We have ordered a guitar from amazon... Since it was not good. We have asked for the refund... But till now we didnt receive the refund though it was ordered about 7-8months ago. When asked the amazon constumer care no.. They said we refunded. But on contacting the bank.. They said there was no such transaction happened from amazon.
A ref id hsbcn[protected] of order id[protected], is the only thing that has been provided by amazon making it impossible for the banks customer care to track the required details of the transaction and thereby making it impossible to file a complaint of 'charge dispute' against the given ref id.
Amazon is blaming the state bank of india for denying the service whereas on the otherhand bank is claiming that they don't have the enough details to take up the case.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hi all,

      On 18th nov 2017 around 00:30 am, on amazon in app page it was showing that buy nokia 6 (Rs 14999) via paying amazon pay balance and get 2500 rs (For prime user) cashback in form amazon pay balance.
      So i took amazon prime member ship by paying 999 rs and added rs 14200 (As i had already around 800 rs in my amazon pay balance account) to amazon pay balance to buy nokia 6 via paying amazon pay balance to get 2500 rs cashback.

      After adding the amount, just before placing the order thought of getting confirmation about this offer from amazon customer support team as i saw some mismatch in offer product page and in offers terms & conditions.
      And was surprised to know that there was a mistake from amazon to show offer on nokia 6 product page although offer was expired on 17th nov 2017 23:59:59.

      So i had asked customer care executive to roll back all the actions (Prime member subscriptions & addition of 14200 to amazon pay) what i had taken in order to avail that 2500 rs (In form of amazon pay) cashback offer.
      And customer care executive asked me to add bank details to amazon account to roll back of addition to amazon pay, and she ensured that with in 7 business working days that 14200 rs will be transferred back to your bank account.

      Again to follow up when i called on 25th nov, customer care executive ensured that by the end of 7 business working day, 14200 rs will be credited back to bank account.
      And then i asked to executive, i wish to use some of the available amount from my amazon pay balance. Then she confirmed me that while roll back what ever the lesser amount will be available in to your amazon pay balance, same will be transferred back to bank account.

      Now when after 20 days again i followed up, since i didn't get amount back to my bank account. I got another surprise that roll backing of addition to amazon pay balance cant be done and all the promises made for roll backing of addition of amazon pay balance during 2 old conversation was wrong.

      Now amazon customer support team is denying to refund the amount back to bank amount.

      Note : i have been following up for this since long, and yet to get proper resolution of roll backing the addition to amazon pay balance what i was promised first time. Kindly help on this, waiting eagerly for your responses.

        Amazon had delivered the product (Usb charged) first time and when i used this product then my iphone charging point have got spoils and i had to pay 2500 + 170 for my usb cable. When i tried to return the product then they said we will replace the product not refund.
        Now i got the replacement and not when i tried using it then my entire house electricity got off (Complete short circuit).
        I called cs team and spoken to gaurav who was not supportive and deny to give me any solution but just return the product, then i request him to connect me to escalation department where i spoke to bhavna who put me on hold for 5 mins and came back with the same solution - to replace the product which was not satisfactory and she said you can go ahead and complain anywhere
        I paid 500 to repair my electricity and paid 2500 iphone charges totally paid 3000 using amazon product, in return i got the pathetic service from amazon.
        I want to raise this further to get this money 3000 refunded asap.

          I have booked few marathi novels and one welding book. Total amount is appx rs. 8500. I have made payment through my credit card. Payment has been done successfully. But i not received any sms from amazon to my registered mobile number. How can i track my order? This is a very serious issue with amazon. If i check my order through apps but' no order is pending' as reflected in their system

            I ordered vwash plus (200 ml) on 24th december from amazon and they delivered the package on 25th of december. The order no. Is[protected]. After opening the package, i found that the package was not sealed. It was torn in half. I can still see the remains of the sticker of the seal that has been removed. I want a full refund for this product. Vwash is an intimate hygiene product and should be packed and delivered with atmost care. Now that, the seal is open no one can assure the safety of the product. I want strict action to be taken against them and whosoever concerned. I have attached the necessary images.

