Buying stuff from amazon (Prime) (+fulfilled by amazon) has become a nightmare.
Every time they deliver used, dirty, unpacked items.

This time i purchased something for 750. Found it greasy, with missing screws. Amazon approved return but asked me to deliver it back to them by indian post only.

Wt[censored] thinking? First u send a complete # product, then expect the customer to go to some post-office and prepare a parcel to be sent and pay for it and then wait for a week for refund?

On complaining, they just said "maafi chahengey, but parcel toh aapko *bhejna parega*".

Fyi - fulfilled by amazon means they charge 10-20% extra from market price, from the seller.

* as per their policy, they repack all returned goods and 'chipkaao' to new buyers! 😠

    I hope this will help me in my complaint against Amazon

    I ordered a phone today with amazon and paid in advance from my credit card, while placing the order I received the message that of I pay 100 rupees extra I will get the delivery in 24 hours and I selected that option and paid extra money for fast delivery. I have attached the confirmation emails which says that my product is guaranteed with on day delivery. After making the payment on confirmation email I got a message that it will be delivered after 5 days, however amazon also mention that product is purchased with fast delivery.

    Looking at this confusion I contacted amazon customer service and Udit from amazon team informed due to technical error now my order will reach to me after 5 days and amazon will return those 100 rupees extra. Which was not acceptable as I paid all the money and to replace the order I would need another 13 and half thousand rupees. He asked to cancel the order but I denied since I wanted to raise it further. So I raised this on twitter and I was asked to fill the form and they will be contacting me for this issue. No body contacted me from social media team of amazon.

    I again called amazon and had word with Utkarsh another amazon employee for cancellation of my order as I was not in situation to wait for 5 days and he informed that I not need to worry as he has double checked and I will get the order the next day. Which gave me peace. After 2 hours I received the call from first amazon employee with whom I interacted for the first time and he said (Utkarsh) shared the incorrect details and my order will be delivered on 5th March only. I requested to have a word with some senior management for this issue as amazon was just playing with my sentiments and money ( I ordered this product for my wife for her birthday thinking that product will reach to me within 24 hours, but they played with my emotions and feelings). I was connected with Vinay another amazon employee from leadership team and who said he will give me the resolution but to my surprise he gave the same answer that product with be delivered on 5th march and he cannot do anything. I requested him to connect me with his senior and he denied. I asked how will he compensate for this mistake and again he denied station he will refund the 100 rupees which I had paid extra.

    Few questions I have here;-

    This is actually a trend of amazon they take the payment but don’t deliver the product on time
    They charge us in advance and then they refund in 3 to 5 business days ( in my case banks will be closed on Holi which Is on Friday and then weekend will start and my refund will be delayed for sure)
    They are using my money and I am sure there are thousands of the customers which are struggling with this behavior of amazon
    My bank charge 13% Interest on daily basis if the payment is not made on time + 18% GST on interest amount. Due date for my citi bank credit card is 5th March who will be responsible for this loss = 13577*13% Interest rate and the interest amount is 1765.1/-INR on this amount my bank will charge 18% GST which is 1665.1*18% 317/-INR total amount I have to pay to bank is 2081.71/-INR who would be paying this amount??

    Last but not the least who and how Amazon would be compensating emotion values and stress they had given me in last 4 hours. I’m bagging you guys to look into my issue and help me at the earliest.

    I have not received any email on this issue from amazon, expect the confirmation email of my product. they have contacted me from some UK number which is + 442079835456. you cannot call back on this number. to speak with Amazone india you have to fill up a form either on the website or twitter in case they share a link with you for call back

    I have been trying to order this trimmer since 4-5days

    Panasonic ER-GB37 Men's Trimmer (Black)

    It is getting cancelled again and again .I have tried at least 5 times still the same problem.

        Hi,
        I have been calling to amazon customer care but unfortunately they are not giving any positive reply except extending days.
        My product was supposed to deliver on 27th of feb18 but shows as delivered on 25th. I have called to customer care regarding this issue and they confirmed to get it delivered to you by 27th of feb18.
        Since no item received, called on 27th late night, they firstly misbehaved and later supervisor says you have signed on document during delivery. Just my name is mentioned by someone.
        They are asking for more days to investigate which is unnecessary extending time.
        How amazon don't have mechanism to track such an agent who is making false signature of customer and taking back the item. Doing someone else signature without knowing the person is an offense and amazon is kept quite.
        I humbly request to look into it and resolve on priority.

          I am a user of amazon india services. I had checked my amazon account with email id - [protected]@gmail.com as it was previous year when i starting contacting amazon that i am unable to place order from my account. I have nearly rs 7200 in amazon pay balance which i am unable to use whenever i place order they just cancel my order. I even don't know what i have done wrong that is avoiding amazon terms and conditions. I actually haven't done anything wrong intentionally. I always tried to be a valuable customer of amazon and i always prefer amazon than other ecommerce websites, please kindly unlock my account so i can access it and place order. Those money that i have in amazon pay balance is my hard earned money. I am receiving mails from amazon that order is cancelled and they were also asking me to send some amex card info (Don't know they were asking) i am also attaching the images of email send to me from amazon.

