Be careful while ordering product during the offer on Amazon.com, You money may be blocked for long duration & product will not be delivered even for refund you need to call tons of time to customer care. Same happened with me for Order Id –[protected] which was really amazed for me that I never expected from company like Amazon.

Think twice before ordering not to be victim like me :( :(

    During last six months i have placed order on three occasions by making full advance payment. But all three times product was not delivered. Complain lodged remained unresolved.
    I would say that horrible state of affairs. Now i have no option than to buy from some other portal. As you people neither deliver product even after making full payment nor reply to any complain.

      Regarding product returns refund money to the customer we have returned the set of 4 shirts worth of more than 1000 rs but still amazon not given our refund money we have given the more complains to the customer care bout they have not taken the any serious action still one month over more than amazon not refunded our money they have proof also and we have also have prufe but they are neglecting online members and we want our refund money and trust

        I have ordered the above phone on 27th feb from amazon.
        The planned delivery date was set to 3rd feb. However on 1st feb i got sms that the phone has been delivered.
        There wasn't anyone at home on 1st to accept the delivery.
        When i called and complained to amazon, they said, its a incorrect message and the phone is yet to be delivered to me.

        Till now i have not received the phone and it was meant to be a gift for someone on their birthday.
        Absolutely disgusting service from amazon and i will never use amazon india to order anything anymore.

        Please can someone sort this out before i complain and escalate this.
        I want my money back please.

        I placed an order for earphones and for some reason i placed an request for replacement, they picked the replacement about 3 months ago but after that neither they send me earphones nor my refund ... i want my money refund as soon as possible .
        There is no indication of item or category. Only an ammount. I have checked all my computers and find noaction with amazon at or near the dats os the charge

          The delivery date committed by amazon is 03032018, but the order is still not delivered, on contacting with the amazon representative the response is pathetic, that kind of service is unpredictable.
          I want compassion for this..

          I have booked a wireless headphone on dt 25 feb 2018 (Order id:[protected] which shows delivery date 03 march 2018 (Saturday) so i booked the product. On 03 march 2018 the order delivery status shows that the package is out for delivery (The phone no of delivery agent given), i call on the given no. Of the delivery agent it goes switch off at 11:30 am so i contact to amazon representative and inform him about this i verify that and agreed to me that the delivery agent phone is switched off and he give me words that you do not panic the product will delivered on 03 march 2018 before 8 pm, full day i keep on calling to delivery agent but his phone goes switched off. I inform again this to amazon representative but they again confirmed and promised me that the product will be delivered at 8 pm. But around 8 pm the delivery status updated showing that "the delivery agent is unable to contact to you so cannot delivered the product". Delivery agent phone switched off for full day is it my fault, at last they update the customer is unable to contact it is #.
          The matter is yet not finished i will take it to consumer court i pay to amazon in advance on 25022018 on the commitment of delivery of the product on dt 03032018, they back-off from their commitment.

Deepak agra circle (I have doubt he told the correct name, rank and posting circle) on talking to him it seems to me that they have no fear o complaint and its the monopoly as payment already received by amazon and they think now the customer is fool and can't do any thing this kind of attitude of amazon representative will one take amazon to the lowest point in the service matters.
          I just want compassion and justice for all this happens to me, how mentally a customer have to take to deals with after making a pre payment to amazon.
          I think after filling a complaint and with the reply i got from amazon i must have to appeal to consumer court and demand compassion from amazon.

            I order the above mention pendrive on 24.02.2018 with full payment for my daughter at Ladies hostel, Brainwere Eng. college, Barasat, W.B. I received a massage that the product is delivered to my daughter on 28.02.2018. This quite false.
            Delivery man only contacted my daughter in order to handover the product . please do the needful.

              I have ordered a mobile handset (Infocus vision 3) from amazon india and the product was to be delivered by march 3, 2018. But that product was cancelled due to some unknown reason by the delivery agent. The agent didn't call me for any delivery about the product and when i called him and asked about the non delivery of the said product, he told me that he will deliver it before 6pm. But when i again called him at 6 pm then his phone was switched off. After that i called the amazon customer care service and they also didn't solve my problem. Rather they said that you have to order it again. This is the second time i'm having problem with the delivery of my order. Earlier i had ordered shoes from amazon, but that product was also cancelled without any reason. So, it's very annoying receiving such kind of customer service. They are very casual about these things but we are the ones who face problems. They are telling me to order the product again, but why should i suffer.!!! Am i here to order the product again and again.. So i request you to please take some strict action against these kind of things so that normal people don't face any problem.

