I made a purchase on amazon order id is order #[protected], i asked one of the
Representative his name is vinoth that to
Change my shipping address, he told we will cancel the order and
Made a new order and link it with old payment that u have made,
And i am ok with that, and i made a follow up bez
I know that they were not mean
To take risks and all, and another time i talked with other representative name call sukwindar singh
His answer is not clear i asked him one more time he told we will take care all of this u dont bother.
After few hours i got a message like ur amount will be going to refund,
Without my knowladge how?, what i told what they are doing, once again i talked with representative
This time their answer is terrible they are telling that refund process will initiated we cant do any thing on this,
And talked with teamlead his answer is also same and he is asking sorry,
And telling u order it once again and it has same price as earlier, how much irresponsible they are,
I had some questions to them
1) do u have aware of amazon policies?
2) without my knowladge how u cancel my order?
3) if it not possible you can tell in the begining right?
4) do have u any intenstion that give trouble to the customer, if it is no what was in my case?
5) why u changing customer representatives repeatedly, each time
And cant find previous person that we talked, might some hiddden intenstion tell me?
6) are you really helping customers?
If i didnot get answer on these questions i will take legal actions against them,
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
