Desr Sir,

I bought micromax canvas xpressG Q413(Anniversary Edition) on[protected]. Now i have Issue with phone and i visit nearest Micromax Service centre.

When I give phone to service provider then they said there is some problem with software update. and they connect my phone with system and update software.

Phone was working properly for some times but after some time issue are come again.

When i Visit micromax service centre this time they said this is not original phone this is duplicate phone so please go from where you buy this phone.

I was calling amazon same day and they said if micromax denied to give you service then please get denied latter from there and come with us.

I again doing complaint to Micromax in Written on there site.then they call me for that but didnt give me resolution.

and yesterday i go again in same service centre with Invoice on with C sticker attached.and executive said -please give me time till Tomorrow noon and after tomorrow you will call Me on No.[protected].

When i calling on above no then he give me replied that till now he did not get any response from company.and when company give response to him he will coll me on my number.

I want to draw your attention that my problem is still there(Unresolved)

I have issue that my phones battery is in warranty till tomorrow. tomorrow is last day and micromax not giving answer to me nor issue denied latter to me.

and if Micromax said me on day after tomorrow that they will not responsible to give me service and then i go to amazon can they help me or not

Reason for asking question is as i said my warranty is going to be expired on tomorrow.

    I had purchase a product " Imported & new ipad pro 360 degree rotation keyboard case silver color cover" and received the product on 20 February, 2018. The product I received was a damaged product. So i file a return request of the product. When i cal customer care so they said that your return is in process and i have to wait for 2 business days, after the 2 business days i again cal n they respond the same. I had cal so many times but the customer care has repond d same behaviour. After some days whn i cal again they said that i have to return the product by myself and there is no pickup of item.
    I told them as i am residing 20 km apart from the city and as my family is not residing wid me so I won't be able to return by myself. But the company insist me to return the product by myself as the product is purchased from the third party seller and and told me that they will refund the courier amount too. As per their directions, i return the product through blue dart on 28 march, 2018 but i did not receive any mail from the amazon as well as from the seller. The cost of the product is Rs. 12, 689 and the courier amount is Rs. 765.
    Sir, it is almost one and a half month and i have not received my refund amount. Now when i m calling to customer care, they were saying that they did not find my product. What kind of behaviour is this from such a reputed online site. Is amazon is highly irresponsible towards its customer? Are we customers are fool?
    Sir, as Amazon is a very renowned online shopping site and I am a regular customer of online sites from last 5 to 6 years but I never face such problems from other websites and if any problem arises then the customer care resolved my problem as soon as possible. I am very disappointed from your site as there is no customer goodwill of your company. I had purchase so many things from amazon but if this is the attitude of your company then i would never suggests any of the customer to purchase items from this UNTRUSTWORTHY online shopping site called AMAZON. Because I think you people first gain the trust of the customer and then broke our trust. My more than Rs. 13000 amount is in trouble n amazon dont even bother about it.

    It is therefore, a humble request to you to kindly take an appropriate action to resolve my problem as soon as possible and oblige.

      This is in regard to order no.[protected], for 3 books. I received a message in the morning from amazon that the order will be delivered today. Around early afternnon i suddenly got a message from amazon saying that "item marked as rejected by you" wherein i haven't cancelled the order nor have i met the delivery person, nor has the delivery person visited the delivery address.
      The company is saying i should have received the call when the delivery person called to which my question is that is the customer expected to leave all the work and keep sitting with phone in hand because if we miss the call from the delivery person, my oredr will get rejected.
      Now amazon has informed me that the courier can not be re-delivered and the complaint is closed.

