I have ordered the handset iphone se in december and i was informed that i will receive the cashback on 2.03.2018 with 3 e-mail confirmation n now they are refusing to help me with cashback i want my 1500 rs back. I have attached the screenshots for those emails. They simply disconnect the cal n when i informed them that i wil go to social media they r ok u can, really? I am waiting since two months for cashback n after promising it several times with written confirmation how can simply say no to customer?

How disappointing I still didn’t receive any update from the team .is this a fake Id for complaint????
Very slow I didn’t receive any notification regarding this yet and no confirmation if they r working on it or not

    I have ordered a product on 3rd march expected delivery time was 9th march but it tracking detail showed it has reached on 6th.. Today it's 12th march n i haven't received it till now... I complained thrice between 7th to 12th march in amazon customer service they said they have left note on blue dart.. I don know y they have not delivered yet... To annoying service

      I didnt got my refund from this product i have returned the original product to the seller but none on them are taking this issuse so many times i have called to the customer care exectives they are not even taking my issuse granted
      i have paid for the product and amazon team are not giving the product i have lost the product and lost the money also .

          Hi,

          I had buyed egate i9 projector from amazon on[protected] and it stopped working on[protected]. It has 1 year warranty. When i contacted amazon customer care, they said to reach out egate service center. As i m in bangalore here egate has only 1 service center which denies to service it, as he says to go back to amazon. Hence i m stuck in loop of amazon and egate projector company no body is resolving my problem.

          I made a purchase on amazon order id is order #[protected], i asked one of the
          Representative his name is vinoth that to
          Change my shipping address, he told we will cancel the order and
          Made a new order and link it with old payment that u have made,
          And i am ok with that, and i made a follow up bez
          I know that they were not mean
          To take risks and all, and another time i talked with other representative name call sukwindar singh
          His answer is not clear i asked him one more time he told we will take care all of this u dont bother.
          After few hours i got a message like ur amount will be going to refund,
          Without my knowladge how?, what i told what they are doing, once again i talked with representative
          This time their answer is terrible they are telling that refund process will initiated we cant do any thing on this,
          And talked with teamlead his answer is also same and he is asking sorry,
          And telling u order it once again and it has same price as earlier, how much irresponsible they are,

          I had some questions to them

          1) do u have aware of amazon policies?
          2) without my knowladge how u cancel my order?
          3) if it not possible you can tell in the begining right?
          4) do have u any intenstion that give trouble to the customer, if it is no what was in my case?
          5) why u changing customer representatives repeatedly, each time
          And cant find previous person that we talked, might some hiddden intenstion tell me?
          6) are you really helping customers?

          If i didnot get answer on these questions i will take legal actions against them,

              Am writing this email in order to notify you that my order hasn't been delivered and despite my multiple calls and empty promises from your end, the product, an hp laptop 15.6 inches, hasn't yet been delivered to me. This notifying message is, as per legal advice, being sent to you before i take this complain to the federal trade commission which deals with complains for the online purchases of products.

              I have emails from you at amazon promising me that the product would be delivered within 24-48 hrs with no outcome of the same promises.

              I have been consistently calling and instead of apologizing and accepting your mistake you make excuses and keep me waiting more. Every time i call i have to repeat my grievances all over again. This is a clause for mental harrassment, apprehension of what to expect in the near future. Not to mention fraudualence.

              So, as i have spoken to your customer care executive, i will be pressing charges and complain against amazon to a higher authority who will help me resolve this issue because your incompetence cannot.

              I was told yesterday on 08/03/2018 by your customer care executive that amazon has it's legal system in place and if i wanted to, i can take this issue to court. Which i will if my product has not been delivered by tomorrow, that is within 24 hrs from now.

              I do not want your emails making more excuses because i'm tired of reading the same, automated emails that you send customers. It's honestly shameful and a waste of my time.

              As promised today over the phone call with your customer care executive, i will be awaiting a phone call from you on sunday, 11/03/2018 at 12:05 pm updating me about the product, even if it means that the phone call is made only to confirm the delivery of the said product.

              No such phonecall happened.

              I have said all that i had to.

              It's sincerely a shame to be sending such an email, should be (Not saying that it will be, given the fact that you don't feel responsible enough to accept that this entire delay is your fault) shameful for you people too.

                    The amazon agent who came to deliver his phone number being - [protected] asked for payment by cash, and was adamant that he will not give the item if not paid by cash. Though the option was cash on delivery, still he did so. He was a pathetic agent. Earlier also he has asked to come and collect the parcel, though address is clearly given. This is the most reckless behaviour of this agent from kalyani., westbengal, pin - 741235.

                    Kindly pease see to it that this agent is removed, otherwise how can we order from amazon.

