Amazon offers reverse pickup by third party, they don't have any pic of the item they are coming to take, i created retrun for some products with some slight difference.
A top was handed over against the pickup for shoe.
I have been moving two and fro on emails and call with their customer service and all i am being asked from past 15 days is to wait and then a sorry.

    My young brother placed an order on amazon india on 28-april-2018 for 5 bottles of mapro rose syrup (1×144) total amount worth ₹ 720. But amazon dispatched the order butdidn't delivered my order and gave excuse of damage the product. I know why amazon didn't delivered my order because now the cost of 1 bottle is ₹199. Please take an tight step against this fraud by amazon.

      I placed an order fr samsung a8 plus, the shipping too was one day shipping i was told that the order would be delivered by the end of may 1, but neither received any item, i was told that by march 3 5.30 am if i dont reeceive it a refund will provided, they again asked to wait till march 4 and now they are asking me to wait till may 14 2018. At home righht now my parents are scoldig me i did not get the order neither my money.

        I am amit kushwah s/o shri ashok kushwah add 348 kushwah nagar, parshad nivas kundi ke pass, indore (M. P.). I ordered mobile cover of moto g5s on 20/04/2018 and the delivery date was 23/04/2018. But still i am waiting for the product but the online delivery status of the product says the product is delivered but i am still waiting for the product. I get suffered from the services.

          I had ordered a parcel order id order#[protected] ordered on 22 april 2018 which delivery date before 05/05/2018 but today which suddenly cancelled so i request to amazon authority please take necessary steps for your goodwill. I was paid rs. 609 for the product and now the product rate increased. Flipcart also then provided the item in same rate and now the rate also increased of flipcart. So i think amazon lose their reliability.

          Secondary an another order id order #[protected] order placed 20 april 2018 which cancelled and return by me still not credited to my account. This was several time informed them they said refund issued and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. But they don't asked about my account in which account they credited. They have send me a link where one account myself 31*183 but another one is not my name. So i have several time asked them please confirm in which account you will send the money they did'nt able to reply as because they said due to security. I also give them the account number and try to confirm if the money originally transferred to my account. But no good reply

            Mobile model : motorola g 5 s plus (Lunar grey, 64gb)

            Complaint battery getting disharged within 5-6 hours

            Sent many e. Mail to amazon but not interested to resolve issue.
            Since a week we have been trying to contact them via mail, chat, phone but every time some new executive employee comes and ask different irrelevant questions. When battery is not lasting for more than 5 hrs, then we are not interested for this mobile, hence we requested for a replacement or refund. But they are not giving any reply in writing.

              Canara bank — charge dispute issue from canara bank

              I am bikash jyoti dutta
              I have ordered books from amazon by using my debit card but that product is returned for some reason therefore i ask for refund from amazon and they told me that your refund processed from their side. But refund is not credited in my account.

              "your refund of rs.910 has been processed successfully on 4/26/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 5/2/2018.

              The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 216101.

              In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query."

              Since i haven't received my refund so i have been told to charge a dispute file.

              Please do necessary action to get my refund back!

                I have ordered redmi 5 mobile phone of rs. 8999 on 18-04-18. I have received my order on 23-04-18 and i have received mi power bank 20000 mah instead of redmi 5 mobile phone.
                I have contacted to amazon and registered my complaint for this. I was advised to send images of received product and i sent mail on same day.
                After sending mail i again cantacted to amazon customer care and they told me that i will get resolution in 2-5 working days. After 5 days i did not get any responce from amazon, then i contacted to ask about my return and again they told me to wait by 2nd may 2018.
                Today 3rd may, again i did not get any response from their side, and again i contacted to ask abot return. This time they are saying we have sent same product which was ordered by you. It was a long conversation and i asked for proofs, but they denied to provide any proof and told me that you can create fir.
                Now a days in busy office schedule it is very difficult for most of the person to get in these kind of matters. Amazon is taking benefit of this reason and making fool to customers. I want my refund of rs. 8999.

