My issues:
1. As mentioned above, i ordered for a 32gb/3gb variant of redmi 5 gold. However, i received a 16gb/2gb variant black.
2. Being a prime customer, i was assured a delivery on 15-04 by 21:00 hrs. But, their representative gave me a missed call from a different number which when called back on, the representative told me he doesn't have my parcel!
3. When i called on the number provided to me by the company, the delivery boy did not pick up the call.
4. I got a parcel on 16-04 that too with a tampered sealing.

Since the parcel was meant to be a surprise for my mother, she was not aware of the product being ordered so she ended up opening the tampered seal. Moments after she called me, and to my surprise i got to know, she was delivered a wrong product!

The matter of major concern is, the imei mentioned on my bill provided by the company is: [protected]
And the imei 2 on the wrong product is: [protected]
Which means, this is a real fraud on the company end.
I tried calling their customer service but they were not able to help and asked me to send pictures, which i did, but they have provided me a maximum time of revert until[protected]The last day until my product could be returned). And since my complaint mail on[protected], i have not received a single communication from the company.

I opted for emi to pay for the product, so, now if i return the product, i will be charged extra and the company will keep frauding people like this forever!
Suggested solution: please get the wrong product picked up from my address as i have not even used it and deliver me my product at that very moment.
I request you to kindly look into this serious matter and provide me with the best suited solution. I am attaching pictures along. Pfa

    I placed two different orders on the same day i. E on 13th april 2018 with below list of products. With amazon india

    Order1#[protected] with honor 6x mobile
    Order#[protected] with jewellery box and screen guard for honor 6 x

    The order 1 with honor 6 x mobile is supposed to be delivered on 17th, but on the 16th april (6pm) i directly got the delivery confirmation stating that "the product is delivered and share my feed back???

    I just had a thought that was updated mistakenly.

    I made a call to the courier guy (Amazon delivery agent phone: [protected] & [protected]), after many calls, he confirmed that he received only two products of order#2 (Screen guard and jewellery box) and he delivered those.in any issue he asked me to speak with customer care.

    So now on 18th i reported this incident to amazon stating i didn't receive that product, they said they will investigate and provide me the confirmation within 2, 3 working days. However as i didn't receive intermediate updates i was keep on calling the customer service agent for the updates.

    And now on today (21st april) they confirmed that" the product was delivered to me and they have the confirmation too and they are going to help me in this case??? How???

    Again i called customer care and explained everything and asked for the proof of the delivery (That delivery guy must be getting the sign and mobile number while hand overing the delivery?) but he refused and said that they don't have access to that. Finally i managed to get the delivery guy number from customer service. I. E [protected].
    When i called this number, that guy just cut the call and kept his mobile on switch off mode. I am helpless.

    Again i called the customer care, and i explained the response i got and asked him to provide me the address of that courier guy. But he is helpless. And confirmed me that he will escalate the issue and will ask the team to recheck.

    Now i called the other number (#[protected]) of delivery agent. He clearly stated that he received only two products and he didn't receive any thing other than that. He is also stated that i need to speak only with amazon customer service for any further and he was not responsible for that. Also highlighted that they will not get signature while handing over the delivery to the customer tracking can happen only through phone calls. Also he was ready to do any extent if i prove that he received 3 products.

    Here i want to highlight few points:

    1- i didn't receive any cal from amazon agent on 16th april, if the say yes show me the proof.
    2. As confirmed my delivery agent, they will not get signature on confirmation, whereas in the delivery feed back it was clearly stated that "it was signed by sindhuja"
    3 where is my order now???

    The delivery agent(Phone: [protected]) clearly stated that he didn't receive any call from my number (registered number: 98******707) but he handed over the product to someone who called from different number (As per him, that was the number on the shipment- I have the cal recording of him, can share it with you). The product was marked as delivered on 16th April, I am ready to give my cal history to you, also simple thing is if you check the cal history of that delivery guy, and if you prove that he /or I made a cal to that number, then you will find real thief/ or mistake. Just for your information. That delivery agent, I made a cal only once, and he refused to provide me the details to whom he handed over, he said " I won't share, do what you want to do" Surprisingly, I didn't even give introduction to him, but he remembered my name- I can share the cal recording to you, but that is in our local language "Telugu", you need Telugu experts to understand that conversation. After that call, he immediately switch off his mobile.

      I am ruma dutta one regular customer ordered one honor 7x mobile phone on 11/04. They delivered the product on 16/04 at my kolkata address. After opening the box i found some soil material instead of phone. I contact to customer care by call and mail. They asked for three days of time. Yesterday they informed me that they closed that matter bcoz they supply the phone to me. How they say like that even they don't give me any receipts or not taken any sign. Plz help me to short out this problem

          I had returned my product amount rs. 2199 on 11 feb 2018... And till now my refund has not initiated in my bank account. My order no. Is[protected] and its reference no. Provided by them is[protected]. As they said i charged dispute file... But also my refund has not came. Please do something. My account no. Is[protected]. Please solve this matter.

            Firstly it's different colour gold and it's 300rs more than the available price. Hangs frequently, very low ring volume when in pocket or purse. The scroll /touch is not smooth hangs. And still i am forced to keep the phone and i enquired with other delears like flip kart who are giving refund without questing. Since after being loyal customer to amazon they have left no stone unturned to not refund my money please help me regarding the same.

              I ordered shoes o[censored]K9 size. But the order that I received was 6 size. When I call ur CC, ur representative asked me to cancel the order as now u guys have only 7&10 size in ur stock.
              I have screen shot for my order place. Have attached it for your reference.

              I would not go for cancellation. I had ordered for size 9, and I need the correct size to be delivered.