        Hi i m suman i ordered a jbl portable speaker from amazon app. Delivery person gave my box. I want to gift this item to other person so i didn't open that time but i opened my packet home i got that was empty. This is my first order on amazon my issue not resolved till now. I had chated on amazon. No body doesn't want llisten my issue. I want my cash refund otherwise i will go to consumer court & write on social media also. Ye company kaise ladies ko ullu bnati hai

          Hello sir,
          I have purchase oppo f5 youth from online shopping sites amazon.in
          That order package delivered me on 1 march 2018, and when i open delivery box mobile phone is not available inside the box only some accessories here, mobile is missing.
          And when i have contact to customer care
          They asked to wait for 5business days and whdn i contact again after 5 days. There excutive asked to wait for 72 hours more, without including sturday - sunday.
          Lastly i have asked after 10 days waiting amazon won't able to provide any solutions regarding my concern

          So please sir personally i request you please help me and investigate own your level based. Please help me.

            I was purchased a gionee a1 at feb month today i go to the gionee store. They told me it's a second hand product your all number is not connected. I tried lots of time but not connected plz contact me and help me else you give me such a number that number is contactable.

              Since the design was different from what was shown on the website, i returned it. Replacement was not available for this seller.
              We ordered this again with order id[protected]. However, the design is wrong again. Attached is the product we received for the second order.

                From last few days i was trying to order honor band 3 activity tracker to gift my brother on 2nd april from amazon but i couldn't place order as price was frequently changing that even in few minutes. Once i tried to place order and for that i searched for my bank details as my account was new mean while price changed and increased again so that time also i couldn't place order. Seller were also changed with price every time and all were new sellers. I tried to contact seller which was also not possible as on google those sellers we're not available. Some how i contacted customer care and make sure about seller means they are not fraud and product is genuine. Then i palced order for 3 band it accepted my order as cash on delivery was not available so i paid through debit card. My order was placed on 29th march during this period i so many time contacted customer care and asked about each and every thing mainly for urgent delivery as it showed delivery date of 3rd to 5th april but they never info me about quality and today suddenly at 12:30 am (1st april) they canceled my order by giving silly reason of quality. If it was the metter of quality then they must inform me while placing order even when i contacted customer care they never informed me and now they are saying this thing and everytime they just made fake commitments and then back steps from help. I wasted my 3 days now product is not available at same price also i want to gift it so how can i arrange in short time. Also they diducted money for 3 bands and i will receive money within 2 days because of sunday so disgusting! How can they cancle order without informing or if there is such policy then why your system diducted money of 3 bands? I want my product back. Provide me my order at same price or i will take leagal steps against you for misguiding me and for wasting my time and money. I have each and every mail and call recordings.

                Worst worst company and services I have ever seen. Yesterday they cancelled my order by giving execuse of quantity. Today I again placed order with less quality still they cancelled it by giving silly execuses 1st they told me that seller don't have product then said you're previous order is already counted so again quantity exceed so it was cancled so for that you have to mail us and request us that you haven't received your previous so please update my quantity and increase it. I am totally surprised. What is this nonsense ? You know that order is cancelled then how can you count that quantity ? Also they told me that you will get your refund till 6th april. Why so ? Why I have to wait till 6th if you can cancelled it any time then why not paying my money on the spot ? Also the customer care supervisor was behaving totally nonsense was talking very badly and with lots of attitude and asking me to talk professionaly he was just trying to provoke me so just to disconnect the call so that he can cut the call and he didn't have to help. Inshort you people just want to harass your customer that's it.

                I asked them to give proper reason for cancellation of the 2nd order in writing and this is what he send me. They are treating customers like fools. He said me that if you want to buy product again then request our team to increase your qualities. I am ordering 2 bands which is within quantity still I have to request them to buy such irritating service they are providing to their customers. If order is cancelled then you can not count it in my quantity limits as I have not received it yo also know it very well then why should I have to inform yo about that can't you understand by your self ? Such a ridiculous policies you have!!!

                This is how they cancelled my order without giving any reason And in another mail they told me to inform them about quantity before placing order but again I asked them for giving me proper reason of canceling the order but instead of providing me genuine reason they told me to inform them about quantity before placing a new order.

                Instead of solving problem or providing help they are repeating same thing that your order has been cancelled and you will get your refund soon. They also don't know the proper reason for this but still they are not finding reason they are just saying me that you will get your money that's it but they are not ready to understand or not trying to help me for this Everytime that just say that they are helpless they can't do anything why can't you do ? Policies are your's you than you must know about your policies better than me. So my I just want is my order which you have cancelled for no reason after placing order and charging money for it so provide me same order at same price on same delivery date as you already have wasted my lots of time.

