Hi,
I had ordered one kids bike on 14th feb 2018. I received this item but the seller sent me the wrong item. I had ordered hand race kids bike but the item i received is foot race bike (I have also prepared a video for the proof that this is a foot race bike). I was informed that the seller will not arrange this pick up as the product was from the third party seller (Irrespective of the fact that it was seller’s mistake). After having several rounds of discussion, i decided to ship this item back to the seller. Also, amazon confirmed that the courier cost will be reimbursed. However, important to note that no courier company is ready to accept this item/ship this item as the product contains lithium battery. This is against their company policy and lithium battery comes under the list of prohibited items. I tried with several courier service provider and even indian postal service.
On 16th march 2018 (2.15 pm), amazon representative confirmed that this seller will have to arrange the pick-up in this case (No matter he is a third party seller) and will resolve this issue within 48 hours. However, there is no development on this issue so far. My money is stuck with the seller and extremely disappointed with amazon service. I have been calling amazon several times but they are least bothered about solving this issue and every time i am getting false assurance from amazon as it’s been now more than 1 month.
In addition, the seller is sending me abusive / extremely unprofessional emails and amazon is unable to stop this. I have completely lost my trust and hope now with amazon. I would require help from consumer complaint forum in this regard as they are not refunding my 11000 rs

    Dear sir/mam,
    I placed order redmi 5 (Gold, 16gb) mobile phone and my order id is #[protected]. Today my order is out for delivery and your delivery agent call me i said you delivered to my parcel my neighborhood he said i cant delivered your parcel to your neighborhood because my manger said i could not delivered any other person so i said today evening i visit your courier office and collect my parcel when i visit amazon transportation courier office i ask my parcel your ats manger misbehave me and he said i cant delivered your parcel i ask why you cant delivered my parcel he said i return your parcel. So i said why you return my parcel without my conformation amazon company attempt 3 times for delivery then any product return you attempt single time and return my product and i saw my parcel on the computer table i said my parcel is here you delivered me but still your ats manger continue misbehave and use abuse word. So kindly humble request you as soon as possible immediately take any strict action against your ats manger and reattempt delivery as soon as possible. Thanking you

      Dear sir,
      Today my redmi 5 (Gold 16gb) mobile phone out for delivery your ats manager call me and said you collect your parcel at courier office i say why i collect my parcel to your office amazon company any product delivered to home he said if you cant come i return your parcel so i visit your ats courier office your manager demand 500 rupees extra charge for delivery i said i cant give any extra charge your ats manager "mister rajkumar" misbehave me and using abuse word and said you lodge complaints any where no one delivered to your parcel. So kindly request you as soon as possible you take any appropriate strict action regarding your ats manager and without any delay please delivered my parcel. Thank you

        I have booked redmi 5 on 20th march 2018 when i booked my phone estimated delivery time 24th march 2018 but i have not received till 25th march2018 i have three time complaint in amazon but not satisfied and commit wait till 27th march we provide and if not deliver we refund your money.
        My complaint regarding if estimated time 24th so why exceed 27.

          I have bought 2 sticks of eucalyptus in feb18 from amazon. After receiving we didn't find useful and filed a return of product on 19th mar 18.
          We should have received the mail of return within 48 hrs, but even after 6 days of filing return we haven't heard from them. Now order history is not reflecting in amazon a/c. Pic attached for reference.

            Hello, I am Sameer Misra from Bangalore.
            I have purchased photron p10 bluetooth speaker from amazon.in on 26th Jan 2018 for 650rs. and within one month o[censored]sage it giving some cracking noise while audio playback.
            As it is under warranty period, I contacted photron customer care executive and they suggested to send the product to their Mumbai office and they wiil replace the product. But I have to bear the courier charges.
            So is it justifiable to pay around 300-350 ta courier charges for a 650 rs product. So I think Amazon should take this responsibility

              I ordered this book on 13th march 2018 and it was supposed to be delivered at my address by 23rd march. On 23rd march, i saworder status as delivered. The strange thing is the book was not delivered to the address and it was showing that it is already delivered to me. I am a student preparing for ugc net and the book was o[censored]tmost importance to me. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                  I added rs.399 on amazon pay balance via upi. Payment was successful. When i check amazon pay it said money will be added in a few minutes. Then i got a message saying

                  If you believe that we have cancelled your order in error, please reply to this message and let us know.

                  So i replied them
                  "but what about my money? My money is deducted from bank"
                  But they said
                  "hello,

                  Thanks for writing to us.

                  I understand your concern regarding order:[protected].

                  I see that your order was cancelled and you were not charged for it.

                  Please contact your bank further, as they will be able to assist you in a better way.

                    It's been 1 week i dint get my honor 7x phone till today... Lame delivery system ever, i paid 12000 k for the product, and they are playing and fooling me saying that they will deliver it... I even complained to higher authorities but no proper response mad they neglected my product, till today they just convince customer by fooling them, worst worst worst, they play with customer emotions and their lives, worst delivery system ever experienced.

