I bought a clear trip local gift card which is worth about of 2000 inr for 1500 inr (After discount) on 04.10.2017 and the order id is '[protected]'.

When i tried to use that gift card within the validity period (I. E, before 02.04.2018) it has thrown me error as 'gift card not valid'. Then i called so many times to clear trip customer care, but there was no proper response from them.

Then i contacted with amazon customer care with all the details and informed how clear trip not responded to my issue.. I received a response from the team as 'upon checking, i see that the clear trip customer service will reply to the resolution within 2 business days so i'm positive that you will be able to redeem the gift card soon'.

It is been almost 40 days, now they are saying gift card validity is over so we can't do anything on this.

If the gift card is not redeemable it is completely mistaken by the clear trip team as they issued a wrong code which can't be used any more.

It is completely cheating by amazon and clear trip by issuing the wrong gift cards to the esteemed customers to mint the money.

I hope this forum team could help me on this respected issue.

    I have ordered a new centre table in amazon and they delivered a refurbished product i. E. They fixed an additional wooden piece to hide a broken area. When i tried to replace the product, they didn't provide a pick-up option and expected me to pay for the courier.. This is completely unfair after delivering a broken product and this was the 3rd bad experience with amazon in a month.

      I had order and payment by credit card for a cedo round edge 2.5 d tempered glass screen protector on 03.05.2018. Then i was cancelled it in same day. But still today 10.05.2018 i haven't get my refund. The company mail me that refunde amount reflect in my account on 09.05.2018. But i haven't get it. Plz solve my request as soon as possible.         I have place two order #[protected] and order #[protected] on 26 april 2018 for subscribing for the month of may and june. I haven't received any calls from amazon for the delivery of product but suddenly i see the status as undelivered and product returned.
        I have called to the customer care and they asked me to place a new order.

        I will suggest amazon to rectify their delivery process and make sure they delivered products. Contact the customer if see his available rather than returning the product.

        I have paid fee for prime membership and they need to refund back my fee for failed services.

          I had order for a case of phone in order number[protected] on 14.04.18. I had received the product which is wrong on 10.05.18 much beyond the delivery due date. Now, the product is incompatible. Amazon is not allowing me the return the product stating that the return window is closed on 06.05.18. This is surprising and needs attention for proper customer satisfaction and ease of transaction.

            I had ordered a game player console (Order ref[protected] thru amazon by advance payment but received a piece of old cloth instead of game player console.

            I had ordered this for my kid as a gift for his achievements in his school exams and he was eagerly waiting to receive this but i have been cheated by amazon by not delivering the ordered product to me.

            When i made the complaint, they have simply said they will investigate about it and give a feedback within 7 days time.

            They don't really value customers concerns. I need justice and my rights to be protected.

              The delivery agent from amazon forced me too pay him money and dint give the replacement order but took my original package. He was even trying to pull the package when i was taking to the customer service. Because the agent had forcefully taken my money i had asked the same agent to deliver my product but this time he behaved worse. Amazon just robbed me sending a thief in my house who was misbehaving. Amazon is responsible for who they hire. I need my money back.

                not getting the refund of the returned product

                I ordered an item on april 11th from amazon... But it is damaged item recieved on 18th of april.. I processed the return request on 19th of april.. But they picked the item on 25th of april... Now itself the amazon not refunded the amount.. They are cheating the customers..

                I ordered huawei p20 pro phone that costs around 65000 and my mother received it as i was in office and she did not checked it.
                After that today when i opened the package and found out that a fake iphone x has been sent to me and as this is a big amount customer service is not helping. Please help they have my money and i only have is a 2000rs phone

                    Amazon company had refunded my money... They had initiated my amount in my account which is 1570 /-... Bt in my account amount is not showing... Company (Amazon) said that in my account refunded amount is stuck or hidden... Amazon said that i must contact my s. B. P... And they will look upon it... They also gave me refund reference no. (439886)... Please look upon my case... I need my refund as soon as possible

                      Vide order no[protected] & invoice no scca-44427, i have procured one redmi note 4 mobile from amozon website but unfortunately, the mobile was out of order within three months from the date of procurement. I have shown this mobile local redmi service center to rectify the problem but they couldnot rectify the same.

                          I purchased an amazon basics product on 30th of april 2018. The eta for delivery was 4th to 6th may i. E 4 days to deliver one iphone charging cable. Today is 9th of may and i still have not received my product. I have made complaints on facebook page, they told me to fill a form or chat with the executive, but whats the point, all they say we are trying to get it done and i still don't have the product. My charging cable broke and i ordered from amazon just to get the best delivery, because flipkart and snapdeal usually take more time. But seriously this is the worst experience ever. I never expected this from amazon.

                          P. S : i am an amazon prime member.

                            31 march i ordered for lifestyle-you™ universal bike holder 360 degree which was successfully returned on april 11 th and refund for amount 299 has been successfully initiated on[protected] from amazon side but till now[protected] amount don't reflect in my account.                               I had contacted the amazon and seller to cancel the order within 24hrs... But they declined to do so. I had no other option but to refuse the order at delivery. After that seller had initiated refund process. To my shock
                              The seller green soul had initiated a partial refund of 4320 stating the deduction of shipping charges as 1200on enquiry. On contacting the customer care of amazon they also washed hands saying they are helpless and they will provide me with some 500 gift card. This is very illegal and injustice as you can see in the order details that postage and package was completely free and how can they charge shipment fees kindly look into matter and provide me complete refund as early as possible

                                On 7 Jan 2017, I loaded rs1000 towards Amazon's account.Same day my mobile was recharged for RS.330.Balance became RS.670.Meanwhile you added gift voucher for 50, because you delivered a item beyond target date.Like that 720 should be in my credit.But not shown in my account.Many times I brought in to your notice, not solved.I want this money back.

                                    I had made online payment for mi band rs 1299 on 29 april and on same day i cancelled it within 5 mins because i fill wrong address by mistake. But still today i. E on 8 may i haven't get my refund of red 1299 and they are saying they already on 29 april initiated the refund but still it was not reflecting in my account resolve my query as soon as possible.
