I had ordered "monet passport deodorant body spary (Pack of 2)" on 28 feb 2018 through order id:[protected] and the same day i contacted amazon for cancellation of order. I got reply from amazon customer care and i was informed that the order could not be cancelled now but i was asked to not accept the order even if the courier comes for delivery. I did not accept the order when bluedart attempted for delivery and the order was returned to the seller "k r international". Today 16 days passed but i did not receive refund. I am in follow up with amazon customer care but they have always given me fake commitments and i believed their words. Today just before some time i communicated with sushma from customer care team and she did not answer me properly and asked me to wait 1-2 weeks. I really can not understand what they are doing. They are not refudning my money and they have only one sentence that do not worry. Your money is safe. If the money is safe then why they are not returning? I am tired now doing follow-ups everyday. I request this forum to get my money from amazon. I am helpless.

Still i have not got refund against my returned order[protected]. Nobody is listening and their customer care just gives fake commitments which never gonna fulfilled. Even Amazon removes most of the negative reviews of customers and keeps only most of the positive feedback. I can not understand what to do now. I neither received the order nor received refund. I didn't want the item so I refunded but Amazon is not responding in anyways. Fake people.

Still Amazon is not responding to my complaint. They are just fooling me and now they have no answer. They can not even handle a seller. Their a to z guarantee claim is fake and totally failed. I think they enrolled their name as number 1 company by just cheating with customer and fooling them. Nobody from their customer care is responding. I did not get my item ordered and now they are not even refunding my money. Chor saale.
Finally today I got refund from amazon but the response was very slow and refund policy should be improved. Thanks for refund.

    When i checked it it is different product than i asked for
    It is like silicon bags instaed of door mat
    What should i do to get my product back

    Second product of pedigree will be delivered to me by 19-20 mar as per message received

      Respected concern person.
      Warm greeting

      Its is regarding quite ridiculous, irresponsible behavior showed by amazon delivery system. I have placed an order through amazon 2 times but not even received for one time. And the reason being for both times are same. The (Deliver person) updated wrong status that the concern person refuse to receive the order but the truth is they don't even call me to inform that they arrive to deliver order. Are we fool?
      And i faced the same situation both the times.
      Order details:
      First time when i placed order (#[protected], date was 26 feb, 2018 & the mail i have received that order is out for delivery dated 01 march, 2018, mail received mentioned status: refuse to receive (Which is not done by me) dated 02 march, 2018
      Second time when i placed order (#[protected], date was 07 march, 2018 & the mail i have received that order is out for delivery dated 14 march, 2018, mail received again mentioned refuse to receive (Which is not done by me) dated 16 march, 2018.
      It is a bull-# delivery system of amazon. It's my humble request to you to please take a strict action against them.

        Dear sir,

        With reference to the above order no, i should know what is the reason for my order cancellation.

        1, if stock is not available, then why should u display the product in your list.

        2, the product i purchased with ready cash not by cod.

        3, i want the same product with same price. As i ordered the product as a regular customer of amazon, i did`nt except this type of bad shopping experience from your side.

          I ordered iphone7 black (32gb) worth rs.42099 with order id #[protected] on 13/03/2018, next day i received oreder around 8 pm. I opened it and box was with different imei number than written on the printed invoice. Amazon sent me iphone8 256gb which was not funtioning well.

            Hello.
            .
            I have bought sandisk pan drive 12 month ago..
            Now suddenly it's get corrupted and stop working. When i report a problem in sandisk customer r care and describe all the problem.. And the informed us that product is an authentic. It's realy dissapointing.
            I have attached a screen shot of email forwarded by sandisk.
            I have also attached the bill of purchase..

                My order had reached near my house and went back. Delivery boy did not deliver the item, was very rue, was behaving desperately. I have received all my orders so far in the same address but this guy does not wanted to reach my place. I was helping him with the exact location, land mar and a proper direction, but he was not ready to listen to me. I called him for more than 20 times but he rejected my calls. I tried calling him from 3 different numbers asking him to drop the item as its already late and i had to send it to out of delhi. But your guy was so desparate, he rejected all my calls and openly dinied to drop my item even after being just close to my house.

                Therefore i have returned the item, when your guys are such i dont like to shop with you anymore in future as i can handle such deliver guys. Sorry

                  As per the order #[protected], Karbonn K9 Smart eco and Zebronics 4.1 multimedia speker was ordered on 13-02.2018 and mobile was cancelled on same day the 13/02/2018. amount of rupees 2748 is not yet refunded by amazon till date. when ever we contact customer care they say "Please wait for 5 days" etc. Till now no solution and proper response from amazon side.

