The waste materials delivered to me against order no.[protected] dt. 02/12/2017 was collected back on 12/12/2017 and the pick up tracking id was[protected]. What i got in the parcel was some pieces of coconut husk.
I was assured refund by anupama of customer care. I have not received the refund as on today, 02/01/2018.
Added to worries the customer care no.[protected] is hopelessly unresponsive. I made numerous calls without success. I am terribly annoyed. This is nothing but blatant cheating after pocketing the money paid through net banking.
I will keep this issue live until it is resolved to my satisfaction.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Placed a combo order for mi y1 and y1 life but when receive parcel it contain both y1 lite. I called customer care for return but nothing done on there part just making fool of customers by saying return is requested will receive return soon but again nothing is done even after calling customer care for multiple time regarding the issue the outcome is zero like always i also have all evidence against them from a video recording while opening the parcel to all the calls made by me to customer support please take necessary action against these online sites

    I am cheated on the name of Amzon.
    I received a notification on my mobile from amazon.
    When I opened it, I found that the price of Mobiles is very low, I thought without thinking, I paid 1499 from my paytm wallet, I did not even think that it was a risk, Becouse, It was all happening on Amazon's site.
    I also had some screenshots while making a payment, My money has also been dabited, And when I saw the order status there was no record, I did not received any massage for order susses or decline.
    If the name of the Amazon is being cheeted, So it's a very disappointing thing, How can I get my money back, I hope that Amazon will take sereusly such frouds, I consider Amaze as a good option for online shopping, But my money also matters to me.

        Hello i have been trying to contact amazon the same reply from last 4 days i will be getting reply with 24 hours which never happens i have amazon pay palace of 1000 rs and i am a paid prime member and this is the service which is provided by amazon

        And amazon customer care always replys same

        All email ids given never reply

        My money taken i[censored] want more money then u can take will never ever purchase from amazon in such condition

          Product was ordered on 26th december 2017, and earlier the delivery date was showing 30th december 2017 but it suddenly changed to 3rd of january 2018. I called customer support 5 times everytime they were just "we can understand your problem we will try to help you at our best" but no result till yet.

          I want reason why it got delayed and how in my order status i am seeing that delivery date is changed on customer request but not even single call i have recieved from amazon transportation services.

          It is not resolved... even I am not getting how things are working ... How it is showing that product is cancelled or it is returning because of payment method
          I have ordered a shirt from amazon. But theey gave me different shirt. When i called them, they are not helping me out and not returning my money.

            Dear sir/ma'am,

            I had ordered a product from amazon.in on 2-dec-17 and still today (01-jan-18), and despite my regular follow up with the customer support still i haven't received my product. Everytime the same answer was given to me that your order will ship in 24-48 hrs.

            Now, that i asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount to my account, they are unable to do so. I had called them this morning (01-jan-18) and was told that the refund process is initiated. But when i asked them to share the refund details with me, they didn't and there is no response from them since then. I am literally fed up of calling them everyday since 8-dec-17 and they are just not doing anything regarding this issue.

            Still today (01-jan-18), i haven't received my refund money and every time i call them, i'm told to wait for another 5 working days.

            Still now, nothing has happened yet. And Amazon is not giving any response regarding this issue. Every time they have the same answer - Wait for 5 days.

            Please do something about it. Its been over a month and neither the product nor my money has been received yet.

              I ordered awg (All weather mens gear) t shirt pack of 3 of size (M) but size was too short for me so i replaced it with (Xl) size but i didn’t get it, so i called customer care twice. But got only assurance of problem being solved, then again i called customer care and asked to cancle the order and refund of it. Order no -408-[protected]. Now i am trying to call from my account to customer care, i am getting a bad respone that they are unable to find product and phone is getting disconnected automatically. And in my account for that product its showing as delivered.

                Had purchased mobile phone from amazon by making online payment.
                Date of order 23 dec 2017.
                On saturday dec 30, the status was changed to delivered but the product was not handed over to us.
                We have to repeatedly follow up with amazon for updates. Now they claim to have begun an internal investigation to get this resolved. Not sure if they are taking any action at all.
                Please help us in getting this resolved and our money refunded.
                It is causing a lot of mental harassment to us, even though we have been loyal customer of amazon.

                  After reviewing few products, i ordered bajaj 1500-watt immersion heater from amazon india.
                  Box was perfect, packing was good. But, one of the main part (Clip) to hold the rod along side the water bucket was broken. So, basically this item can't be used at all. So, i didn't even tried using it. And, the moment i placed the order, i got a call from their representative, and i was like wow - what a customer service. But i have a feeling that they knew it before shipping as this is the main part for its functioning. Felt cheated deceptively.
                  And, here is the shocking fact - the one shown in picture is not delivered at all, they deliver something else (See pics). They show the pircture of bajaj immerson heater and send some frigging low quality rod without even any mark. Guys mark my words - never ever buy from sharma group's company, trust me they are big fraud. Totally disappointed.
                  And, for the return of the product one has to go thro' a painful process of print freakin' label and send label and then self ship it. And, do all this frigging thing for an item which doesn't even cost the amount charged in shipping it. Wow. This is a new way of fooling gullible people these days.

