Sir i had purchased a product power bank by paying full payment to the company on 26/01/18 and my delivery date is 06/02/18 but till today i did not get my product deliverd and even the company don't have any details about the deliver till now so i want to take a strict action against it and no one is answering correctly and they were not even taking any action against seller and saying me that after 10 days money will be refunded or the product
What type of attitude they r and they have asked me for 48 hours but still not having any response and says me again 48 hours to track seller

    I had ordered a moto g5 phone from amazon and there was a cashback of rs 1000 offer if the payment is done through amazon pay. So i used amazon pay and paid rs11, 999 for the phone bought on 11 april 2017. And i still have not recieved the cashback.

    Called more than 9 times to customer care they are making fun of me.

        When i call amazon customer care and tell about delivered parcel box than amazon customer care transfering my call to investication team.

        Investication team told me you are waitting next 5day & our investication team call you in 5 working day & giving you solution

        But sir investication team did not call me in 5days i am only waitting investication team call.

        I am calling to amazon customer care service 7feb 2018 before 5 working day of investication team than investication team told me we are not able to refund of replacement.

        I am asking to amazon investication team i am giving you amazon.in (11999rs) for product but you give me empty parcel who is refund my money

          Oneplus5 have issue for the first time i m requested for replacement the person came and took the product if i asked him you are amazon employee he told yes he took and updated after second time have same issue so this time i am canceled this happen in october 6 2017, i called customer support almost 15 to 20 times but when i called they are doing pick from there end and its automatically cancelled. But before i am leaving to home on 12 i called to amazon support on 11 oct the person given assurance to pick up will arranged on 12 he will come the person came and took the mobile this things are not updated in amazon account we thought its done like that but emi started deducting from credit card so i called them they are saying after investigation its not with them if its started on nov its self i will contact them immediately so please help to resolve this issue

          i got some mails from amazon team which i have attached they accepted PHONE with them and asked to wait 48 hrs after i called again asking for 48hrs dont know when they are going to give solution to me replace phone or refund money.
          please give me a solution.

          Fraud Amazon cash back offer :
          Order no[protected] dated 9/10/2017 lenovo k8 note purchased through Citibank card ending 4371 10% cashback not received still... it's 2 Feb 2018 it was told that it will be credited by 9 Jan 2017.
          Buyers please don't get intimidated by these

            Ordered on 2 may 2017 order#[protected]

            Our tv has not been repaired in-spite of being covered under warranty. The supplier plutus industries pvt. Ltd claim that tv is made in egypt, therefore we need to pay to samsung first and then claim or refund.

            Did we ask them to supply the product from egypt? Its not our fault.

            Amazon india and plutus industries pvt. Ltd have not been able to assist us and the calls are not being picked.

            We want this issue to be resolved asap

              Have ordered a 2 door wardrobe on 27th jan (Order #[protected].
              And scheduled it`s delivery on 3rd feb, however when the order did not arrive till 4th feb, i called the service desk on 4th feb evening and cancelled the order.
              On 5th morning i still received call from the courier service asking if i am available at home for delivery, to which i said that the order is cancelled and i no longer want it. However on the same day evening (5th feb) at around 9:05pm i received an sms stating the product is delivered. I have been following up with the service desk but of now help. Every time i call up the service desk they transfer my call to different departments and i have to explain the entire thing over and over again but did not get any resolution yet.

              Sir mene 2 recharage kiyaa dono 30/01/2018 but only 1 cash back aaya company promised 72 hour me aayrga but 99 hour ho gaya cash nahi aaya please cash dene ki krapya kare your sandeeppratap
              I can understand ...Amazon has made fraud orders in my account and had took extra shipping charges from me saying that you had ordered the only 2 product not looking at the Amazon fulfillment and it has to be charged with shipping but My order had 4 products they created fake multiple orders in my account and blamed me for not checking it before checkout of order...Hights of Fraud!! They never accepts there mistakes even if the system has made it like this I remembered wht I had ordered...They also sell "chori ka mall" I guess...I ordered a blouse it came with HARD TAGS on it which is in mall for security reasons...They don't understand that such tags should be removed when the sell and dispatch the product

                This is samsung bluetooth device, deliverd just 3 hours before, I tried the charger with thae cable already had in the container that you send alsong with the device.but it was failure.

                  I had ordered a mobile phone (10.or E) from Amazon India. I have received the product today (6th of February 2018). But the picture quality of the mobile is very bad. The photos captured are not clear. So I want to return it.
                  When I called to customer care, their executive told me that return and refund is not possible.
                  They will check the technical issue and they will replace it if it have any technical defect.

                  But the product is of inferior quality and I want to return it only.

