My name is deepak. My bank acc no[[protected]] my phn. No is [protected]. I ordered a mobile on 8 jan 2018 via debit card and its undelievrable on 14 jan after that i got refund on 24 jan 2018. After that i again order a mobile phone and again last day the product is undelivrable. Ther are making me fool. They again give me refund on 5 feb. About a month were gone but i didnt get anything. They are making fool till one month. I m going to do fir on amazon about making fool of customers.

    By dan eitreim (Author) vide amazon.in order number: d[protected] on 19/01/2018. It was supposed to be delivered on 24/01/2018 but till date it is not yet delivered. Kindly do the needful. There is no option avaiable in the amazon website to track the complaint nor does the toll free number of amazon helps in resolving the issue. They simply inform us to log in to their website

      I ordered mobile phone of ₹67067 from merchant (Amazon) by net banking on
      [protected]. Due to some reason i had to cancel this order on[protected] after canceling to amazon has processed refund which reference "[protected]"number was also provided to me. But refund have not yet been credited in my account. On this concern,
      I contacted bank customer care but from this, but i did not get positive response according to merchant, i have charge file of dispute transaction"1-[protected]" in the bank, so far neither has positive results nor my outstanding credit balance has been done, i have contacted to merchant many times and also approach the bank customer care, but no have locate pending refund transaction. So please i requesting you investigate this issue own your level and find this pending balance, because i am waiting my refund amount last 1 month please sir i need help, help me and please write back

        Ive ordered an Moto g5 plus mobile through amazon on 2nd jan 18 and had to cancel it due to inexpected price drop.
        Cancellation was done on 2nd day from the ordered date and it was promised that tge refund would be done in 2-4 days and till today (27th jan 18) i haven gott the refund...

        I had made several calls to the customer care and no resolution till date... Amidst of it as an obvious outcome my frustration level shot up n i made an investigation on the case and was able to understand that the seller denies the refund as the product is not received by them. The great part is that the item was shipped by amazon transportation and its merely Amazon's mistake that where the hell jt went... ...As per the last cll made on 26 th jan im again asked to wait for another 5 days n m on it...

        Taking this in utmost severity and get me the refund including penalty...yeah of course you guys owe it...its been 3+ weeks im [censored]n* waiting for my Money...and its pretty imaginable that how a salaried guy suffers at month ends...n my blood drained money 12K INR is under your fraud-custody...

          Today on 26 jan i got the delivery of my dell laptop. I am not happy with the quality of the laptop as, as showing in the site it was having plain back skin laptop but its an matt skin laptop and its looking ugly.
          When i call for return amazon customer care just transferring call to other person and so on. And not taking return request instead they are saying for replacement.
          If i am not happy with the product why i shoudl buy same product again. But they are not ready for doing refund.

          Please help me urgently with this

          As expected Amazon proved they are wrong. I want to escalate this because Amazon schedule a product pick up today but as expected they didn't show up and executive again keeps giving some nonsense answers. Also the pickup of the product is rescheduled without prior intimation to me. This is totally unacceptable and I am very much disappointed.

            After sometime, i've got a mail that your account has been locked for reverification. My debit card has been charged 600rs. And i didn't receive gift card.

            Reverification - i've sent all details regarding this

            Please unblock my account & unhold my order. So that i can continue.

              I booked mi-max2 on 23 january 2018 order#[protected]. I saw online price of mi-max2 was 14999 & 10 percent discount on hdfc debit card, but after booking rs.15998 was deducted from my account details as 23 jan 2018 pos 438624xxxxxx9275 amazon pos debit lf[protected] 23 jan 2018 15, 998.00. So i cancelled the order but amazon refunded me rs.14999 only transaction number 24 jan 2018 pos ref 438624*[protected] amazon 24 jan 2018 14, 999.00. Please refund remaining amount rs.1001/- at the earliest.
              I hope you will solve my complaint at the earliest.

