I ordered a mixer in the name of puspa kumari using her debit card and first time when i ordered by mistake i cancelled but money was taken from account. Then again i ordered so again money was taken from account. So contacted to company care castmore he sent me a reference number on my email and said contact bank care castmore and tell them to fill charge dispute form and they will ask reference number, give to them and you will surely get money on your account. Reference number is #[protected]. Sir please get me my money back anyway

    I am new in bangalore and ordered a usb cable as a trial run to check how good or bad amazon's delivery service is in bangalore. As a new resident here, i have a lot of things to buy and was considering getting an amazon prime membership as well for faster delivery.
    The service has been very bad and i am seriously reconsidering ordering anything from amazon, let alone getting a prime membership.
    The order was placed on tuesday 14th march 2018 and was supposed to come saturday 17th march, but was updated to come a day earlier.
    When the order did not arrive, i called the delivery person (Ram septha [protected]). Apparently, he is a private individual doing delivery for amazon transportation services, and sets his own delivery boundaries, and does not deliver to my area.
    I contacted customer service and was assured delivery would happen the next day.
    When i contacted the delivery person today, saturday 17th march 2018, he said that he would not deliver the package and would send it back to the head office.
    He also informed me that amazon's transportation services are aware of the limits that they have regarding delivery.
    When i contacted customer service, i spoke with a supervisor by the name of prerna, who said that the name and number of the delivery person in the order confirmation may be wrong. I corrected her by telling her that the delivery person has confirmed he has the order and he will not deliver it.
    Complaints:
    1) how is it that the delivery person gets to set their own delivery boundaries and amazon have no control over it
    2) if a delivery person can set their own boundaries, how does amazon assign the delivery to such a person
    3) how did the customer service person i called on friday 16th march miss on mentioning this. I checked with the supervisor prerna, and none of this was mentioned
    4) how does a supervisor (Prerna) say that the name and number for the amazon delivery person is incorrect in the amazon application, when the delivery person says that he has the order and will not deliver it
    5) the supervisor prerna has no details of managers to escalate this to, and claims the order will be delivered by end of day today, when we already know that the order is with the wrong delivery person

    Amidst all of this, the delivery person is going to get away with the inconvenience he has caused and the customer service is hiding behind the phone and email, while i am facing the inconvenience.
    If amazon does not care about my inconvenience, they should at least think about the money they will get for the orders i am going to place and the amazon prime membership they could get.

    I hope some in the management at amazon cares to reply and resolve this issue.

      Ordered kumaryasav and toilet brush from amazon on paid basis on 13/[protected]-2305118 at the time of taking order they showed delivery on 15/03 but as soon i paid for it shows delivery 15-19 which raises suspicion and they didn't despatch the order on 14/03 on confirming customer care they didn't gave any clear reply just say it will be delivered by 16-17 in extreme cases on 19 and shows kumaryasav dispatched on 15 from hydrabad and toilet brush not available but even on 16 there was not tracking advancement from previous day and toilet brush still shows unavailable which raises more suspicion so i write several emails to customer care which ther replyed in a template it is in transit and other one will be despatched when available so lack of support or clearity from them i cancelled my order on 16/03 but i still don't get refund and no tracking of the product no clear reply from them i don't understand where is the product which i have paid for why there is no tracking why they accept order for the items not available when product is not delivered to me it is with them why they don't refund the amount lost all the trust on amazon.

        Hi team,

        We purchased this gas through order #[protected] "snowbird surya crystal red floral 3 burner gas stove, red" after opening, glass broken first day itself. Please find below image for proof. I hope you will do some needfull.

        I contacted (Seller amazon and manufacture) in december 2017, janurary 2018, february 2018 also but you guys didn't have responded properly. Its been more than 5 months nobdoy is responding properly. Kindly please do some action on manufacture.

        As per convesation with your support teams i need to conact with manufacture ([protected]@snowbird.com, [protected]@snowbird.com, [protected]@snowbird.com, [protected]@snowbird.com)

        I have send emails couple of times to above teams which u suggested still i have't recieved any response. You guys please contact with manufacture and reslve this issue on urgent basis.

              I had orderd for iphone x 5 days back but i got some kind of perfume in it even the deluvery box was already opened, when i placed the complaint amzon blocked my account and said no refund or replacement will bee initiate. I got a call from delivery guy he said he only opened the box and made a video of the product and he only sold the product but no one gonna belive you. What to do i am a normal service man n it was a big amount for me. My email id and amazon registered id is ([protected]@gmail.com)

                The product became unserviceable within two months (Within warranty period)
                I spoke to the amazon call centre. They advised me to send a mail
                I sent following mails
                23 oct 2017
                To [protected]@amazon.in (Amazon customer care) and [protected]@crossbeats.in (Crossbeats support)
                25 oct 2017 to [protected]@amazon.in (Amazon)
                30 oct 2017 to [protected]@amozon.in (Amazon) and crossbeats support
                There was no reply to all the emails
                I spoke to customer care of amazon. They advised me to speak to crossbeats support
                I spoke to crossbeat support office at banglore ([protected], [protected])
                They said that since the product was not registered within 10 days of purchase they will not replace it. I don’t understand all these excuses for not replacing a defective product
                Now both the agency are not replacing the product or refunding the money
                I am being harassed and lot of time and energy is being wasted

                    Hi,

                    I seriously have no idea regarding the chargeable amount of 1, 309.58 rs. I am very confident that i have not used my credit card at all. The reason is i am not even in india from last january 2018. And suddenly what the heck i see that i am being charged of this amount in the last month which i don't even know, fortunately i checked my statement and then saw i did not order anything.

