I have received a damaged item from amazon. The item is not eligible for return as per amazon policy. But how they do this, packed/deliver a damage piece to customer and tell this is not eligible for return?

I want to return it but no one from amazon is responding.

    The delivery guy delivering aforementioned order refused to come to delivery address and had insolent behaviour on phone.
    Delivery guy straight up rejected to come to the provided adress and was disrespectful to the customer.
    Please inquire into matter further as this kind of behaviour from this big online shopping giant is unacceptable.

    My name is prashanth Kumar, on Jan 1 2018 on Amazon .in, I ordered for dabur saraswatarishta and they delivered dabur abhyarista, packed and labelled a sticker on it named as dabur saraswatarishta. I am very disappointed, they wasted my valuable time and money.

        I just placed an order on[protected] for honor 7x 4gb ram 64 gb rom order no. Is #[protected] and cancelled on[protected] after cancellation customer care executive told me now don't receive your item and just refuse that and we will refund you full ammount within 3-5 days. But when item came on 7-1-2018 amx i refused that but today it's 20 days but i didn't get my refund amount and whenever i call on customer care they say that we will refund with in 3-5 days. Plz refund my amount

          Today, i've paid 500rs for amazon gift card on email id ana. Ndpr. Ak. As. H0.4.[protected]@gmail.com

          Via debit card no. Ending with 41.

          After sometime, i've got a mail that your account has been locked for reverification. My debit card has been charged 500rs. And i didn't receive gift card.

          I did nothing wrong, kindly tell them to release my gift card as i'm a regular customer of amazon.

          Please unblock my account & unhold my order. So that i can continue.

          But yet i haven't recieved any cashback yet

            I placed prepaid orders more than 4 times on amazon india via amazon india app and made payments via amazon pay balance and amazon is promising to make ₹75 cashback on each order but i am still waiting for my amazon pay balance cashback into my amazon pay balance account. Regarding this issue i have made calls to amazon but it's representative unhelpful. Still my cashback isn't credited into my amazon pay balance account.

              Purchased the speaker for nearly 12000 rupees and then received parcel with the seal broken and product most probably used. Contacted the custmer service asking for a refund and they said they their policy do not allow a refund. They said that they can only ridge which is unacceptable. The first time it was delivered in such condition so there is no guarantee that the second time it won't be in the same condition. Cannot risk 12000 rupees

              Why amazon has closed my account once all the provided credentials are genuine & in order ? I was never responded on my emails despite regular writing to customer care or many others.

              Who will solve my problem & when ? I have purchased lot of material thru' Amazon.

                I had ordered ticwatch 2 smart watch, 2 quantities and paid the full amount as requested on amazon application but the order was cancelled by seller after 6-7 hours of placing the order.
                I had inquired about cancelling the order to amazon then they replied me that the product was out of stock after the placement of order but the same product is available on site from same seller by higher price. after that amazon is not taking responsibility about the issue and saying to contact the seller.
                I have contacted the seller by mail but there is no reply from seller as well as amazon.

                  Dear team,
                  I have placed on order on 29 december 2017 on amazon.in for the product of grandse billing and inventory management software (Dvd) at a price of 2, 999/-. It was came to me on delivered 02-jan-2018. Return window was open till 13-jan-2018. But unfortunately i was not in town so i couldn't check by that time.
                  When i checked the cd in 2-3 different systems or pc. I was surprised to see there is nothing inside the cds. Supplier email id ([protected]@grandsell.in) is not working it is bouncing back and his contact number ([protected]) is ringing continuously but no response from that side.
                  My entire money is wasted now.

                  I have purchased Redmi4 in October 2017 with offer of 10% cash back if payment done through sbi card. But till date I have not received the same. I have got sms from amazon that you are eligible for cash back. Order details is attached in add photo

                    We had placed an order for dell inspiron 5567 core i3-6006u 6th gen/4gb/1tb/15.6"fhd/w10 (Silver) | b077n9qdy5 (5567i3new) through amazon portal on 15-dec-2017, but till date we have not received the product or refund for the same.

                    As per amazon commitment the order was supposed to be delivered on 18th dec 2017, if the product is delivered on 18th dec 2017, please let amazon team share the delivery proof.

                        I have purchased Sandisk Pen Drive on 11 May 2017 and within 3 months it has corrupted from that day I want to reach to amazon customer care via IVR but no option to tranfer call to agent to register the complain product.

                        Pen Drive is under 5 years warranty and not able to contact them. As per TRAI mandate agent transfer option should be there on IVR but not present.

                        I faced first time worst service from amazon in last 3 years.

                          I have bought a smartphone Motog5s plus from Amazon india on 25 October 2017.                             Myself vishnu. I was purchased 2 health care products with rs.731 on 11.04.2018 but due to the mistaken of delivery address. Then i cancelled the product and amazon is sending me a message containing, the refund wil credit on 3 days. But still the amount will not credited in my account. This is a cheating from amazon. Now what will i do??? Need helpful

After that i talk on 9 jan-18 and today also with nilofer but i did not get any satisfy answer. You are making me fool, plz solve this problem immediatly otherwise i have to complaint in consumer court.

                                By mistake the return packet contains 2 tshirt which aren't kept for pickup, as soon as we realise we tried call the pickup person a zillion times but he kept on cutting our calls and hasn't yet called back. Ise pehle gift card amount bolatha 20 sal thak upuse karsakte hei lekin 16/01/2018 call mein bola up apka amount 1 saltak use karsakte hein.

                                    We received the above room heater on january 1st, 2018 and on opening found the heater lamp broken and could not be put into use. Immediately we contacted your deliver boy and informed the status of product received and want to return. The delivery boy advised to call the customer care and ask for replacement and we did the same for replacement of item and the pack was picked up on 2nd january 2018 and this was confirmed by sms message to my phone no: [protected]. Till today we have not received any
                                    Information from amazon when the heater get delivered to us. On checking
                                    In net under the status says the replacement is ordered and waiting to get the replacement for delivery. I hope and request the amazon take it fast and deliver the item or cancel completely and return the money in case it can not be delivered by this week (Today 16/01.2018 11.34 am)

                                      I had received an empty box in oct 2016 and i havent yet received my refund, the customer care person says investigating team will get in touch with me, but it has been over a year and nothing has happened. Below are the list of my communication regarding the same with amazon. They have not yet issued my refund. I am tired of calling them (I have called them over 25 times) i have also followed all their instructions, but no avail.

                                        Hi, i had ordered for a[protected] for "oneplus 5 (Slate gray, 6gb ram + 64gb memory) on[protected]. Order number:[protected].
                                        As per their promotion offer (https://www.amazon.in/b?node=[protected]), i should receive 1500rs as cashback to my bank account.

                                        I havent received any cashback till today. After repeated complaints i've received gift card worth 1500rs which is not equivalent to 1500rs money. I request you to take up this case and help me in getting the money to my bank account.
