As i can see trust on amazon is exhausted. As yesterday you did a unfair thing to me. Around 6 o clock i've been trying to pay the bill of my customer but due to your website is down, txn doesn't go through & i've got declined txn message 6 times, then i've stopped paying my bill from amazon at that moment.
Then i've paid my bill my own from somewhere else. Then why i'm getting successful txn message from amazon that niki has received your payment around 10:42 pm & also niki displaying successful order id @ 10:42 pm. What the hell is this, i've cancelled that txn order at niki page while your server down.
I don't need a false clarification from you as i'm complaing against amazon and niki, both of them took my money first, then after showing declined payment they sent order id very lately by the time i've paid on that no. So i've lost 250rs + 250rs
(Customer won't pay me that's for sure)
Just give my refund back as i've done nothing wrong

Updated by anand9650 You can see, after 4 hours they received my payment, how could I know that my txn is successful at that time . Kindly tell them to process my refund today that 21 jan itself.

Updated by anand9650 I think, amazon are not going to refund my money even they won't see their mistake. So Amazon E-commerce site is just for their profit, not for customer loss.
I understood, and I believe that they are doing partiality and becoming a scam.
Recommend not to use Amazon as they don't care about customer.
