I had ordered a moto g5 phone from amazon during a sale on jan 24, 2017. This was the last day of the sale. The order was accepted and my amazon page showed that the delivery would be made on jan 30, 2017. However, my credit card was not debited. On jan 25, at 9.19 pm, i received an email from amazon that my order had been cancelled because i had already bought this item earlier during the sale and i was not allowed to order more than one. This, in fact, is a lie. My wife, and not i, had bought this item a couple of days earlier during the sale, from her account. How can they treat my and wife as one individual? Moreover, they informed me of this after confirming the order and delivery date, after the sale was over, and after the flipkart sale was also over. Otherwise, i would have bought the item from flipkart. This is a clear case of malpractice and cheating. My order no is[protected].

Amazon India says that only one phone can be ordered by one person. Does that mean that they treat husband and wife and a single person?

    Product doesn't have moto logo screen guard paper and having scratched on screen. Charger also not properly tied. Someone has used it before reach me. This is 3rd time am getting issue with product in span of 1 month. Amazon customer team also not supporting us to get it returned and there is no path for return direct.

    Amazon India has launched a cashback offer. In FAQ section it is clearly mentioned that cashback is applicable on all orders without any limit. however they are not providing cashback on my eligible orders and mentioning there is a cap. On showing them the screenshots of T&C they are disconnecting the call and have stopped responding to emails.
    Kindly refer above item is not received (23.01.2018, 18:40 hrs).

    they dint respond regarding the return and refund it so pathetic to call the customer care many times so horrible experience regarding the refund.

    Its been 10 days i have returned the product amazon is playing customers like anything

      why my order is cancelled with any consent order id- ORDER #[protected], after contacting with customer care they said that due to price issue they cancelled all order, i want the product in same price which i had paid for.
      I was placed an order number[protected] for SanDisk Cruzer Blade 32GB USB Flash Drive. My order cancel by seller and then delver a duplicate product. I raise complaint on amazon dated 16/01/2018 but till date not resolve my issue.

            I have ordered a bluetooth speaker with an order id:[protected]. It was prepaid order. But when it reached to my place, it was showing that it is undeliverable. When i contacted their customer representative they told me it was happened due to the mistake done by courier partner and i have to order it again. The whole point is that where is my mistake in not getting the product at same deal price. If i am ordering it again then i have to buy it at higher price.
            I want from amazon to replace the same item at same price.

              I have ordered a Moto G5 mobile through my friend's account as I have used his credit card and Amazon account for ordering and payment. Phone delivery was accepted by my wife. delivery man was in hurry and ran away quickly after getting the consignment signed. She was shocked after opening the box as it was carrying only charging adopter and battery. Mobile Phone and USB cable were missing ( dated 27th Jan 2018). Neither we found Amazon invoice inside.

                Problem : item was not working. Hence requested for replacement of product.

                The original order was returned at the time of replacement order received.

                Return was picked up, and a return receipt also received.

                Now i have returned both original and replaced product, but not have received the refund.

                  I have received the MI max 2 64 gb on 25 jan 2018, after open the box of Mi max 2 64gb i tried to insert the two sim and sd card in slot tray, but the tray is not entering inside the mobile with two sim and SDcard simultaneously. so i like to return the product, i am unable to return the product due to amazon web site option not appearing

                    I was told complete shipping charges would be refunded ie 480 rs, i even sent the receipt
                    Amazon has just refunded me 120 rs from 480 rs, and not remaining 360 rs as promised.
                    I had confirmed this from amazon even before shipping the product back and amazon had confirmed complete shipping charges would be refunded.
                    Amazon cannot cheat customers this way. I need refund of remaining 360 rs as well as committed, you can go through all the calls and mails with amazon customer care, before and after shipping and each time i was told complete shipping charges would be refunded.

                      I have ordered one mobile (Order mobile number [protected]) moto g5 with exchange of my mobile redmi at the time of order mobile working conditions are checked and i got offer and i have paid amount also, i got 10% off on hdfc card but while delivering the order delivery boy rejected to give the order because of some scratches are on my mobile display he removed my screenguard which is worth of rs 300/- who will pay that amount, my time also waste for my old mobile format and all data removed. Is the correct way to give offer and remove my mobile screenguard.

