सर्, मेने एक लोटो shose अमेज़ॉन से मंगवाए थे और फिर कुछ खामियों कर कारण मेने एक्सचेंज के लिए भेजा और स्वयं curiar करवाया परन्तु वहां पर इसे पिक अप ही नही किया सो वापिस मेरे पास आ गया और जब मैने curiar सर्विस से बात की तो उन्होंने बोला की यहाँ पर इस address पर कोई भी पिक अप नही करता अतः हमने वापस भेज दिया

अब आप ही बताये सर् इतना समय गुजर गया और आपके कारण मेरे को कई प्रकार की दिक्कतें सामने आ रही है अतः इसका मुझे तुरंत रिफंड भेजे अन्यथा मुझे कानूनी कार्यवाही करनी होगी ।
सबूत के तौर पे मैं रिटर्न पार्सल की फोटो और कोरियर सर्विस वाले से हुई बात की कॉल रिकौर्डिंग भेज रहा हु

    I have order harmon kardon aura studio 2 from amazon india on 21st jan 2018 with the estimated shipment date of 25th jan-27th jan. On 23rd jan received sms from im-amazon at 7:36 am that package is arriving early and the amz agent number ([protected]). I called the agent but the number was switched off. At 8:00 am the order status on the amazon app turned to delivered ad was also mentioned that i have personally received the package and signed the paper as well. Both package and agent are untraceable. Called call center and they said that i have to wait till 27th jan and ignore the order status on website/app. Also if i do not receive the order by 27th jan i can cancel the order. This is not acceptable as company has no clue where the shipment is for which amount is paid upfront. They also gave me address incase i want to collect personally. I went there and found the address is incorrect and more over the place is already closed 2 years back. This shows how much the system and people in amazon india are aware of information which they are sharing with the customer. As a digital platform it is expected that there complete traceability of the orders place by customer which is missing here. I have spent extra time to track with amazon india which is not expected. It is more like harassement to the customer.

    The 3 burner glass stove I received was a defective one. The glass was completely broken. It cannot be used at all. And there is absolutely no response for my return requests or contact requests. I demand replacement of the item purchased. Show courtesy to respond atleast here

      I ordered 1 otg pendrive from amazon.in on 15-dec-2017, order id[protected]. On delivery date got message from amazon that my order get canceled, i followup with amazon customer care, they told me that because of wrong price listing they canceled my product and give refund, but wrong pricing is not my fault, they should not accept my order while i purchase, once i purchase how can they say now price was wrong.
      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had ordered a book for Rs 300 but the book came spoiled and there is no return policy. I am not happy about it.

        I have booked force 10 (From liberty) men's orange running shoes - 6 uk/india (39 eu) order date16-jan-2018
        Order #[protected] order total 599.00 (1 item). I also paid the money through online. Initially i was given date for reaching of my package on 24 jan 2018 but today when i am tracking my order it shows that my package will received between 24 jan to 02 feb 18 which is not in order. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and deliver my above-mentioned shoes on due date that is 24 jan 18.
        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Its showing that product had delivered but the fact is I have bot received it yet and while I was trying to call this number [protected], its unavailable. Its frustrating.

          Hi, i am k. Elaya kumar. I purchase the himalaya baby diaper large size is buying in amazon pay balance account but amazon pay balance for product. But cash back is not received in amazon pay balance account. So please send the cash back to my amazon pay balance account. Please sent the cash back for maximum. Product buying completed successfully. Product order confirmation complete successfully. Shipment completed successfully. But cash back is not received.

          Recently i got a philips powerbank from amazon, the website showed MRP 3299 and they gave an offer price of 2000, now on recievjng the parcel i see the actual MRP os 2799, but above that another sticker was put stating MRP is 3299 .

          Isnt this misleading customer ? Can a company tamper on actual MRP likethis ?
          I purchased redmi4 with Cover ₹9988if showed 10%cashback back would be given due to use sbi debit card on 18oct 2017
          Cashback not credit yet
          Therefore it is requested kindly credit as early as soon otherwise I would complain at consumer forum

            My order of arrow paper bags with dots dated 2nd november with you has not yet been delivered. I have already complained about its non delivery, but nothing has happened.
            Have waited patiently... Please send it to me asap or refund the money.
            It is not the product i am complaining about, since it has not yet reached me, but the non delivery of the item even after all this time.