                    My name is sourabh mandliya, i have ordered 64 gb sandisk pendrive on 10 march 2018. But when i received the package i found 32 gb sandisk memory card. At the backside of package one address is given-sy-13/c, pl-24-c ground floor ambanagar udhna magadalla road, surat, gj-395002, india. I have cancelled this product but still they deleivered to me. I have opened this package infront of delivery boy. Then he told me to contact at the address mentioned in the package. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                      There has been some suspicious activities on my amazon account one week back like changing the email id and password without my authentication. On reporting the issue they have put my account on hold and i myself cannot login into the account using otp or password. On mail they have replied multiple times (Almost every day in last one week) that the account password has been reset and i can login in next 5 hours. I am still unable to access my account and more importantly i have some amazon pay balance which neither i can access nor see the current status. It appears there is absolutely no way of reaching there customer care number without logging into the account which i am not being able to do as the account has been put on hold. Under this circumstance what am i supposed to do. Neither am i getting any update from amazon nor am i being able to contact them or access my account.

                        On 10/12/2017, i bought a machsmart hd hidden camera pen 1280x960p. I made this purchase at vide order no[protected] of rs 1228/-

                        Unfortunately, this product has not performed well. So i was decided to return this product and i was apply for refund within reasonable period.
                        But, still today product is not picked up by amazon and do not receive any refund in my bank or amazon wallet. I was reminding to amazon via helpline two or three times but always same response.
                        I want to return this product, any possible way to return this product and get refund.

                          I wonder how is this possible? I find for example a product like moserbaer dvd-r pack of 10 being sold for rs 449 on this site when it's mrp is not over rs 275.

                          I have nothing to comment on the shipping cost but how come it's correct to sell a product way beyond its mrp online?

                          See this screenshot taken. This complaint is made in the interest of the consumers. Statements like sellers decide the price based on their profit margin won't help. Amazon should moderate their policies and set some constraints on sellers.

                            I am Prashant Barmate i had ordered Nike shoes which is cost 3999 rs from amazon on 23-dec-2017 before deliver the product on my address i canceled the same, and ordered through another online shopping site i.e Snapdeal but they delivered me wrong product so there i kept return request they was accept and sent me massage for return product pick up, for this 2 no.courier service called me 4 to 5 hours difference in that both courier amazon and snapdeal also started the process. amazon did not delver the product then also involved return process so in this confusion by mistake snapdeal product i have sent to amazon go-down blue dart given me packing no. i.e [protected] and receipt also attached for your clarification please find the same. regard this issue so many times put request to amazon for resolve the same issue but not getting any response., i am requesting you to look forward do need full.

                              There is an amazon charge for $32.78 dated 2/08 in my credit card account. I have exhausted hours of searching for this item in amazon. All other items charged to me are found and confirmed. Do i need to use a different search at amazon or is this actually an incorrect charge. Ignore incorrect entries since i have know knowledge of the charge indicating that your categories are not all complete.

                                I have purchase a product form amazon on 20/02/2018 the payment for this product is 3378.00 which is debit on my card on 20/02/2018 when i get product form amazon i am not satisfied with the product so return it on 24/02/2018 the refund initated on 24/02/[protected].00) ruppes and second refund on03/03/[protected].00) but the refund initated on 24/02/2018 is credited in my account on 05/03/2018 and the refund initated on 03/03/2018 yet till 14/03/2018 it is not credit it my account amazon says me that by there hand the refund is initated on 03/03/2018 and credited in my account in next 3-5 business day bit still now the status of the refund is not clear where the money goes amazon give me a refence number that is 607220 they also say me that on call and email all to your bank custmor care and fill a charge dispute form they give a code so what now i can do to credit my refund back to my account

                                  Today, i had the worst experience while shopping for a product in amazon.in.

                                  I have been an amazon customer, a prime one, for more than 4 years that's including

                                  On amazon.com as well, and never had such a pathetic experience. I ordered a

                                  Logitech keyboard - order id - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, trusting the brand, and amazon

                                  Service. But to my amazement i cannot return this product even though it's not

                                  Mentioned on product page, which i was careful to read; but somewhere in the deeper

                                  Sections of help. I trust the amazon brand for not following such business practices of misleading the customer, and then catch them off guard by saying it's mentioned in some nth page of website rather than clearly on the product page, which is usually the case.

                                    I have ordered a mivi cable with a lot of trust on amazon. The product was good and working fine for the first 6 days. Then started playing the drama, i need to move the cable and adjust it to work. I got my phones checked in the store everything is fine with the mobile, they confirmed that there is a problem with the cable. I even checked it with the different phones. It was not working now.                                         My name is Umesh Krishnan ([protected]). I have placed an order for an A/C Remote (Azure Brand) online, from Amazon.in. I have received a fake remote which looks like a dummy or a fake copy. The parcel was then returned back to Amazon and they promised a replacement. A few days later they sent me the same dummy again. This is a clear scam. In fact I have ordered this remote from Flipkart as well, even they gave me a fake remote which looks just like the original remote. All three times, I was cheated by a distributor named (Shree Krishna Sales). I also spoke to the customer care executive of Amazon and they have agreed to return my money without even taking the product back this time. I want to sue Amazon and I demand compensation for playing me a fool twice.
