Dear Amazon,
Do u care for your customers?
I[censored] care for us, why are u allowing courier companies like ecom express to handle the delivery jobs. Did u ever check their comapany's reputation here on Consumers Complaints? they had only resolved 24 complaints out 500+ complaints. It was all good back then but now ur service sucks. We are being cheated, abused, angered on a daily basis still u prefer them to deliver ur goods.
A day will arrive when people will start buying from shops instead of opting for online shopping. but why would ur company care right.? thats a way for u guys to make money.

And dont get back properly response, i am genuine customer amzaon company but very bad helping service from amazon, my billing name, billing address and payment card is that valid and thats my personal used but steel hold account no any reason so thats reason i am complain against amazon company.

    The delivery boy behaves very harshly to my younger sister just because she did a bit minute of late in bringing the amount, how could the company allow such type of workers who don't know to play his role for which he's meant of his job. There work is only to wait for the customer to take the parcel, and just she was a couple of minute late to bring back the money he lashes.. This is not at all working.

      Dear sir,

      I was trying to purchase some household items from online shopping portal.in this process, i opened my account on amazon site but did not purchase anything from this site.

      On 31.03.2018 at 02:21:14, i suddenly received a message on my registered mobile no. +91 [protected]] that "Rs. 3589.87 /- was spent on ur hdfc bank credit card ending 7548 on[protected]:02:21:14 at amazon prime member fe."

      I shocked to see this message because i never applied for any membership nor given any directions to credit this amount using my hdfc credit card.

      In this regards, i have already discussed the issue at toll free number and through online chatting also but no positive response is given by anyone of the team members.

      Sir, due to this unwanted transaction using my hdfc cr. Card, i am very much disturbed and is suffering from mentally tension, agony & depression. I have lost my mental peace and sleep.

      Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount of rs. 3589.87 /- without any more delay. I will be highly thankful to you.

      It is pertinent to mention here that I have already submitted my complaint no. 1918768 dated 06.04.2018 but no refund has been done till date.

      In case of any more clarifications / information, pl. Feel free to call me immediately. This may plese be treated as most urgent.

        I purchased multiple product from amazon from my company account. I didnt receive gst invoice despite of my amazon account is registered with gst details.

        On raising the complaint to amazone call centre, they didn't want to accept the complaint and deemanding to open another business account for same account. Their representative mr. Dinesh disconnected the phone without completing the discussion.

        Due to their technical problems i am loosing 8, 000/- rs. Paid gst.

          I have ordered honor band3 on 4th april 2018, today received the product but found fake product inside the box.
          Went to check again on amazon website the said item was automatically cancelled.
          I have paid rs.1500 top the delivery boy and when opened found fake item with non function.

          Need my money back and how amazon can do such things and allow fake sellers to sell their product on their website.
          Attaching, order confirmation, delivery msg, package image, delivery person receipt details.

                Unfortunatly when item arrived, i wasnt home and the delivery guy took cash from my mom saying its payment is not done.
                Considering jst rs.350 mom gave it.
                I did raise complaint on amazon and tried chasing twice thrice.. Though no reponse.
                Disappointed.

                    I believe Amazon doesnt validate/crosscheck all of those SKU/Product details with its 3rd party sellers for its correctness/completeness.

It doesnot contain the product but only the box, the seal of which was broken.                       I faced this issue few months back. I would suggest you to make an unboxing video of your item before opening it and u can even start recording the video from the moment u recieve it from the delivery boy.

                          I had ordered the product namely (new front abs sensor right side) for honda civic car. In January 2018. And the expected delievery date was showing 27 February 2018. But i didn't recieve and after that i called the customer care of amazon. At my first call they told me my complaint has been registered a d tge seller will contact me with in 24hours but i didnt not recive any respond after that i called again customer care but that time they told me in my amazon account this product is not showing. Afrer that i called and messaged the seller and as well as customer service of amazon but till 5th of april 2018 i didn't recieved the product nor i recieve any call or message from seller or amazon staff. Im very much disappointed from the amazon. In future i will never make any order from amazon if my complaint will not resolved within a week..

                            I had placed an order for Sony Xperia and cover worth 12178 on Amazon and cancelled the request on same day even before the product was shipped. I received an email stating the refund was processed with a reference number on March 17th, however I haven’t received refund yet. I contacted my bank and charged dispute and they informed that the reference number provided is invalid. The amazon customer service is disconnecting calls. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and depressed.

