I were purchase washing machine on Amazon in 12 September 2022. Product name is Croma 6.5 kg 5 Star Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Order id[protected] . There are show the amount of washing machine is 8 rupees and i suddenly purchase the item and show the order is preparing but 4-5 days log order automatic cancelled. Please Pay attention to this, keep fooling the Pay attention to this, they are keep fooling the customer.

      I had ordered a replacement for the item on 23rd October and the return was scheduled to be picked up on 24th October, but it hasn't been picked up yet and I haven't been contacted by the seller. The status of the return is "return pickup verification failed"

        Return pick-up schedule for : 29th October 2022, 7.00AM - 7.00PM .The carrier for this pickup did not contact me and updated the status as return pick-up verification failed. Please arrange the rescheduling for the return pick-up and refund the money.He is not picking up call .

          I am very much disappointed by amazon customer care and its services. They have kept my account on hold and not resolving the issue. They are not replying to my emails also. I'm getting different response each time when I call customer care. I have placed few orders too which I haven't received. Very pathetic and disappointing.

                I'd ordered Havells Aqua Plus 1.2 Litre Double Wall Kettle on 18th October 2022 for which I've created a return. Its been 4th time that return has not been picked up. I'd called customer care executive more than 7 times and every single time they are giving me the same answers that It will get picked up by day end and they are just re-scheduling order pick-ups again and again but not giving me any promising satisfaction neither regarding pick-up nor regarding refund. Today is 28th October and again this time they have re-scheduled my return to 31st October. I'm using Amazon prime since starting, but now Amazon has completely become a cheating company by their fake return & replacement policy. Please help me in this regard

                  Myself rakshith. I got this link in facebook i had go through it. But they are told rs1000 after that they dealing to more and more. But now i had paid Rs .110887, again they are asking for more 105300 to pay to refund the amount what i have paid. So please I want my money back as soon as possible.                       I want to file a complaint against Amazon india ecommerce online work from home. Amazon store manager named Lee told me to register and then to recharge 500 rs on Amazon platform for work. after I recharged there are 6 tasks for every task I had to do recharge to complete work. I had recharged with 40000 and complete all tasks. After that they told me to pay tax payment for withdrawal the money. I told them I don't have money I had used all for work. then they refuse to withdraw my money. please help me to get my money back. I don't know who they were but they introduces themselves as Amazon india store manager named Lee. their contact number is = ([protected]) please take immediate action against them.

                      a person introduce himself from consumer legal forum and he asks me to pay 10000 rs to him to get my complaint resolved. no one takes strict and real action from this site he is blackmailing me to freeze my bank account and to transfer money from my account to charity, I was felling suicidal. please help me to get my frauded money back. who contact me from consumer legal forum contact number is 8510904269 he is blackmailing me now. please take appropriate action if he was fake.                             it is intimated that I am no repeat NO LONGER interested in your membership and I have tried closing my account and even changed my mobile number.
                            But you have not closed my account and are resorting to daily multiple promotional mails. it is sad to see the attitude and behaviour of your Company which is nothing but cheap and most unlike or unworthy of a reputed company. In contrast I have never got nay promotional mails from Flipkart/ myntra / or any other ecommerce org.
                            Now, through this column I am requesting you to :-

                              Purchased ceiling fan with remote control vide inv.No.Xnyr 9863 dt.23.09.2022 on line from amazon delivered on 29.09.2022. While installing the said fan, it failed to work in the first instance and the technician replaced and installed the new one one.
                              On 24.10.2022 the said fan stoped working and complaint was registered vide ref.No.[protected] with job assigned to mr. Rinku mishra on 25.10.2022with his contact no. [protected]. I tried to contact the said official so many times but he is not responding to my call till date .
                              Please let me know what is the fun of providing the client like me the details of official to whom the work has been assigned as he is not bothering to respond the call and making monkery of client .
                              Now i request to either replace the deffective fan having remote control by a fan without remote having value of rs.3, 821.00 or refund the said amount immediately.
                              Since i am senior citizen and facing very trouble without having fan in the room.
                              Hope you will look into the matter on periorty basis keeping in view the age and take action against the techician who is not responding and for not attending the complaint till now.

                                I have bought "SKY MORE Metal 2-Tier Countertop Organizer (12.2X6.7X11.2inch, Black) | B08PF9TTXJ ( 2 tier standing rack ), ' on 01.10.22 (order no is[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.699. But item is defective with its one of the legs broken, I had placed a request for replacement between 10.10.22 to 15.10.22. But nobody came for pick up and rand again I contacted amazon customer care on 19.10.22 for returning the item i was promised it will be picked within within 23.10.22. But again nobody came for pick up. Today if contacted them again they are saying they will raise a new request for pickup, for every new request previous request gets deleted and they are simply wasting my time.

                                      I ordered the above monitor on 8 October 2022, and delivered it in 12th October 2022. I opened the product the same day, I found a different product inside the box. As a Youtuber, I recorded the unboxing video as given below.

                                      Immediately called amazon customer support and told them the issue and raised a complaint with proof. They accepted the claim and initiated the return and asked me to call on 25th October 2022.

                                      The delivery agent came to my place on 16 October 2022 and verified the product and confirmed the pickup. As requested by customer support, I called today asking about the refund, they replied that they received an entirely different product and denied the refund and any further help.

                                      So I came here to complain about the issue.

                                        As per the order date 13.10.22 (amazon Order ID:[protected]
                                        the item delivered (19.10.2022) is not an right quantity as per the
                                        order placed through amazon app.

                                        ie, total placed qty. (6pkt) but only (4pkt) was received.

                                        the pkt was delivered by delivery boy and pkt was wrap in polybag instead of box so any one can easily stole the wires pkt.
