I had ordered a mobile phone (10.or E) from Amazon India. I have received the product today (6th of February 2018). But the picture quality of the mobile is very bad. The photos captured are not clear. So I want to return it.
When I called to customer care, their executive told me that return and refund is not possible.
They will check the technical issue and they will replace it if it have any technical defect.

But the product is of inferior quality and I want to return it only.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I can understand ...Amazon has made fraud orders in my account and had took extra shipping charges from me saying that you had ordered the only 2 product not looking at the Amazon fulfillment and it has to be charged with shipping but My order had 4 products they created fake multiple orders in my account and blamed me for not checking it before checkout of order...Hights of Fraud!! They never accepts there mistakes even if the system has made it like this I remembered wht I had ordered...They also sell "chori ka mall" I guess...I ordered a blouse it came with HARD TAGS on it which is in mall for security reasons...They don't understand that such tags should be removed when the sell and dispatch the product

    I have ordered mobile phone on 23.01.18 vide order number[protected]. Total amount was deducted from card on 23.01.18, mobile was to be delivered on 27.01.18, which is not delivered yet. When i tried to confirm from amazon, they said my ordered phone is lost by courier company.
    Now amazon is ready to pay me amount deducted from my card instead of phone i have ordered.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I purchased a router on 25th October 2017 and returned it after 3 days but have not received a refund of Rs.999.00 for order #[protected] but still i am not able to get my refund.

      I purchased tata sky hd setopbox with 200 amazon voucher but after 50 days i didn't receive any voucher and lots of time i did complaint in amazon but no resolutionand every time they tell me your issue resolved in one week and last saturday day they tell me in 24 hour your course in your account but i didn't receive then i call my call not connected in amazon they block me last two days please resolve this problem.

      I had oredered atamper glass for iphone 6 through amazon but on arrival the tamper glass was already cracked i want a refund for the same this shows a lacadisical attitude of the courier people by amazon i will not be orderning any items from amazon in futire since this kind of attitude is not acceptable
      I buyed a tvs Jupiter cover on 7jan my order came on12 Jan as product quality was not satisfied i return ed it on 13 Jan but still i hv not got my refund

        Dear sir
        A refund of 1680 rupees was successfully processed on 19 January 2018 to my account. and my refund reference number 241265 & This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          I'm facing immense issues with orders and delivery. The customer care is very in-cooperative and are not able to solve issues. I had made various complaints to them they have not addressed a single complaint yet. When i mail them or chat to speak to higher authority who can understand the issue. They are not taking up my complaints. If i'm reviewing about them they are blocking my genuine reviews. The courier person who come for delivery and returns, are very unprofessional. They call me like a stalker. Also there is a time fixed for return but they don't follow it. And throw tantrums to pick it up at their own convenience or cancel the delivery or return. I want that they should address my complaint against order#[protected] and order#[protected]. And also be transparent about the refund. Non of my refunds have been shared by them when i asked them about the transaction id which bank mentions on statement by which one can check the refund has been made successfully. I wasn't shared this and it was confusing for me guess which refund was by amazon. Also i came to know many of my refunds has not been given yet for last yr. Purchases. The customer care says they are not authorized to share. So i asked them to talk to their finance department but they didn't solve my issue till date. Its been 5 months. There is no complaint address mechanism for customer care. I'm very much tortured by them. I want satisfactory solutions for all my problems.

            I purchased gordania bumber series men's slim fit zipper desgn jacket (Large) ₹2909 from amazon on 25/01/20118 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 30/01/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no.
            The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 723824.
            But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute file and can only check if money came to your account or not.
            Same behaviour by branch also.
            Don't know what to do... So plz solve my problem...

                    I have ordered 2 books for March exam on 27th at Bihar location.

                    Ecom express was the courier company, they gave estimate delivery date as 10 days.
                    On 5th day it reached my nearest location I asked customer care it is now near my hub and status shows arrived at wrong address, he told I will send a mail, again after 3 days I called they told it will be delivered I am sending them mail, again today I called they says sir ecom express will have to deliver, we are really sorry but you have to wait.
                    No ordering paying money upfront and 30 min of customer care call, after this nothing I have, there services are going like Snapdeal, Flipkart is best, please avoid Amazon for any area other than capital cities, there should be a policy where they will have to give fine for this

