    Hi team,
    My self chethan, i transferred my amount of rs 14900/- from slicepay to amazon gift card. But i dont no why this company is blocked my account. And i subitted my bank account details and address everything and also they bare not responding, i am suffering from 1 month with this, kindly unblock my account. Because they dont have any rights to block to my personal amount.
    Because am not taking installment from amazon.

      I ordered 2 numbers of biotique basil and sandalwood refreshing body powder sold by ayush e traders. Order number #[protected]. I received the package on 15/5/2018 after paying cash for two items rs355, (Rs135 for each piece plus transport charges), but the package contained only one piece.
      Kindly arrange to send the second piece as early as possible

        I ordered samsung on7 prime (Gold, 4gb + 64 gb) and i got delivery of products on 14th may. When i opened that packet i found that there was wrong product. Instead of samsung phone there is some cheap zen phone.
        On closely inspecting the package i found that packet is tampered and someone seal the tampered area with amazon tape in way that no one could found breach from outside. Please check the attached pictures.
        Please that action on urgent basis.

          Delivery agent once received phone call and told he will come after one hour but now he is not receiving phone call even after 3 hours. Destroying my planning. No no of agent is [protected]

            Complaint summary:
            Closed my account because i used my cousin credit card.
            My cousin doesn't have any objection, nor the banks has any objection.
            There was a legitimate reason to do that purchase through his card as he didn't have an amazon account and we needed to purchase the laptop on urgent.
            Still the account was closed and my 8000 rupees of amazon pay money is not payed back.
            Above all they dont even have a courtesy to respond to emails and complaint send to them. Even my brother dropped an email and they don't acknowledge it.

            Details:
            On 29th april 2018, i purchased a laptop for brother using his visa card details
            There were two transaction performed by me, the first one failed but the second one was successful.

            But due to payment failure, my account was locked for 2 weeks.

            The account specialist team requested for documents that showcase the card holders name and card details, accordingly i shared all the requested document to convey that it isn't any fraud but a legitimate transaction

            To maintain the priority of my request, i ensured that frequent followup emails and calls are done. They used to send a mechanical email which provided timeline of 24hrs. But never really replied and address the issue within the committed time.

            Later after 7 to 8 days the documents of review of my documents, the account specialist informed that my account is closed and i wouldn't be able to create any amazon account in future.

            My thoughts:
            It seems there is a fraud or scam, amazon locking and closing down accounts. And especially user with amazon pay money in their account.
            There is even a hashtag in twitter #amazonclosed.
            Also found another complaint in this site of the same kind.
            Not sure why is amazon doing this?
            Is account specialist team that final authorized persons for amazon?
            Isnt there any other parallel channels that can challenge any decisions made by specialist team?

              Im Dhaarini and I have returned Zebronics Headphone - 2 quantity worth Rs.470 on April 27 and have returned Kuber bag - 1 quantity worth Rs.325 on April 28 but still I have not received my refund amount of Rs.795 on my Canara bank account ...its been about 20 days over and I have called amazon customer care about 4 times...when can I expect my money ₹795 to be reflected in my account ?

                I always thought amazon was trustable in online purchase... How could a reputed american based company has such careless issues in purchase.
                I ordered for a captain america printed vivo v9case for my phone... And i got a transparent normal vivo v9 rubber case worth 50rs ... Am i a fool in spending 300rs on a normal phone pouch like this... Never again would i choose amazon... I need my refund asap.

                  I had placed pantry order that was to be delivered on May 13th (ORDER #[protected]. Since the order is not delivered I have called customer care thrice. When I called for the third time, the customer care executive offered me to process the return as he is not able to see tracking details. This is simply unprofessional because i had got the tracking details through SMS. If you guys didnt have the ability to deliver products, why do you accept the order? Please don't act as a bunch of liers as this is the second consecutive time I have faced the similar issue.It has simplfy wasted my three days when I could have simply ordered through some other trustworthy website. Anyways, I dont believe you guys really care, but just thought I should atleast do my bit.

                      This is not the firat time that amazon playing this fraud trick on public...they are behaving as if really they are putting discounts on amazon products...this is absolute fraud by amazon
                      the price of nokia 7plus is 25999 rupees when it is released...now also same price only
                      what amazon is posting on the name of summer sale you know actual price is 28028rupees...and amazon giving it for 25999 rupees...
                      what is this ???
                      this is not the first time thwy are doing this in every sale they are been doing this only...
                      not only nokia on every product they are playing such trick only
                      i have attached 2 pica go through that original price that was given by nokia 7 plus on the released date itself

                        I have ordered 3 items from different sellers and I haven't received any. I'm getting emails and messages that I declined my order so they have cancelled it and courier man(blue dart) bilimora denied to deliver order at door step and asks me to collect it on road where he is standing.. It has been happened many times.. And no action is taken from Amazon customer service. They just apologies and close the chapters.. Now courier man has declined my all orders himself and wrote the reason that I have declined my orders. Nothing is trustworthy in this world..

                          I ordered a phillips trimmer model no. BT 7206/15 from Amazon but I received NOVA trimmer model no. NHC-9011 which is far less quality product then what i have ordered. Its a very bad experience. I am very disappointed with this kind of service from such a reputed firm. If this is the sellers fault amazon should take stricked action against them. I don't think people will trust ordering from Amazon if such kind of service is continued. Lets see how fast i got the replacement done.