                        Bought reebok shoes online for 3999 without discount from amazon on 23rd november. After one and half month found the mesh tearing at one end. Got back to the company. They said they cannot help as their waranty was only for r one month. I told them there was a 90 day manufacturer waranty told me to contact local reebok franchise. I went to local store he said since the shoes were purchased online they will not help. Then amazon told me to get a decline certification from the franchise store. The store did not give me that. Then amazon told meto contact customer care of reebok. I did so and reebok refused on ground that the seller stichwell (Goes by the name neel) is not their authorised seller on amazon so they cannot help me.
                        Further i wrote to amazon.com and they told me they cannot interfere as each country has its own policy
                        So neither amazon nor reebok is interested to fulfill the obligation of giving me the 90 day waranty promised when i got the product.
                        Having trusted amazon so much i really feel cheated. What kind of sellers are verified by amazon.
                        Even reebok is guilty as it is not honouring 90 days waranty even when the shoes are genuine

I ordered a mobile on 8 jan 2018 via debit card and its undelievrable on 14 jan after that i got refund on 24 jan 2018. After that i again order a mobile phone and again last day the product is undelivrable. Ther are making me fool. They again give me refund on 5 feb. About a month were gone but i didnt get anything. They are making fool till one month. I m going to do fir on amazon about making fool of customers.

                                Ive ordered an Moto g5 plus mobile through amazon on 2nd jan 18 and had to cancel it due to inexpected price drop.
                                Cancellation was done on 2nd day from the ordered date and it was promised that tge refund would be done in 2-4 days and till today (27th jan 18) i haven gott the refund...

                                I had made several calls to the customer care and no resolution till date... Amidst of it as an obvious outcome my frustration level shot up n i made an investigation on the case and was able to understand that the seller denies the refund as the product is not received by them. The great part is that the item was shipped by amazon transportation and its merely Amazon's mistake that where the hell jt went... ...As per the last cll made on 26 th jan im again asked to wait for another 5 days n m on it...

                                Taking this in utmost severity and get me the refund including penalty...yeah of course you guys owe it...its been 3+ weeks im [censored]n* waiting for my Money...and its pretty imaginable that how a salaried guy suffers at month ends...n my blood drained money 12K INR is under your fraud-custody...

                                  Today on 26 jan i got the delivery of my dell laptop. I am not happy with the quality of the laptop as, as showing in the site it was having plain back skin laptop but its an matt skin laptop and its looking ugly.
                                  When i call for return amazon customer care just transferring call to other person and so on. And not taking return request instead they are saying for replacement.
                                  If i am not happy with the product why i shoudl buy same product again. But they are not ready for doing refund.

                                  As expected Amazon proved they are wrong. I want to escalate this because Amazon schedule a product pick up today but as expected they didn't show up and executive again keeps giving some nonsense answers. Also the pickup of the product is rescheduled without prior intimation to me. This is totally unacceptable and I am very much disappointed.

                                      I booked mi-max2 on 23 january 2018 order#[protected]. I saw online price of mi-max2 was 14999 & 10 percent discount on hdfc debit card, but after booking rs.15998 was deducted from my account details as 23 jan 2018 pos 438624xxxxxx9275 amazon pos debit lf[protected] 23 jan 2018 15, 998.00. So i cancelled the order but amazon refunded me rs.14999 only transaction number 24 jan 2018 pos ref 438624*[protected] amazon 24 jan 2018 14, 999.00. Please refund remaining amount rs.1001/- at the earliest.
                                      I hope you will solve my complaint at the earliest.

                                      After cancellation i gain booked mi-max2 at that time rs.13499.10 is deducted from my account as transaction number 23 jan 2018 pos 438624xxxxxx9275 amazon pos debit lf[protected] 23 jan 2018 13, 499.10 it is right and delivery is in process.

                                        On[protected] i received a call from amazon agent
                                        Cell no.[protected] asking for my address saying that he will be delivering the packet. But no one came and i tried to contact the person but unable to contact as the person did not lift the call.
                                        On[protected] i tried again to contact but the cell always was busy
                                        To my surprize when i logged to amazon web it says that the item is delivered and i have personally signed the receipt it is a lie
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