                      Totally inauthentic product... Fake seller selling chinese items... Hello fake seller... Do you owe disney; do you??? Or did you purchase a license and pay thousands of dollars in royalties so disney would give you a contract to manufacture or use disney characters??? These characters are the copyright trademark of disney. Cheat sellers like you have no right to copy them. It is an offence. Shame on u art box seller and amazon

I have purcheased mobile on amazon 3 april 2017 but after 12 days i have problem on my mobile i will inserted sim on my mobile then atomatically reboot my mobile.On 21/04/2017 I have submitted my mobile yureka plus (yu5510a) on s.k.technology ambernath(east) for reparing . they give Mi jobsheet and talk after 7days we will repair your mobile .but after 1 month they do not give Mi my Mobile .and talk wait 5 days. After 1 week they give mi mobile. Then i check my mobile there is another problem in my mobile battery is not working so i give battery for replacement they talk after 7 days college your battery but after 1 month they give my battery. Then i use this battery for few months return i face same problem in my mobile. Please give mi replacement mobile or replacement battery. Otherwise i will complaint on customer complaint board. Amazon gives very cheap quality service.

                          I want to raise complaint about the two of the customer care support executives and two of the retail support executives for their irrelevant security questions asked and answered in a very rude way and unable to help the amazon customer s about the issue.

                            I have done several complaints. One month has been passed still no resolution of my complaints.

                            This is too much mental harassment from amazon

                            Amazon lost courage to give me a call

                            Amazon does not believe in customer satisfaction.

                            Still not received the product. Already crossed expected delivery date.

                            Courier boy misbehaved with me over phone
                            He said some harsh words and abused me
                            Mentally harassed by amazon courier service.
                            Need a compensation of 5000 as amazon pay.

                            Highly dissatisfied by amazon service.

                            Done several complains on amazon customer care but no back call received from them
                            Amazon is not concerned over its customer.

                            I cannot buy this order again as this orders price increased to double.

                            Amazon has wasted so much of time.

                            I dont want to deal with amazon anymore.

                            Please give me compensation of 5000 as amazon balance.

                            I have not received any call from amazon they are wrongly mention they tried calling me.

                                      This is in reference to above mentioned order this is to express my grievance about the worst experience faced on 1st order made with amazon.

                                      1. Received faulty phone
                                      2. Fake promises made by amazon
                                      - please refer the reguress follow up status
                                      3. No technician visited
                                      4. Replacement promised by 3rd feb 2018 but actual date mentioned in tracking is 4th feb 2018
                                      5. I could not go anywhere out and had to wait for new delivery whole day on 3rd feb but no response.
                                      6. No delivery person details received till now
                                      7. Should i cancel all my engagements and wait for delivery today as well?
                                      8. Very poor management at amazon, other small e-shopping sites seems much more professional and reliable
                                      9. I had to suffer alot because of this faulty phone (Battery drainage and very slow charging issue).

                                      It's heartful to express the situations faced and loses made because of non working phone battery.

                                      I regret to made a wrong decision by ordering with amazon and would never recommend anyone to go for it.

                                      In reference to my previous complaint, this is now height of dissatisfaction. Amazon is the most un-professional organisation which has no value for its customers..

                                      While wasted 2 days waiting for the replacement of faulty product, amazon tracking now shows delivery rescheduled on customer's request.. Amazon should be ashamed of this. No one has contacted me for the delivery and amazon says its re-scheduled on customer request.

                                      Kindly arrange a call to me on [protected] on immediate basis.
                                      I can understand ...Amazon has made fraud orders in my account and had took extra shipping charges from me saying that you had ordered the only 2 product not looking at the Amazon fulfillment and it has to be charged with shipping but My order had 4 products they created fake multiple orders in my account and blamed me for not checking it before checkout of order...Hights of Fraud!! They never accepts there mistakes even if the system has made it like this I remembered wht I had ordered...They also sell "chori ka mall" I guess...I ordered a blouse it came with HARD TAGS on it which is in mall for security reasons...They don't understand that such tags should be removed when the sell and dispatch the product

                                        Very bad and rude behave by delivery agent he is saying that he will not deliver my order at given address and call me for coming at his place for giving my order. He is saying that i can call to any amazon representative but he will not deliver the order on my address.
                                        I really dissapoint by this behave. It was very urgent order for me tonight i have to caught my flight and for weight my stuff i have ordered this scale machine.
                                        And after to many humble request to delivery agent he is not ready to deliver the product and doing misbehave saying he is not coming now unless i talk to any amozon senior.

                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
