I have ordered moto g5s plus phone from amazon.in and got it delivered on cod.
But inside the package there was another smart watch of intex brand. Now talking to the customer care i have returned that to their fulfilment center via blue dart courier. And when it is delivered they are saying that they haven't received the phone. It's more than 2 weeks when returned item is delivered to them but they are still not refunding the money and making me disappointed several times. Now this is a matter of 15 k rs.
My big question is that when i haven't received what i ordered how can they.!
I have returned what they have sent and now started such scene.

Please help me of getting my money back.

    The above order for imee50 watt heavy duty metal waterproof led flood light was placed on 16th january, 2018 and you confirmed 24th january as the delivery date. On 28th january, i received a mail saying that my order has been delayed and will be delivered between 1st - 7th february, 2018.
    To my utter surprise and without assigning any reason, a subsequent mail conveyed that my order had been cancelled and refund of rs 1999/- has been initiated. How can an order be cancelled, unilaterally. This in my opinion amounts to breach of contract and loss of a product which you had agreed to sell me on a specific price paid in advance through my debit card.
    Before i take this matter to appropriate and concerned forum, i give you an opportunity to complete the said order at the earliest.in the event, my money has been refunded by you, please send the flood light on (Cod) for which i shall pay the price agreed upon video the above said order on 16th january, 2018.

        There is no mention about delivery charge while i am ordering the product, but at the time of delivery they charged rs.90 for delivery charge and also mentioned in invoice also. Its like cheating the customer without giving proper information while ordering. Try to solve my problem and make me favor to continue as a customer of amazon. Try to pay back the extra charges..

When i open a box i got empty parcel so, i compliant same day so, amazon customer associated issued a refund. And tell me i got refund with in 3 bussiness day but again 20 jan when i not get refund in my bank account again i compliant to regarding this then excutive again issue a refund on 20 jan. Again i wait then also i didn, t get refund. Then i customer service associated insiated refund refund on28 jan.2018. But now i get email from amazon that i by refund denied. Please help me.                 , i had purchased lenovo phone during amazon great indian sale which was delivered to me on 29th jan 2018 with loads of happiness and excitement i wanted to use the phone but to bad fortune this phone restarts automatically initially i thought it could be low battery so i charged the phone completely and started but still the problem persists phone restarts post the call if kept it idle too.
                After understanding the problem i raised complaint with amazon i received call on 30th jan and they confirmed technician will visit and confirm the issue i was quite surprised how can someone learn the problem in 5 minutes however agreed for it. Technician visited the location he is worst of all i work in itpl campus i had taken approval for him to come inside the campus but he denied he asked me to go out agreed to that as well

                On road he made me to stand he took my phone he switched and says he will do some setting and will work fine i was clear in explaining it is nothing to do with setting it is something to do with hardware of software he was not listening he writes reports saying phone was switched on phone when he took the phone and issue found when i took time to and conclude the problem he closed in 5 minutes

                  Hi team

                  I returned the rangriti women's straight kurta. Which was returned on 10th july 2017. Till now i have not received the refund. When i inquired on customer care they told they have already refunded the money. I asked them to share the transaction id and the bank account details to which they made the refund. But that is not shared till now.

                    Hi dear,

                    My complain is against amazon india.

                    I ordered oneplus 5t (8gb ram, 128 gb memory) and received iphone 6s plus. I logged request for return and i was assured that i will get the right phone this time. Both time delivery team came with wrong phone. I can understand that it could be a mistake for first time but wrong phone was delivered second time too. It is simply harassment. Amazon is just fooling people. Their seller is fooling customers [rocket kommerce llp].

                    Even after delivering wrong phone, the status against my order says:
                    "delivered wednesday
                    Package was handed directly to the customer.
                    The delivery receipt was signed by"

                    I challenge this as nothing has been signed.

                    After contacting customer services, they acknowledged that it is a mistake and same they confirmed from courier team too. However, they are not willing to correct their mistake and harassing by delaying this refund process.

                    I want my money to be refunded and for all other accessories i bought for the phone; including cancellation and refund of prime membership fee.

                      This is a general concern about various sellers on amazon that sell desktop pc cabinets.

                      Most of the sellers are not providing full specifications about the pc cabinet as a product or are just copy pasting it from some other site and hence the information is incomplete.

                      I find that following information is fundamentally missing and as a results users have o frequently interact with the sellers to try to get this information. Not all queries get replied.

                      1. Front panel audio – is it ac97 or hd or both wiring supported. This is very important because if your board only supports hd and you get ac97 in cabinet front the two won’t work together
                      2. Does the cabinet include smps (If not state it explicitly)
                      3. Does the cabinet contain speaker (That attaches itself to motherboard speaker header)

                      This is a feedback to amazon to instruct their sellers to keep the information and specifications up to date on the product page.

                                    I have order the nebilizer for baby to amazon. Ist time order through my relative for me. And tracking detail shows in the account. After some days the part has gone back.
                                    Therefore 2nd order given by me for the same delivery adress. The same cheating for me
                                    Amount has paid both orders ist.
                                    Then i call customer care they me some told me. Delivery adress is wrong. And some item has broken by courrier service.

                                    It is not one time but in last 7 days my order has been cancelled 6 times.

                                    It is worst experience with Amazon.in
                                    You have worst service.
                                    Firstly I received wrong product
                                    Secondly they didn't arrange my replacement of product. When I called it was arranged.
                                    Thirdly you cancelled my product replacement.
                                    Fourthly you did not refund my amount till date.

I am calling since 6 days for delivery and it status but they are not giving proper reason or service or tracking details. I lost my time to call and explain each day but still there are asking 48 hours in the mean while they are giving promotion balance. However they promised product will delivery in 24 to 48 he's still not at received. Till the day they are giving same answer. I am fedup with calling amazon service and getting explanation. Kindly help me to resolve issue and this should be punishable. Issues should not be a effected to other customers.

                                        It is very unfortunate that amazon which has such a stellar reputation for customer service has disappointed big time. Every time i send a mail, it takes weeks for you to respond and then you come back saying that you should respond in 3 days time.

                                        I purchased an item via order number order number:[protected] for an amount of 1255. I returned it through india post consignment number em[protected]in on the 3rd of june 2017.

                                        Amazon is yet to refund me the money despite giving all the details of the consignment