                    I purchased a book "quantum cat by savresh verma" which cost rs 622.00 on 14th feb, 2018 from amazon.in. Order no:[protected]. But the product got automatically cancelled due to unavailability with the seller. According to them refund was issued on 18th feb but the problem is nothing is credited in my account. I already talked to bank customer support and personally visit more than 2 times to bank even i already talked to bank manager also but nothing works for me. Bank told me until and unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, amazon provide me one reference number which is (Refund ref #894133) and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation. I tried to call amazon india several times but every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions. I also send some mails to amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time. Today amazon told me they want the scan copy of my passbook from date of purchase till current date, i also provide the scan copy which act as proof that amount is not credited into my account, after that i call amazon they said they already issued on 18th feb and repeating same things again and again, now i am fed up with amazon response so i am sending the proof of my passbook scan copy, some emails by amazon and my order summary, plz check the attachment and help me as soon as possible, plz its a request from my side.

I received my parcel on 29 march, i'm so much excited to got my new phone but when i opened the parcel, i was shocked to saw the phone box seal was broken and phone was missing in the box only charger, user manual and sim ejector tool was in the box. Bill was also missing there is no imei no. Chits on the box. When i call to claim my issue to amazon, they tell me your account is currently on hold we can't able to process your request. I'm customer of amazon since 2015 and now they told me we are unable to process your request. I want my refund or return.

                            Hi,

                            I have been a loyal customer to amazon when it comes to online shopping. It a sorry state that my recent experience has given me the most hell of a experience to trust amazon anymore.

                            This is with reference to my recent order for nokia 8 phone ordered on 25th march 2018 with advance payment.

                            The estimated delivery date was as 28th march2018 and as per tracking the parcel has reached bangalore courier facility as on 26th march 2018.

                            I proactively called your customer care to enquire about the delivery on 28th march and was told to wait till day end of the day. I waited whole day and called your helpline again and was assured to wait for more 24hrs.

                            Now to my surprise instead getting it delivered within 24hrs the estimated time was changed till 31st march 2018. For which i again dialed customer and complaint where i was given third party delivery number to call and check for the order.

                            It was really frustrating as after calling the courier service they informed that the parcel was not physically handed over to them by amazon.

                            A product as per your tracking details recahes banaglore courier office on 26th march 2018 and meant to be delivered by 28th march 2018. Upon further calling am asked to wait for some more time probably till 31st march. Till then the order cannot be cancelled. Further order delay means means my money is being utilized by you for 5 days now.

                            My question is why due to your internal issues or disagreement with courrier people i should suffer and block my money.

                            Despite bitter experience i choose amazon when same product available on other e-commerce portal.

                            Is this what you call ethics, integrity and trust you have developed.

                            I am sure may customers are facing such issue and you will loose soon.

                            I hope this does not falls on deaf ears and you get the process set so we as customer don't have to suffer.

                              Guys i ordered cross beats wireless headphones on 2nd march amazon started involving third party vendors and taking lot of time in delivering the products and no cod options for seller fulfilled products and deduct our cards immediately. They sent me a stupid product called cross beats wireless headphones. I read about 500 reviews thinking it might be best as i had paid 1999 for the product. It’s tooo loud when people call and the other side person can’t hear us at all after it’s connected. So i raised a return request, nobody turned up. Again i had to search for the couriers services and ended paying 350 rupees from my pocket. The customer service rep told 1999+350 will be refunded and told to send the courier bill to a respective email i’d. I did so on 12th march i received a message saying my 1999 refund is initiated but till now no traces of my amount. I called up amazon many times they say it’s refunded from their end and it’s 29 th today no money yet. Now they say i have contact bank with reference number. My bank says they have no app to see the reference number and status of to be credited amounts and we can’t help. Amazon is not bothered at all and simply saying pleases contact your bank we can’t help and my courier charges are not even initiated for refund. When i said i will amazon for false promises and the representative says mam you have all rights to sue. This is how the service is.
                              I lost 2350 which is not a small amount
                              Guys tell me what to do.
                              Please don’t trust amazon they are simply cheating us. It’s better we deal with small vendors

