I have ordered two different products on amazon on 15th of december and my shipment was by 20th december, in meanwhile yesterday 18th december evening i got a mail and msg regarding that my package was delivered. When i came to know that. I haven't received any courier to the apartment or to my door. I have paid for the above order through a card. I have ordered honor 8 mobile through amazon. They sent mobile with invoice which does not have imei number on it. When asked for they said will get that from seller. Now my phone got broken when i went to honor service center they were asked for invoice with imei number. Even though its in warranty period i had to paid get it repaired. But this amazon people never get that information nor replied back to me....

I had ordered for loreal professional xtenso shampoo and mask. The product i received was having different contents. They were manipulated.
Also a day cream i had ordered for was returned back without contacting me. The amount for the products was paid online. It is so annoying after paying so many bugs and waiting for a couple of days you have to again spend time to get back the amount and a proper product....
