I had placed a return request on amazon for order#[protected]. It was scheduled to be picked up on 14-mar-2018. Pickup tracking id is [protected]. Bluedart courier executive picked up the wrong order ie my jabong order that was kept at my pg's reception. The jabong order picked up was under the original jabong packaging. Still it was picked up bluedart courier who was suppposed to pick up amazon return order. Was the package itself not an indication that it is a jabong order and not an amazon order? Please note that i was not available at the time of pickup since i was at my office. So i had kept both, the amazon and jabong return parcels together under their original packaging at my pg's reception. When i tracked the blue dart courier via the waybill number printed on reverse pickup slip i found that the picked up item has been shipped to amazon. When i talked to amazon customer care and informed them about the issue they told that since it has been shipped back to the seller, there is no way i can get my jabong order back. They told they will refund me the amazon order cost, but there is no possibility of getting my jabong order back. Please note that my jabong courier that incorrectly got picked up consisted of a women top where as the expected pick up for amazon order was a catwalk sandal. My question is, being such a reputed online store worldwide, don't amazon or the seller (Catwalk) perform a basic quality check at their end the moment they receive any return order? How could they accept any return without doing a basic quality check whether they received the right item?

Please note that i do have the reverse pickup slip of bluedart with me that i can share with amazon team once they acknowledge my issue and ask for the same. Kindly help me in getting my jabong order back as soon as possible.

    On 19/03/2018 i received a phone call from your delivery person that there was a packet for me and that i should go to a specified spot to meet him and take delivery of it. I went there and waited for over 30 minutes without a sign of him.
    I called him twice and he assured me that he would be with me in 5 minutes. This 5 minutes turned to over 30 minutes. (Maybe your delivery people are not too familiar with numbers!).
    And just when i was giving up hope and returning to my office the rambo turned up. When i pulled him up for keeping me waiting he turned very aggressive and rude.
    So i told him that he could take the item back since it was a cod transaction.
    This is unacceptable and henceforth i will think twice before ordering anything with amazon.

      I had made transaction through my hdfc debit card on c. O. D option on 6th feb'18 and the refund has been made to uco bank account which "does not belongs to me". Tthe refund was made on 10th feb'18 of amount rs. 505.67 and another was made on 17th feb'18 of amount 1122.33 along with the reference number given by amazon to me "hsbcn[protected]" against my payment made on 6th feb'18 of amount - rs. 1628.00. I would like to request you to please make the refund on my following hdfc bank account as earliest.

        I received vga camera, this camera not 16mp, it is just 2mp camera only,

        In 4k mode it recording vga quality. So i returned this product.

        But till to date not receive money. I want my money to bank. I already updated my bank account details.

        I bought camera this month. I use my camera only with my water proof pouch. When i used in the rain takes lot of photo. Now its not working but its indication light is on and display is not working. I have lot of photos in the camera.

          These amounts appeared on my bill for January 30 and February 28.
          Please block this from happening in the future. I have not spent anything or purchased anything since Christmas and have cancelled my Amazon Prime Account.
          I have been billed for two months on my credit card for Amazon Digital Svcs. I have not purchased anything. Although the amount is not much, $3.99, I don't know why this is appearing on my Visa bill. Please remove charges.

            I had ordered for a amazon basics wired keyboard for which i had to pay rs 569. On 4 th march 2018 above item was delivered to me and deliver boy asked for 669 which i paid but i realised later he took 100 rs extra from me so on same day i complaint to amazon n they promised me that i will get my money back but now its more then 14 days are over to complaining nothing happened.

                  At my address and it was showing expected delivery on 10th

                  After 3 days (6th march):
                  Suddenly i got message that product has arrived early and

                  I called at home and got to know that nothing is delivered, asked

                  My friends neighbours still nothing has been delivered.
                  Called amazon on 7th for the status, they told it is strange that

                  You are seeing it as delivered as in their system it is still in transit.
                  I said ok, what is the expected date? He said 10th march... Kool

                  Again waited till 10th.

                  10th march:
                  I checked with family for the status for the delivery, again no

                  11th march:
                  Called amazon again, this time some investigation team has

                  Picked up the matter and told that we will look in to the matter

                  And you have to give time till 17th march.

                  18th march:
                  Called again, this time what i got is this email -

                  I dont know, how it can be possible that when i had a word with

                  Amazon at first time (6th march), they were saying it should be

                  Delivered to you by 10th march and after investigation, team is

                  Saying that it was delivered to you on 7th march. What an irony

                  ???

                  This is a final call from my side, either refund my money or place the order.

                    I ordered adidas shoes on amazon. There is an cashback on shoe. When i called to amazon customer service. All said that you would receive cashback in 48 to 72 hours or in 4 to 5 working days. I talked to 4 to 5 customer executives from last 5 months. When again i called to customer execitive 5 or may 6th time
                    She replied there is no cashback on particular product.
                    I am too much disappointed from amazon customer services and there members.
                    Now i decided to never shop from amazon.

                      I orderd a pair of shoes. Order was suppose to be deliverd between 14 th till 17th. I did not get the item till 5.30p. M then i contacted chat i had asked foe delay in delivery or refused delivery. My order was p repaid. I also had cod option available. Which i did not preffer. Amazon transport services tracking no[protected]
                      They are a bunch of liars working. My address just 500 meters from gurgaon iffcko chowk or ranbaxy. No one even sent an update on the progress of order no one contacted. This is not the first time it has happend.

