Dear sir,
My name is deep rai email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 22 days. Reason is that my friend placed a order on amazon, by mistake he filled wrong credit card number. When he realised that he cancelled the order immediately. (He didn’t tell me about this until i confronted him)
When i tried to buy something for myself, my order automatically got cancelled and later i see my account is locked with my money ie 7, 999 rupees stuck in amazon pay balance. I tried to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card filled was wrong and i’m not even aware of that. I also try to fax my own debit card details but fax no. Which they given says transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me. Also ive again mailed with all details that happen with me but they are not responding. I’ve wrote and waited almost every day for almost 22 days now. Frustration level is on the peak. It’s more like stealing my money and not even returning. They are not helping me, please help me sir 😓
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
