Sir,, i return order no:[protected] 'urban whiz redon stylish white blue running gym cricket walking training sports shoes for men'. On.03/03/2018 to amazon agent. Tracking #[protected], 1.in my case. Two pickup created - first pick up date 3/3/18 pickup tracking id:
[protected] and second pickup 4/3/18 pickup tracking id:
[protected]. Your amazon agent pickup shoes 3/3/18 tracking[protected].
3. Second pickup cancelled.
4. But your return and refund status show tracking[protected] and print mailing label shoe tracking[protected]. I send email amazon receipt, and shoes picked by amazon agent photo. 7 days completed but my refund amount no credit in my account. Please refund amount 499/- deposit in my amazon account.

    Dear sir,
    My name is anuj sanjay patil email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with. My amazon account is locked from 120 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
    After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

        80% of the cosmetic products sold by amazon are fake. I was told buying amazon fulfilled product would not be dublicates. Wen checked i only found fake product. My purchase of loriel shampoo has been refunded but all d suppliers selling these fake products are still active and selling in amazon. There is no action nor conciquence to their fraud.
        Amazon being indian largest selling platfor m assures trust but dis regards the feedback of its customers

        I bought one pen drive [HP USB Flash Drive 3.0 HP 16GB X 715W] of HP on 22-Feb-2018 from Amazon India. It was delivered to me on 26-Feb-2018 [Order #[protected]]. The pen drive got corrupted on 10-March-2018, which is just 12 days after delivery. The product is poor no doubt about it, do not buy this product of HP and not from Amazon. I contacted Amazon India customer service via chat and they have asked me to contact the manufacturer. They also said that they can not take back this item as the return window was closed. They provided me two numbers of HP customer care, both are wrong numbers. I booked a call and they have said the same thing, that they can not take back the item. I will think twice before buying any costly item from Amazon in future.

        I have tried to post comment on review. But they did not allow me to do so because I have written few things against there customer care and service. What a poor set of mind of them. I bought a few things from them time to time and planning to buy one smart TV from them, now I have cancelled the idea after viewing their attitude towards regular customer.

          I ordered head strap for my action camera on 'amazon' for rs. 399 and the seller was 'mobile gear'. Within a week i received the wrong product. The item i received was mobile otg multicharger even though it was written outside package that it is head strap. So i demanded replacement from my app and within few days a person came to pickup that wrong product. Then again after 1-2 days, i received the same wrong product again. It was something mobile otg multicharger again. And again outside package it was written that it is a head strap.
          So i quickly called the customer care and complained about the same. The person said that there is some trouble with the seller and adviced me to not to buy again from the same. They also told me to claim the refund from app. So i did the same. They told me that amount will be refunded once they receive my item to them and the process will take 3-4 days.
          After 1-2 days again one person came and picked up the the wrong item and i was waiting for the refund.
          These all incidencea happened during february end. Then i called amazon customer care again on 9 march 2018 for not receiving my refund. They checked in their records and said that i have returned them duplicate item and hence they can not refund me the money. I argued with them that there's something misunderstanding and they need to reverify again. But instead they blamed me and denied the refund.
          I think the seller was the issue and it seems like some scam. The lady i talked to first also said the same.
          Amazon, if you are reading this please verify with your records again. Otherwise i have to do a police complaint for this. The question is not about money but the blame they are putting on me.

                    Hi,
                    I have ordered iphone 8 from amazon. Product got delivered to my address as on 22nd feb 2018. When i opened the package i got to know box contain is apple iphone 5s. Immediately i contacted amazon customer care. They were taken my request and after a long 15 days they reverted that photographs which i sent to them was clicked from iphone 8. As i was out of town second day one of friend mayuresh send the photogrphs to me via whatsapp and i have forworded that to customer care.
                    Now they wants the imei number with photograph from which cliked the picture. I have sent that too but they are reverting that its was from iphone 6s gray and not iphone 8.
                    They are playing with me and i really wanted to take this further and wanted you to give the proper resolution on this.

                      We have order in amazon & order no.[protected], & we have received product damage & empty box only & complaint to amazon customer care and say i have investigation 3-5 working days but we have totally surprise nonworking day say result and say successfully delivered.

                      Chorbazari ki bhi had hoti hai amazon ne to customers ko lootane ka aur customers ko fasane ka pura praband kar rakha h.
                      Amazon me paheli baar order karane per courier boy ne fake information dekar status update kar total.
                      Second order me empty box diya jiska refund kar diya.

                      Per is baar to courier boy n pahale card s payment to le liya aur product nahi diya jab courier boy ko bulaya gaya tab usane product diya.
                      Tabhi samaj gaya ki is baar amazon n customers se rupaya bhi le liya aur product bhi nahi diya.

                      Esi chorbazri to kahi bhi nahi dekhi gayi jabki courier boy ne jo box diya tha use dekhkar lag raha tha ki es box ko khola gaya ho.

