Amazon is cheating people of India now a days. Selling pathetic product without cross verifying. Displaying lavish picture of product when we receive it then it's worst quality. I have successfully returned Order #
[protected] and Order #[protected] but no refund so far. They have not refunded my money yet. Please help.

    I had made online payment for mi band rs 1299 on 29 april and on same day i cancelled it within 5 mins because i fill wrong address by mistake. But still today i. E on 8 may i haven't get my refund of red 1299 and they are saying they already on 29 april initiated the refund but still it was not reflecting in my account resolve my query as soon as possible.

      My account was put on hold just because they send me damaged product and I asked for refund. I am facing huge problem for this reason and not able to buy anything and even delete my account and now they are not replying my emails.my email id is ankit.[protected]@gmail.com

          I m order an product moto g5s plus, first I got an damaged product (cracked), than I returned the product and the replacement take 15 days to delivered . And the product I got again had battery problem ( take 6 hour for full charged ) and my all expenses for accessories for that phone got wastes . So I don't want that product

            Dear sir,
            I have to reluctantly report that during the last 4 days, i received messages and calls regarding delivery of my order #[protected], but so far no body came to my address to deliver the item. It seems that the people who make calls and send messages from your department have no value for the time factor. Just because i ordered some item on line, should i wait daily like a beggar at my door step?. This is rediculous and now i wish to write that i don't need the item. Also in future neither i buy things from amazon nor i recommend for my patients and friends. Please cancell my order.

              Order no[protected] for one plus 5 mobile was placed on 22 Jun 2017, which carries INR 1, 500/- cash back with in Three months of order.
              now almost 10 months passed i have not yet received the cash back. i had visited customer care of Amazon three times and the executive have assured for cash back with in next 2 -3 days but still i haven't received the money.
              there is no tracking system for customer complaints.

                Complaint with fungus apricot kernel
                Product name:static foods.
                We got above mentioned products on 6th of may 2018 received by 7 pm. We we try, but is not condition to eat it. It is having fungus on it. When i tried to return to amazon, it is mentioned., it is non returnable product. Still i have sent complaint email to amazon and inform all thing which mentioned above.

                I have purchased from the amazon (house of Marley speaker's ) on 07-oct-2017 which has given one year warranty ..but I have problem with my device..

                  I bought a tricycle on 19 january 2018 as an advance birthday gift for my baby on his first birthday, but didn’t assembled it because he was very small and was not ready to ride it. Now he is ready for it so i assembled it on 22 april 2018 and after assembling hundreds of parts i came to know that 2 essential parts are missing, one is centre red button which fixes baby supporting handle so that baby may not fell, and second part is a white rod attached to canopy. So i reported issue to amazon india team on 23 april 2018. Now amazon team is saying that we have 10 days return/ replacement policy for such issues, you contact seller, seller is saying that we have strict qc policy under which we have submitted all parts to amazon team, and as per him the parts got missed during transit. So basically no one is taking responsibility. And i didn’t reported in 10 days because i didn’t knew that 2 parts are missing because i didn’t assembled it because my baby was not ready for it at that time. I am attaching the photos of the tricycle ammembled by me with missing parts.

                    I have been a loyal customer to amazon when it comes to online shopping. It a sorry state that my current experience has given me the most hell of a experience to trust amazon anymore.

                    This is with reference to my recent order for amozo ultra thin shock proof back cover case for apple iphone 6 (Black) sold by: your accessories store return window closed on 10-apr-2018 rs-499.00 ordered on 08th april 2018 with complete advance payment.

                    The delivery date was 10th april 2018

                    Based on my past bitter experience, i proactively called amazon customer care and i was told to wait till day end of 13th april 2018. I waited whole day and called amazon helpline again on 13th april 2108 and i was informed that the product is in coimbatore and will not be delivered by given date. They said again please wait till 16th april 2018. Okk … i had but

                    I informed clearly that this is a gift pack for someone and cannot wait anymore. I was informed that amazon has made escalation to the courier team and i was asked to wait till 13th april 2018 for delivering the product. I called help line again on 13th april 2018 and to my gift it was still in coimbatore and asked me to wait till 14th april 2018. I don’t what escalation they have made with courier team. My question is why due to your internal issues or disagreement with courier people i should suffer and block my money.

                    It was really frustrating with the kind of answer that their representative give when i call them to get update, i was told number of times that they will arrange a call back with their manager and that never happened...

                    I was finally told that if the order didn't get deliver even after 16th april 2018, i have an option to refund my money and asked me to by from alternate sources. Because of amazon incapability i have lost all my time and patience and became a big joker since i missed to gift this product as this is a gift product.

                    Is this what you call ethics, integrity and trust you have developed. I am sure many customers are facing such issue and you will loose soon.

                    This is shameless service by amazon india then again i ordered this product..

