I have ordered under armour men's ua charged ultimate tr 2.0 ultra blue and glacier grey multisport training shoes - 10 uk/india (45 eu) and seller cancelled the order with reason which i get to know from customer support that they have given more discount on that item. Was that my fault i had paid in advance. I want my order to be delivered as i had also not received the payment yet

    I bought a single mattress online from amazon by paying rs 3500 from my credit card online. But the size of mattress is not compatible with bed. So i requested for exchange but the vendor springwel is asking for rs 2500 more, 1000 the differential amount and rs 1500 unreasonable logistic charges. Vendor springwel is even not willing to return the mattress and refund my money. It is really disturbing that vendor springwel is acting like a dictator and cheater and amazon is unable to do anything. We have bought the product on the reliability of amazon and a to z security.

      I have ordered this product on 7th may 2018 through cod from amazon.in, i received the product yesterday, but when i opened the box there was no item inside it. I complaint to customer care about the incident and i was advised to return the item and initiate pick up. The pick up was scheduled today, and when the delivery agent came to my house for pick up, he talked to the amazon customer care. They said to cancel the pick up now. They will investigate the matter and let me know later. I have paid the cod order through my debit card swipe.in yesterday's telephonic conversation they said to reurn the box and they will refund the amount. But today they cancelled my return pick up.

          I am regret to wrire i purchases from your on line shoping a dvd ibell now i am not satishfied from proudect beciause product diffect not right proudct so i want to return this proudct but your sight not shown that you have purchases such dvd from us the message shown that no purchases from last 30 days. It very wrong statement by your sight i purchases about 15 may such puoudct and payment by my credit card. But your sight not showing any purchases. Now guide me how can i return my dvd to you.                 I delivered an american tourister casual backpack through one day delivery . The delivery boy came down my apartment and started convincing me to come downstairs from the fourth floor.Does amazon deliver at the doorstep or on the road. The delivery boy denied his duty to come upstairs and delivery at my home. I denied to go downstairs as i was fasting in the holy month of ramadan. On calling the delivery boy was rude and using rough language. I called amazon customer care and discussed my issue. I was told that i will receive my parcel from another the courier the same day . I waited for about 6 hrs then before 9 pm i contacted the customer service again . I was promised that i will receive the parcel before 9 pm. I didn't receive the parcel and after 9 pm i contacted the customer service and was promised that the parcel would get delivered before 10 pm. I didn't receive any. And then contacted again the only words they could say was that they apologise and i will receive the product the next day. So who is responsible for the inconvinience caused to me? What was the point of opting for one day delivery if i were to receive the product after two days. Amazon has the worst delivery service. The delivery boy named Vijendra was so rude in language. Amazon think their company is very big and don't know that what a single customer can do.Worst company ever.

                  I had bought amazon prime on 21 may since i had to purchase the one plus6 mobile on amazon.in on 21 may 2018 based on delivery date mentioned on the website i. E 22 may 2018 at the time of ordering. They changed the delivery date to 23 may 2018 and delivered the mobile box in an open state. The mobile box was opened when they delivered the same mentioning that they can deliver the mobile only after opening the box. On reaching out to amazon customer service for both matters the only response given was we are sorry and one of their customer service agent offered 1 month amazon prime subscription free which i refused to accept. The purpose of buying the mobile was to gift the same to my daughter on 22 may which was missed while i had promised her the same. Also since the mobile box was opened and delivered i could not give it to her as a gift leaving me in an embarrassed in the eyes of my own family. This has affected me on a personal front and am feeling cheated by amazon india.

                    I have bought the oneplus 6 whose order number is #[protected] using a sbi debit card. So as far mentioned in the website one who uses oneplus fast af card will get rs.1000 cashback. Also one who buys using sbi debit card gets rs. 2000 cashback. As of now i neither have got back any of the cash back...in total of all i need rs. 3000 cashback as soon as possible.

                      I ordered a mobile from amazon.in.
                      It was delivered to me by apr 02. On apr 22, the display went blank all of a sudden.

                      I contacted amazon's customer support and explained the issue they are asking me to contact the seller (Yaantra).

                      But yaantra is not responding to my e-mails. Their number[protected] is not in service.

                      Amazon is asking me to wait for 24-48 hours each and every time i am contacting them.

                      It is been more than a month and my issue not resolved yet.