                    I have ordered motog5s plus on 24 september through hdfc debit card and amazon says to give me the 10% cash back before 25 december which i have not received in my account. I have also receive a message from amazon on october that my 10% cash bach will be recieve before 25th but nothing like that had happened.                       I bought smart watch invoice no.in-2870 order no.[protected] dt. 22.09.2017 this watch is not working at all battery also spoiled it is still in warranty period. I was given contact no to communicate for product complaint. If no action taken by amazon i will go to conumer cell and file a complain for the same.                             Yesterday i have got an sand disk 64gb memory card for rs 700 from seller jk enterprise and order that item. After some hour i have seen that my order has been cancelled and my money has been refunded to my account. When i contact amazon they only apologize for inconvenience. But this is cheating.                                 Worst service experience.. When you order one day delivery. But if you ask to change delivery address then recommendation is cancel the order. Fair. Representative says refund will be processed within 24 hours and then reorder, ok fine. But now spin, on email rule is only when they receive back the package, refund will be processed. And now delivery back is not their priority. So package in courier can reach any time by 5th jan 2018. Double standards and misleading advice.. Refund kept on hold though package not even delivered. Refund status shows package is returned to supplier.

                                  This is regarding my order no:[protected] product name "nokia 6 (Matte black, 32gb)" which is a replacement product.
                                  I am facing network issue in my replacement phone, so i raise my concern and they were ready to refund it, they have scheduled 3 pick up but imei number is not matching because they have my old nokia 6 imei number so i contacted customer care they told they are sorry for that and they will schedule another pick up so i have following queries:

                                  1. Why they are giving my old nokia 6 imei number to the delivery guy even after raising my concern for 3 times.

                                  2. I asked delivery guy to talk to customer care but they won't talk they will simply leave.

                                  3. Why they have cancel my return request even if customer care is working on that request.

                                  3. Is it intentional just to frustrate me so that i cancel my return request and use the same defective product.
                                  Please help me on this, 15000 is a big amount for me and i won't simply let it go.

                                    On 23rd december 2017, my xiomi redmi note 3 mobile handset has been stolen in bus. I purchased it from amazon.in. So i generated the invoice from my orders to get the imei no, so that i can lodge a complaint against my lost handset, but the invoice, generated from amazon orders was not having the imei no printed over there. And the box of the phone was not also found at my place, even i visited mi store where i had visited in the month of september to repair my mobile, if they can provide the imei no, but they couldn't. So i contacted amazon customer service so that they can re print the bill from the seller's register log, where i can find the imei no, but everyone from amazon told & assured that you will get by 24-48 hrs time. Again after not getting any response from seller as well as amazon, i tried to connect them & explained all these things again & again, but no one was taking the responsibility to provide the imei no. Only the thing they are telling that you will receive the same within another 24 hrs. But even after contacting amazon again & again they asked to wait & time is becoming elongated.

                                    Now as don't have any record of the imei no, i couldn't lodge the complaint/gd to police regarding the theft. So i am contacting again & again to amazon as well as seller, but no body is providing me the imei no, even seller is not picking up my calls. Every time amazon personnels are assuring me that "you will get the details within 1-2 days", but now again when i contacted them, they are saying thatit will take another 5-6 days, we are working on it, we don't have any option to provide you the imei no from our system.

                                    Now my question is that if any seller is selling any mobile handset, how can they provide the invoice without the proper details? Isn't there any restriction/any mandatory rule to provide the details properly? Now after awaiting of 5-6 days from the day i lost my phone, i am understanding from their actions that they are not at-all able to provide the details about the sold item.

                                    Even when i am writing mails to them, they are going through my mails & asking to provide the screenshot of the phone & imei no to escalate the issue. How pathetic!!!

                                    Initially they contacted a wrong seller to get the imei no., when i saw the seller name from their mail communications, then i informed amazon team to contact the right seller of the handset.

                                    So its my humble request,
                                    Please help me if possible to get the imei no so that i can lodge the complaint to police/gd against my stolen handset & based on that only i would get the new sim cards from the network providers against my lost sim cards. Now i am not getting any access to any of my accounts because of the unavailability of the phone no. S.

                                      I have ordered one plus 5 limited addition mobile from amazon it got delivered on19th dec 17 everything in the box was intact only mobile was not there i have complained that to amazon they send me an mail stating we will investigate and it will get completed by 27th dec but still no resolution from them again i have send the chaser now they are saying investigation will be completed by 4th jan 2018 the price of the mobile is 39k this is such a big amount and the reply what i am getting from amazon is very unprofessional

                                      Ecommerce giant amazon give such type of service is very disappointing it's a total mental harassment from amazon

                                        Maine ek pendrive 32 gb sandisk compony ki amazone se order ki thi 28 dec 2017 ko lrkin aaj 29 dec ko mera order bina koi reason ke cancel kar diya gaya. Fir jab maine kuch der pehle amazone ko call kiya to kaha gaya ki seller ke pass stock nahi tha.
                                        Main ye amazone se poochna chahta hu ki ye mere saath same case 2nd time hai isse pehle bhi mera order aise hi calcel kiya tha or aaj bhi same issue

                                        Agar seller ke pass stock me nahi tha to mera order liya kyo mere account se paisa kat liya fir order calcel karke wapis kar diya nuksan kiska hua or fayda kiska mere jaise kai customers ke saath aisa hi hota hoga fayda compony ka hota or nuksan customer ka iske baad amazone customer care wale same price me naya order nahi lete or seller ki galti bolke customer se sorry bolte hai sorry bolne se kya hoga nuksan to customer ka hua na.
                                        Agar aisa ho raha hai to customer ko aap same price me naya order dena chahiye customer amazone se chize kharidta hai na ki seller se hum amazone se chize kharidte hai amazone pe bharosa karte haj or amazone se order karte hai saman fir seller se hume kya lena bataiye id to humne amzaone me banai hai to hum koi bhi saman amazone se lete hai to seller koi bhi ho hume saman se or amazone se matlab hai.