                      Esi chorbazri to pahali baar dekhi ki customer ko product bhi na diya jay aur customer ka rupaya bhi leliya.

                      complaint karane per bhi koi action nahi liya ja raha h.

                      Jis karan wo dhandhle bazi kiye ja rahi aur jo bhi action leta hai use
                      rupaya de kar investigation band Kara diya jata hai aur Amazon company
                      apne ap hi investigation kar k customers ko result de deti hai ki
                      customers ka replacement hoga ya refund hoga.

                      Ya nahi hoga.
                      Kyonki wo customers ko lootane ka yahi tarika apnate customers se
                      payment le liya aur box empaty khali box customers ko de diya.

                      Is sase rupaya bhi Amazon company k pass chala gaya aur product bhi
                      Amazon k pass hi h.

                      Aur jo customers ko diya jata hai wo sirf khali box.

                      Is tarah se customers ko Amazon jaisi company loot rahi

                        This is roopesh, registered as roopesh bhardwaj on amazon.in and this is my final notice to amazon for grievance before going to district consumer court.

                        I have sent back this product i.e. JBL Flip 4 Portable Wireless Speaker with Powerful Bass & Mic (Black) with MRP of ₹ 7, 385.00 twice to amazon for replacement first and then return at last, marking the cause as quality inadequate. I handed over the exact same product which i received to amazon pick-up agents on 25/02/2018 and then on 27/02/2018 with ORDER ID #[protected] and[protected] respectively.

                        On 28/02/2018 i received an email from amazon saying that the item i returned on 27/02/2018 with Pickup Tracking ID:[protected] is "old and different" and asked me to return the correct item back. I wrote amazon back the same day justifying myself that i guarantee i had returned the exact same product which i received and asked them to investigate their transport team.
                        On 01/03/2018 they ignored all my email content and replied back with same asking me to return the original product but this time they said "both" products arent correct that means the product i returned on 25/02/2018 isn't correct too. Now amazon isn't making my refund of ₹ 7, 385.00. But on 1st march 2018 i got an email from amazon saying my replacement is successfull and they have received the original product back(product i returned first time for replacement). No information for the second replaced product was received and they still think both are incorrect.

                        I am a honest customer of amazon from a very long time and i won't tolerate this kind of behavior. Without even investigation how can amazon accuse it's customer of fraud. I know i have returned the exact same product both of the times which i received. Surely someone from amazon staff switched the products after picking them up from me. That is my hard earned money and i wont let it go down the drain.

                        They contacted me after i sent them this above email and said that they will investigate on 1st march 2018, today i.e. 8th march 2018 they said they wont be able to give my refund as it is only my fault and no further help will be provided my amazon anymore regarging this issue.

                        I REPEAT I HAVE RETURNED THE EXACT SAME PRODUCTS WHICH I GOT FROM AMAZON AS THEY WERE. AND I EXPECT MY REFUND BACK.

                            Sold to me by yes we associates have been interacting with mr. Shridharan of this co. Mob no.[protected].
                            After speaking with rep of above co faulty water heater sent back once to above mentioned co address. Thereafter product replaced but same found again faulty and giving cold water and with the request of co's rep mr. Shridharan, video of the same sent to him.
                            I have conveyed him that i have lost my faith in product and asked for full refund including 1999 + courier charges 84 (Sent earlier once) = total 2167/-
                            But co rep says they will not refund 2167 /- i have asked amazon customer support but hey refused to deal with me and asked to deal directly with seller.

                            Please intervene and give me justice ask seller pay back full refund with courier charges spent both the times.

                              I was purchase blackberry passport (32gb) to amazon online shopping company in date of 28-02-18. And i have found some problem in blackberry phone (Likes - phone heated, not perform properly look like old phone). So i was send return request in date of 01-03-18.                               I got a message from the hdfc back credit card saying "amazonprime membership has raised a debit request for rs.6407.28on[protected]:06:10:44on your hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx towards card validation".

                              I contacted the amazon.in customer service, they don't have customer service facility on Sunday. Blindly looting people.

                                I had purchased this item on 13th january 2018. The product has been said to be delivered to me on 18th january 2018 whereas i made an online cash delivery for the same but did not recieve the product. I have been complaining about it since then. No refund has been made neither are they providing me the address of the courier service. Please resolve.

                                    My delivery guys who was suppose to deliver the parcel spoke to me rudely in abusive language. My order no. Is[protected] and denied to deliver the parcel on time and asked me to come and collect the package from a different location and when i tried to register a complaint on there customer service the representative was not ready to file it saying this is an internal inquiry we cannot give you the complaint number.. I am a prime member with amazon. Since being a prime member i am facing these issues then a normal customer will go crazy after looking at there ordeal.

But, they have sent a new wrong item of head sets. I requested to resend my ordered item again. But they cancelled my item and not refunded my money back. Please look into the matter and see that i receive my ordered wonderford voyager legend bluetooth with nob type mic only.
