Respected sir,
This to resolve an issue related to amazon. Yesterday morning almost about 10 am, i recharge the phone through amazon till now the recharge is not processed.
Please do something to process the recharge faster.
Otherwise please do the necessary things to refund the amount paid.

    I purchased this mobile that was listed under lightening deals (Order #[protected]. They have sent an old stock of this product more than an year old and came as dead. After checking the warranty status online with imei number, i came to know the warranty expires with 2 months and also was registered under different customer name.

    For the past days i was not able to use the phone since the htc support asked me to wait for the reply. But these unethical group never replied back but asked me to use the device with further extension warranty through chat in the beginning.

    This looks like a professional scam carried out by htc and amazon to sell the used stocks under a looting deal like lightening deal. Don't fall into this trap, even they don't allow me to write a negative review for this product to alert people.

    These unethical group will play a game like if you go to amazon for this issue they will ask to go to htc support center, if you go to htc they will ask to visit amazon. Great fraud by these scammers to push the old n useless stocks into customers heads.

    Again please don't fall into this trap and never buy htc mobiles on amazon and feel like cheated later. These people will eat anything for your money.

      Basically it was not looking bad but not worth as per price, so i have initiated request for return of the product.
      This wallet was covered with 30days replacement. First think that amazon person is not at all coming in my pickup point to collect the product, and later...

      Hi. I am subhi. I have ordered a skybag cardiff polyster 52 cm blue travel duffle (Dftcar52blu) on 25th may 2018. My order number was[protected]. Order was to be shipped at chirgaon (284301). I had preferred pay on delivery option.

      In morning, i got a text from amazon india that my order was arriving today. And in afternoon, i got a text that i had returned my order. But no delivery guy has come to give my place to deliver my order neither i have been contacted by any delivery guy.

      So, my complaint is that it is a very unprofessional thing and certainly will erode my confidence on amazon india service as i was waiting to get my order. This is completely a time wasting exercise performed by your employee by making such a false claim and getting rid of his duty by making false claim that customer had returned the order.
      Please take the issue seriously.

        Hello,
        My name is subhash yadav.
        Amazon india has delivered me wrong product although they took the entire amount for the product.
        I ordered oneplus 6 cell 8gb and 128 gb memory and they delivered me 6gb and 64 gb memory variant.
        Customer care people are not at all bother for the same. And they dont reply to the queries.
        When asked for the solution they said to wait for a week and they cannot help in before that.
        Such a way of behavior was not accepted from company like amazon india.
        They have given some third party person authority to raise the complain and look. Non from amazon is involved in this issue.
        Seems lost many things here.

          Hi,

          I have ordered the medicine (Maca capsules) for treatment on 17th may (Order #[protected] and due to no reason and after 3 chat with false expectation set by the executives, the order finally for returned to seller on 27th may, which is really annoying.

          Later, i have again ordered the product (Order #[protected] which got returned today again, none of the courier service had contacted me and no reason has been entntered by the courier guy for returning. When i had the chat with one amazon customer service they set a fake assurance over product delivery.

          Next day again i have ordered the same product and had the chat with the executive, which is of no use. They are not ready to accept their mistake and deliver the product to me. When they made mistake, its their responsibility to correct them.

          Health always plays on top priority of anyone life, becuase of this delay am facing lot of health problem. I would want the neccessary action and update on what action has been taken. Else i dont mind on filing the case on bangalore court.

          This issue was not resolved, even after talking to the floor manager . Attached his irresponsible answer and not ready to take any effort from his side, ever after telling that the pregnancy will be at risk if I dont take the medicine on time

            Placed a request in amazon.in order number is[protected], they delivered the product but it’s of very bad quality i placed a refund request on 24th may pickup was scheduled for 27th may but no one came to pick the item. I had a chat with representatives they said they will be arranging a pickup but no one returned. Yesterday a guy from amazon asked me to cancel the request and raise a fresh request but now they are saying that they can’t provide the pickup facility i have to courier the order they can’t do anything.

            Today i called customer care a guy from your department i don’t remember his name he misbehaved i asked to transfer the call the supervisor was also like him he was not ready to listen he just repeated his sentence thrice and he disconnected the call.

            If your amazon can’t provide pickup service then you shouldn’t deliver bad quality product to customer why should customer bear pain of sending back.

            Please take that product back and refund my money asap and if you don’t want the product back refund my money.

            I am staying in delhi but courier was delivered to bhopal m. P and there my parents stay and they cant courier things.