                      I never asked for any delay or refused delivery.I had paid the order in advance.I had to cancel the order.Becuase i trust amazon no longer.
                      I had ordered 2 single set blanket, from which one set came out of a small size, the second is different, as well as the color is different. Please give proper guidance.

                        Order no[protected] i got an empty parcel. I do videography while unpacking each parcel. I sent the video to customer service and asked them to help. They inquired and mailed me that replacement/refund can't be provided. They had promised me a resolution within 48 hours amd asked me a pic of the packet. They asked whether the seal of the packet was broken. I told them no the packet was ok. I sent them the video even. But they didn't resolve my issue. I request amazon to provide me a quick resolution as the order was from a credit card, theu should know, i have placed the order with great hope and expectation. Please help me.

                          Marriott Rewards Visa statement arrived yesterday March 17, 2018 listing a charge of $316.94 which I do not recognize. I believe this is a fraudulent charge. If it is a legitimate charge, please provide me of the name of the shipper and item purchased. The charge shows up as amazon.com AMZN.COM/bill WA. I think this is de entice.                             I ordered one item from amazon the delivery ate was 16th march from there end and that's why i ordered it. But today after following up more then five times also i did not get the package delivered. No satisfactory reply from them. Due to this i had to cancel my planned trip and costed me 25k. Just because of there false commitment of the delivery time i had to cancel my trip. And mental disturbance as well. I had to keep calling them up a lot of time to request them to get it deliver by today but they did not. They were least bother about my time and money and mental peace.

                            They have mentioned that amazon courier service was unable contact that is completely wrong. Because i had words with the delivery person who was suppose to get it deliver on 16 march three time and requested him to deliver the package by eod as i have to go out of town early in the morning on 17th. But they were least bother about the same.

I have contacted amazon team several time but they just advise to keep hope and wait for more time. They first said money will be credited between 3-5 business days but now its more than that.                                     I ordered a mixer in the name of puspa kumari using her debit card and first time when i ordered by mistake i cancelled but money was taken from account. Then again i ordered so again money was taken from account. So contacted to company care castmore he sent me a reference number on my email and said contact bank care castmore and tell them to fill charge dispute form and they will ask reference number, give to them and you will surely get money on your account. Reference number is #[protected]. Sir please get me my money back anyway

                                      I am new in bangalore and ordered a usb cable as a trial run to check how good or bad amazon's delivery service is in bangalore. As a new resident here, i have a lot of things to buy and was considering getting an amazon prime membership as well for faster delivery.
                                      The service has been very bad and i am seriously reconsidering ordering anything from amazon, let alone getting a prime membership.
                                      The order was placed on tuesday 14th march 2018 and was supposed to come saturday 17th march, but was updated to come a day earlier.
                                      When the order did not arrive, i called the delivery person (Ram septha [protected]). Apparently, he is a private individual doing delivery for amazon transportation services, and sets his own delivery boundaries, and does not deliver to my area.
                                      I contacted customer service and was assured delivery would happen the next day.
                                      When i contacted the delivery person today, saturday 17th march 2018, he said that he would not deliver the package and would send it back to the head office.
                                      He also informed me that amazon's transportation services are aware of the limits that they have regarding delivery.
                                      When i contacted customer service, i spoke with a supervisor by the name of prerna, who said that the name and number of the delivery person in the order confirmation may be wrong. I corrected her by telling her that the delivery person has confirmed he has the order and he will not deliver it.
                                      Complaints:
                                      1) how is it that the delivery person gets to set their own delivery boundaries and amazon have no control over it
                                      2) if a delivery person can set their own boundaries, how does amazon assign the delivery to such a person
                                      3) how did the customer service person i called on friday 16th march miss on mentioning this. I checked with the supervisor prerna, and none of this was mentioned
                                      4) how does a supervisor (Prerna) say that the name and number for the amazon delivery person is incorrect in the amazon application, when the delivery person says that he has the order and will not deliver it
                                      5) the supervisor prerna has no details of managers to escalate this to, and claims the order will be delivered by end of day today, when we already know that the order is with the wrong delivery person

                                      Amidst all of this, the delivery person is going to get away with the inconvenience he has caused and the customer service is hiding behind the phone and email, while i am facing the inconvenience.
                                      If amazon does not care about my inconvenience, they should at least think about the money they will get for the orders i am going to place and the amazon prime membership they could get.

                                      I hope some in the management at amazon cares to reply and resolve this issue.

                                        Ordered kumaryasav and toilet brush from amazon on paid basis on 13/[protected]-2305118 at the time of taking order they showed delivery on 15/03 but as soon i paid for it shows delivery 15-19 which raises suspicion and they didn't despatch the order on 14/03 on confirming customer care they didn't gave any clear reply just say it will be delivered by 16-17 in extreme cases on 19 and shows kumaryasav dispatched on 15 from hydrabad and toilet brush not available but even on 16 there was not tracking advancement from previous day and toilet brush still shows unavailable which raises more suspicion so i write several emails to customer care which ther replyed in a template it is in transit and other one will be despatched when available so lack of support or clearity from them i cancelled my order on 16/03 but i still don't get refund and no tracking of the product no clear reply from them i don't understand where is the product which i have paid for why there is no tracking why they accept order for the items not available when product is not delivered to me it is with them why they don't refund the amount lost all the trust on amazon.
