Even after 3 or 4 month i did not get my refund.
This type of service is not expected from your firm.
As directed by you i had couriered the packet myself but still i am still waiting for my amount. I am sorry to say that if no positive reaction is done from your side i will be compelled to go to consumer court.

I have not received my payment . i returned the t shirt which i bought on feb.i have checked my online account but not recieved the money. but in amzon website it is written that we have refunded your amount. amazon is fraud.
I had purchased through order no[protected] for Rs.1729/-on 16/02/2018.But my E-Gift card the following card no amount was not considered.

    Well i saw a product named seagate backup plus slim 2tb portable external hard drive & mobile device backup (Black) for the price 3000 indian rupees.in addition to this amazon stated that if we payed using amazon pay balance it will provide us cashback of rs.50. So i ordered the product using amazon pay balance. The order no.[protected] was accepted and confirmed. But after 6-7 hours they cancelled my order and refunded my money to amazon pay. They tricked us just to add money to amazon pay and after the product was cancelled the prices of the similar products were elevated. So i want that amazon provide me the same product in the same price as it offered me before.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Order placed on 09.02.2018 by paying Rs.4720/-. out of 9 items, only 4 items received. This cause much inconvenience to me. Take action to deliver the items immediately as the items are at Rajahmundry from 15th onwards
    I want to take back my pay balance, tell me what is the procidure

        This is to inform you that i have received a defected product (Colorbar full cover makeup stick, fresh ivory, spf30, 9g) which i have ordered on 21st february 2018. The stick is smudged and damaged from inside. I have been a regular customer of amazon, did not expect this kind of service from you. Being a reputed shopping site, you have highly disappointed me.

        Makeup is essential for every girl. We save money to buy, and this is disappointing when we get damaged product in return.

        Kindly either return this item or send a new fresh one asap. There is a reason why we trust this site and buy only from you.

          I am amazon customer before it started it office in india. V stay in posh locality in mumbai having pin code 40005, previously all my deliveries use to come on cod n honoured by me suddenly now i find when i try to place order on offers which allows cod it refuses n suggest me make online payment. U will be surprise to note that my last order worth rs6455/ odd was refused n my brother booked it for me on cod payable by me at 400005.

              Dear sir greeting!!

              I am writing to you at last because i have lost the hope and trust in amazon.

              I had ordered a vertical garden worth rs. 6800/- which i received it around on 24th january but returned at once and it was picked up just the next day. I opted for the refund to be in the amazon pay balance.. But since that day til date, i haven't received it. Though i have made end no. Of calls and everytime i get assurance that i wil receive it within 24hrs to 48hrs and also received the msg that's 12 days back that my cheque has been processed and i wil get it in 3 days.. Few days back too they again messaged they wil send the cheque and had given the last date of 20th february 2018. Still no refund been processed.

              For your reference i am mentioning the details under which i had made the order :

                Good morning, in november, 2017, i ordered
                Amazon prime. I signed up for the free 30-day period. After ordering a few items for christmas, i found out my husband, stephen, already has amazon prime. I therefore, cancelled my amazon prime before the 3o-day free trial period. I then saw a charge of $11.94 on my credit card statement. I was hopeing this was a mistake and would be credited on my february 2018 statement. I have not been credited and i should not have been charged for the free 30 - day trial. I cannot locate any number on any amazon websites to call for customer service, therefore, i need your help! Thank you, catherine hubbard

                  I had purchased coolpad cool 1 mobile in august 2017 during a 10% cashback offer on using sbi with the refund amount to be credited within 3 months (Nov 2017).

                  When the amount wasn't credited in november, i started following up with amazon customer care over mail. Inspite of repeated mails, providing screenshots of purchase using sbi netbanking, sbi account statements for the months of august 2017 & november 2017 nothing has happened so far.

                  The customer care has stopped responding to my mails or calls to customer care number (Not sure if they blocked my mobile number) and no longer reply which is pathetic service.

                  Ecommerce retailers like amazon are playing it as they like as there are no strict rules in this space from government of india, to cut their teeth and behave properly with online customers.

                  They need to keep the promises to the customers, otherwise will soon be out of business.

                  It has been 2 months since I have posted this complaint and yet to get any response from Amazon. While the money back was expected November 2017 and more than 6 months overdue, Amazon hasn't refunded the amount promised.

                  Pathetic service.

                    I got an a damaged phone from amazon and they are give me replacement but that phone also some issues thats verified from there technical team. On 19th moring they are already done my pic up but in this moment they are not initiated my refund my product already reached a fulfilled center but they are applying delaying policy and hold my money with them

                        Hello,
                        I requested for refund after cancelled order no.[protected] to amazon. Amazon representative said that they have refunded amount on 1st feburary 2018. But i didn't get yet in my bank account. I went to bank directlyand they checked my account details but this refund has never been processed. So how can i get my amount. Amazon also mentioned me reference number[protected] of transaction and i asked to my bank for it but there is no such transaction in my account.. This is the first bad experience for too long refund time with amazon. Hope i will get my amount as soon as possible.

                            I ordered handbag. Today i received the handbag from amazon seller service. I was shocked to see the handbag. It was not the ordered handbag. The handbag which was received is very cheap looking and it was not the ordered one. It is very different from the ordered one. I am very much disappointed. I wondered why amazon is doing like this. I need reply. I am dr. Lily pushpam working in government service. I didn't expect this from amazon. Kindly look into this and rectify the problem with handbag.                               I have purchasenirlon aluminium cookware set, 7-pieces, blue (Fgd_1234578) it was order 11 feb and delivered on 15 feb. One item was missing and as i have send gift for marriage of my brother daughter. Packing was very bad and damage but product was good and acceptable.
                              I request for replacement on 15 feb but still no action and they remove my request for replacement. I have request again today 22 feb

                                  Its sad to see that after complaining about the product no one from amazon has bothered to contact and resolve the complain.

                                  I had processed the return pickup request for this product but the pickup guy without checking the item picked up the wrong product as i was not available at that time so my sister unknowingly handed over the sony headset to him. I launched a complaint about the same and the customer service person ensured the product will be returned but i haven't received that product yet. Today i again called to check about the status, now another customer service person is telling me that we won't be able to return the product back.

                                  Its shocking to see that:

                                  1. How can amazon accept wrong product?

                                  2. How come reverse pickup person/seller has not checked product?

                                  I request you to look into the matter and help me out to get my product back or refund for my product.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Its very frustrating and sad that women who come down for seeking jobs in amazon are treated so badly.

                                      Today my cousin went down for her last round with Amazon for the position of Data Analyst.

                                      The manager who was interviewing her was asking questions like do you drink n smoke and would you dance for me.

                                      Well this is something which is not at all accepted. I am going to file an FIR against that manager.

                                      I hope we get that name of that ###. I will make sure he is arrested and i will definitely go and address this on social media pages if something is not done ASAP.

                                      Such behavior in workplaces is totally not accepted.

                                      I want you people to acknowledge this email within two days or else i will raise a complaint against Amazon.
