Hi all,
On 18th nov 2017 around 00:30 am, on amazon in app page it was showing that buy nokia 6 (Rs 14999) via paying amazon pay balance and get 2500 rs (For prime user) cashback in form amazon pay balance.
So i took amazon prime member ship by paying 999 rs and added rs 14200 (As i had already around 800 rs in my amazon pay balance account) to amazon pay balance to buy nokia 6 via paying amazon pay balance to get 2500 rs cashback.
After adding the amount, just before placing the order thought of getting confirmation about this offer from amazon customer support team as i saw some mismatch in offer product page and in offers terms & conditions.
And was surprised to know that there was a mistake from amazon to show offer on nokia 6 product page although offer was expired on 17th nov 2017 23:59:59.
So i had asked customer care executive to roll back all the actions (Prime member subscriptions & addition of 14200 to amazon pay) what i had taken in order to avail that 2500 rs (In form of amazon pay) cashback offer.
And customer care executive asked me to add bank details to amazon account to roll back of addition to amazon pay, and she ensured that with in 7 business working days that 14200 rs will be transferred back to your bank account.
Again to follow up when i called on 25th nov, customer care executive ensured that by the end of 7 business working day, 14200 rs will be credited back to bank account.
And then i asked to executive, i wish to use some of the available amount from my amazon pay balance. Then she confirmed me that while roll back what ever the lesser amount will be available in to your amazon pay balance, same will be transferred back to bank account.
Now when after 20 days again i followed up, since i didn't get amount back to my bank account. I got another surprise that roll backing of addition to amazon pay balance cant be done and all the promises made for roll backing of addition of amazon pay balance during 2 old conversation was wrong.
Now amazon customer support team is denying to refund the amount back to bank amount.
Note : i have been following up for this since long, and yet to get proper resolution of roll backing the addition to amazon pay balance what i was promised first time. Kindly help on this, waiting eagerly for your responses.
