Kindly unlock my account urgently.
Its lock cos in my office some one is trying to buy some product on amazon without my permission, after that when i got orders mail that time i try to login for changing the password that time i got error to my account is locked.
I sent many mails to amazon [ [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com, [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com] for unlocked my account.
They want card details and i don't know cos i dont have that details,
So i also send amazon to my original debit card details with my bank account statement after that sill my account is locked.
Please unlock my account i want use this account to buy more products and i also forgot to get or save my iphone se bill that's why i need this account back.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

And got the very rude response from customer care . They have not even considered this request. Again i am requesting to look into this and get my product or process my refund atleast.