                    Lame delivery ever, they won't respond to the calls and messages, I m really upset about Amazon delivery system, worst delivery ever seen... It's been 1 week I did not get my product yet, they are fooling saying that by pushing the days ahead, they try to convince customer but never satisfied...play with our precious time... This is the worst experience ever had... So much of negligence

                      On 22th mar chach i ordered (#[protected] dell vostro 3565 amd a6... Laptop, on 23th march i got my product, but that was used product. Laptop had pre-installed pirated windows 10 with previous user files copy.

                      Even the device do have pirated software pre-installed. Device do have some scratches too.

                      When i approached customer support they are not willing to help too, even there customer support team dropped the call. They said the issue is because of seller not us

                        I see that my amazon account is closed for reason which do not know why.

                        There is an international order which on the way. There are returns in process, refunds to be received and orders waiting to be delivered.

                        See, if a problem was found with the way i use my amazon account, amazon.in must have first given me a warning instead of instantly closing my account and not allowing me to access my order history or refund status or delivery tracking.

                        As a consumer, i have rights to access my account and check my order history.

                        There are returns to be delivered to sellers as well as orders to be delivered to me. I have paid for it.

                        Else refund me and then close the account.

                        Due to this lock to the account:
                        1) am not able to access my previous order history
                        2) am not able to "print return label"
                        3) am not able to track my international order which is in transit.

                        Kindly do the needful. If you find my account has violated your terms, just do not allow any further orders from my account. But you cannot just refuse me to access my own account which i had been using since past 2 years.

                          Item bought is trekking shoes and on very first use on the day of trekking sole of both shoes came off... Completely fake wildcraft product and it left me with no shoes while in middle of himalayas, so i got it stitched for temporary use as in the mountains it was only option available... I hope amazon never play with customers trust like this next time next time and it was horrible experience.

                              Amazon prime deducted rs.7250.77 from my credit card for prime membership which i was not used only i had purchased a mobile from amazon using my credit card during that time they have stored my credit card details and done fraudulent transaction without my concern.

                              Amazon is cheating customers its against it law without my concern how they recovered the amount from my credit card if its not refunded i will file case in consumer court for cheating me.

                              I was not used any prime membership offers from amazon.

                              I have booked RedMi dark grey 4GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory phone
                              Before booking I checked the Accessories of this product In which headphone also mentioned in the description
                              When I received this product head phone is missing

                                I ordered these headphones and received an empty box, and amazon refuses to replace or refund my order. They said they will investigate and their investigation says that there were headphones in the package, but all i received was an aux cable and a manual with a broken seal on the box. And now when i asked them what should i do, they said you're on your own now

                                  On 20 mar 2018 i had recharge 50rs my mobile from site amazon. At that time amazon was offering 50% cashback on recharge. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account upto 21st mar, 2018 but till today i haven't received cash back in my amazon wallet account. My order id was[protected]. Please take actions towards amazon as many customers like me are harrassed because of this.

                                    I ordered for (Tp-link tl-wr841n 300mbps wireless-n router in order no:[protected] but its switch is not suitable for telephone line so returned back on 18.02.2018 against return item via ref tracking #[protected]Copy enclosed) and request for refund the same. After that a cheque was received of rs. 999 on 27.02.2018 in favor of r. D, meena. But my name is an account holder as ram dayal meena. So bank denied to give the payment and accepted the cheque. Whenever i sent a mail for cs-reply customer care with enclosed cancelled cheque (Copy enclosed). I requested to transfer rs. 999 in my sbi account. Because account number and ifsc code has already been sent to amazon when i returned the item. But it is very sad that the payment of rs. 999 is not received till date.

                                    You're therefore, requested to kindly necessary action and transfer the amount of rs.999 in my account at the earliest.

                                      We do a monthly subscription of various items for example i am giving one order number[protected]with amazon and the payment of the items goes through amazon pay all the payment for the monthly subscription was paid in advance through amazon pay and the courier person comes to my place and ask the money for the same i said for what i have to make the payment he said i don't know but the payment has to be made or else i will take the good spark are on the same time call amazon customer care and told them dangerous incident the miss behaviour of the courier person was also noted with them for which i have received and apologize letter from them today again i called them for the same when will i receive my good they do not have any reply and they want to cover their period people and not the customer from where we are i want a reply from them why this things are happening when they cannot control or they cannot put educated people for the courier services it means it's. The name of the company and people sitting on the head don't want these things to happen to spoil the company's name where is the hole in this kindly check and reply

                                        I purchased motorola g5s plus mobile and given address to noida sector 135 address and after 2 days i got message like product is returning to seller as it damage on the way. I requested for replacement and again after 2 days i got same message and 1 person came to collect mobile from me which the have not delivered to me first time. This time again i called and requested for replacement again as the said refund will be initiated by 27 of march 2018. But they said this time they can not initiate for replacement.

                                        My amazon.in order #[protected]

                                        Now the question is while product is dispatched from gurgaon why product is getting damage in bulandshahr up while delevery address is from noida.

                                        Why i should wait to get refund till october first week.

                                        Will be very happy if some can help me on this.