                                Worst service i have ever heard, they all sending expiry goods to customers, if we raise the complaint and asking, they dont care about our problems and they talking about useless policies, even customer care team dont slove the problems even leadership ship team is worst, i called the customer care, they are rude and mr shiva and zain in bangalore amazon customer team is worst, they only need money, they dont care about customers and its problems, please dont buy products in amazon, even night shift customer care service is hell, there is no manager and leadership team not available in hyd amazon office... I am requesting to amazon head office, please slove my problem, my products near to expiry, because my products is albout skin and care.

                                  My order #[protected]. Placed on 3rd april 2018 and paid 995/-{895/- product price+ 100/- shipping cost}. I ordered ensure vanilla 1kg which arrived on 4th march 2018. When i opened the package the pack which holds the contents already leaked and formed like dry sand. I even tried to mix it up with milk to drink but it wasn't mixing just staying like sand. So i requested amazon to replace or refund with the snapshots of the product through mail. After 7 hours i got reply from amazon team that "we apologies for the inconvenience caused and it was not meant intentionally, we take it as feedback and we make sure this kind of incident never happen in future" but they didn't raised replacement/ refund. So asked amazon again that just refund me since its non-returnable product it can't be returned. But they denied it and said it was manufacturing defect and we can't help you with refund or replacement. I tried to reasoned with them but they didn't listened to me. Please help with this issue.

                                    Had ordered a piece of intex mini keyboard listed at amazon india. Please see this link - amazon.in/intex-mini-curve-usb-keyboard/dp/b00goyto1w

                                    It has more than 16 resellers for the product which are all "just launched" and each of these resellers have only 1 piece in stock! A seller normally keeps lots of pieces of a product. And the product price ranges from rs. 400 to rs. 1800

                                    Confused, i contacted amazon customer care and asked them how can all these resellers be "just launched" and it seemed to me that these are not new sellers. I asked them to tell me a suitable seller which was not fake and would deliver the product but they did not give any information.

                                    Then, i bought this product from quantum technologies. Amazingly, after 2 days that seller calls me to cancel the product!! If product is not available, should it not reflect immediately? As far as i remember, i had brought product from this seller before also and this was not a new seller.

                                    I had talk with their supervisor explaining all this and that this seemed that old sellers are posing as "just launched" sellers to artificially increase price of product. And all this is due to possible corruption in amazon team. But he just gave round round replies that they took feedback for this. And refused to tell me which sellers had their addresses verified.

                                    When, after few days nothing happened and i was still not given any information on which seller is true and which is fake, i talked to their operation manager, who gave similar round round replies. And still, the fake sellers are listed.

                                    I would appeal to the amazon quality control department to look into this matter and rectify this and inform me which sellers are verified and help me to ensure that product is delivered to me.

                                    However, if amazon does not want to do anything, please be aware of this corruption in amazon

                                    Tried to order the keyboard from another listed seller fakely listed as "Just launched"

                                    Today received mail from corrupt Amazon people -

                                    "order[protected] was cancelled as the seller BIBHUDATTA PATTANAYAK failed to confirm the shipment."

                                      I purchased pure-it marvella ro water purifier from amazon india website on 23rd april 2017.in the month of feb 2018, my ro water purifier developed some problem with the water pump. I contacted pureit for service. The local service center informed me that the purchase date of this product is entered as 01/04/2016 and hence they can not give warranty on the product. I showed them the invoice of the product which i received while purchasing but still they informed me that since this is a system entry, so they cant help. I contacted amazon regarding this issue, amazon asked me to contact the seller. Then i contacted seller regarding the issue, the seller asked me contact pure-it. Then i again contacted pure-it, they again asked me to contact amazon. Now, it has become a cycle.

                                      I feel i have been cheated by the amazon, they sold me product on 23rd april 2017, but system entry of pure-it shows the purchase date as 01/04/2016.
                                      Hence i am writing this complaint.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I ordered 8GB laptop RAM (make: Crucial) to upgrade my laptop memory and got 512MB old used desktop RAM. Looks like someone in the supply chain (Amazon warehouse) / the retailer (ANANDIT INFOTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ) have cut opened the RAM packaging and replaced the new RAM with old RAM but courier packaging is intact.

                                        Seller had return window of only 10 days. Because of busy office schedule, I opened it after 1 month. Now Amazon doesn't support tried writing email but no use. Retailer says its Amazon's issue and not his.

                                        I am losing trust on Amazon.
                                        It is my hard earned 5000/- rupees please try to understand. and take proper action. Don't give my money but atleast investigate the issue about who the culprit is.

                                        I have seen many people write bad/similar reviews about that reseller.
