I replaced a phone one plus 5t worth rs 33000. Courier delivered to amazon on 21st march and they informed me on 24th that they got empty box. I had insurance from dtdc but amazon is not disclosing any information about the box. Neither they are retuning the box nor giving any details about the same. Must say so non cooperative e-commerce company.

    My name is asma ambreen and my account number is[protected], canara bank abdullah hall aligarh branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 730 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 730 has been initiated on 19 april 2018 and it will be credited to my account on 25 april, 2018. Till now (30 april 2018), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

    I understand your concern regarding refund status of your order.

    Your refund of rs.730 has been processed successfully on 4/19/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 4/25/2018.

    If the amount is not yet credited to your account, i request you to please contact your bank's customer care and quote the refund reference number, they will be able to locate the pending refund and will help you in crediting the same to your account.

    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 152100

    If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

    I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use and call disconnected. Please resolve it and credit my refund into my account.

      I placed the order on 27th of April and was getting regular SMS updates regarding the arrival of the product. And suddenly today I got the message that your order is being returned back as it was refused by you at the time of delivery.
      When the fact is, nobody has arrived to deliver the order.
      This is third order in last 9 months for which the same thing has been repeated. Previously also the local delivery man behaved very badly and was denying to deliver the order.
      Called amazon customer service numerous times, but they did not take any action on the local courier service provider and asked me to place the order again.
      Today also same thing happened.

        I purchased a product on amazon on 13th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 7 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Please check confirm the status if you response was worst in mail too i am going to the file in banking ombudsman

          Subject product was ordered on 26-april-2018 using prime membership and was supposed to be delivered on 27-april-2018.
          This product was never delivered to me or any of my family members, however, i got the update on sms that this product has been delivered. Same is being featured as delivered on the website as well without being actually delivered.
          This issue was raised on customer care as well but there is no further update on this.
          Although, the product costs inr 299/- only but the hassle in getting this product is disappointing.

            I have ordered syska elite 10050 mah power bank from amazon on 17th april 2018 and its order number is[protected] at rs 1, 100. For the same i got delivery on 25th april 2018 and i accepted the delivery and paid the said amount to gati courier. All the detalis on bill was mention asper the order and when i actually checked the product it was syska power 78 i. E of 7800 mah and on the box there is also a printed lable stick by seller of syska elite 10050 mah whiye new. Soon about this issue i informed amazon customer care service and they asked me to send a mail with snap shot of the things to the mail sent by them to my registered email id with amazon.
            I haven soon send the mail with required information to them, but there is no update from their side and when i am calling cutomer care they are asking me to take refund but i refused to take refund and asked them to provide me with right product, nearly around 67 minutes i had talked with them but they were saying that now product is out of stock and we will not be able to provide replacement you will be getting refund of the amout paid. I tlod that its not the issue of refund its issue of product manuplated and send to me and dint got any solution for getting for right product. I ask about what action you are taking against seller for this they told we will do but i dint got any update related and call for the same for issue as i am the victim there no complaint number received to me on my email id or mobile number registered with them. I want to file a case against amazon for doing such kind of fraud with customer. I do have all the required proof for the said issue.

              I am already given the mail confirmation from Gionee that mail clearly mentioned this device is already out of warranty. I'm purchased a fresh handset not second hand, now Amazon no response

                  I bought a new laptop from amazon lastweek . Warranty of that laptop already expired. Called so many times to amazon but not received anything. Gave a call to HP for warranty expired issue they said issue with your invoice .

                  Hp laptop cost is fifty thousand. Totally helpless. Now neither Amazon nor HP, no one is helping on the same

                  I ordered a dslr camera from amazon on 15 april, 2018 but due to some reasons I cancelled the order on same date. According to amazon, they initiated my refund on 19th april but its 27th april and still I have not got my refund, they are telling me to contact the SBI bank customer care but when i contacted them, they told me to go to bank branch, when i went to bank branch, they told me to contact amazon only. No one is taking my issue seriously and my refund of ₹16555 is still not credited.

                    But till now I have not received my return amount. Several mails is been sent, telephonic discussion done with customer care, every one assured to resolve within 48 hrs. but till now it is not received.
                    This is pending sense 7 weeks.

                      I have received a call from an agent from amazon to send 2000, so that i will get a job in amazon. Later, i was informed to transfer 2000 again. I have transferred 4000 totally and now the number is not reachable. Below are the details.

                        I have purchased a gionee a1 mobile, one tempered glass and onsite go extended warranty pack for one year from Amazon india website on 25/11/2017, due to battery charge complaint issue on 25/04/2018 I'm visited gionee service center cochin, kerala. while visiting services center, team confirmed its a battery issue. For reorder a battery that service center team enter my imei on there system its showing already active my gionee device on 11/06/2017.your warranty is already over 6 months, they can't replace the battery in warranty, So some one used second hand mobile Amazon send to me on 25/11/2017.while purchase this gionee A1 For best rating seller I have paid Rs. 1000 for extra from Amazon, now I'm cheated with Amazon. Already someone used mobile sending to me. So I will share whole details to social media. Please investigate this matter and please take a action against this cheating

                          I want to inform u that I have purchased mobile Moto g5s plus on 24.10.2017. Now there is problem in charging of mobile since a week. Mobile takes too much time in charging and also battery doesn't get fully charged. In Half an hour only two to three percent of battery gets charged. The mobile is under warranty period. and copy of bill is also attached. So you are requested either to replace the mobile or to cure the defect at the earliest. Thanks .