              I had purchased moto g5 plus on 12th august 2017. At that time there was this cashback offer that i will get 10 percent cash back up to 1500 if i pay through sbi debit card whether online or at the time of delivery. I have called several times on their customer care service every single time they told me to wait for 48 hours or they have said that we have escalated your issue to a higher authority.                   I have not received my refund since 22 november 2017
                  Can you kindly check what keeping my return ?
                  You see, i have received the confirmation message of you receiving the parcel, but refund has not been generated from your side. Now it has been very long time since then. Months has passed, not that i have tried contacting your call support but they didnt helped . Apparently they cannot reach my order. Here i am sending you the screenshot along. Can you check them and let me know whats taking them so long. Since i have trust over amazon and being a regular customer there i request you to look into my matter very deeply. I believe you wont let down my faith in amazon customer service.

                      Hi,

                      I had a been delivered a duplicate-defective Microsoft Xbox 360 console (product) bought on 24/1/2018 on Amazon worth 14999, returned on 2/22018.
                      I had requested refund through account transfer all details were shared on 31/1/2018 itself.
                      Despite that a cheque drawn on Deutsche Bank with limited at par banking branches (less than 10, not payable at my city) was issued.
                      Almost daily calls for refund to account are getting bizzare responses through Customer Service and Mails, as also Twitter social media team.
                      Excuses like its with billing department, its with bank, you had issues with cheque... cancelled cheque picture hasn't been sent etc etc. Receivable time is pushed back week by week.
                      Delays and more delays..for a refund issued deliberately through cheque, is now purportedly delayed in banking processes..and Amazon has no idea!!!

                              I have purchased a Philips Trimmer Model "Philips BT5200/15 Pro Skin Advanced Trimmer" for Rs.1500/- with ORDER #[protected]. The Order was Placed on 16 February 2018. The product was to be delivered to me on/by 24.02.2018-26.02.2018. Suddenly on 22.02.2018 they have sent me a message saying that “Your ordered for Philips BT5200/15 Pro Skin Advance Trimmer is cancelled.” I have not cancelled the order. But when I called up the customer care support of amazon-India for asking about the same matter, they ignored and said that it was cancelled as they could not ship it in time by 19.02.2018.
                              There was no such terms and condition on the buying page or in the order summary page mentioning that my order would get cancelled if they are unable to dispatch the product in time. Now I want the product to be delivered as promised by Amazon which they had advertised in their website on 16.02.2018 and promised to deliver it by 26.02.2018.
                              Kindly help me out in this matter.

                                The amount has been initiated from the Amazon India but the amount has not been refunded by bank. It's been more that 2 weeks .                                   I am one of the loyal customer of amazon india. My past relationship with amazon was very good untill i ordered my last item. I ordered moto G5S Plus from amazon and got delivered on 19th feb 2018 with exchange of my previous mobile. But unfortunately that mobile was defected and i noticed the same to amazon customer service center on 20th. As per the policy, Amazon need to perform technician visit to check the defect which took almost a week in my case and as i had given my previous mobile on exchange, i didn't have any handset to perform my professional and personal work, so i brought another handset meanwhile.

                                  Now, as amazon technician approved that my mobile is faulty, i want the refund for the same. However, customer service person has been forcing me for the replacement of the device .

                                  I can not receive another handset now as i have already brought another handset as i could not hamper my work for one week. Please understand my situation. I belong to middle class family and money matter a lot to me. I trust amazon policy and customer centric approach that's why i took such step of buying new handset by keeping hope of refund for defected peice i received .

                                  Please look into this matter. I need a refund of my defected handset instead of replacement.

                                    Actually i got mail that you are selected for Amazon company as a supervisor at mysore location and they called me and told me that deposit the security amount of 1850rs at the name of vikash sharma at bank of baroda and then they ask me that deposit the amount for police verification 2000rs and courier charges twice i paid 800+3150 and ICICI Bank account opening charges and medical claim charges 5100+5500 now they asking once again 3150rs for account opening but i didn't pay this amount... totally i deposited 18400 rs please help me refund this amount please

                                      Even after 3 or 4 month i did not get my refund.
                                      This type of service is not expected from your firm.
                                      As directed by you i had couriered the packet myself but still i am still waiting for my amount. I am sorry to say that if no positive reaction is done from your side i will be compelled to go to consumer court.

                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have not received my payment . i returned the t shirt which i bought on feb.i have checked my online account but not recieved the money. but in amzon website it is written that we have refunded your amount. amazon is fraud.
                                      I had purchased through order no[protected] for Rs.1729/-on 16/02/2018.But my E-Gift card the following card no amount was not considered.

                                        Well i saw a product named seagate backup plus slim 2tb portable external hard drive & mobile device backup (Black) for the price 3000 indian rupees.in addition to this amazon stated that if we payed using amazon pay balance it will provide us cashback of rs.50. So i ordered the product using amazon pay balance. The order no.[protected] was accepted and confirmed. But after 6-7 hours they cancelled my order and refunded my money to amazon pay. They tricked us just to add money to amazon pay and after the product was cancelled the prices of the similar products were elevated. So i want that amazon provide me the same product in the same price as it offered me before.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Order placed on 09.02.2018 by paying Rs.4720/-. out of 9 items, only 4 items received. This cause much inconvenience to me. Take action to deliver the items immediately as the items are at Rajahmundry from 15th onwards
                                        I want to take back my pay balance, tell me what is the procidure