                    I had ordered a samsung galaxy on7 prime (Gold, 4gb ram + 64gb memory) from amazon, which was delivered on 11/05/18, but in the package i received a wrong product of another brand mobile, at the same time i try to contact customer care, and also i mailed all snapshot of shipping packages, wrong product and invoice to their requirement, then they were given 5 days to conduct the investigation process on their behalf and, if there was no update, i was given more two times 72 hours, but i did not get the solution nor help, and when i contacted again, the amazon team refused my return request because accordingly their investigation result, i have received correct same product not a wrong item, their team had told me wrong and so my return request was denied this reason after such a long wait my return request was closed but the fact is that i have got a wrong product amazon team is cheated with me so please i request you have to handle this issue on your level and get me back to my original product or my money.
                    Please help me sir.,

                        Product cancelled - refund not received

                        Hi,

                        I have made a purchase on amazon on 22/05/2018 for 29265.42/-, same day i have cancelled the product and made another purchase on amazon and waiting for the refund.
                        After two days i called amazon to check the status of the refund. Customer service team has informed me that they have already processed the refund on the same day and my amount would be credited back to my credit card by or before 28/05/2018.

                        After 28st i made couple of calls to amazon to inform that i have not received my refund. They clearly told me they cannot do anything they have already processed the refund and check with your bank.

                        I called my bank number of times they have informed me that their is no refund was initiated from the amazon.

                        I am struggling in between the bank amazon to get my refund and both of the institutes are not helping me out.

                            I placed an order with amazon on 18th april 2018, through icici bank credit card. I cancelled the order on the same day itself. It has been 43 days but my refund for cancelled order @ amazon is not processed back yet.

                            I made the payment through my icici credit card (*300*) for the same. The refund amount from amazon is not credited back yet.

                            I have contacted both the customer cares (Icici and amazon) multiple times. But it is not resolved yet.
                            Amazon has shared the reference number 112398. But icici guys are not able to locate it.
                            What can i do to get the refund processed back to my credit card?
                            Can i raise the concern anywhere else?
                            Charge disputes also file with the bank

                            Not happy with the service they all blaiming each other
                            Amazon say there is problem with icici database and bank say amazon not paid any amount in my account

                            Totally confuse already contact with your customer service team multiple times

                              I made a prepaid order of redmi 5 mobile for rs 7500 on 14.05.2018, but still, i haven't received the product. I lodged so many complaints (5 times) to customer care, but they divert me to contact other numbers and mail, i have tried both the mail id and toll-free number on 26.05.2018, but no reply. They looted my money 7500inr and didn't, t deliver yet. I am totally disappointed. And 29.01.2018 i got tracking details that is product got delivered in amazon pick up point and get it from there. So i have approached amazon pickup point to get the product, but they easily replied not yet received (Wasted 100 rupees for petrol to reach the amazon pick up point) and a customer care asked me to send mail to some email id (Wasted browsing charge 50rupees). They makes wasting my time (Spent 3 hours) and money in different ways but they doesnt do any replacement and priority to deliver my product. I need compensation and my mobile. Cheated by amazon india, already i have been waiting 16 days still they asked me to wait and not giving date to delivery. I am totally disappointed.                                 I bought a mobile redmi 4 from amazon sold by green mobiles. That blasted to complain and claim i require invoice with imei number but i didn't found imei number in invoice that provided by amazon so please provide me invoice with imei number.

                                  I purchased a kettle through amazon india sold by the online home store, the product was delivered through india post, once the product is recieved it found that the product is in damaged condition. I made a return and refund request for the product through amazon. They provided a return formalities and asked me to courier the product to some address and the courier charges also made from my pocket, it has been couriered on 19.05.2018 through professional couriers and doc no is kmi411394 almost 10 days has gone after they received they have removed the return and refund option and to check the status also. Now i didn't receive any refund from amazon. I have contacted them but no response. I need my money back.

                                  I book my ldce guide book but It has sent me the wrong book which is the book of swami publication and not the guide . I request to the Amazon officers to take my this wrong parcel and give me my original parcel

                                    My sel[censored]sman shaikh, i ordered a product (Ajm primium quality mhl wire kit worth rs. 609/-) from amazon on 8th april 2018. But i am not satisfied with the product so i returned the mhl wire kit on 12th april 2018 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 12th april 2018, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 509/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "012826" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "012826") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 509/- and name - usman ahaikh,

                                      I have ordered a 100%original lenovo bl 243 2900 mahli ion battery for lenovo k3 note mobile on7/11/2017 and payment rs 695/-also made through online on same day. My order no.[protected] dt.27.11.2017. But till now i have not received the said battery or return the money. Several email has been done in this regards, but no responded by them.