              After cancellation i gain booked mi-max2 at that time rs.13499.10 is deducted from my account as transaction number 23 jan 2018 pos 438624xxxxxx9275 amazon pos debit lf[protected] 23 jan 2018 13, 499.10 it is right and delivery is in process.

                Cell no.[protected] asking for my address saying that he will be delivering the packet. But no one came and i tried to contact the person but unable to contact as the person did not lift the call.

                To my surprize when i logged to amazon web it says that the item is delivered and i have personally signed the receipt it is a lie

                  I ordered honor 7x on 15 january 2018. T delivery was made on 21 january 2018 but when i opened the box the phone was missing. Order number[protected]. There was an another fully damaged phone of micromax which is of no use. Please help me in getting my refund.                     This is regarding my first order placed on amazon.

                    I am very upset with the way of your deliver the things. I was tracking my order and delivery date was today (Thursday 25/jan/18) eod and i was very excited about to receive it in the evening because i was planning to gift it to someone on special day.

                    I did not receive any prior information regarding the delay in delivery time neither from the side of amazon or the delivery agent (Seller). Even at the evening of this day (Thursday 25/jan/18) i connected with the agent ([protected]) and he give me a confidence that he will support me and will deliver it by today. But after this call when no response came back from the agent side i decided to contact him again, because for me it was urgent to get this by today. Now after 3 long phone ring his phone was either switched off or not reachable.

                    Also i am not happy with the mrp which is being shown for the product. Because when i bought it the mrp of this product was 44, 990 (In the sale) and today it is 44, 700.00 (When no sale is there).

                    Very disappointed and my first and last order with amazon

                      ‪ i have placed an order for redmi 4, black 32 gb with amazon, order id is[protected].. Product delivered was karbon india 9. When called customer care they scheduled replacement but when pick boy open packet no phone was inside. Black packet is delivered. This is very bad experience. Pick up boy refused to take the package. Please assist.

                        I placed an order of otg pen drive on 24th jan but after 8hr i check that is cancelled with out my permission and adviser said that we can't help you purchase again with new price.

                        Reason of this complain they are showing that we provide the offer for buy the product but when we buy it then they are saying no and back amount in there wallet for re purchases the product with higher rate.
                        Customer service providers also say you do want you want we can't do any thing.

                          Let me try to explain with an practical example. If you buy a phone on a shop and open the phone and find it defective it certainly shakes your confidence in the quality and you have aab option to buy another company/model with same or more price.

                          But not at amazon.

                          I am forced to buy the same phone as the are not willing to give a refund, not even in the form of credit on the account to buy something else from same site.

                          Defect: the screen of the phone is coming off. Could not attach pic here due to size limit.
                          It must be available with amazon complaint no.[protected]

                          And they hide behind 'it is not or company policy'
                          Or
                          'the system does not allow'

                          But if it is the last piece then also policy should be followed and a new device made for me right :)

                          Jokes apart buying on website should be a better experience not worse

                            Hello,

                            I had ordered an email gift card as per following information:
                            Order #[protected]
                            Order value: inr1500
                            Order placed on: 12th january 2018
                            Scheduled delivered on: 13th january 2018.

                            However, the email address of the recipient was wrong.

                            On amazon.in, there was no option to cancel the gift card or to change the email address. Hence, i had a call with amazon customer care regarding this. The customer care executive informed that he has placed a cancellation request and that it will take 8 business days to address this. I got a call summary email and confirmation that a cancellation has been requested.

                            However, the gift card order was not cancelled and it was delivered to the wrong email address. The wrong person redeemed the card.

                            Now, amazon says they can't do anything because the gift card has been redeemed. Even after requesting a cancellation i lost the money.

                            Either they should have an option to update email gift card order or they should have cancelled the order on high priority knowing that i will lose my money if they don't cancel it.

                              I m mahadev math ordered iphone 5s 32 gb on 13 december 2017 with order no.