                                My problem is i gave 4450 rs for a delivery boy job for amazon... I gave this amount as security amount... At last i found that it was a fake one...in between i called amazon customer care. I asked the information about this job. They said a message will come soon. So wait for few days. After some days i got a message in that they have received my request for the appointment of delivery boy. They told to send a courier with the details of identity proof, address proof and 2 passport size photographs. The address was hrteam g-14, first floor, sectors., noida., 201301 uttar pradesh. Next was to deposit the money of 4450rs.. Finally next pvc amount of 120rs. I had a doubt on this last message. So i called amazon customer care. They said it was a fake one. So i want to complain this matter to you. Take some severe action.

                                  Hi all,

                                  Please note that i was one among the prime customers of amazon or rather fooled customer of amazon. I had many orders which has been placed through amazon ([protected]@gmail.com) however everything changed over a day when i placed an order for whirpol ac and a stabilizer #[protected]. Stabilizer got delivered on time and ac delivery date was kept changing day by day and finally amazon had cancelled my order with out any communication and from their my good time with amazon started.

                                  I initiated for a return request for stabilizer and from their each day i was receiving super cool fake messages like return attempt failed/ door locked /house locked/ return postponed with customer consent and so on...! To be frank none called me up and i sat at my home with the well packed stabilizer which needs to be returned further to which i started calling the courier guys who gave me a reply "i am not responsible for this, i will take only the weightless product better call the office directly"

                                  I tried calling the office number which the so called weightless courier guy has given me and unfortunately the 'office' has nobody to pick the phone up which triggered me that i am totally screwed because if there is none to pick a call, who is gonna come and collect the heavy stabilizer!!

                                  From there i started contacting amazon customer 'care' continuously for the past 5 days and each day i need to make them understand the whole story from the day i order ac and stabilizer and at the end of each call they would assure and generate a new pick return id which ended up in the same style of nobody even bothered of making an attempt to contact me.

                                  Finally on my 5th day with amazon support i have asked for a responsible person whom i can speak with and the support agent was least bothered on my situation, literally i was begging for a solution and finally she told me return the product to amazon and if i can send them with the tracking id they will initiate the refund.!

                                  So if this is your solution or return policy kindly update the new policy in the websites and adds so that we can rethink before making an attempt with amazon.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have purchased RAM from Amazon, which was having lifetime warranty of 10 years.But using it for only 2 months my product, my product isn't working since the 1st jan 2018.
                                      I have filed various complaints to the Amazon customer service since it's fault but non of the time I got satisfactory solution.Someone said that I will get my product refund and someone said there will be no refund as it was my sole responsibility after handling the product.Istill tried to do it my self bt as there are no offices in India of the product I purchased I failed.
                                      My request is to get either refund or exchange of my product.As I am a student it as an large amount to purchase a RAM.KINDLY HELP ME OUT FROM THIS SITUATION WILL BE TOO THANKFUL TO YOU.

                                        I bought a phone on 7 of march and it was faulty with manufacturing defect so when asked for replacement the runaround took about 4 working days. Had to escalate calls the technician who was supposed to check the phone never turned up inspire of calling and sending sms say in he is on the way. When escalated the call the piece was replaced. This one has a display failure and your csr don't even have the basic courtesy of listening, the same technician vinod was assigned and still has not visited home. Now they say they can only refund can't replace, why am i penalised for your incompetency, i went by the book and i am buying a product from amazon's to anyone else i don't care if the retailer's have no stock, for me it is just amazon. Now if i take refund buy a phone of same configuration i will be shelling out 1000k extra, am i # to do that or you people think we are fools. I want this issue solved immediately. The mental agony and harassment is been immense. I have nought show for # resolution and no initiative on your csr division part.