                      Had ordered for 3 door wardrobe from amazon for office use order no.[protected]. The product came with a mismatch part & now they are refusing to take it back saying the return period is closed as per amazon policy. However, the product was delivered on 30th jan 18, their return window period closed on 9th feb and whereas the assembly was scheduled on 12th feb 18 by amazon itself. So the return policy window should start after complete assembly of the product.
                      All this time i was in touch with the amazon team via calls, had also requested that if amazon can send the missing part alternatively then we shall assemble it with assigned amazon carpenters. The amazon team assured us to deliver the missing part on time, whereas it was delayed from their end. A mail was sent 3 days after the scheduled reassembly appointment i. E. 22nd feb 2018 on which i received a auto mail saying the query will be addressed within 8 hours. We did not received any updates from amazon support for 15 days. A mail was drafted again on 8th mar 18 on which we received a revert saying, "its too late now as the return window policy has been closed". The executive i spoke from amazon was rude at the end of the call and hung up (May check the amazon call centre recordings). When requested to speak to the senior manager, the executive hung up on me. Pathetic customer service, not expected from brand like amazon. We did not receive any prompt reply nor a good assistance. I need help in returning the product & getting refund as its blocking a big space in my office and i am looking to receive my refund asap. Emails with all details has already been sent to amazon, however do not see any assistance.

                      We just need a simple thing, we expect a refund in full. As the product came with a missing part and we had reverted for return only when amazon carpenter has assisted to do the same. As the missing part and the part which was sent by amazon later did not match. So the assembly was incomplete and could not be used.

                      Kindly assist us to get refund payment.

                        I have duely returned the product for which i have the cctv footage as well secondly customer service first assured the refund in 48hrs then after 5 days on enquiring about the refund they tell me that i have sent the empty case why at the first place they said that the refund is initiated. More importantly the pickup fellow checked the product before taking it i have all the audio n video proofs for what i have said

                          I have not received the return courier charges from july 2017 for the products bonnet scoop (Order i'd:[protected] and gear knob (Order i'd:[protected] which i have returned and the courier charges has been beared by me and i have provided the correct courier receipts with the original seal. They are saying that i have provided duplicate receipts so they can't refund me courier charges. Already the seller has confirmed the receipt of the returned item. First of all amazon has confirmed two times that i will get the amount within 24-48hrs. And now they are telling that they cannot refund. No customers should be fooled like this. Please help me to get the same as they are frauding.

                          Not yet resolved. No responses from their side. They dont have right to say they will not give my money. They are saying that. They cannot give my money for that they are saying silly excuses. That means they are pucca frauds. This is the second time i am facing like this. It would be greatful if you could find a resolution for this at the earliest.

                            I bought one pen drive [hp usb flash drive 3.0 hp 16gb x 715w] of hp on 22-feb-2018 from amazon india. It was delivered to me on 26-feb-2018 [order #[protected]]. The pen drive got corrupted on 10-march-2018, which is just 12 days after delivery. The product is poor no doubt about it, do not buy this product of hp and not from amazon. I contacted amazon india customer service via chat and they have asked me to contact the manufacturer. They also said that they can not take back this item as the return window was closed. They provided me two numbers of hp customer care, both are wrong numbers. I booked a call and they have said the same thing, that they can not take back the item. I will think twice before buying any costly item from amazon in future.

                            I have tried to post comment on review. But they did not allow me to do so because i have written few things against there customer care and service. What a poor set of mind of them. I bought a few things from them time to time and planning to buy one smart tv from them, now i have cancelled the idea after viewing their attitude towards regular customer.

                              [protected]. Your amazon agent pickup shoes 3/3/18 tracking[protected].
                              3. Second pickup cancelled.
                              4. But your return and refund status show tracking[protected] and print mailing label shoe tracking[protected]. I send email amazon receipt, and shoes picked by amazon agent photo. 7 days completed but my refund amount no credit in my account. Please refund amount 499/- deposit in my amazon account.

Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                                After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                                    80% of the cosmetic products sold by amazon are fake. I was told buying amazon fulfilled product would not be dublicates. Wen checked i only found fake product. My purchase of loriel shampoo has been refunded but all d suppliers selling these fake products are still active and selling in amazon. There is no action nor conciquence to their fraud.
                                    Amazon being indian largest selling platfor m assures trust but dis regards the feedback of its customers

                                      I ordered head strap for my action camera on 'amazon' for rs. 399 and the seller was 'mobile gear'. Within a week i received the wrong product. The item i received was mobile otg multicharger even though it was written outside package that it is head strap. So i demanded replacement from my app and within few days a person came to pickup that wrong product. Then again after 1-2 days, i received the same wrong product again. It was something mobile otg multicharger again. And again outside package it was written that it is a head strap.
                                      So i quickly called the customer care and complained about the same. The person said that there is some trouble with the seller and adviced me to not to buy again from the same. They also told me to claim the refund from app. So i did the same. They told me that amount will be refunded once they receive my item to them and the process will take 3-4 days.
                                      After 1-2 days again one person came and picked up the the wrong item and i was waiting for the refund.
                                      These all incidencea happened during february end. Then i called amazon customer care again on 9 march 2018 for not receiving my refund. They checked in their records and said that i have returned them duplicate item and hence they can not refund me the money. I argued with them that there's something misunderstanding and they need to reverify again. But instead they blamed me and denied the refund.
                                      I think the seller was the issue and it seems like some scam. The lady i talked to first also said the same.
                                      Amazon, if you are reading this please verify with your records again. Otherwise i have to do a police complaint for this. The question is not about money but the blame they are putting on me.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