                    I have all the valid proof to show that i have no used this. It can be a big issue, therefore would request you to revert the charges back along with extra charges which was applied.

                      I had ordered "monet passport deodorant body spary (Pack of 2)" on 28 feb 2018 through order id:[protected] and the same day i contacted amazon for cancellation of order. I got reply from amazon customer care and i was informed that the order could not be cancelled now but i was asked to not accept the order even if the courier comes for delivery. I did not accept the order when bluedart attempted for delivery and the order was returned to the seller "k r international". Today 16 days passed but i did not receive refund. I am in follow up with amazon customer care but they have always given me fake commitments and i believed their words. Today just before some time i communicated with sushma from customer care team and she did not answer me properly and asked me to wait 1-2 weeks. I really can not understand what they are doing. They are not refudning my money and they have only one sentence that do not worry. Your money is safe. If the money is safe then why they are not returning? I am tired now doing follow-ups everyday. I request this forum to get my money from amazon. I am helpless.

                      Still i have not got refund against my returned order[protected]. Nobody is listening and their customer care just gives fake commitments which never gonna fulfilled. Even Amazon removes most of the negative reviews of customers and keeps only most of the positive feedback. I can not understand what to do now. I neither received the order nor received refund. I didn't want the item so I refunded but Amazon is not responding in anyways. Fake people.

                      Still Amazon is not responding to my complaint. They are just fooling me and now they have no answer. They can not even handle a seller. Their a to z guarantee claim is fake and totally failed. I think they enrolled their name as number 1 company by just cheating with customer and fooling them. Nobody from their customer care is responding. I did not get my item ordered and now they are not even refunding my money. Chor saale.
                      Finally today I got refund from amazon but the response was very slow and refund policy should be improved. Thanks for refund.

                          Warm greeting

                          Its is regarding quite ridiculous, irresponsible behavior showed by amazon delivery system. I have placed an order through amazon 2 times but not even received for one time. And the reason being for both times are same. The (Deliver person) updated wrong status that the concern person refuse to receive the order but the truth is they don't even call me to inform that they arrive to deliver order. Are we fool?
                          And i faced the same situation both the times.
                          Order details:
                          First time when i placed order (#[protected], date was 26 feb, 2018 & the mail i have received that order is out for delivery dated 01 march, 2018, mail received mentioned status: refuse to receive (Which is not done by me) dated 02 march, 2018
                          Second time when i placed order (#[protected], date was 07 march, 2018 & the mail i have received that order is out for delivery dated 14 march, 2018, mail received again mentioned refuse to receive (Which is not done by me) dated 16 march, 2018.
                          It is a bull-# delivery system of amazon. It's my humble request to you to please take a strict action against them.

                            Dear sir,

                            With reference to the above order no, i should know what is the reason for my order cancellation.

                            1, if stock is not available, then why should u display the product in your list.

                            2, the product i purchased with ready cash not by cod.

                            3, i want the same product with same price. As i ordered the product as a regular customer of amazon, i did`nt except this type of bad shopping experience from your side.

                              I ordered iphone7 black (32gb) worth rs.42099 with order id #[protected] on 13/03/2018, next day i received oreder around 8 pm. I opened it and box was with different imei number than written on the printed invoice. Amazon sent me iphone8 256gb which was not funtioning well.

                                I have bought sandisk pan drive 12 month ago..
                                Now suddenly it's get corrupted and stop working. When i report a problem in sandisk customer r care and describe all the problem.. And the informed us that product is an authentic. It's realy dissapointing.

                                    My order had reached near my house and went back. Delivery boy did not deliver the item, was very rue, was behaving desperately. I have received all my orders so far in the same address but this guy does not wanted to reach my place. I was helping him with the exact location, land mar and a proper direction, but he was not ready to listen to me. I called him for more than 20 times but he rejected my calls. I tried calling him from 3 different numbers asking him to drop the item as its already late and i had to send it to out of delhi. But your guy was so desparate, he rejected all my calls and openly dinied to drop my item even after being just close to my house.

                                    Therefore i have returned the item, when your guys are such i dont like to shop with you anymore in future as i can handle such deliver guys. Sorry

                                      As per the order #[protected], Karbonn K9 Smart eco and Zebronics 4.1 multimedia speker was ordered on 13-02.2018 and mobile was cancelled on same day the 13/02/2018. amount of rupees 2748 is not yet refunded by amazon till date. when ever we contact customer care they say "Please wait for 5 days" etc. Till now no solution and proper response from amazon side.

                                        My name is sourabh mandliya, i have ordered 64 gb sandisk pendrive on 10 march 2018. But when i received the package i found 32 gb sandisk memory card. At the backside of package one address is given-sy-13/c, pl-24-c ground floor ambanagar udhna magadalla road, surat, gj-395002, india. I have cancelled this product but still they deleivered to me. I have opened this package infront of delivery boy. Then he told me to contact at the address mentioned in the package. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