                  Hello sir/mam, my na me is syed ali abbas my problem is that i am not getting back my refund back i returned the product to them (Amazon) but i didn't get back refund its almost 2 weeks they asked me about the bank statement i provide them but they didn't help me and they just not helping me i provided them all the details what they asked me to do that

                  and sir/mam according to amazon customer care executive i have to complaint a dispute file charge then after that a complaint id was generated i.e. IBCWE[protected] When i provide this to amazon customer care then next day they told there is an from billing department they asked about statement so according to them i provided them bank statement and now they said to me that i have to visit bank but its clearly mention that i don't have to visit the bank noe they are telling me that i have to wait for 12 to 14 days from the date 1st of may

                    My amazon account is blocked due to some pending order not verified and stuff and they asking me for credit card details wherein I don’t even own one .
                    I’ve sent them mails to Unhold my account so that atleast I can get my money from amazon pay I.e 7, 999 lNR but they seem to not care and Send me the same auto generated mails even after waiting for 24-48 hours every time . It is really frustrating as a customer so I request you to help me get my account re instated .
                    P.S - account specialists can only be reached via email and when you mail them after 24 hours you’d get the same dumb autogenerated reply . It’s frustrating :-/

                      Amazon send damaged product. and i applied for return on the same day.and i got the message saying that next day it will pick it. and now i received the sms saying that day again tomorrow re-attempt it because package was not ready . However they even not visited our house . Could you look into this and help me to get refund.

                        I ordered a phone (Moto g5 s plus, 64 gb) from amazon and delievery was assured by 20th april but i didn't got the order. For three consecutive days i got messages from amazon that the order could not be delivered because agent could not contact me, but this is impossible that for 3 consecutive days agent could not contact (I didn't got any call from agent and my phone was always in network zone). Finally after 4 days i got a parcel and when i opened the parcel i got a chinese phone box which was not at all sealed. When opend that box i was shocked to see used chinese phone and ghadi soap. I raised complaint on amazon and after wasting 1 week they are denying refund/ replacement. Amazon cheated me and now not taking any action. Lost trust on amazon and this will impact them for sure i can make 3000 people boycott amazon.

                            Hello,
                            My amazon email address is [protected]@gmail.com. I received order id:[protected] on apr 22, i'm so much excited to got my order but when i opened the parcel, i was shocked as it was broken in two parts. When i call to claim my issue to amazon, they tell me your account is currently on hold we can't able to process your request. I want my refund or return.
                            I am looking to file case against amazon india as they are not responding to my queries.
                            Everyday tell me wait for 24 hours, it's been 9 days now.

                            Ordered seat cover on April 3, said it should be delivered on april 18 . Today is the 22 nd. still never recieved it. please credit me the $26.78 or send my seat cover.

                              On[protected] i booked a asus mobile phone worth 9, 000/- rupees (Order id:[protected] and on[protected] the amazon delivery boy delivered the order. When i opened the box it was a ice bag worth 250/- rupees. I logged complaints through mail and through telephone, nothing is happening. The phone i booked was to give as a birthday gift on wednesday[protected] but i can't give it now. I already paid the amount 9, 000/-.
                              I need justice.

                                I replaced a phone one plus 5t worth rs 33000. Courier delivered to amazon on 21st march and they informed me on 24th that they got empty box. I had insurance from dtdc but amazon is not disclosing any information about the box. Neither they are retuning the box nor giving any details about the same. Must say so non cooperative e-commerce company.

                                  My name is asma ambreen and my account number is[protected], canara bank abdullah hall aligarh branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs 730 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 730 has been initiated on 19 april 2018 and it will be credited to my account on 25 april, 2018. Till now (30 april 2018), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                                  I understand your concern regarding refund status of your order.

                                  Your refund of rs.730 has been processed successfully on 4/19/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 4/25/2018.

                                  If the amount is not yet credited to your account, i request you to please contact your bank's customer care and quote the refund reference number, they will be able to locate the pending refund and will help you in crediting the same to your account.

                                  The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 152100

                                  If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use and call disconnected. Please resolve it and credit my refund into my account.

                                    I placed the order on 27th of April and was getting regular SMS updates regarding the arrival of the product. And suddenly today I got the message that your order is being returned back as it was refused by you at the time of delivery.
                                    When the fact is, nobody has arrived to deliver the order.
                                    This is third order in last 9 months for which the same thing has been repeated. Previously also the local delivery man behaved very badly and was denying to deliver the order.
                                    Called amazon customer service numerous times, but they did not take any action on the local courier service provider and asked me to place the order again.
                                    Today also same thing happened.

                                      I purchased a product on amazon on 13th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 20 th of this month maximum time frame was 7 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Please check confirm the status if you response was worst in mail too i am going to the file in banking ombudsman

                                        Subject product was ordered on 26-april-2018 using prime membership and was supposed to be delivered on 27-april-2018.
                                        This product was never delivered to me or any of my family members, however, i got the update on sms that this product has been delivered. Same is being featured as delivered on the website as well without being actually delivered.
                                        This issue was raised on customer care as well but there is no further update on this.
                                        Although, the product costs inr 299/- only but the hassle in getting this product is disappointing.
