Dear sir, madam, please refer order number:
[protected] invoice no scja-311 order date 25.12.2017 delivery date 29.12.2017. Product description : mr. Shot instant running water heater, auto reset | b0148dwk2k (Sv-01-rar) hsn:8516
Sold to me by yes we associates have been interacting with mr. Shridharan of this co. Mob no.[protected].
After speaking with rep of above co faulty water heater sent back once to above mentioned co address. Thereafter product replaced but same found again faulty and giving cold water and with the request of co's rep mr. Shridharan, video of the same sent to him.
I have conveyed him that i have lost my faith in product and asked for full refund including 1999 + courier charges 84 (Sent earlier once) = total 2167/-
But co rep says they will not refund 2167 /- i have asked amazon customer support but hey refused to deal with me and asked to deal directly with seller.

Please intervene and give me justice ask seller pay back full refund with courier charges spent both the times.

    I was purchase blackberry passport (32gb) to amazon online shopping company in date of 28-02-18. And i have found some problem in blackberry phone (Likes - phone heated, not perform properly look like old phone). So i was send return request in date of 01-03-18. And till now my product not pick up by amazon. So i was very worried.

    I got a message from the hdfc back credit card saying "amazonprime membership has raised a debit request for rs.6407.28on[protected]:06:10:44on your hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx towards card validation".

    I contacted the amazon.in customer service, they don't have customer service facility on Sunday. Blindly looting people.

      I had purchased this item on 13th january 2018. The product has been said to be delivered to me on 18th january 2018 whereas i made an online cash delivery for the same but did not recieve the product. I have been complaining about it since then. No refund has been made neither are they providing me the address of the courier service. Please resolve.

          My delivery guys who was suppose to deliver the parcel spoke to me rudely in abusive language. My order no. Is[protected] and denied to deliver the parcel on time and asked me to come and collect the package from a different location and when i tried to register a complaint on there customer service the representative was not ready to file it saying this is an internal inquiry we cannot give you the complaint number.. I am a prime member with amazon. Since being a prime member i am facing these issues then a normal customer will go crazy after looking at there ordeal.

          I spend 200 in Amazon for Bluetooth made in China its not working

                Worst ever service by amazon, i placed the order for iphone 8 plus and i made the payment through my credit card, now here the thing is that they deliver me the soap instead of mobile phone, they have cheated me, i want my money back, please take strict action again this worst amazon.                   I ordered horizontal racold 25l geyser but delivery was done for a different geyser. I was asked by amazon to send it back to seller by paying courier charges and seller will reimburse me for the courier charges. Amazon team also confirmed me that if seller does not give, amazon will give me that amount back. Amount is inr 4360. Its been more than a month of this incident and i am always told by amazon team that i will get refund of courier charges in 48 hours. But there has been many 48 hours. I called amazon team again now and after more than an hour of call, they still give different versions. Someone says i will get refund in 48 hours. Someone says i will get refund in 3-5 working days. No body gives any written confirmation. Am i fool to trust amazon?

                    I purchased Harpa Dark Florals A Line Dress worth rs. 960/- from amazon.in on 4 Feb., 2018. After delivery I returned the product on 10 Feb, 2018. according to their policy they had to return the amount in my amazon pay balance within 2 to 4 working days. But they didn't refund. After having so many calls they said to return the said amount but they didn't refund. Last when I talked to their customer Care Executive he said to return the said amount till 6 march 2018. But I found that my amount didn't Credit in My pay balance.

                      मैने ऐमज़ॉन से एक कैमरा आर्डर किया जिस की प्राइस 4900 रु है।इसके साथ जब मैने आर्डर किया तब 16GB मेमोरी कार्ड फ्री शो किया पर डिलीवर 8 GB ही किया कंप्लेन करने पर इन्होंने प्रोडक्ट रिप्लेस कर के 16GB कार्ड देने की बात कही पर दोबारा इन्होंने 8GB कार्ड ही भेजा। श्री मांन जी वापस शिकायत करने पर ये पैसे लौटने की बात कर रहे है पर मुजे 16GB कार्ड ही चाहिए।

                        In past 6 months i have ordered quite a few products from amazon.
                        First order mop everything was good and going good so far.
                        Second order hindware heater, here's were problem started, did not receive the installation​ items had to contact many a times to get those missing parts as it was clearly mentioned in the product description and i had also confirmed with amazon and seller before placing the order.
                        Third order inalsa food processor ordered first time and there was a part missing i requested to just send the missing part as was really in need to use the product but i was told not possible had to return the product and wait for refund which took around 3 weeks, then after consulting and confirming several times with amazon i again ordered same product on a higher price than earlier again received a broken handle of the main jar, this is so inconvenient.
                        And everytime when i contact amazon they just we cannot do anything as it's a seller product what's happening this is not the right service, should i just keep on ordering and refunding just because my huge amount is stuck in amazon pay???