                    I have ordered mobile phone on 23.01.18 vide order number[protected]. Total amount was deducted from card on 23.01.18, mobile was to be delivered on 27.01.18, which is not delivered yet. When i tried to confirm from amazon, they said my ordered phone is lost by courier company.
                    Now amazon is ready to pay me amount deducted from my card instead of phone i have ordered.

                    I purchased a router on 25th October 2017 and returned it after 3 days but have not received a refund of Rs.999.00 for order #[protected] but still i am not able to get my refund.

                      I had oredered atamper glass for iphone 6 through amazon but on arrival the tamper glass was already cracked i want a refund for the same this shows a lacadisical attitude of the courier people by amazon i will not be orderning any items from amazon in futire since this kind of attitude is not acceptable
                      I buyed a tvs Jupiter cover on 7jan my order came on12 Jan as product quality was not satisfied i return ed it on 13 Jan but still i hv not got my refund

                        Dear sir
                        A refund of 1680 rupees was successfully processed on 19 January 2018 to my account. and my refund reference number 241265 & This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          I'm facing immense issues with orders and delivery. The customer care is very in-cooperative and are not able to solve issues. I had made various complaints to them they have not addressed a single complaint yet. When i mail them or chat to speak to higher authority who can understand the issue. They are not taking up my complaints. If i'm reviewing about them they are blocking my genuine reviews. The courier person who come for delivery and returns, are very unprofessional. They call me like a stalker. Also there is a time fixed for return but they don't follow it. And throw tantrums to pick it up at their own convenience or cancel the delivery or return. I want that they should address my complaint against order#[protected] and order#[protected]. And also be transparent about the refund. Non of my refunds have been shared by them when i asked them about the transaction id which bank mentions on statement by which one can check the refund has been made successfully. I wasn't shared this and it was confusing for me guess which refund was by amazon. Also i came to know many of my refunds has not been given yet for last yr. Purchases. The customer care says they are not authorized to share. So i asked them to talk to their finance department but they didn't solve my issue till date. Its been 5 months. There is no complaint address mechanism for customer care. I'm very much tortured by them. I want satisfactory solutions for all my problems.

                            I purchased gordania bumber series men's slim fit zipper desgn jacket (Large) ₹2909 from amazon on 25/01/20118 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 30/01/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no.
                            The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 723824.
                            But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute file and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                            Same behaviour by branch also.
                            Don't know what to do... So plz solve my problem...

                            I have ordered one plus 5t mobile on 1st feb 2018 and got delivered on 5th feb 2018 and when i opened the box i found a surf excel soap instead of mobile
                            I am purchase a prestige cookware on 19 Jan 2018.but this product was canceled by Amazon and then given a daed line 2 feb2018 your is refunded.this amount is 1250 Rs.                               I purchased fashion scarpbook men's faux leather jacket ₹3499 from amazon on 11/01/20118 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 20/01/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no.
                              The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 153711.
                              But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute file and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                              Same behaviour by branch also.
                              Don't know what to do... So plz solve my problem...

                                    I have ordered 2 books for March exam on 27th at Bihar location.

                                    Ecom express was the courier company, they gave estimate delivery date as 10 days.
                                    On 5th day it reached my nearest location I asked customer care it is now near my hub and status shows arrived at wrong address, he told I will send a mail, again after 3 days I called they told it will be delivered I am sending them mail, again today I called they says sir ecom express will have to deliver, we are really sorry but you have to wait.
                                    No ordering paying money upfront and 30 min of customer care call, after this nothing I have, there services are going like Snapdeal, Flipkart is best, please avoid Amazon for any area other than capital cities, there should be a policy where they will have to give fine for this

                                      Totally inauthentic product... Fake seller selling chinese items... Hello fake seller... Do you owe disney; do you??? Or did you purchase a license and pay thousands of dollars in royalties so disney would give you a contract to manufacture or use disney characters??? These characters are the copyright trademark of disney. Cheat sellers like you have no right to copy them. It is an offence. Shame on u art box seller and amazon

I have purcheased mobile on amazon 3 april 2017 but after 12 days i have problem on my mobile i will inserted sim on my mobile then atomatically reboot my mobile.On 21/04/2017 I have submitted my mobile yureka plus (yu5510a) on s.k.technology ambernath(east) for reparing . they give Mi jobsheet and talk after 7days we will repair your mobile .but after 1 month they do not give Mi my Mobile .and talk wait 5 days. After 1 week they give mi mobile. Then i check my mobile there is another problem in my mobile battery is not working so i give battery for replacement they talk after 7 days college your battery but after 1 month they give my battery. Then i use this battery for few months return i face same problem in my mobile. Please give mi replacement mobile or replacement battery. Otherwise i will complaint on customer complaint board. Amazon gives very cheap quality service.