                I had purchased a wooden with cabinet with four drawers from raj exports through am, azon delivered around mid february 2018. The item wasnot as displayed and was not asper my expectation andi had paid rs. 4500/. I immediately requested a, mazon for return and refund. Later as advised immade a claim and was advised that the matter would be settled by 02/03/2018. But i have till date not received the refund. Please not that i had not cancelled my claim either by phone or otherwise.
                I am amazed at the indifference of amazon, and it does not go well by its tall claim that all refunds are made immediately. As per your guarantee claim refund my amount of rs.4500/ these days of digital network it wont take much timefor me to put it up in social media, which i am sure amazon would not like negative publicity. As of now i will not purchase anything from amazon. I am disappointed by your attitude. My record shows that i have purchased 40 items from amazon in the last six months.

                  I have created a shipment on 24.01.2018 which included 26 products with 11 skus. The products are women sports leggings. Amazon fba support staff guided me through the entire process of creating the shipment as this was my first shipment. My pin code 248001 is not serviceable by ats and the support staff asked me to get it delivered through blue dart. I did so and blue dart office of balluwala chawk, dehradun told me that they have never sent a packet to amazon on behalf of amazon seller. But the operation manager told that their delhi office will know as i am sending the packet to amazon, a-28, b-1, mohan coop indl area, new delhi-110044 and they will also take an appointment.
                  On contacting amazon about my shipment once blue dart updated the delivery status as success on 30.01.2018, i was told that it will take 3-5 days time to update my shipment status in the seller panel. I waite 3 says and then again contacted them only to hear that it will get updated soon. After a week of delivery, when i contacted them, they said that it will be reflected in next 48 hours. After two days when i contacted them, they asked me to provide the proof that it was delivered.
                  I got very surprised on hearing this. If the packet was not traceable why did they kept on saying me that it will be updated in so and so many hours or days?
                  I obliged though and send them the pod. They wrote me back and said that they want bill of landing or pod mentioning all the skus and weight. Then i told them that pod does not have the skus mentioned as their support staff never told me to do so during shipment creation and neither does blue dart branch office of balluwala chawk dehradun have any previous experience.
                  I kept on sending all the pods that blue dart sent me as a proof of delivery and even the screen shots from the blue dart mis which showed when and what time the packet was delivered.
                  After all these i receive a mail saying that i have not created any appointment at the time of creating the shipment. I replied that, i was never told so by your team member while guiding me to create the shipment.
                  They again mails to send the stamped pod, which i sent to them as was given to me by blue dart. On writing to blue dart they have investigated this and confirmed the delivery of the packet with the name f the person who received it. The person who received the packet is mr. Vikramjeet working at the same fc.
                  I want my packet back and had a very bad experience with amazon. They are not co-operative and treat sellers very badly.
                  Please advise how to get my packet back.

                    I was buyed a hard disk from amazon.. Nd i have return the item on 24th feb 2018 due to defective piece of hard disk.. Amazon delivery boy first cancels the pickup of return and then he was immediately called me for collecting the return.. I was gave the product to him and asked for return receipt but he didnt gave me any receipt and said that the message will be come.. But the message will also not come.. Due to this behaviour of amazon i am not getting my refund of rs3899.. From last 8 days i am continuously call and mail to amazon but they are saying my product is not reached to the fullfillment centre.. Please take strict action against all the staff members of amazon transportation team.. I am providing you the contact no. Of delivery boy who has picked my return.. I want my refund of rs 3899 asap

                      I have purchased about 7 products from amazon in this from last 3products delivery they are not able to delivery. They are cheating to me like you are not able to contact you. Delivery is postponed tomorrow. Within a minute i called customer care executive and complained about this that are telling sorry for inconvenience. They are cheating me.. This is the third time i am facing like this issues before they will send a message like your product is out for delivery in the morning but by 10:00am again they will send message like we are not able to contact you. But i am in network reachable place only. Within a minute of message from amazon we could not contact you. Within a minute i called customer care executive and told about my problem. They will tell it will not happen next time and ask sorry for inconvenience. But like this problem i have fave more. Please help and punish the amazon

                        I am a frequent buyer from amazon indian as i have ordered an item (Order #[protected] on 26 feb 2018 and it was scheduled to deliver
                        By today (01 march 2018). I received a notification about deliverable item as well as amazon agent's details (Mr. Pankaj baba, mob:+91-[protected]) to make
                        Further inquiry so i did, in turns i found his mobile put on switch off mode. Though i kept on reaching on provided contacts in hope of connectivity
                        But did not get succeed and suddenly boom!!! I received notification describing "we could not deliver your order as we could not contact you"

                        So i retried making contact to amazon agent after 10th attempt unwillingly he picked my call up as i asked him why he put invalid reason
                        Of non deliver order. He rudely answered that nothing was coming into his mind so he did. Gosh how come it could acceptable on earth.
                        He came up with some other lame nonsense reasons which i am escaping for now.