                          Be careful while ordering product during the offer on Amazon.com, You money may be blocked for long duration & product will not be delivered even for refund you need to call tons of time to customer care. Same happened with me for Order Id –[protected] which was really amazed for me that I never expected from company like Amazon.

                          Think twice before ordering not to be victim like me :( :(

                            During last six months i have placed order on three occasions by making full advance payment. But all three times product was not delivered. Complain lodged remained unresolved.
                            I would say that horrible state of affairs. Now i have no option than to buy from some other portal. As you people neither deliver product even after making full payment nor reply to any complain.

                              Regarding product returns refund money to the customer we have returned the set of 4 shirts worth of more than 1000 rs but still amazon not given our refund money we have given the more complains to the customer care bout they have not taken the any serious action still one month over more than amazon not refunded our money they have proof also and we have also have prufe but they are neglecting online members and we want our refund money and trust

                                I have ordered the above phone on 27th feb from amazon.
                                The planned delivery date was set to 3rd feb. However on 1st feb i got sms that the phone has been delivered.
                                There wasn't anyone at home on 1st to accept the delivery.
                                When i called and complained to amazon, they said, its a incorrect message and the phone is yet to be delivered to me.

                                Till now i have not received the phone and it was meant to be a gift for someone on their birthday.
                                Absolutely disgusting service from amazon and i will never use amazon india to order anything anymore.

                                Please can someone sort this out before i complain and escalate this.
                                I want my money back please.

                                I placed an order for earphones and for some reason i placed an request for replacement, they picked the replacement about 3 months ago but after that neither they send me earphones nor my refund ... i want my money refund as soon as possible .
                                There is no indication of item or category. Only an ammount. I have checked all my computers and find noaction with amazon at or near the dats os the charge

                                  The delivery date committed by amazon is 03032018, but the order is still not delivered, on contacting with the amazon representative the response is pathetic, that kind of service is unpredictable.

                                  I have booked a wireless headphone on dt 25 feb 2018 (Order id:[protected] which shows delivery date 03 march 2018 (Saturday) so i booked the product. On 03 march 2018 the order delivery status shows that the package is out for delivery (The phone no of delivery agent given), i call on the given no. Of the delivery agent it goes switch off at 11:30 am so i contact to amazon representative and inform him about this i verify that and agreed to me that the delivery agent phone is switched off and he give me words that you do not panic the product will delivered on 03 march 2018 before 8 pm, full day i keep on calling to delivery agent but his phone goes switched off. I inform again this to amazon representative but they again confirmed and promised me that the product will be delivered at 8 pm. But around 8 pm the delivery status updated showing that "the delivery agent is unable to contact to you so cannot delivered the product". Delivery agent phone switched off for full day is it my fault, at last they update the customer is unable to contact it is #.
                                  The matter is yet not finished i will take it to consumer court i pay to amazon in advance on 25022018 on the commitment of delivery of the product on dt 03032018, they back-off from their commitment.

                                  I just want compassion and justice for all this happens to me, how mentally a customer have to take to deals with after making a pre payment to amazon.
                                  I think after filling a complaint and with the reply i got from amazon i must have to appeal to consumer court and demand compassion from amazon.

                                    I order the above mention pendrive on 24.02.2018 with full payment for my daughter at Ladies hostel, Brainwere Eng. college, Barasat, W.B. I received a massage that the product is delivered to my daughter on 28.02.2018. This quite false.

                                      I have ordered a mobile handset (Infocus vision 3) from amazon india and the product was to be delivered by march 3, 2018. But that product was cancelled due to some unknown reason by the delivery agent. The agent didn't call me for any delivery about the product and when i called him and asked about the non delivery of the said product, he told me that he will deliver it before 6pm. But when i again called him at 6 pm then his phone was switched off. After that i called the amazon customer care service and they also didn't solve my problem. Rather they said that you have to order it again. This is the second time i'm having problem with the delivery of my order. Earlier i had ordered shoes from amazon, but that product was also cancelled without any reason. So, it's very annoying receiving such kind of customer service. They are very casual about these things but we are the ones who face problems. They are telling me to order the product again, but why should i suffer.!!! Am i here to order the product again and again.. So i request you to please take some strict action against these kind of things so that normal people don't face any problem.

                                        I had purchased a wooden with cabinet with four drawers from raj exports through am, azon delivered around mid february 2018. The item wasnot as displayed and was not asper my expectation andi had paid rs. 4500/. I immediately requested a, mazon for return and refund. Later as advised immade a claim and was advised that the matter would be settled by 02/03/2018. But i have till date not received the refund. Please not that i had not cancelled my claim either by phone or otherwise.
                                        I am amazed at the indifference of amazon, and it does not go well by its tall claim that all refunds are made immediately. As per your guarantee claim refund my amount of rs.4500/ these days of digital network it wont take much timefor me to put it up in social media, which i am sure amazon would not like negative publicity. As of now i will not purchase anything from amazon. I am disappointed by your attitude. My record shows that i have purchased 40 items from amazon in the last six months.