              Hi, i am a regular customer in amazon site. The problem is with the delivery guy with phone number ([protected]) he never gets my package to home. His behavior is very rude. He never gets on time and when it says home delivery it's supposed to be delivery to home right? Please don't recruit such headstrong guys into your delivery office. Hope this matter will come.                   1) bought this product on 15th nov 2017
                  2) broken product, so return pickup scheduled 24th nov 2017
                  3) pickup not shown until 2nd dec 2017
                  4) i called amazon customer care and told about these issue, they asked me to self return and the courier amount will be pay back to me.
                  5) i denied to self return because i was busy in my work. Amazon customer care said no choice for pick up (They can sell door delivery but cannot pick up at door)
                  6) without choice i self returned and send courier receipt to amazon
                  7) 23rd dec 2017, i asked amazon customer care for refund to my courier charges and product refund, amazon customer care asked me to update my bank account details
                  8) today 24th dec 2017 i called customer care to refund courier charges, now amazon customer care is saying that they will refund only through amazon pay balance. (What amazon said and what they are doing is different)
                  9) dishonesty amazon
                  10) without my interest amazon want to load my money in amazon pay balance, or else amazon can’t return my money

                      I had ordered this product on nov 20 2017 it has been delivered me on 25 but i saw the product was different and its fake like one and informed this to cs they checked the snapshot and created me a return for nov 26 but no one came to pick up the delivery i asked with cs they said pls you self return it as we got update as vehicle breakdown so only no one came to pickup order like that and i sent the product on professional courier on 1/12/2017 tracking 5022042 (I had attached thecourier receipt with this mail) and send the courier receipt and asked for refund they said once the product delivers we will initiate refund for both product and for courier like that i had waited 5 days but no response on 6/12/2017 i received a call from seller he said we wont accept return and provide refund im returning it to you itsef like that and cut the call and make my number blocked i informed this to cs and they said me to wait till it return backs to you. I had waited again 5 days and after getting theproduct i contacted amazon customer service and i received a mail ce person named anith. K on 17/12/2017 to again send it in some other courier and provide courier receipt we will provide the refund for bothcourier and product like that. On 18/12/2017 i had send it on bluedart courier (Receipt i had attached in this mail) and send the slipalso. On 19/12/2017 at 1:30pm the product has been deliverd in the name of pavan successfully. I contacted amazon cs they said wait for 1-2business days we will issue refund theconcern team is working on it like that. I also waited so long no replies came then i haid maild this issue to amit ceo of amazon india and regarding to this mail i received a call after three days from executive customer service team named riaz and he said pls wait 3 business days on 19/12/2017 to 22/12/2017 but i dint get any solution from him when i maild to him he is telling pls wait the concern team is working on it soon we will get in touch with you like that but still now i dint get any refund amount. I dont know what to do im havin only a way to file a case on amzon and the seller on court and on press and on all social medias for my amount because as informed by amazon i did all but they are not providing my money this seems to be like cheating me i think i wont get my money back so this is the only way i can do. If any one from higher officials pls contact me through mail or through my number ols provide my money back. Amazon is really lossing their name

                      Due to on order issue amazon said me to sent the product back to them so that they will pay courier charges everything once it got delivered like that. i also did the same but after delivery when i asked they are telling team is working please wait we will issue refund for product and for courier charges like that. i had waited so long no replies came from them so i raised a complaint at consumercomplaints.in reflection of that amazon day before yesterday closed my account and my entire family accounts also when i asked they are not at all responding no replies commming from them. im having more then 1000inr at amazon paybalance they not giving that money also back to me simply cosed my account and cheated me. and for one order 6500inr and courier charges need to be given that too not given but got product from me. i asked many times begged them pls give my money atlst allow me a day so that i can use my paybalance like that but they are not allowing they jus only want the seller who gives high profit to them and sending fake products to customers is this a leading company will do?please anyone see this complaint from amazon help me to get my money back its enough for me im not asking amazons money pls jus give my money back dont rob it from customers.

