I had bought amazon prime on 21 may since i had to purchase the one plus6 mobile on amazon.in on 21 may 2018 based on delivery date mentioned on the website i. E 22 may 2018 at the time of ordering. They changed the delivery date to 23 may 2018 and delivered the mobile box in an open state. The mobile box was opened when they delivered the same mentioning that they can deliver the mobile only after opening the box. On reaching out to amazon customer service for both matters the only response given was we are sorry and one of their customer service agent offered 1 month amazon prime subscription free which i refused to accept. The purpose of buying the mobile was to gift the same to my daughter on 22 may which was missed while i had promised her the same. Also since the mobile box was opened and delivered i could not give it to her as a gift leaving me in an embarrassed in the eyes of my own family. This has affected me on a personal front and am feeling cheated by amazon india.

I Have Purchased Moto G5 S Plus mobile in Amazon Prime account on 16th may 18. still i am waiting for product.

i called may times to amazon customer care service they saying same story every time.

they are not responding properly and i am disappointed with this service.

Really bad and worst service.

    I have bought the oneplus 6 whose order number is #[protected] using a sbi debit card. So as far mentioned in the website one who uses oneplus fast af card will get rs.1000 cashback. Also one who buys using sbi debit card gets rs. 2000 cashback. As of now i neither have got back any of the cash back...in total of all i need rs. 3000 cashback as soon as possible.

      I ordered a mobile from amazon.in.
      It was delivered to me by apr 02. On apr 22, the display went blank all of a sudden.

      I contacted amazon's customer support and explained the issue they are asking me to contact the seller (Yaantra).

      But yaantra is not responding to my e-mails. Their number[protected] is not in service.

      Amazon is asking me to wait for 24-48 hours each and every time i am contacting them.

      It is been more than a month and my issue not resolved yet.

      I am waiting for more than a month to get this resolved. But Amazon's customer care executive is not even understanding customer's concern. They are disconnecting the chat just like that.

      Amazon is stating that they take the responsibility of fulfillment. My feedback on seller was strike through.
      But Amazon has not provided any resolution for this issue yet.

        I have ordered one item from amazon on 22 may and which was suppose to be deliver yesterday but i haven't got any delivery yet and also cant get any information why this happen whenever i tried to contact the amazon agent they disconnect my call without any reason. I have also contacted your customer service and i have to say the service was terrible they lies too much. Now i just want to ask why you guys do this to me did you guys don't want to deliver my item even the payment already made.

          Dear sir,

          The above order id:[protected] for the dc generator i have placed was still not delivered up to 23rd may 2018. When i contacted to the bluedart bhopal office at mp nagar bhopal they denied to deliver the order to me even personally.

          Just after having the talk with the bluedart personals at mp nagar office, i got the cancellation of order sms at my registered no. The registration sms was contained toll free no. Which was not reachable. I have tried the call for 4 times and for 3 times they made me to wait for long duration.

          The bluedart personal behavior towards customer service was very ill and i would now never prefer to shop anything from amazon.

          You have wasted my precious time, the order was urgently required to me.

          I would like to go for high authorities regarding cancellation of my order without valid reasons, and also requires proper reason for wasting my time and cancellations of order.

            We bought an alexa back in dec. Of 2017 we could not get the service to work, so we took alexa back to store. We thought we had canceled the service. But i keep getting charged every month $11.32 and it continually causing my account to be overdrawn. I have found no way to unsubscribe, or even a phone #. I need this taken care of.               I ordered wireless headphones from amazon.in on 29/03/18 and received on 03/04/18 i got defective product so when i informed amazon they told me to courier it to their address which i sent and they have received on 19/04/18. I got a confirmation through message that if i have paid then my refund would be processed but it's been 35 days i m following up but now i got a mail that they have discarded my courier as it was not the same product. How can i accept it after 35 days that the product you received is not the same one. Why did u sent an acknowledgement at that time when you received the courier?? Amazon i need an answer for this and i need my money back to my account. I need a proof that when you opened my courier it was not the same product. Because of your carelessness i can not leave this issue here and you can't blame us for your carelessness.

                Wish facebook comes with negative rating i would be glad to give amazon indian the most negative rating a customer can.
                Ordered one plus 6 got the delivery on time. The phone came out to be defective called the amazon for replacement i was informed first tech guy would diagnose the phone submit a report and then wil push for replacement.
                The next thing i did was walked in to the service center. They diagnosed the phone and informed me that the phone is defective and i am eligible for replacement.
                They provided me with a doa certificate and asked me to mail amazon and they shall send replacement
                I then called amazon and informed the same they said they are not concerned with any doa certificate they follow there own policy which is tech person wil submit the report and his report would be considered apart from that they are out of stock so as in when the stock comes in then they will be able to send a phone no commitment on the date so it could take a month also.
                I asked for refund they said its not possible. No replacement no refund they just going to sit with consumers money and relax

                    Hi,

                    I have made a purchase on Amazon on 15/05/2018 for 12632.40/-, Same day i have cancelled the product and made another purchase on Amazon and waiting for the refund.
                    After two days i called amazon to check the status of the refund. Customer service team has informed me that they have already processed the refund on the same day and my amount would be credited back to my credit card by or before 21/05/2018.

                    After 21st i made couple of calls to Amazon to inform that i have not received my refund. They clearly told me they cannot do anything they have already processed the refund and check with your Bank.

