ORDER #[protected] Amazon Order Status shows Return is still under process. When contacted Amazon Customer Service, executives inform me that the product has been received in warehouse but their fulfillment center reverts that the product received is mismatched as its a non-amazon product. When asked from the executive that who will verify that information and what about my refund, he clearly denied of neither returning that non-amazon product and neither refund. This is shocking as this loophole and policy can loot customers as customer will not be able to prove that the product he returned was the same which he bought inspite of the tracking slips they have. They trust their delivery persons more than their valuable customers.

I have attached the return receipt which is a valid proof. All the amazon delivery agents check the product before accepting the return order.

      I have purchases an order(Amazon.in order #[protected] online, cash on delivery by Amazon India on 19th November 2017. The product is
      Gordania Bomber Series Men's Slim Fit Zipper Design Jackets (x-large)
      Sold by Gordania_Shop. Which was delivered to me on 25th November 2017. The size of jacket is not fit so I cam requested to returned this product and tha amazon boy came to me on 26th November 2017 and and as my request he can returned it and give me a receipt which was attached by me in documents portion.
      But after 10 working day amazon can't refund my money to my account I call to the customer care of Amazon all most 15 time. Now after 1.5 months of returning amazon can't return my money back.

        I ordered the laptop on 3rd dec and before booking i called amazon customer care to confirm abt the cashback at that time they said the cash back will be for all prepaid transactions but till date i haven't received any cashback now wen i call them they say cashback cannot be processed bcoz the seller has to be cloudtail. They are just misleading the customers and the cashback amt is supposed to be 9331/-.
        Its not a small amount i want you to take series action.

          Today, on 9 of jan.. I called customer care for crediting my amazon pay balance to my bank account.. He asked my mine fone number.. And hacked my amazon account in which there were 14977 rs.. But anyhow my amazon app was working.. And i checked he changed mine password, name, email address,...
          That was so embarrassing..
          Now i will file complaint with consumer forum..
          Now i will tell them what a common man can do..

              I am ag. I have ordered new digital av adapter.
              (Order id[protected]
              (Product description - new digital av adapter for ipad 4 pro air mini iphone to tv for iphone 5 5s 6 6s 7 7 plus to hdmi hdtv and vga + audio converter. Sold by: cart2india - online. Inr 5, 079.00.)

              I received a product delivery on december 16th, 2017. When i tried to use it on december 29th, ipad pro didn't recognize this adapter. I doubly checked this by consulting local apple store executive next day. When it is confirmed that i have received a 'useless product', on december 30th, i filed a claim for return & refund (Within 14 days of delivery of product).

              In return, i received inconsistent replies from amazon india about denying claim.
              1. Initially, reason for denial was given that 'i have opened a product'. When i asked, "how would customer know about non-working product without opening it?"
              2. When amazon india didn't have answer for my this question, another reason came. 'late claim filed' (Not within 10 days).'
              Nobody uses av adapter everyday. When i got first opportunity on december 29th, i tried to use it.
              Now my basic question is "who is responsible for selling non-working/useless/defective product?"

              Amazon india has unilaterally closed the claim without answering my question. Instead of accepting a legal responsibility of selling a non-working/defective/useless product, they are shrugging off their basic responsibility of good selling practices by hiding behind inconsistent technical excuses. This is as good as any other con-seller. I have lost trust on amazon india.

                I placed a order on 17th October 2017 of more than RS.14000 with a offer that I will get 15% cash back on 8th January 2018 on my account by purchasing with master card.. I tried all the ways to contact Amazon but I am not able.please help and do the needful..
                I purchased this mobile during a sbi 10% cashback offer on 14th Oct 2017 and cashback is still not received on my sbi credit card ..its more than 80 days now.

                  I had transacted 10 rupees through upi to amazon pay on dt.30 dec 2017 having transaction no.[protected]. But unfortunately it had not been credited to your account and also my balance had debited. I had called to hdfc bank (My bank name) customer service executive as well as amazon representative regarding this. Through phone call i found the same dialogue as "it will be credited within 5-7 days, & also pls have patience". But still now it has not been credited to my savings bank account. Where is my balance? Pls tell me what should i do? Pls help me as fast as possible and credit my balance as soon as possible for which i shall be obliged.