                      Amazon is really spoiling their names nit giving my pay balance back and taking any actions on seller who got te product and not giving refund amazon also standing eith them and cheating. Amazon dont need customers they only need money money money. Robbering my paybalance money and product cost totally 11000 i lost in a single order by amazon im asking my money only not yours. Dont cheat and get moneys it wont make you to became multimillinoer. This is ourely cheating im having all evidencies with my surely will face you legally i want my money back

                          I have ordered for an ipad on 16th of december worth rs 24109 and payed the amount using debitcard which is linked with my indianbank account. After placing the order i went for cancellation and got a confirmation mail from amazon saying the refund is initiated and will be refunded to the source account within 5 days. But till now the amount is not reflected in my account. Make necessary action to solve the issue. When i contacted amazon they said it may be the problem with the bank in processing the refund. Check into it seriously since i am unable to go to the bank since i am busy with my schedules.

                            I have ordered the three lighting deal products from amazon which cost me 677 rupees total but before i paid the amount the timing of the making payment of the order was ended i order product can not be added again but i used the amount to purchase other product in the next lighting deal but one of the product isn't delivered to me or they steal my money saying that they added the money in my amazon pay balance, that product cost me 199 amount, they are doing totally fraud activity i want my balance in my bank account amazon is totally fraud they are just looting our money providing disgusting service. Don't ever buy anything from amazon they will take your hard earning and then grip you in their rubbish terms & condition.in future i am not gonna use again amazon disgusting service & their customer care are useless on providing details they all are providing fake details sitting over there making consumer fool, worst service i ever seen, amazon is fraud company. I want to get my 199 amount money on my account back now.

                              My amazone account was locked saying address-verification needed. I bought two gift cards for my colleagues in india as wedding gifts from team. An email from amazone requested me to submit my bank statement and i faxed it. Money was deducted from bank account but orders were on hold. No response from amazon yet. Then i send legal notice by high court jabalpur lawyer to amazon & cloudtail india company pvt ltd. But they didn, t reply my notice still. So, i compliant to your website. Meri grand mother ne item receive kiya tha toh check nahi kiya on spot. Order prepaid tha. & 249 rs item is i got in damaged condition which i return. So, i wan, t refund 596. Sundrop oil. Which i can, t get, refund 596.

                                      Sir i had purchased a product from amzon of worth rs719. Unfortunately i could not pick my product, it reversed to amzon, they refunded me that amount in break as i had paid it in break (87 by amzon pay balance and 632 by debit card). Amount of rs87, i have received already but rs 632 which has been refunded in my account by 18th dec, still not refunded in my account. Regarding this i have contacted amzon 7-8 times and my bank 3-4 times, but still my refund not credited in my account. Amazon saying we can not help you more as we alreadyhave transfered money in your account, by using reference code you sholud contact bank but bank saying its amzon issue, so amazon should contact us, we can not help you by using reference code. I am completly stucked between bank and amazon... Please take proper action regarding amzon so i colud get my refund as soon as possible... Thanks so much.

                                        Hi,

                                        I (Sanjith joseph mathew) have received a totally different item for the order number[protected] i have placed with amazon india. The item i have received is different and too poor in quality which is not even working.

                                        Placed a return/refund request on 17/12/2017 and it was promised by amazon india that it will be collected from my address on 18/12/2017 between 3.00pm and 6.00pm. Till this date, no one collected the item or refunded the amount. I have contacted amazon customer service almost every day but nothing has happened to help me so far.

                                        It surprised me that amazon india is not even ready to register this as an official complaint and provide me with a complaint reference number!. It will be great if i could get the refund processed for this item.