                        Though i requested him as it will be festive day tomorrow it would be highly appreciated if he could reach at my place but in turns he kept his cell
                        Phone on off again. I tried contacting him again and again as he did not appear on the place where he promised to come.

                        I reattempted to call him once his cell was live mode again after 4 hrs he talked very rudely as if he is the boss of amazon and suggested me "if you want
                        To make complain against me go ahead and do it now i don't care anybody".

                        As i trust amazon brand but we have some examples been provided on daily basis but this one was utterly bitter experience.
                        Which definitely let amazon existing as well as new customer to think twice to spent his hard earn money buying any sort of order in future

                        It occurred with me today and i am very firm it would be repeated again in future too if amazon will not going to take any action regarding this kind of irresponsible agent.

                            I purchased oppo a71 (Gold) from amazon site on 15-jan-2018, but found it defective. There are lot of performance issues and back button not working. I reported the issue to amazon customer care. Amazon sent their technical engineer to test the handset personally. On[protected] a report was provided stating that the issue is found and technical report was provided.

                            I tried to request for refund, but amazon didn't have option to raise refund. There is only one option to contact amazon customer care. I contacted amazon customer care couple of time but amazon didn't agree for refund. Without my permission, amazon processed replacement which i didn't accept.

                            Till date there is no further communication from amazon, kindly arrange for my refund with 12% interest and 10, 000/- as compensation for cheating the customer and wasting my time and not allowing me to purchase another mobile.

                              I have subscription of diaper and coffee since few months. I subscribed to it so that i get a subscription discount (As per amazon). These subscriptions are by default for month end and as i am prime member its delivery is 4th day of the following month. By default orders are supposed to be placed on 25th day of the month. These subscription orders are placed automatically.

                              To my surprise, this month subscription orders were placed on 16th feb itself (Almost half a months earlier) when the prices were high. Where as the prices went back to normal around 25th day of the month.

                              I want to express my unhappiness with this kind or techniques of placing auto orders which are non-returnable and when they are at its highest prices and those time is not when the order should be actually placed without consent from the customer.

                                Buying stuff from amazon (Prime) (+fulfilled by amazon) has become a nightmare.
                                Every time they deliver used, dirty, unpacked items.

                                This time i purchased something for 750. Found it greasy, with missing screws. Amazon approved return but asked me to deliver it back to them by indian post only.

                                Wt[censored] thinking? First u send a complete # product, then expect the customer to go to some post-office and prepare a parcel to be sent and pay for it and then wait for a week for refund?

                                On complaining, they just said "maafi chahengey, but parcel toh aapko *bhejna parega*".

                                Fyi - fulfilled by amazon means they charge 10-20% extra from market price, from the seller.

                                * as per their policy, they repack all returned goods and 'chipkaao' to new buyers! 😠

                                  I hope this will help me in my complaint against Amazon

                                  I ordered a phone today with amazon and paid in advance from my credit card, while placing the order I received the message that of I pay 100 rupees extra I will get the delivery in 24 hours and I selected that option and paid extra money for fast delivery. I have attached the confirmation emails which says that my product is guaranteed with on day delivery. After making the payment on confirmation email I got a message that it will be delivered after 5 days, however amazon also mention that product is purchased with fast delivery.

                                  Looking at this confusion I contacted amazon customer service and Udit from amazon team informed due to technical error now my order will reach to me after 5 days and amazon will return those 100 rupees extra. Which was not acceptable as I paid all the money and to replace the order I would need another 13 and half thousand rupees. He asked to cancel the order but I denied since I wanted to raise it further. So I raised this on twitter and I was asked to fill the form and they will be contacting me for this issue. No body contacted me from social media team of amazon.