                    I called my bank number of times they have informed me that their is no refund was initiated from the Amazon, s end.

                    I am struggling in between the bank Amazon to get my refund and both of the institutes are not helping me out.

                      I ordered boat rockerz 400 wireless headphone from amazon india.
                      I have received wrong product from a seller but my order status showing as cancelled on amazon site. Have done online payment for same.

                      Issue pending for more than one month now. I have written so may mail to amazon but i am only getting the false commitment on mail. I have already shared all snapshots of products to amazon on mail.

                        I ordered the "huawei p20 light black" on 19th may with cost of 19999.00 inr, it got delivered to me on monday 21st may 18, and when i opened the shipment bag, i was wondering that inside the bag there was "power 2" mobile phone, this is really pathetic, and worst experience i had ever with amazon,

                        Now my 20000 inr got stuck, and i did not received anything

                          I saw employee requirement advertisement in olx. I applied supervisor post and i was sent soft copy of resume, photo, i'd proof, educational and experience documents, on 28th may 2018. I got a confirmation letter and one resource processing form amazon jobs from message and mail. I filled that form and replied that ([protected]@hramazoncare.com) mail. One person called you deposit rs. 1550 for uniform.

                            I had ordered for puma shoes costing 1200/- from amazon which was big in size. Had requested for exchange when it had reached the warehouse on 8th it was mentioned by the rep of amazon that it will 3 business days for amount to be refunded. I was waiting kept on calling them after 3 working days they had mentioned it will take some more time. On 15th on chat helpline rep mentioned thar product they have received is faulty so refund cannot be initiated. Immediately i called another rep sorry for inconvinece we are refunding the amount by 22nd you get the money back. She was not able to see anything that they have received faulty product. Today on 23rd when i called to ask regarding refund he is saying that product is faulty refund cannot be send. I said alright when i have send you the incorrect stuff please return me the same or send me the pic. As per them thry donot have that stuff with them so they cannot send me back that faulty shoes. Amazon now wants to make money by stealing money of the customers. This is heights from this kind of the company to do this kind unprofessional. They are theives who are sitting over there.

                              My name is deep rai email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 22 days. Reason is that my friend placed a order on amazon, by mistake he filled wrong credit card number. When he realised that he cancelled the order immediately. (He didn’t tell me about this until i confronted him)
                              When i tried to buy something for myself, my order automatically got cancelled and later i see my account is locked with my money ie 7, 999 rupees stuck in amazon pay balance. I tried to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card filled was wrong and i’m not even aware of that. I also try to fax my own debit card details but fax no. Which they given says transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me. Also ive again mailed with all details that happen with me but they are not responding. I’ve wrote and waited almost every day for almost 22 days now. Frustration level is on the peak. It’s more like stealing my money and not even returning. They are not helping me, please help me sir 😓

                                I had received a damaged product, and returned it to the seller already..., since then, i'm waiting for my refund money, and yet nothing is happening no calls, no emails about my refund money! Long back, i was told by one of the customer representatives that i'm going to receive the money check soon, being prime member and of course being a frequent buyer of the amazon i think i should have this much of privilege to be updated regarding my query for which i'm concerned!

                                Have one more complaint against the prime membership Amazon, purchased one year of prime membership in INR 999, and when I purchased at that time it was written clearly that this facility is for one year, now I'm checking my bank account details and I get to see this ! INR 999 they are taking every month from my account! This is an act of fraudulent ! And for which I'm not convinced at all! But reluctantly I'm forced to pay each month 999! Sounds disgusting! it is disgusting..., but have no other choice! But to pay 😒 because, if I disagree to pay, they will stop giving me that facility and on which prime stick i have already invested would go waisted ☹ assuming, how this will end...

                                  With paid rs. 1800/- i paid payment by punjab national bank (Pnb) debit card. My product automatically canceled by seller. But i did not get refund my money. I talked with amazon costumer care, but they said that your refund done but i did not receive

                                    Pickeup successful but after 3 hr msg in my mobile that return request cancel of product bitterlime

                                    Amazon agen was pickup my product then they send me msg like that
                                    I called customer care 4-5 time but they said wait we will check
                                    But no one help me
                                    Its their agent fault and they said me please wait if your product deliver in out warehouse then refund ho jayega

                                      I ordered a phillips trimmer model no. Bt 7206/15 from amazon, but i received the nova trimmer model no. Nhc-9011 which is far less quality product than what i had ordered. It was a very bad experience and i am very disappointed with this kind of service from such a reputed firm. From the customer's feedback and complaints, i got to know that this thing happened with other customers as well. I had filed the complaint against this, but even after repeated emails and phone calls, i did not get the replacement done.

                                        Pathetic delivery.. The delivery did not even came to the destination and marked as product rejected by me. I tried calling him 10 times, his number was coming switch off and amazon is now refusing to deliver it again, they are like you need to order the product again, the product is now no more at discount and even my funds are blocked they took 7 # days to deliver the product and now more 7 days to refund the same, well the product i ordered was for exchange, i did a factory reset of mine exchange device and was waiting like an # and that shady guy updated as rejected by me. I called customer care for 10 times and they are the same we cannot help you out and just saying sorry for the same thing, they are not even having the number of the delivery boy or the transportation services.
