But i received a white one which was also not working so i requested for return and return schedule was on 25|12|2017. But no one arrived for pick up. I had ordered a back phone cover for honor 8 lite on 31 december 2017. On the same date i later ordered a popsocket ring (Order no.[protected] for my phone.
For the phone case cover, the estimated time of delivery was 3 january 2018 whereas for the popsocket it was 4 january 2018.

I ordered a product from amazon few days ago through my debit card. I got the product after few days but the product was different from the picture and small in size too. Did not receive cashback for a recharge done for my mobile using amazon pay. Cashback offered during that period is 50rs. I have contacted the customer service several times and even sent emails. Recharge was done on 20-dec-17 and they are saying that still investigation is in process.

Delivery not received after lapse delivery time. Many times mail, call but not helpful only wastes time. I feel only painful for above ordered. If i will book newly ordered place from highest side. The waste materials delivered to me against order no.[protected] dt. 02/12/2017 was collected back on 12/12/2017 and the pick up tracking id was[protected]. What i got in the parcel was some pieces of coconut husk.

Product was ordered on 26th december 2017, and earlier the delivery date was showing 30th december 2017 but it suddenly changed to 3rd of january 2018. I called customer support 5 times everytime they were just "we can understand your problem we will try to help you at our best" but no result till yet.

I want reason why it got delayed and how in my order status i am seeing that delivery date is changed on customer request but...
