My order - ordered on 8 april 2018 order#[protected]
Your sms to me as product has been delivered but my ordered product is not delivered so far. This is an illegal activity and cheating. Legal action will be taken against your company with press meeting for exposing to the public as your compan's cheating with in 3 days. Delivery boy call me on[protected] for delivering the item and he says that the item will be delivered today itself. But my ordered item is not delivered and sent 2 sms from your company as your ordered items is delivered. But my ordered item is not delivered on[protected] am. I request to you immediate action for the same with the fraudulent activity of delivery teams. I also informed you police case will be registered within 3 days for cheating.

    As an amazon prime member i am paying 1000 inr per year 10 days back i have ordered a tshirt worth 1699 inr with 2 days delivery.

    After 10 days i got message saying my order got cancelled. Due to this i am unable to gift in my brother birthday.

    If they are unfit for this kind of speed delivery then why they are keeping money for one time delivery / two days delivery and prime membership.

    Sir, please check and do the needful asap.

      I have been a loyal customer to amazon when it comes to online shopping. It a sorry state that my current experience has given me the most hell of a experience to trust amazon anymore.

      This is with reference to my recent order for dell inspiron 5379 2-in-1 2017 13.3-inch laptop ordered on 7th april 2018 with advance payment.

      (Order no[protected]).

      The delivery date given was 9th april 18 to 11th april 2018.

      Based on my past bitter experience for, i proactively called customer care and i was informed that the product is in coimbatore and they cannot deliver the product as per the given delivery dates. They informed that they escalated to the delivery team and committed me 13th april 2018 as revised delivery date. I told this is gift pack for anniversary and cannot wait any longer.

      When i called again on 13th april to my surprise product was still in coimbattor. I am not sure what escalation they have made.

      When i called again i was informed that if they miss the final delivery date too, then i have an option to refund the amount and asked me look from other sources.

      Its quite irritating most of the times when i call to customer service and the way they respond. I was informed number of time that they will arrange a call with their manager and that never happened.

      Now i lost all my valuable time, efforts, money and became a joker as i could not gift this product on time. Is this what you call ethics, integrity and trust you have developed. The way a customer hast to face all this.

      I am sure many customers are facing such issue and you will loose soon

      I hope this does not falls on deaf ears and you get the process set so we as customer don't have to suffer.

        Every month i get a charge taken from my bank for $9.99. What is this charge for? It says it is by amzn.com/billing. I pay my bills every month, why am i getting an additional charge??? I don't understand why i get this charge every month and if this is through amazon, i already paid my bill each montg. It makes me angry that this charge is taken out every month and if i don't get an explanation for this i will just let my bank know that this his an unauthorized charge and to stop payment.

          Both the issues no response received even after multiple followups.

            Sir,

            I have place order ( no :[protected] on 21.03.2018 in amazon and received it on 26.03.2018. I ordered two quantity Lehenga Choli (Women Baby Pink & Blue Silk party wear lehenga choli FREE_SIZE) | B074JZL1KD ( sparoww ) but they sent only one number. So I returned the same on next day i.e on 27.03.2018.

            Replacement order no.[protected] on 26.03.2018. it was too late. I cancelled this order on 28.03.2018. I have not received my refund.

              I placed an order for honor 7x from amazon india on 6th of april 2018.
              As some sale on honor 7x was happening at that time, most of the online websites were offering some discounted rate..
              Now i was shopping other things like t-shirts, wristbands etc from amazon, so i thought to order the phone as well..
              The discounted price was 9479 inr, on top of that i paid 45 rupees extra to get it delivered by 12th april as i was going out of ghaziabad for education purpose.

              Now, the courier details provided at amazon site is a fake one, as when i go to track, there is no option to find the tracking. I waited for few days thinking it was a technical glitch.
              When i called amazon on 11th, they said they will contact the seller and the seller will text me the tracking details (Which didn't happen).
              I called amazon on 12th.in three long discussions, no solution happened. They asked me to wait until the end of the day i. E. 8.30p. M.

              Today on 13th, again when i'm calling amazon, they are now asking me to file claims against the seller and avoiding responsibility by saying as the courier was not theirs, they cannot do anything. Now i, as a customer doesn't have the option to select couriers. That is done between the seller and the amazon.

              Why should i be facing a problem for their logistic issue with vendor..

              They are now asking me to spend 3000+ rupees to reorder the same phone from a different vendor... Had i bought it from flipkart or ebay, i'd have got the product at a cheaper rate (During 6th of april). Now the offers are gone and amazon is asking me to reorder and repay..

              Because of this harassment, i'm going out of the country (First time) and that too without a phone.
              P. S. They even charge 45 rs extra for expedite delivery.

              Secondly, I also see the order is placed with third party seller on our website where they take care of the dispatch and delivery of the orders.
              I understand you placed the order on Amazon.
              But there are some sellers who take responsibility of the orders placed with Amazon because Amazon provides a platform for sellers to sell their products.
              Currently, it is the seller who would be able to assist you with the tracking status.

                It is regretted to say that i have bean cheated by amazon. Amazon has supplied me a wooden ply board instead of laptop. I have booked a dell laptop at amozon.in website on 06/04/18 and paid the amount 30490 by my sbi credit card on the same day. My order no was[protected]. It was delivered by a person on 09/04/18 at my home address in absence of me. Amazon delivery man has neither contacted me nor taken receiving signature from any of my family member. He just drop the packet and ran away. When i came back to my home from my office and open the packet, there was a wooden board instead of laptop. I have made complain to amazon but no solution has been provided by him till now. He has mailed me that investigation is under process and i should contact him only after 17th of april. One more thing, as per amazon delivery record product was sold by seeba electronics but invoice was sent by shree maruti electronics.

