asian shoes return but refund not deposited in my accounts.

I purchase one pair asian shoes to amazon. But shoes is not comfortable, so i return original asian shoes to amazon agent. Amazon agent picked up successfully asian shoes 15 feb. 2018. Helo sir,
I returned 3 products in amazon which i bought in dec 2017. But these items are not picked up by the courier service. Its 3 months passed still i dont assure by amzon 4 getting its solution. I contacted so many times to the customer care but there is no result. Now my call is not connnected with the customer care.

Kindly help to solve the problem early.

    Its sad to see that after complaining about the product no one from amazon has bothered to contact and resolve the complain.

    Product: tagg symphony x 150 in ear headphones

    I had processed the return pickup request for this product but the pickup guy without checking the item picked up the wrong product as i was not available at that time so my sister unknowingly handed over the sony headset to him. I launched a complaint about the same and the customer service person ensured the product will be returned but i haven't received that product yet. Today i again called to check about the status, now another customer service person is telling me that we won't be able to return the product back.

    Its shocking to see that:

    1. How can amazon accept wrong product?

    2. How come reverse pickup person/seller has not checked product?

    I request you to look into the matter and help me out to get my product back or refund for my product.

Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
      After one day i see my account is hold . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unhold my account.i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me.         Hi Team,

        Its very frustrating and sad that women who come down for seeking jobs in amazon are treated so badly.

        Today my cousin went down for her last round with Amazon for the position of Data Analyst.

        The manager who was interviewing her was asking questions like do you drink n smoke and would you dance for me.

        Well this is something which is not at all accepted. I am going to file an FIR against that manager.

        I hope we get that name of that ###. I will make sure he is arrested and i will definitely go and address this on social media pages if something is not done ASAP.

        Such behavior in workplaces is totally not accepted.

        I want you people to acknowledge this email within two days or else i will raise a complaint against Amazon.

          I am a Regular cum Faithful Customer of Amazon (www.amazon.in) I always place Orders on Amazon above Rs. 1300 and place prepaid via Amazon Pay Balance. But Amazon always avoiding me to give Cashback and make Silly excuses continuously. On 14 February 2018 I placed an Order[protected] worth Rupees 1538 approximate and prepaid via Amazon Pay Balance My Orders was delivered yesterday but now Amazon's Representatives are refusing to give Cashback and making Silly excuses continuously Sixth time. Amazon is avoiding me to give Cashback and it's Representatives are making Silly excuses continuously to avoid this issue. This issue is not first time even this is Sixth time that Amazon is avoiding me by making fool to its Regular cum Faithful Customer. I am requesting your helping website to help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Amazon is really going on fraud way and its Customers Representatives are always unhelpful. Now I need My Cashback. Please help me.

            Dear amazon,
            What actually happened when subscribe amazon prime service for 'fast delivery for your product' it is the one of the most trust-able online place in india.

            I subscribe prime membership before 4 moth ago, i orders some regular stuff for daily used, every time of the delivery product delay in delivery when call customer support they said we are sorry sir for delay thanks for your feedback. We will delivery next time on estimated time.

            In second last 'one of the most conversation with amazon customer support around '1' hours, 'this is ridicules for every indian customer who are purchasing / using amazon service'.

            In the 21th century one man who is facing a lots daily problem in his life,

            Why customer understand amazon prime delay issue,

            I ordered my product (Prime customer eligible) date of[protected] for prime member's estimate delivery date :[protected]This is unbelievable 5-6 dusiness day for delivery for prime customer)

            Wait i agreed but date of[protected] i received a massage from amazon : 'your order is out of delivery' but not deliver.

            I still wait next again received a massage from amazon : 'your order is out for delivery'

            I called amazon prime help support :- they said sir your delivery date extended its 19-21th feb.2018 for your product delivery.

            Now today[protected] order#[protected] is returning to the seller after 8-9 day.

            Amazon prime help support said :- place new order 'i am just smiling... After waiting a long time and a lot of conversation with 'amazon prime help support ' enf of result all of waste of time.

            Now i am thinking why i'm subscribe amazon prime 999 service's.

            Till date my complaint not resolved, and customer help support not write my complaint, they said 'we are only for support not for complaint writing here. We dont have any option here for complaint.

              I placed an order on 16/02/2018 for an hp 803 ink cartridge for rs 660. The delivery date was between 20/02/2018 - 22/02/2018 but the order has not yet dispatched. When i first contacted amazon i was promised dispatch on the same day, 20/02/2018 but it didn't. The on the secon try 21/02/2018 i was told that the product was out of stock but will be delivered sometime soon. Amazon didn't gave me a fixed delivery but wanted to "assure" me that it will be delivered. I found out that the price was raised to rs.879 after i placed the order by the same seller. The product was available by the same seller at the higher price. Amazon wanted me to place the order at higher price.

                I have purchased redmi y1 gold 32 gb which is having a very bad performance. I wants to return this product at any price. I am not satisfy with it's performance. The amazon product i purchased did not meet my expectations. The phone has many problems, battery backup is very poor, camera quality is very bad, photo have no option to make video call, when voice call is running mobile data doesn't be active.
                Amazon is taking this issue very irresponsibly. I requests thousand of times to amazon for help but they people are taking this as the jock.
                So please i requesting to please make my product return easily.
                If amezon take my order return i will be very thankful to amazon for this work & will advertise in my network about your helpfulness& will recommend them to do faith on amezon.