                                  I again called amazon and had word with Utkarsh another amazon employee for cancellation of my order as I was not in situation to wait for 5 days and he informed that I not need to worry as he has double checked and I will get the order the next day. Which gave me peace. After 2 hours I received the call from first amazon employee with whom I interacted for the first time and he said (Utkarsh) shared the incorrect details and my order will be delivered on 5th March only. I requested to have a word with some senior management for this issue as amazon was just playing with my sentiments and money ( I ordered this product for my wife for her birthday thinking that product will reach to me within 24 hours, but they played with my emotions and feelings). I was connected with Vinay another amazon employee from leadership team and who said he will give me the resolution but to my surprise he gave the same answer that product with be delivered on 5th march and he cannot do anything. I requested him to connect me with his senior and he denied. I asked how will he compensate for this mistake and again he denied station he will refund the 100 rupees which I had paid extra.

                                  Few questions I have here;-

                                  This is actually a trend of amazon they take the payment but don’t deliver the product on time
                                  They charge us in advance and then they refund in 3 to 5 business days ( in my case banks will be closed on Holi which Is on Friday and then weekend will start and my refund will be delayed for sure)
                                  They are using my money and I am sure there are thousands of the customers which are struggling with this behavior of amazon
                                  My bank charge 13% Interest on daily basis if the payment is not made on time + 18% GST on interest amount. Due date for my citi bank credit card is 5th March who will be responsible for this loss = 13577*13% Interest rate and the interest amount is 1765.1/-INR on this amount my bank will charge 18% GST which is 1665.1*18% 317/-INR total amount I have to pay to bank is 2081.71/-INR who would be paying this amount??

                                  Last but not the least who and how Amazon would be compensating emotion values and stress they had given me in last 4 hours. I’m bagging you guys to look into my issue and help me at the earliest.

                                  I have not received any email on this issue from amazon, expect the confirmation email of my product. they have contacted me from some UK number which is + 442079835456. you cannot call back on this number. to speak with Amazone india you have to fill up a form either on the website or twitter in case they share a link with you for call back

                                  I have been trying to order this trimmer since 4-5days

                                  Panasonic ER-GB37 Men's Trimmer (Black)

                                  It is getting cancelled again and again .I have tried at least 5 times still the same problem.
                                  It's been four months that a brought the above product from ur website and now it isn't working properly. i would like that u either replace or repair my respective product

                                    Dear sir, my amazon account is on hold these days and when I'm trying to place an order it is not placed. I m facing more problems related to this . So please unhold my amazon account.When i search for a product before opening it says it is eliguble for cash on delivery but when i click on that product and tries to but it says that it is not eligible.                                       Hi,
                                      I have been calling to amazon customer care but unfortunately they are not giving any positive reply except extending days.
                                      My product was supposed to deliver on 27th of feb18 but shows as delivered on 25th. I have called to customer care regarding this issue and they confirmed to get it delivered to you by 27th of feb18.
                                      Since no item received, called on 27th late night, they firstly misbehaved and later supervisor says you have signed on document during delivery. Just my name is mentioned by someone.
                                      They are asking for more days to investigate which is unnecessary extending time.
                                      How amazon don't have mechanism to track such an agent who is making false signature of customer and taking back the item. Doing someone else signature without knowing the person is an offense and amazon is kept quite.
                                      I humbly request to look into it and resolve on priority.

                                      I tried Amazon pay add money nd money is add but 2min later not money aad my account inform amazon your money is refund success fully but not successful. I call amazon customer care u refund 3 to 5 working days refund your money in your account but not refund today is 10 days done amazon is fraud plz help refund my money.
                                      I have posted negative feedback on the product. the amazon is not ready to post on its website. Feedback doesn't mean to post only 4* or 5*. whatever the review they need to post it or correct it.

                                        I am a user of amazon india services. I had checked my amazon account with email id - [protected]@gmail.com as it was previous year when i starting contacting amazon that i am unable to place order from my account. I have nearly rs 7200 in amazon pay balance which i am unable to use whenever i place order they just cancel my order. I even don't know what i have done wrong that is avoiding amazon terms and conditions. I actually haven't done anything wrong intentionally. I always tried to be a valuable customer of amazon and i always prefer amazon than other ecommerce websites, please kindly unlock my account so i can access it and place order. Those money that i have in amazon pay balance is my hard earned money. I am receiving mails from amazon that order is cancelled and they were also asking me to send some amex card info (Don't know they were asking) i am also attaching the images of email send to me from amazon.