                      This is like to inform you that one branded smart phone purchased from amazon on 15th march 2018. That means i have bought this phone just 25 days ago. Now i am facing big trouble on the smart phone.

                      Basically, after connecting the charger to the smart phone, the % of charging is decreases gradually and the battery is not charged 100%.in this situation, i need a replacement of this phone.

                        Sir as i order a product from amazon and i have gift card of rs 3658 in it and i ordered a mixer juicer grinder worth rs 3668 as i have to pay 10 rs more to place the order i paid it from my fathers debit card of state bank after sometime i got a mail from amazon regarding that your account is locked verify your debit card last two digit and billing address so i send them the picture of debit card as well as billing detail at there email [protected]@amazon.in
                        after that i got mail that verify the card detail by visiting your branch and say them to send us a mail but as the bank manager told me that fax service not available at our branch he give me a written note on state bank pad to send them i send it to amazon after they didnot replied my mail as after somedays i received a mail that your acc related to mobile no [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com is closed permanently and said you have done transaction without the authorization of card owner as my father well knows about the transaction sir i want to complain against them as you know 3568 rs is not a less amount for a middle class family i send you the screenshot of email they send me and the note that was written by bank manager of my sbi branch i m attaching it
                        and sir after that they didnot replied to my mail when i talked to there costumer support they said to send a email at [protected]@amazon.in but all time they say me same thing and didnot reply to my mail

                          We have returned our order on 11th of march 2018 but the amount of rs.699 has not yet refunded its being a month you might have received the product but why are you not refunding our balance.
                          Please refund our balance as soon as possible or else we may take further decision against this.

                            I had placed the order of some books at amazon. My order id is[protected]. I had placed it on 8 april, 2018 and it is excepted to be delivered on 16 april, 2018. But today 12 april, i have received a call from a courier service that they have to deliver books today only.. I requested them to deliver the book after 3 days as i am at there.. But they insisted me to deliver today only. They said to me if they don't deliver than they will cancel the order. I requested them to not to cancel the order. But they refuse to accept it and talk to me rudly and cut off my phone.. Therefore my request to them to not to cancel the order and to deliver the order whatever day i request them to deliver.. Because i want the product to be delivered. Please give quick response..

                              I, sanju abraham ordered a bounce back xiaomi
                              Mi redmi note 4mobile cover on 23 march 2018
                              But i never got the product and got message stating that product is delivered to me on 29 march 2018.
                              When i informed that i didn't get the product amazon customer care first stated to wait for few more days. Later i did not receive product and cal they said product has been delivered already. Whatever you need you can do. Go on court or complain. They can't help. Later i cald amazon and courier guys delhivery courier service told them to send me the courier acknowledgement receipt if courier is delieved. Both has not responded or send me anything.10april 2018 some guy seems courier cal's me and tel he will give you product but don't complain
                              What is happening when i pay money upfront for the product, i not only get product but getting blame that i received it and telling lie.

                                i can return product on amazon by the reason of defective product or replacement 1-2 times on my account this is not mean that this issue amazon company use to refuse to give my money ..

                                  Background:
                                  Amazon.in blocked my account citing the reasons for frequent returns. However, there has been a case of receiving faulty products on 3 occasions, and 1 case of 'no delivery'.

                                  In the case of 'no delivery' amazon.in notified me that the product had been delivered, however, upon contacting customer care it was told that due to a system error, a wrong status message was posted, and that the product would be delivered, however, after a few days the order wasn't delivered and i had to seek refund.

                                  The problem:
                                  In view of incidents like the ones mentioned above, amazon.in blocked my account with over rs 2, 000/- in amazon pay balance (Received as refunds of previous unfulfilled orders). Upon fighting with them, they reinstated the account 'temporarily' and i placed an order for a phone case on feb 12, 2018.

                                  Despite all this, a damaged phone case was dispatched by amazon, which was notified to their customer care with photographic evidence, as soon as the product was received, and they readily agreed to accept the return. Now, the return was received by amazon on feb 18, 2018, and since then amazon had been stalling me for a week initially to issue refund and thereafter, blocked the account again and not replying to emails.

                                  I have attached screenshots of various email exchanges.

                                  Please help as i have over rs. 2000/- held by amazon.in

                                    Sir, i had ordered 3 products from amazon india app (All three are prepaid products) on 3rd of april. And suddenly i received a message from amazon saying my products are undeliverable. I don't know what the real issue is, but these big brands are creating inconvenience and killing a lot of time of the people this is second time i am facing this problem.. Although, amazon refunded my money through amazon pay balance. But they are playing with public time and money. There is need of the hour to take some serious legal actions against this big fraud brand.

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I order 'the alchemist book' from amazon india dated: 3 april 2018,
                                      Order no.[protected] of expected date of delivery is on 5 april 2018 that has failed, again they amend the date of estimated date of arrival of order is 10 april 2018 that was also failed. Not only that one they remove the cancel order button option. Aramex is courier service provider even now they unable to deliver my order.
                                      I want my full amount refund.

                                        Haeir refrigerator from amazon in october 6th "[protected]@gmail.com". Paid through sbi debit card. No bill given at delivery. Stopped working. Haeir company asking for bill.

                                        Amazon account mention refrigerator in cancelled items section.
                                        This is foolish and criminal! No proof of delivery. No message no sms.
                                        Simply auto driver called and delivery given.
                                        Resolve or we'll complain that we didn't get fridge. All proof available

                                        I already lodged a complaint with this portal. Just giving some more details.
                                        Amazon took money and put order in CANCELLED ITEMS section.
                                        All details are in the pictures.
                                        Message says on 6th October 2017: order cancelled
                                        Bank account mentioned payment.
                                        Where is my refrigerator? Washing machine and oven???