                            When i collect the mobile nokia 7 plus. When opening the box then i saw that mobile panel colour are fade and discolour. When i complained to c. Care then one engineer came to me and they collect my signed in the blank format of mobile observation. When i ask then they said amazon cant replace mobile now you use this then they went. Now i am complaining 4 times in c. Care they said we are trying to resolve it. But 6 days gone no one amazon person resolved my problem. So i please someone help me regarding this issue.

                              Hi i amod kiran have an amazon account. I have purchased an iball compbook through amazon order no[protected] on 08 may 2018. The compbook is overheating and have charging issue. I am trying to replace the item since 09 may 2018 but amazon is not responding to it. I tried to contact amazon customer service 4-5 times but their response regarding the issue is very poor. I am not able to use the compbook and the same is not being replaced. Neither i m able to lodge any complain to amazon. Pls get it refunded or replaced.

                                On 2.5.2018, at about 09-00 a. M, i had ordered; 1) autographix bumber guard for car, its tracking no.[protected]. Along with that, i had also ordered; 2) baby diesel sid... And 3) zibyuu 4pcs invisible clear... And 4) lukzer sun-visor car tissue holder. That, i have received item no.2 to 4 and signed on papers regarding the safe discharge and delivery.
                                That, i have also received the messages regarding the dispatch and deliver on 9.5.2018 regarding the 2 to 4 items. That, i didn't receive the item no.1 and even i didn't receive the message in this regard also. But when i traced the track i came to know that, the said item no.1 has been delivered to my address. That, i tried to search that, by mistake it might have reached to my neighbours to till 13.5.2018 and i have also informed the same to amazon.in and received the reply. That, i have paid the amount through debit card earlier. After receiving the money from me, you have failed to deliver the item to me. That, as such it is your duty to retain the faith and trust of the customers, as such you have to repay the amount, or else its better to make cod instead of getting money earlier. I hope you do the needful and try it to deliver me or else refund the amount.

                                  I placed an order of iPhone X worth Rs. 1, 02, 000 at their website in month of December’17 (Order no- #[protected] and I chose the 24 months instalment option for the same while placing my order and have been paying the installment against the same in my Bank (Axis Bank) since, i have paid a total of 3 installments approximately worth Rs 17000 . Still my overdue balance didn’t reduce and hence I contacted the bank and I was informed that my transaction was not converted into emi As they DID NOT RECIEVE ANY CONFIRMATION OR INFORMATION FROM MERCHANT’S SIDE TO DO SO. Amazon being the merchant and not providing correct information for my purchase worth 1 lakh, and hence I have been charged this huge amount of interest from my bank I have been paying as installments since last 3 months, never had I ever expected such UNPROFFESIONAL BEHAVIOUR AND IGNORANT MISTAKE been done by such a big E-Commerce name. For now, Amazon owes me this amount that have been charged by my bank as interest or penalty and not being considering as installments which I opted for while this purchase from their website.
                                  After trying to resolve this issue with them for more than a month now they have simply stopped responding to my mails and stated they didn't have the information about EMI. I have sent them the proof of my EMI purchase and after that they simply stopped reverting back to me.
                                  (I have all the proofs of credit card payments made and the purchase)
                                  I demand my amount reversion from amazon as they are the ones at fault and I can not afford an amount of 17k being wasted all over the 1lakh that is to be paid in bank at once.
                                  Please get back to me regarding the same as soon as possible and would look forward to an early action.

                                    I have ordered philips trimmer in amazon, but received nova trimmer.
                                    Have contacted and reported to amazon on 24-apr, they have escalated my case with seller..

                                    Amazon told me wait 2-3days to get reponse and later i have contacted them on 3rd may, again they informed me to wait till 11may.
                                    Today i have contacted them, again they are saying same..

                                      This has happened 3-4 tints from the courier persons that they will delay the order with my notification & also return the product with my permission. Made the complaint to customer service butt there is no action taken it seems that way... Add the same thing keeps happening again & again.
                                      But what was most shocking that the chat customer service person sundeep said to me if my order was so urgent then i should purchase it from the local store, if i want my order the same day. Is this the way to talk to the customer, who wanted to gift the product to someone on their birthday.
                                      That order wad returned to the seller without my permission. & when i made the complaint for both persons, i don't think the action has been taken regarding this both the matters.
                                      If this is the case then how can we trust three amazon company & it's people, who are not bothered about the clients satisfaction & wants to keep only the amazon company satisfied. If this is the case then let us know that we... Me & my family will not purchase again from amazon. & will also convey the message to friends & relative that this is fraud company only see's their own benefits and profits. Hell with the customers

                                        After ordering hundreds of products from them, and a relationship of several years this is what amazon has to offer me in return.
                                        Trusting once again amazon above the local market and other online shopping website (My mistake) i ordered symphony diamond 61ltr - air cooler (Order no.:[protected] which got delivered on 3rd may, after checking the package i came to know that the seller has not sent the free trolley, so i raised the return with amazon, to my surprise its been more than 7days today and nothing has been done by amazon except just sending me emails that your order will be picked up in next 48 business hours – the 48 hours which starts from zero every day.
                                        They have no control over their courier service provider so they keep lying because of which me and my family is suffering, trusting my relationship with amazon i even requested them to close the issue urgently as i have 3months daughter and its summer time which makes its very difficult for her because of the heat, but all in vain amazon has no sympathy for her too. The people sitting there are not human they are only there for making money, by making innocent consumer fool!
                                        They have one and only one thing as a solution, big words on email with nothing in reality. My money (Rs 12000) is stuck with them and have nothing as a solution from amazon, i really made a big mistake by trusting and ordering with amazon which i will never repeat.
                                        Pls help me in getting my money back.