                      I am waiting for more than a month to get this resolved. But Amazon's customer care executive is not even understanding customer's concern. They are disconnecting the chat just like that.

                      Amazon is stating that they take the responsibility of fulfillment. My feedback on seller was strike through.
                      But Amazon has not provided any resolution for this issue yet.

                        I have ordered one item from amazon on 22 may and which was suppose to be deliver yesterday but i haven't got any delivery yet and also cant get any information why this happen whenever i tried to contact the amazon agent they disconnect my call without any reason. I have also contacted your customer service and i have to say the service was terrible they lies too much. Now i just want to ask why you guys do this to me did you guys don't want to deliver my item even the payment already made.

                          The above order id:[protected] for the dc generator i have placed was still not delivered up to 23rd may 2018. When i contacted to the bluedart bhopal office at mp nagar bhopal they denied to deliver the order to me even personally.

                          Just after having the talk with the bluedart personals at mp nagar office, i got the cancellation of order sms at my registered no. The registration sms was contained toll free no. Which was not reachable. I have tried the call for 4 times and for 3 times they made me to wait for long duration.

                          The bluedart personal behavior towards customer service was very ill and i would now never prefer to shop anything from amazon.

                          You have wasted my precious time, the order was urgently required to me.

                          I would like to go for high authorities regarding cancellation of my order without valid reasons, and also requires proper reason for wasting my time and cancellations of order.

                            We bought an alexa back in dec. Of 2017 we could not get the service to work, so we took alexa back to store. We thought we had canceled the service. But i keep getting charged every month $11.32 and it continually causing my account to be overdrawn. I have found no way to unsubscribe, or even a phone #. I need this taken care of.                               I ordered wireless headphones from amazon.in on 29/03/18 and received on 03/04/18 i got defective product so when i informed amazon they told me to courier it to their address which i sent and they have received on 19/04/18. I got a confirmation through message that if i have paid then my refund would be processed but it's been 35 days i m following up but now i got a mail that they have discarded my courier as it was not the same product. How can i accept it after 35 days that the product you received is not the same one. Why did u sent an acknowledgement at that time when you received the courier?? Amazon i need an answer for this and i need my money back to my account. I need a proof that when you opened my courier it was not the same product. Because of your carelessness i can not leave this issue here and you can't blame us for your carelessness.

                                Wish facebook comes with negative rating i would be glad to give amazon indian the most negative rating a customer can.
                                Ordered one plus 6 got the delivery on time. The phone came out to be defective called the amazon for replacement i was informed first tech guy would diagnose the phone submit a report and then wil push for replacement.
                                The next thing i did was walked in to the service center. They diagnosed the phone and informed me that the phone is defective and i am eligible for replacement.
                                They provided me with a doa certificate and asked me to mail amazon and they shall send replacement
                                I then called amazon and informed the same they said they are not concerned with any doa certificate they follow there own policy which is tech person wil submit the report and his report would be considered apart from that they are out of stock so as in when the stock comes in then they will be able to send a phone no commitment on the date so it could take a month also.
                                I asked for refund they said its not possible. No replacement no refund they just going to sit with consumers money and relax

                                    Hi,

                                    I have made a purchase on Amazon on 15/05/2018 for 12632.40/-, Same day i have cancelled the product and made another purchase on Amazon and waiting for the refund.
                                    After two days i called amazon to check the status of the refund. Customer service team has informed me that they have already processed the refund on the same day and my amount would be credited back to my credit card by or before 21/05/2018.

                                    After 21st i made couple of calls to Amazon to inform that i have not received my refund. They clearly told me they cannot do anything they have already processed the refund and check with your Bank.

                                    I called my bank number of times they have informed me that their is no refund was initiated from the Amazon, s end.

                                    I am struggling in between the bank Amazon to get my refund and both of the institutes are not helping me out.

                                      I ordered boat rockerz 400 wireless headphone from amazon india.
                                      I have received wrong product from a seller but my order status showing as cancelled on amazon site. Have done online payment for same.

                                      Issue pending for more than one month now. I have written so may mail to amazon but i am only getting the false commitment on mail. I have already shared all snapshots of products to amazon on mail.

                                        I ordered the "huawei p20 light black" on 19th may with cost of 19999.00 inr, it got delivered to me on monday 21st may 18, and when i opened the shipment bag, i was wondering that inside the bag there was "power 2" mobile phone, this is really pathetic, and worst experience i had ever with amazon,