                  I have ordered 14 books and paid 3160 rs through net banking. I received 9 books last week with the bill stating 3160 rs purchase has been made. They have cheated us without giving remaining five books. Now i need the books or the amount has to be refunded to my account. Kindly help us to get back the product or the money as soon as possible.                     I have order 32 & 64gb otg pendrive on 19/01/2018 and recive the order 26 january. But amazone is cheated with me hi gives a 32gb & 32gb memory card and refound process is not showing my amazone account.25 day complete but my refound process is not showing in my account. Amazone is not refound my money. I have complane to amazone for fraud.

                      I have purchase one mobile from amazon (Honor view 10). Mobile cost is rs 29990.00 which has been supplied by
                      Green mobiles having address
                      No. 1/b, indo space logistics park, puduvoyal
                      Durainallur village ponneri taluk,
                      Thiruvalluvar, tamilnadu - 601206 india.
                      And received samsung battery bank inside htc phone box. After my complaint amazon done investigation and proved that this saler cheated with me, so amazon give me return & refund. But when i send it through india post (Tracking id.: ew[protected]in, dated 16.02.18). Item didn't delivered it because address was also fraud.
                      In this circumstances i didn't get refund my money (Rs. 29990.00) from amazon. And didn't buy anything from amazon because they have cheated with me. After proving the cheating, they didn't refund my money.
                      I think, amazon should not do the business with green mobile as the above sales give defective material to the customer very easily. So, far my knowledge, they are giving defective material to every people to every corner of india.
                      I think there business should be stopped immediately otherwise this type corruption will increased.

                        I booked an sandiskultra dual 32gb usb 3.0 otg on 10th february 2018 and on 11th feb 2018 i got the message in my message box of mobile that "delivered 11-feb-2018. Package was handed directly to the customer. Sighned by apoorv sharma cse 1st year room no.301". This is totally false and nothing was delivered to my son apoorv sharma. The signature as mentioned in the message box be verified.

                        I haven't bought anything from you guys and keep getting charged. I have called my bank and they said to get in touch with you. I haven't gotten anything from you guys and hope that it doesn't happen again

                          I would like to inform, that today I was denied service at an Iball Service Center located at Central Avenue Kokata because the laptop which I bought through Amazon from Dealer named EXIGO IT INC, BANGALORE is not an authorized seller of Iball Company. So they won't provide me free service which I should get as my laptop is under warranty period. To repair the laptop, out of that I have to provide them 9k approx for repair and servicing.
                          When I called Amazon, their executive told me that I have to send a service denial email from Iball Comapany mentioning that EXIGO IT INC is not an authorised dealer of iball and thats why I was denied service. From that very moment, I first requested the service center for the service denial letter, but they said they can't do that kindly contact customer care or log into the website www.iball.co.in. So I did that too, the executive on all said that they can't do that, I have to send an email requesting for service denial letter. I did that too, and still no reply from Iball. I want to raise one question how would can Amazon being a reputed Company allows unauthorised sellers in its portal??? Isn't a kind of cheating???

                            I have order vox 4 sim tiuch dual camera mobile on 21st jan 2018, delivery on 29th jan 2018, but the touch is not working that's way i return the product on 30th jan 2018.                               I placed an order of samsung galaxy note 8 from amazon.in on 21st september 2017. As per the offer applicable at that time, i should be getting rs. 4000/- cashback. Attached is the screenshot of the offer.
                              But i have still not received my cashback and amazon.in's customer care people just do not respond with a valid clarification.
                              I have been fighting for it from past 3-4 months with no outcome.
                              Please help me file a formal legal complain to get my money back.

                                Unable to login my amazon.in account.
                                It's saying that login password is incorrect.
                                But it is correct password.
                                They mailed me to fax me some docs.
                                But why should i do so?

                                  I ordered 4 set of books, each set contains five books. They have sent only 4 set of books. One full set of five books i dint receive yet. I ordered it last month but they have sent a bill stating rs.3260 order of purchase has been made. Amazon cheats us by not sending us the product. I don't know what happened to amazon. Such a big network and being so lethargic!!! And not satisfying customers instead trying to fool the customer???

                                    I couldn't receive any phone from your delivery person or refused to take the order, rather amazon will promise me to deliver very next day of the order dt 16.02.18 through your prime services.

                                    I contact to your delivery person in the phone no [protected] but the boy refused to deliver the order in my address, rather he is saying that" your address is not my area".
                                    I am egar to accept the order and contact to customer care, the lady in customer care will promise me to deliver today 18.2.18. But nobody deliver today
                                    On the other hand, it may pl be noted that i have placed an order in flipkart & snapdeal, they had not made any problem with delivery.

                                      I order my product on 8-feb and 12-feb is the delivery date on that day i received delivery conformation message but i have order not received any product. I already complaint for this misshappining with me on 12-feb.
                                      Amazon company says that you have been reported multiple times on your account. As item defective etc. Amazon company very well knows that product can not received by me but he refuse to give my money.
                                      This is really fraud by custumer
                                      And that is your a to z guarantee policy (Fake policy)
                                      And i also filled fir but police said he can't help in this matter than who help me.
                                      This is the serious matter for me i don't know how to take this in funny???
                                      Please help to give my money back that i already paid to amazon company.??
