My friend kamal meena has ordered a armani watch worth rs 12k, deal with amazon on 31 dec, but he got another a poor brand, his rs only 5k,, to see this the service, amazon are very poor and liable to a cheating, we going to do a against case to the amazon, this is for ur kind information,, so refund all the money of my product imigiaetly, if not with me we going with the consumer court @amazonin @amazon

    Your delivery man declined to deliver the product named infocus vision 3 ordered on 5th january 2018 and confirmed to be delivered on 10th january 2018 but co-incidentally it came earlier than delivery date and i got informed about the delivery through your delivery person and he explained me he cannot provide the product to my address and i will have to come to his address. How this is possible. If you cannot provide home delivery or office delivery than directly show at the time of order. Why you show free delivery at the time of purchase and at the time of delivery the delivery person always have this kind of issues like that area doesn't come under our region and you will have to come at our place to get the mobile. Before this order also i was forced to get the product from their place that was 45 kms away from my home. Does this is known as free home delivery, that you have to take responsibility to get your product ordered. I will give you 0 point for this type of # service. And own delivery person are wasting your customer time and our review are turning more worse about your product.

      From amazon, and i've returned it, but didn't receive the payment, i contacted customer care service on january 4th 2018 about my refund, they said they've initiated and i should have got it on january 1st 2018 and i asked the refund reference number they said i should wait for 24 to 48 hours, but its more than 3 days i didn't receive the refund reference number. So today 7th january 2018 i contacted amazon again and they are telling me they don't have it??? And i should wait again to get the number. This is very annoying when i've returned the product safely but they are not doing their part (Refunding). And this is not the first time i'm facing this issue

        Dear sir

        A refund of 49900/- rupees was successfully processed on 13 dec 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 111472.

        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

          My name is k banu balaji. I have ordered seagate 1tb hard drive and safety pouch in amazon through app by online cash payment. It was scheduled to delivery on jan 4th and jan 7th respectively. On both dates i received messages and emails stating that i have received the product signed by me. But actually i didn't received any of the product. I even complained to customer care executive he said that he had sent ur case to investigation team and wait till 9th. Please help me in getting my products as early as possible or i will sent a notice through lawyer.
          My Name is Diane Rudge, [protected]@ntin.net My problem is I keep getting a 13.dollar monthly fee taken out of my bank account. I have deleated this account several times and it keeps happening.I want my money back and out of this mess. please help me. I have never used this service.

              Please not that its very annoying to raise a complain against a company like amazon.

              I ordered a samsung galaxy a9 pro worth rs 18990, vide order id[protected] on 23rd september 2017.
              The main reason for ordering the same via hdfc credit card as there was a cash back offer of maximum 1500 rupees.
              But till today i havent received any type of cash back from your side. Request your intervention in this regard on urgent basis

                      My case: i bought an office chair on amazon and found it to be not ergonomic at all unlike the seller claims. While buying i carefully checked for the return policy and found that the product is covered under amazon a-z guarantee claims. So i bought the chair with confidence thinking that i could return it if it is not going to be comfortable to sit in. The chair has a rather small seat and highly protruding lumbar support that makes me sit at the edge of the chair, and i can't sit in it for more than 30 mins, without getting back pain. I requested for a return and the seller denied my request saying he would accept returns only if the product is physically damaged. I raised amazon a-z guarantee claim and it was denied. So i lost rs. 9000 as the chair is not at all useful for me.

                      Bottom line: the return policy is not clearly mentioned on the product listing page. Amazon says that for third party sellers, return policy is as specified by the sellers. However there is no clear mention of the seller return policy in the product listing page. With so much legal jargon and variation in return policy from seller to seller, it is really hard for buyers to comprehend the real return policy. I believe the whole return policy is intentionally disguised to benefit sellers. So please be careful while buying on amazon. Once you buy something just looking at pictures, you are stuck with it and can't return.

                        My order placed amount of ₹1528 and i got refund from amazon only ₹1427. This is cheating with me (Faithful customer) i don't know what was my mistake. All mistakes done by amazon's seller or their courier service. All mistakes belongs to amazon's seller or courier service. I'm not responsible for that mistakes. So, the conclusion is that i want my full amount to be refund. I am requesting for refund my full amount which was deducted at the time of order was placed. I want my full amount worth ₹1528/-

                            I had ordered one gold bracelet. I got the better price in some other site so i returned the product and i have the photocopy of the returned receipt. The seller was joyalukkas. I received a reply from seller saying that i have not returned the product. Then i called amazon customer care. They asked me to file a case in a-z buyer guarantee case. I filed it. They had assured me it will be resolved in max of 2 weeks. Now it's more than 2 weeks and they are not taking any action against my refund. Please consider this as a complaint

                            Company told me to raise a-z claim for this issue and I have raised the complaint under that and after that they told me to wait for 2 weeks. It's been more than 3 weeks and still I have not received any update. They are just sending the mail saying that it's under investigation.