                      My account no:[protected] it was mentioned in my amazon account that the sum of rupees 6843was refunded to my canara bank account on 04 january2018 as per amazon mail. Amount will be reflect on 08/01/2018 but till date (09/01/18) i didnt receive any credit to my account. Amazon mail copy

                          No book was ever delivered to me. Later on order is cancelled by me. As per your policy, no amount is received at my end. Your policy is to refund the amount within seven days.

                          Three books were ordered. Out of three books I got delivery of two books. I was absent at my place when third book arrived at my place thru courier. It was redirected to sender.

                          I cancelled the order of third book and it was confirmed by your office. I was told that soon I will get back my amount of third book which is deposited with you. I request to refund the amount of third book.

                            Many times mail or contact customer care but not resolve after 168 hours past. Mistake in your end 2 times in same order number as follows:

                            1. I read carefully terms and condition before order will be placed and any doubt or clarification then, assist to your customer care executive. In this regards, I do clear doubts to contact customer care executive on dated Jan1, 2018 that I said already used Haptik transaction in December 30, 2017.Then, I will cashback success received 25% of Bill payment or not? Although discuss for first amazon customers and all discuss points bottomless. But Customer executive reply that I sured cashback received to you and don’t worry. If you will place a order on once times transaction on Haptik between Jan 1, 2018- Jan 15, 2018 as newly promotion starting today. Then, Your instructed I placed a ordered on Jan 2, 2018.

                            2.Afterwards mail received non link from me as only facts towards other relation intention, not cashback received. Afterwards 72 hours lapse, I wrote mail to Amazon Pay or Haptik. Then, contradict reply received between in 2 mails Jan 5, 2018 @ 3: 32 Pm and 3:51 pm in which both mail confusion points create wrong lead as no cashback will given. That, is Niki partner discuss whereas niki is other partner and not related for complainant company.

                            Please check on Recording Jan 1, 2018 afternoon between Mobile Number and And Customer is only innocent or lack of knowledge but Your Customer Care Executive perfect knowledge of company policies with bottomless. Then, no responsible for customer and totally mistake in your end.

                            Please credit add gift Rs. 75 as early otherwise, legal action will take in future.

                              I want to file a complaint against suchitra, josalyn, jyotsna, sayyed, and deepanshu.
                              They are very rude and unhelpful.
                              Specially suchitra she was ver very rude, she don't have manners how to talk to a customer.
                              No action has been taken against her even though making complaint against her, she absuve me over call and scolded on md. Ver very rude.

                              And another complaint against delivery boy sanjay.
                              He absuve me.
                              He said complaint put in your #, i make complaint but no action has been taken against him.
                              He denied to delivery my parcel ask me to come 4 km away to collect it very very bad.
                              I m unhappy.
                              No one helped me.
                              I want to sue sanjay, suchitra, josalyn, deepanshu and jivatma for their behaviour.
                              Please help me.

                                  They promise caseback on mobile recharge. But now they says that caseback given only one time.. But they not mention about this condition in their offer. And caseback offer on another shoping is 75 rupees and caseback credit maximum time was mention in thier terms & condition within 72 hours.. But now they says wait more time. So. Please take imidiate action against company fraud with costomers. Both 2 complaints details related emages attested below.

                                  I could not contact the delivery person.Everytime I call, his number is either switched off or not-reachable..I didn't get my order delivered yet..it's been more than 10 days since I ordered...(it was to be delivered by Amazon agent [protected])...please look into it

                                      I'm ordered ishin womens dress material @ dec 22... Its cost rate is high so i decided to return the product..i paid full amount by amazon pay balance..the product was returned but no refund is processed...                                         I ordered dell inspiron[protected].6-inch laptop, but i received dell inspiron 3000 series laptop which is wrong model, i raised replacement request of the laptop, again i received same laptop (Dell inspiron 3000 series laptop), amazon and their seller doing fraud with their customers, this is the 3th time am experiencing this, they dont want to help me, i want the laptop which i order.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        As i have ordered Zavia Premium Plain Rain Coat (XL- Free size) Blue on December 8th and items not delivered as of till date and requesting you to check the status and revert asap
