[protected]

        I doubt, are you legitimately doing business amazon? Why are you not helping customers like me.

        I just called amazon surprisingly after couple of minutes of hold they dropped me! Ha...

        Hope, someone would be seeing this. Else i will think am wasted time/money by choosing this retailer (Amazon).

        Dont want to write like this on amazon but forced to do this.

          Hello,

          I have purchased a phone 'moto - g5 s plus' worth rs. 14999 from amazon online site on 14 jan 2018.

          The product is under warranty and its battery is draining and become worst now.

          When we reached out to the motorola service center, they asked us the invoice where phone's imei number is printed. While, the invoice shared to me by seller no-where had the imei number on invoice. I had the imei number of phone, printed on phone's box, but they denied any service unless they get the invoice where imei is mentioned.

          I called amazon customer service on 14 may 2018 and asked them to get in touch with seller and send me the invoice where imei number is printed.

          They emailed that the issue will be resolved in 5-6 buisness days.

          Till now, they have just kept me waiting and delaying the process as much they can, saying that they are not getting the response from seller and following with him.

          If they are dealing with any seller, it's solely their responsibility to get the work done by seller in timely manner.

          I have been following with them continuously, i can attach the whole conversations so far in the pdf document, but the option only takes one image, so attaching the latest communication received from today, where they are saying to wait more.

          All i want is the replacement of the device, if they are not able to mere print the imei on invoice.

          I am really dissatisfied with the service and want the resolution asap. I also communicationed that i am going to escalate the matter to consumer forum, but that also they took very lightly.

          Please take strict action against them!!

            I ordered shoes and wallet from amazon.in on 13th may 2018.
            Order details are as follows.
            Order #[protected], #[protected] & #[protected].
            Amount of rs.1297/-
            Pay through central bank debit card, but payment was stucked and money will be debited.
            As per our conversation with amazon.in they ask for to put "charge dispute" the transaction as "refund never processed."

            I requested to you please charge a dispute as "refund never processed"
            So please give me transaction dispute number asap.

              Order no[protected]) i ordered a moto g5s on 28th may 2018 it was scheduled to deliver on 4 june 2018 but when i contact amazon on june 4 they told me that it was not shipped yet and will take 48 hr to get shipped. Since i placed the order i always contact amazon. Whenever i asked why the product is not shipped they always give a different answer. Now i cancel the product and they still not initiate the cancellation. This is the worst experience i ever had on eshopping portal

              after i cancel the product a email regarding unable to initiate the cancellation comes from amazon. please resolved the problem
              I am still complain that Amazon/bill.wa charged me on credit card of $ 20.72 dated of April 23, 2018 There is nothing deliver to my place of 1300 Wildflower Circle Washington Pa 15301 I must know that what kind of the order that Amazon charged.
              I buyed kores Easy Cut 891 Paper Shredder from amazon vide invoice no. MH-BOM[protected] of Rs 6800 in the month of May 2017.

              Suddenly that shredder stop working.

              Kindly Repair that shredder as it is not working

              We are facing alot of difficulty

                My order no is[protected]. Also I ordered another 2 items at the same cart so that it would fulfill the free delivery amount above INR 599.

                But for this order[protected], amazon had taken shipping charge.

                They were not supposed to take shipping charge but they had taken the shipping charge from me.

                Please resolve this issue.

                I have brought a 1TB Hard Drive from Amazon on 8th July 2018 and the seller was Vakhariya Trader. The product is still under dispatched status and yet Amazon claims that I would receive the product. Would request Amazon to provide the article at earliest at the said price.

                  I didnt receive the product even after paying one day delivery. But even after 5 days when i didnt receive and calling customer service twice i cancelled the order. Its been 5 days since the cancellation, they are yet to start refund process.

                  They keep saying the same thing over and over that they have escalated the issue. But what am i suppose to do. It is not a small amount, my rs59000 is stuck.

                  Now am just of sick of it.