                    I bought a product for amazon india it was a defeted piece . i return it from my side, but till now refund not given.
                    I am very disappointed as i have not been given any support by amazon end regarding my account on hold. My orders have been cancelled without any reason and refund not yet received. The customer care is very pathetic. They are not providing right info about resolving my problem. Huge disappointment at customerservice end. I need my money back ASAP

                      Sir,. Myself yadukrishnan j, i have ordered an item (Function generator from ohm technologies order no:[protected] from amazon on 22 april 2017 and after two days they sent me an email stating that order is cancelled and refund is initiated, still no refund is credited to my account. I have also called bank customer care and said the return reference number told by amazon. What should i do sir?. My return reference number is 490422

                        I have wrongly send 1 courier on 2.5.2016 to amazon seller service pvt. Ltd, sy no 38/2 &39, soukya road, kachrkanahalli, hoskote taluk, bangalore-560 067. To this adress. After a continous folloup i am not getting any reply from amazon regarding return of product or refund. Please help in this matter. I have called to amazon 100 a times but after 2 years of span their 1 week, 24 hours, 48 hours time given to me to resolve complaint is not yet completed. They are making me fool that wait for that much time sop and so but result is zero.

                        I Place a order Rani Saahiba saree on 7/04/2018, the saree already delivered shown on 12/04/2018, but I could not received between 18/04/2018, then I canceled my order on 19/04/2018 but still not refund my money in my bank. Please solve my problem as early as possible.
                        I don't know what these charges are. I am being charged for this 2 time a month. One for 35.85 on March 28th and one for 45.76 on March 30th

                          Amazon offers reverse pickup by third party, they don't have any pic of the item they are coming to take, i created retrun for some products with some slight difference.
                          A top was handed over against the pickup for shoe.
                          I have been moving two and fro on emails and call with their customer service and all i am being asked from past 15 days is to wait and then a sorry.

                            My young brother placed an order on amazon india on 28-april-2018 for 5 bottles of mapro rose syrup (1×144) total amount worth ₹ 720. But amazon dispatched the order butdidn't delivered my order and gave excuse of damage the product. I know why amazon didn't delivered my order because now the cost of 1 bottle is ₹199. Please take an tight step against this fraud by amazon.

                              I placed an order fr samsung a8 plus, the shipping too was one day shipping i was told that the order would be delivered by the end of may 1, but neither received any item, i was told that by march 3 5.30 am if i dont reeceive it a refund will provided, they again asked to wait till march 4 and now they are asking me to wait till may 14 2018. At home righht now my parents are scoldig me i did not get the order neither my money.

                                  I had ordered a parcel order id order#[protected] ordered on 22 april 2018 which delivery date before 05/05/2018 but today which suddenly cancelled so i request to amazon authority please take necessary steps for your goodwill. I was paid rs. 609 for the product and now the product rate increased. Flipcart also then provided the item in same rate and now the rate also increased of flipcart. So i think amazon lose their reliability.

                                  Secondary an another order id order #[protected] order placed 20 april 2018 which cancelled and return by me still not credited to my account. This was several time informed them they said refund issued and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. But they don't asked about my account in which account they credited. They have send me a link where one account myself 31*183 but another one is not my name. So i have several time asked them please confirm in which account you will send the money they did'nt able to reply as because they said due to security. I also give them the account number and try to confirm if the money originally transferred to my account. But no good reply

                                    Complaint battery getting disharged within 5-6 hours

                                    Sent many e. Mail to amazon but not interested to resolve issue.
                                    Since a week we have been trying to contact them via mail, chat, phone but every time some new executive employee comes and ask different irrelevant questions. When battery is not lasting for more than 5 hrs, then we are not interested for this mobile, hence we requested for a replacement or refund. But they are not giving any reply in writing.

                                      I have ordered books from amazon by using my debit card but that product is returned for some reason therefore i ask for refund from amazon and they told me that your refund processed from their side. But refund is not credited in my account.

                                      "your refund of rs.910 has been processed successfully on 4/26/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 5/2/2018.

                                      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 216101.

                                      In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query."

                                      Since i haven't received my refund so i have been told to charge a dispute file.

                                        I have ordered redmi 5 mobile phone of rs. 8999 on 18-04-18. I have received my order on 23-04-18 and i have received mi power bank 20000 mah instead of redmi 5 mobile phone.
                                        I have contacted to amazon and registered my complaint for this. I was advised to send images of received product and i sent mail on same day.
                                        After sending mail i again cantacted to amazon customer care and they told me that i will get resolution in 2-5 working days. After 5 days i did not get any responce from amazon, then i contacted to ask about my return and again they told me to wait by 2nd may 2018.
                                        Today 3rd may, again i did not get any response from their side, and again i contacted to ask abot return. This time they are saying we have sent same product which was ordered by you. It was a long conversation and i asked for proofs, but they denied to provide any proof and told me that you can create fir.
                                        Now a days in busy office schedule it is very difficult for most of the person to get in these kind of matters. Amazon is taking benefit of this reason and making fool to customers. I want my refund of rs. 8999.
