I had a been delivered a duplicate-defective Microsoft Xbox 360 console (product) bought on 24/1/2018 on Amazon worth 14999, returned on 2/22018.
I had requested refund through account transfer all details were shared on 31/1/2018 itself.
Despite that a cheque drawn on Deutsche Bank with limited at par banking branches (less than 10, not payable at my city) was issued.
Almost daily calls for refund...

Books ordered. Website shows that it is delivered but the purchaser has not received it. No tracking information nor the name of the courier is provided by the website and the phone numbers provided are inaccessible. The website does not give an option to complain. Please take immediate action.