                              I have ordered (Order no:[protected] a hand blender that was havells ghfhbaww040 400-watt blendmate with chopper (White) but i received havells power blend 600-watt chopper with blender (White). I decided not to replace the product and that's why i did not initiate the replacement. Now this product is damaged and i am unable to avail warranty on this product as i do not have the valid invoice for same.

                              I had sent to you an email regarding above issue many times previously and get a standard reply please wait for 3-6 business days we are working on it.
                              Finally no action is taken yet from amazon to resolve the issue.

                              Amazon shall clarify when, they will resolve the issue and why, there is so much delay in reply.

                                My name is aman sarda & recently from my uncle amazon account, i order gas stove for my masa ji & when the package is delivered the product is broken & i contact to amazon for return then they say follow this step and your request generated plus courier boy take product tomorrow but courier boy didn't take the product. After second time generate the courier boy say, i have no car so, i didn't take product because it's big & then we do same thing again but nothing happen till now. Oid[protected]

                                  1) I can't install or delete any applications because mobile reboots when install or uninstall any application. It reboots min 10 times to install/uninstall any apps. The same issue for os update.

                                  2) Some times auto rotation not works. Even I checked the mode to portrait and then to auto rotate again it is not working. After rebooting the mobile only it works.

                                  Amazon cheated by giving defective product. I wan't replacement. Not refund.

                                  Even after raising issue for replacement for the product no one called me. Then I called customer care. They are telling long process to replacement. I have to visit dealer's shop. Fill some form etc. etc. etc.

                                  Flipkart will replace the product in couple of days in our door step but Amazon is total waste and cheaters. Here after I will not buy anything from Amazon. More over that I will not allow my friends & neighbors to buy from Amzon at any cost.

                                        Amazon india this is the first time i am using a social media platform to complain against any business or agency but my experience with amazon this time has been horrible to say the least.
                                        I lost my phone and urgently placed an order for a new one plus 5t from amazon with an exchange offer for another phone. We carefully selected the delivery date of 3rd jan 2018 to ensure that we ourselves as well as the old phone was available at the delivery location to ensure maximum convenience.
                                        Despite our best efforts to ensure a smooth delivery process and no hassle or rescheduling from our end, the delivery was attempted on the 2nd and we had to reschedule for the 3rd as we had originally requested due to the unavailability of the exchange phone.
                                        Here is where the trouble began. Despite guaranteed delivery promised by the team by the 3rd of jan, we had to call the amazon team 6 times to know the status of the delivery. Every single time we were assured that the delivery would happen the same day itself. We spoke to a number of executives who kept "guaranteeing" that the delivery would happen the very same day.
                                        After waiting at home all day to receive our order, we decided to raise a complaint at 7.30 pm and spoke to nitin from the leadership team who assured us that either before 9.30 pm the same day, or before 9 am the next day, we would receive our order.
                                        Today, the 4th of jan, we had to call them at 11 am again to ask about our order status. Amazon on both the days was unable to provide an exact location within bombay where our phone had reached and we kept asking if we could ourselves go and pick it up because of the urgency of the matter, but they had no reply as to what center the phone had arrived at.
                                        At 12 am, we received the contact details of the delivery guy from amazon. We called him ourselves to ensure our product gets delivered on time before we leave for work, but he seemed absolutely unwilling to help and very rude and uncooperative.
                                        After speaking to an amazon executive, we were assured that our product delivery is placed on the highest priority and that he would deliver to our doorstep first. This was apparently communicated to the courier service and the delivery guy who wasn't even picking up the amazon customer service team's calls.
                                        After constantly trying to reach that man and calling over 20 times, finding his phone constantly unavailable, we decided to ask amazon about delivery again and were directed to the escalation team. Even though we were assured that they would be sending a different guy to track the man who wasn't responding to any of our calls and that the delivery would happen before 3 pm for sure, the escalation team refused to redress our concern, failed to contact the delivery guy themselves and refused to transfer our phone to any superior as well. Thy further went on to say that they cannot do anything to help us as they cannot contact their own delivery guy.
                                        The delivery is already late, we still haven't received the phone, and the kind of responses we have received from the customer service team are disappointing to say the least.
                                        Still waiting on our delivery and still unable to reach the delivery guy.

                                        I ordered oppo A37 tampered glass and cover, bra on10dec but i got message, which was already deliverd but i didn't received any parcel. I call nearly ten times to parcel delivery boy he is not answering my call.