                              I got the mobile on 19th dec 2017 after using 2-3days i came to know that it's not working properly so i called your customer service they told me to contact apple care when i contacted apple care i m shocked that this phone is unlocked in 2014 and it's out of warranty. Again i have contacted your customer care this time they told me to contact seller who is pk traders from haryana i have contacted them they told me that the phone has no manufacturer warranty but it has seller warranty so send back it to the following address i have sent the mobile to yash gupta who is representative of pk traders on 5th january 2018 and he assured me he will send replacement for my phone in 2-3days after receiving my phone but after continous communication he send same phone on 24 january 2018 with more problems now this phone is totally not working. So called again to amazon customer care they saying they were nowhere concerned with it.

                                Hello everyone,
                                I have added 2850rs amazon pay balance money for buying bajaj oven toaster grill which i placed order on 21st Jan.
                                It was supposed to be a one day delivery, due to a bug in amazon's website it was showing tuesday as delivery, so i confirmed with an amazon staff and she said that it will be delivered earliest and by tomorrow. So i did proceed and placed order using amazon pay balance
                                The next day it didnt arrive so i contacted and he cancelled it without my confirmation, i started chat angrily by telling to cancel the order but chats went on and he didnt cancel, in between without my confirmation he suddenly cancelled the product and left the chat.
                                Then i had to contact again to deliver the product atleast tomorrow which was also not possible said by amazon staff.
                                So i said that atleast provide refund back to my bank account which he said was also not possible but can be refunded from amazon pay balance to bank account.
                                His words :
                                "Saurabh: Once the refund will be credited in your pay balance, we can get it escalated and reverse the amount in your bank account."
                                He mentioned "refund"
                                Now when i contact amazon they are saying that once a amazon pay balance is used they wont transfer back to bank account which the amazon agent saurabh didnt say to me.
                                SO i agree with that, but the amount which i used was not the refund amount from oven, instead it was the other amount like cashback etc.
                                Now when i ask them and told to check previous chat they are saying sorry sir we cannot help you and it was false information provided by our agent and ending chats or calls without a single help.
                                With all 3 agents doing mistake now im suffering from my end.
                                Please help me regarding this. im uploading the proofs:
                                1) Amazon's website's bug which was delivery by tomorrow 8pm but upon checkout it was tuesday automatically. (You can see in screenshot that ive placed an order before taking that screenshot which means delivery by tomorrow 8pm is there, you can even cross check it with amazon website, my pincode is 600036, time of order is 5:26pm if you think its edited )
                                2) Chat with both the first agent and the last agent, the one who cancelled chat backup ( i dont have chat backup of 2nd agent who cancelled my order also he didnt send me chat backup on email on behalf of request too )

                                Now help me regarding this. This is how amazon is making people fool, every single thing they are making people fool, even tho its a mistake from their end, its not possible to do anything related it.

                                  In the above refered order i had 2 item of which only i have received refund of only one item. I have complained many time on customer service number every time they are promising they will refund me next 48 hours. But its almost 2 month i am not getting my refund. Now they are not answering my calls.

                                  You can check my accounts since how long i am your customer and this is the first time i had returned my ordered that too because of very low quality product. And this is the way you people are harassing me to get my refund for the product which your people have collected from my home and that too without giving any receipt of return.

                                  Its my humble request to look into the matter at the earliest and let me know whether you are going to give my refund or not.

                                    I have ordered pampers medium size diapers pants (80 count) product from amazon on 22/01/2018. I have received shipment message on my mobile and a call from amazon regarding delivery of product on 23/01/2018. On 24/01/2018 i have received another message from amazon regarding the same product. The order is cancelled by amazon. The reason mentioned was order is cancelled by me. The order details are : order#[protected]. I have not cancelled my order. Earlier also one of my order was cancelled by amazon without any intimation. This is very bad experience. If they cant deliver a product they cancel it by themselves. I need a proper solution for the same. Because it is repeated second time.

I have payment through SBI card of amount 9649 RS.).I have got a massage that you will receive your case back in January on 17. But still I don't get my case back and not any massage regarding to my order. Please help me any provide me solution or region why I don't get case back.