                    I have this item and amazon india didn't deliver it and deducted rs. 1100 from my account and now they are not refunding it. I have complained several times but amazon india is not responding to me that is the reason i am taking consumer complaints help. I tried to call dealer also but at last i didn't get any response from them too.
                    The company name is nued and the product name is nued natural hair inhibitor for permanent hair reduction

                          I had purchase a voltage stabilizer on 23rd may 2018 & expected delivery date 29th may 2018. After several calls ([protected]) to amazon they don't have any information regarding my order & every call they promised to update the status on my order but they don't have any information.
                          I need my refund with interest and raise the mental harassment case against amazon india

                          I had discussed with these agents (Rajesh/ anand/ sisdesh) multiple times.

They told me their technician will come and solves the problem problem so far nobody come and i have called so many times three times they deployed technician no one come so far now they are saying your return time is over and they are giving any kind of service now my mobile not working pls kindly look in the matter and do the needful

                              Regarding fraud :- sir we have received informattion about amazon offers 5 days ago i. E amazon is offering 50% offer on gadgets like mobiles and laptops to its amazon employees... So we have given money to that person around 2, 2000/- for booking confirmation he sent screen shots of booking... I. E if we order anything on amazon on autherization page (Paying cash on online) we will receive otp from bank if we enter wrong otp also the order will be placed and it wiil show order placed and delivered on this date like something by using this window he sent screent shot of that sent to me... We have lossed our money... Already i have informed to amazon customer care on live chat. Please gtake action on him. I have sent all details to amazon mail please check that for more detail.

                              Please add security i. E if we enter wrong otp it will show enterd otp is wrong and that will be stayed ont that page... Plz do this if not means some persons do fraud like this after we will receive email ragarding order like order failed and show the details of product he sent only screen shot of that product details.

                                  I placed an order for lenovo k8 note on 06 april 2018 through amazon app (Order #[protected]. But on 07 april 2018, i cancelled the order. On 13 april 2018, i placed another order for the same product (Order #[protected], which was delivered on 14 april 2018. The product with order #[protected] was never received by me. However, amazon is claiming that both the products have been delivered, and hence refusing to refund the amount paid against the first order. I have attached the pictures of my amazon order details as seen through my login as on 02 june 2018.

                                  If you can please contact me on my personal email id, i can provide the invoice details for both the products. I can also provide the imei number of both the phones (One that i have and the one which i didn't receive). Kindly do the needful.

                                    I had ordered a product on may 28 the and it has reached on 2nd june that's today.
                                    But i am not at all happy with the way the delivery was done.
                                    I am a working lady... So will not be available at home in weekdays.
                                    In this case the previous deliveries were done by giving it to my neighbours.
                                    But this time the product was lying at my doorstep just like that when i reached home.
                                    What if the product would be stolen and i would not have receive it???
                                    Its just not the right way to deliver.
                                    The delivery man should have at least called my number in my absense.

                                        I had purchased oneplus 6 smartphone on the launch day on 21st may 2018 by paying 39999 over 3 months no-cost emi via sbi card from amazon.in.

                                        I had received the phone a day after which did not contain the charger hence i was suggested to go for a replacement. The replacement arrived on june 1st and the phone contained lots of fingerprints and smudges to which i doubted whether the replacement product delivered is brand new or not. I had shared the images via email which i had clicked immediately upon receipt of the replacement on june 1st.

                                        Upon contacting amazon customer service team, they are insisting for a refund which i am unwilling to go for. I had paid the full amount for a brand new phone and i must get the phone including the launch day offers and cashbacks. If i return and opt for a refund, the launch day cashback offers won’t stay valid and moreover, emi cancellation will be chargeable by the bank.

                                        The launch offers along with no-cost emi options are no longer available so even if i get a refund i won’t be able to get those facilities. So, its my request to you to arrange a replacement for me.

                                        I would like to request you to kindly arrange a proper replacement phone for me as a brand new product.