                            This is regarding the return for an order #[protected]. I raised a return for this item on april 11, 2018. It had been picked up from my place by their courier partner after verification of proper tags and other features without any issue. Now i got an email (No phone) from amazon on april 21, 2018 that the item which i had returned is not the same. I requested amazon to check with their courier partners because he picked it up after verifying all parameters. Also when i told amazon to send me the pictures of the t-shirt which you have received they said we have discarded the item. Rather than checking with their courier partners they are blaming me. I am not new to amazon and buying products from them from last 5 years. I don't think anyone can do such cheap thing just for the sake of rs 719. At least they should have checked with the courier partner once. I request you to kindly look into this matter. Hoping for the positive reply soon.

                            My concern is why the courier guy has not been investigated when he successfully collected the item after verifying all parameters. Moreover on being asked to send me the picture what seller received, I got an answer that they have discarded the item. Which is difficult to digest. But being a customer I am bearing a loss.

I had contact with amazon but they provide refund reference number and suggest to fill charge dispute.

                                I have purchased webcam from amazon and received the package yesterday. And they webcams are not working. When i try returning the product it says not eligible for return.
                                I called customer service and told them the products which i received yesterday from amazon are faulty. Then they were saying to send the products to vendor by some private courier. Then they will look into it. I don't understand why i should courier to vendor if i have received faulty products from amazon.
                                Please help me resolve my problem.

My first order was cancelled and i contacted amazon executives they told me that sir pls order again and this thing will not repeat and if same happens again then amazon will provide you free replacement and they have sent me mail that if amazon fails to deliver your order amazon will provide free replacement and i ordered again and my order again was cancelled and again i contacted amazon executives and now they are telling me that sir our executives have made wrong commitment and making excuses.                                     This is in regard with the purchase of a ceiling fan from Amazon.in for which the order was placed on 2.04.2018 with order number[protected] and an amount of INR 2849.00 was paid for the same. The order got delivered on 7.04.2018 to me. When I opened the package, I found the small plastic cup of the fan was damaged. I requested for a replacement for the same. On 9.04.2018 the package got collected from my residence. On 10.04.2018 I received a message from Amazon that said that the replacement order I requested on got cancelled. Upon talking with Amazon, they said that the package was not picked up. Later on communicating with Mr Arjun from Amazon by Email, I received a confirmation mail stating that the package has been collected and is in transit and the refund will be processed once the package reaches Amazon fulfillment center which would be within 10 days from pickup. Today being 16th day from pickup, I mailed them again for the update and I am asked to wait for 3 more days. Amazon being a big company has many employees and every time I call them I need to explain every person as to what I am facing and the same gets more and more difficult to follow up. The executives promise a call back but never call. I have no other option than to raise this issue to the court of law. I have attached the screenshot of the confirmation mail that I received from Amazon. Also since I live in a society under CCTV surveillance, I will be able to get the recording of the pickup.
                                    Now they have stopped responding to my mails and messages.
                                    Please help me get back my hard earned money. Also the people should know that Amazon cannot be trusted as much they claim to be trusted.

                                    The lady who called me said that there was a telephonic call made from the person from the transportation department of amazon and that I had cancelled the scheduled pick up. I asked her to check the phone records and then conclude on things and she refused to do so.

                                    If there is any phone record where I spoke to Amazon pickup agent then only there is a possibility for them to ask the same but here since they are not investigating and only concluding, things will not solve. Because they are lying on this and trying to cover up their mistake and save the thief from their side.

                                      I made an online payment of Rs.8999 to buy mobile from www.amazon.in, my payment failed but the amount got debited from my account.Now both my HDFC bank and Amazon is not ready to refund my amount.

                                      On 23rd February, 2018 my mobile got delivered from amazon, the delivery boy asked me to pay through an Ezap link. The amount of Rs.8999 got debited from my account but the delivery boy said he did not get confirmation so he cannot give me the mobile.He went away with the mobile saying I have cancelled your order, your money will get refunded.

                                      I raised complain with HDFC bank. Customer care people asked me to wait for 15 days for refund. After 15 days they said amount got successfully credited to merchant account so check with amazon.

                                      Now amazon customer care asked me fill refund dispute form in HDFC back.I filled the dispute form and they asked me to wait for 30 working days. When i followed up with bank again they said the amount got credited to merchant account.

                                      When I forwarded this to amazon they are confirming that the payment failed and they did not received the money so check with bank.

                                      I have attached the bank statement for reference.Kindly let me know how to proceed as I am helpless.