              I have taken a shoe on November'2017 from Amazon. The product is very poor quality and i had returned the product but money is not refunded yet. It is almost 3months but didnt get money. It was my mistake that i shop with Amazon. I called mANY TIMEs CUSTOMER CARE what a ### they didnt pick my call what the hell is this. Why you are providing ### return policy i[censored] didnt return back the money. This was my last mistake that I opt Amazon for shopping.

                I have booked a saree called, ruchika fashion women's georgette saree with blouse piece material in amazon, its price comes around 699 rs. After that, we have asked a refund for that saree, they have refunded the amount of rs.699.
                But from your side i mean [canara bank] they have holded the amount which have to be credited to our account.
                In 699 rs, they have credited 99 rs to our amazon pay balance but from bank side 600 rs, as been holded.

                  Please help me in the below issue:

                  I have purchased the below gift card [attached invoice] and gift card was sent to my email id.

                  I took a hard copy from my email and gave as gift to my friend.

                  When he tried the code in amazon it did not work saying it's already redeemed. I also confirmed with my friend that it was not revealed to anyone else.

                  Amazon - please provide me a new valid gift card code and take action against the unauthorized usage of the gift card by your customer.

                    Your delivery agent refrained from delivering at my address and continuously insisted me to come to him.His contact number is [protected]/[protected].When i told him to come to my mentioned address, he started abusing me and continued to do so when i warned him about complaining.He did not delivered the product and told me that i will see you.

                        Requesting several times for pickup amazon is not picking up my product.. And the last return date is 1st feb... I m totally hopeless as i am not getting my refund.
                        I am not able to self return the product as my working hr is from 7am to 7pm.. Felling totally hopeless.. Don't know what to do.. I had mentioned that i will not able to self return it due my office hour... I am talking about my ray ban sunglasses... First day when they delivered the product i got an empty box... Then i mentioned them the issue after one or two day i got the same delivery on which the sunglass is there... Pls resolve this issue as last return date is on 1st feb

                            As i can see trust on amazon is exhausted. As yesterday you did a unfair thing to me. Around 6 o clock i've been trying to pay the bill of my customer but due to your website is down, txn doesn't go through & i've got declined txn message 6 times, then i've stopped paying my bill from amazon at that moment.

                            Then i've paid my bill my own from somewhere else. Then why i'm getting successful txn message from amazon that niki has received your payment around 10:42 pm & also niki displaying successful order id @ 10:42 pm. What the hell is this, i've cancelled that txn order at niki page while your server down.

                            I don't need a false clarification from you as i'm complaing against amazon and niki, both of them took my money first, then after showing declined payment they sent order id very lately by the time i've paid on that no. So i've lost 250rs + 250rs
                            (Customer won't pay me that's for sure)

                            Just give my refund back as i've done nothing wrong
                            That's it. Waiting till 6pm, 21st jan, 2018

                            I think, amazon are not going to refund my money even they won't see their mistake. So Amazon E-commerce site is just for their profit, not for customer loss.

                            I understood, and I believe that they are doing partiality and becoming a scam.

                            Recommend not to use Amazon as they don't care about customer.

                                I canceled my order on 28 dec 2017. N as amazon said it will take 2-3 business days for refund. But its gonna b almost a month. Refund is not done. Whenevr i call customer care of amozon. They always says that refund ia done on 2 jan 2018 but there is no any transactions. I even visited to bank many times but even they said that there is no transaction or refund from amazon. M just expecting to get my refund soon.

                                  I have ordered 1 cherokee boys' shorts[protected]_beige_5 - 6 years) from amazon. Product not delivered but status showing delivered to customer.
                                  I had complaint trice to amazon but neither product delivered nor my money refunded. I am attaching my order detail. This is order of rs 549/- only.
                                  But they are frauding billions of people and earning crores of interest after that they refunding money. I need my product or refund with interest.

                                    Its a gift order made to mysore. Product name ulric de varenne (Voy perfume), it was ordered on 13th january 2018, and i received my sms on 18th january that your package is out for delivery.

                                    But when i track my ordered it says it is undeliverable as customer refused the package, but no call was made to the customer.

                                    Please look into the issue

                                      Dear sir

                                      A refund of 10, 000 rupees was successfully processed on 30 november 2016 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        How can u do the partiality with ur customers. You did cancelled my order (Order number[protected] and stating the reason that it was happened by mistake but other customers r receiving the same offer.. Then why did u cancelled my order???.
                                        I want my order back with same applied offer on that. Attached r the proof that other customer has received the same offer without any problem then why should i do the suffer. Is this ur policy to cheat the ppls or a good business tactic by launching the fraud deals nd offers and cancelled them later.