                Have ordered a watch with amazon prime and the order should be delivered today during my office hours.. but i have still not recived the order..

                1. i called amzon CS in the morning on 19 Apr around 12 PM the executive told me the product is in transit and will be dliver by next 1 -2 hr. i believe on her

                2. but after two hours when i didnt get any confirmation or any update, agained call on your CS services and the executive told that person whom i talk is made a fake promise and she will make sure the product will deliver by 5:30 during my office hours. when i asked her to transfer the call to your supervisor she just hang out the call.

                3. till 6 i didnt recived any update on my order i agained call to CS team and the executive again yold me the the product is in way and will deliver by 8 when i told about to transfer the call to you supervisor he just telling me that his supervisor will give u the same information.. after requesting 15-20 softly and agerasvily (which was my fault) he transfer the call and during that time he just flip from his world and told me that product will be delivere by 21 Apr.

                4. On todays call executive told me the y will refund my money.. are you able to refund my time that i wasted with your company and believeing on you

                So you CS team are just making fake promise and there is no benefit to use Prime option and there is no value to GDD.

                Could you plse tell me what is policy in regards to make customer good and positive promise.

                why you and your team are cheating on customers

                Could you explain if i have selected delivery in my office then why the product will deliver on Saturday..

                    I ordered wooden table from amazon.in. Obvious i will order item seeing images from amazon portal. When i got an order i saw table finishing is not as per images. I asked for return but they are not accepting return. They are saying item may differ from images. They have stolen images from somewhere else and providing item which is not matching with their claim. This is fraud case. Easy way to grab customers in the name of amazon and provided information which is stolen from internet. I feel helpless, and stressed from past 1 week. These kind of people creates stress in society, they must be punished. I am even feeling helpless from amazon side, just for creating sellers and customers they should not allow fraudsters in the market. I will definitely go against this. I will take more stress but sure will fight for this.

                        I placed an order worth rs.2456 which i cancelled later on due to some reason but i'm not been refunded by the company. Tbh i've got scammed. Each time i talk to their customer they simply avoid me by saying you will be refunded in 3-4 days.
                        Sir, i'm a student and i belong to an average family for me rs.2500 is a huge amount but these multinational companies are scamming us like hell. I request you to tqke some strict action. I'm helpless right now. I needed that amount of money urgently but i'm not getting refund. Please help me please.

                          Dear sir

                          A refund of 2090/- rupees was successfully processed on 23 feb 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem and told me that they cannot help me out i this matter. No action is being taken till now.

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is[protected].

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              I ordered samsung guru mobile phone from amazon website (https://www.amazon.in) order #[protected].

                              I didn’t receive the product but still got an email saying item has been delivered.
                              When contacted amazon customer care they are telling they investigated from their end and found product has been delivered. When i asked for proof of delivery they are saying they can’t provide proof.
                              It 100% cheating. If amazon is telling it has been delivered, they should show me the proof or else refund my money because i donot received the product neither on that day delivery guy contacted me

                              Today I got the product, Courier guy handed over the product to my neighbor who said to him that he knows me...I don't know him neither he came and handed over the product to me later It would have been better if delivery guy checks over phone ...but still today delivery guy came and personally handled the situation Thank you

                                I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] and amount is 447. The customer executive not solving my issues and whenever i am calling they are saying amount sent to bank and when i am asking for acquirer reference number number of that particular order they are not saying and when i called to bank they are saying to get acquirer reference number. From the amazon customer care. Amazon representative told me that we cannot do anything for this refund we already refunded your amount but it not reflected in my account they told me that your refund is initiated on 13 of march but still i have not received it.

                                  I have purchased a lenovo k8 note mobile from amazon site on 16/03/2018 (Invoice number: del[protected] for rs.11999/-. While using the mobile i found that it was discharging very fast, then i talked to amazon technical team and they tested the mobile online and found that there was a problem in the mobile. They told to return the mobile for replacement. Since my job was transferred from chittaurgarh to jodhpur, i told them if possible please collect from my home town at udaipur but they told to send via courier or preferably by indian post.
                                  I sent the mobile via indian post on 28/03/2018 from jodhpur and same was delivered on 02/04/2018 (As per indian post tracking details). I was contacting daily to amazon about the product receipt and refund. After so many phone calls amazon informed me on 07/04/2018 that the box received at their end is empty. I complained at indian post, they have replied that “the item was booked with proper packing, no physical harm or manipulation done to article. Item was sent in safe and sound condition”. It seems the problem of amazon.

                                    I have ordered herbalife product on 6th april. Today we are on 18th april. Still not received my product
                                    Now, the courier details provided at amazon site is a fake one, as when i go to track, there is no option to find the tracking.

                                      I ordered quickheal antivirus from amazon on 12 th april 2018 the delivery day was 16th april 2018 and till now not received anything they commited and now they changed the date from 16-21st april.

                                        Refer the attached photo of delivered product. What i have ordered it is not matching with the delivered one. When i was planning the order that time it was in stock, then why the wrong product has been delivered. It is like, for the sake of delivery, amazon will send any unnecessary product which is not actually bought by the customer. Doesn't amazon have a process of cross checking the product before process it for delivery? From so many years amazon retains their goodwill in market, but this kind of poor services is not expected. If you don't have the right product please inform customer in advance, might the customer is planning to give a gift to someone on any special occasion, like birthday. It is write if i place a return request amazon will definately provide the refund within few days. But i will miss the charm, the happyness of giving a gift in a particular occasion, because the special day comes once in a year. If amazon inform me well in advance, then i could manage to get the product from somewhere. It is a matter commitment to deliver right product in right time not wrong product in right time.
