Top 3 reasons why it's a fake
1. Who ever sells at cheap prices are obliged to give the bill also as
There are no secondary source of forever living products.
2. For original forever living products, bar-code, mrp and import details
Are clearly punched/printed in it.
3. Forever themselves nor their distributors don't have the provision ti
Sell it online other than company website

It's just violation of rule. So please take initiative to stop this

    Placed the above mentioned order, nobody contacted me for the delivery and i got sms stating that you guys were unable to contact me for continuously 3 days. I didn't got any call.. There wasn't any network problem.
    Point here is if you have my full address then why don't you deliver the product directly.
    I called the customer service, had a word with vinod on the 3rd day, he said that order will be delivered that day. Also called the amazon agent on [protected], but order was not with him.

    Today, when i called customer service, rahul sawant took my call but did not provide any solution.
    Need your help asap.

They told me that my refund will come in amazon pay balance or my bank account attached to amazon. Now they raised cheque without asking me which mode will be comfortable for me.         Hello sir,

        Trust you are doing good!

        I have purchased the airtel huawei e5573 wifi hotspot - unlocked on jan 16, 2017. The device bears the imei: [protected], s/n: 5ll7s16b02008591 having model number: e5573cs-609. The device is not working properly, we tried with different sim but the device is not recognizing the sims. I had contacted the huawei authorized dealer in bangalore but they told they will not entertain the same.

        My query (View and approach) is as follows:

        1. The devices will be supplied to amazon by huawei.
        2. Amazon sells the same to customers with the same warranty as provided by the huawei, as it was the arrangement between huawei and amazon and there were no such clogs on the warranty so provided.

        I have bought the quoted device from amazon portal, now huawei is denying either to repair or replace with the comment that the device is unlocked. I would like to bring to your kind attention that it is the duty of huawei to ensure the devices are sold without any alterations and modifications by the third parties as the warranty was shown to the customer as originally given by huawei. Huawei being supplier are wholly responsible for the devices sold in case of any discrepancy huawei should restrict/sue the amazon not to sell the altered devices.

        I lack of proper notice on ineligibility on warranty we bought the same assuming the same is covered under warranty. (Unless specifically mentioned, it is assumed that which is warranted device). If this is the case, which will definitely affect the huawei brand.

        On a serious note please take this on priority so as to avoid legal action, also consider the mail as a serious legal warning. The same mail is also being served on amazon too. Failure to provide solution may cause a serious effect on the company. Take the patience of clients for granted, you will start diet in the size of client base for sure. I believe you will give utmost importance to client satisfaction. Hoping positively request you to do the needful at the earliest.

        Reach out to me at any time as a last resort for any information.

          Product was not delivered for 10 days inspite of having prime membership and later was told to cancel the order and take the refund. The loss occurred is 10, 000 and compensation being given is 100. Is this the way how amazxon operates in india. Double standards of services in india and services rendered abroad. Request support from the forum in resolving the matter

            Amazon has no info on their product page which says this is nonrefundable. We have no used it and informed that this was falsely delivered to our premises. We already have this.

            Now, they are not refunding or returning for this product. I have purchased massager which is refundable. How would i know they have different policies for massager without adequate information.

            I want to return this asap with full refund asap. They agreed to return the item first but are harassing me now saying don't bother of any complaints.
            Is there no regulation for these bogus fraudsters.

                I have placed and purchased the below orders from amazon seller (Fullon) on 14th sep 2017.

                Products led items are worked fine for 1 week from the date of purchase but after a week the led lights are not working properly i faced this problem continues so i just want to claim warranty of those 7 items. I contact the amazon customer care for warranty details but they respond and reply like (That the products covered under seller warranty so please contact the seller sure they will fix this issue within 3 business days..)
                After this conversation, i contact the seller on 24/11/2017 and i never noticed the reply from the seller for the 2 weeks after that i noticed that seller replied like (Which product you have purchased??) on 25/11/2017
                I replied after noticed on 06/12/2017 like (Sorry for the late reply
                5 of homes decor 200w led ip65 flood outdoor light - cool day light, totally i have purchased 11 qty of this, 8 is not working properly)

                After this conversation, i didn't receive any response from the seller for the last 25 days, i contact amazon again and convey all the problems which i faced with seller they reply back like sorry sir we cannot do anything from our side but we will notice this seller in future..

                What happens to my product warranty??

                    I had ordered a back phone cover for honor 8 lite on 31 december 2017. On the same date i later ordered a popsocket ring (Order no.[protected] for my phone.
                    For the phone case cover, the estimated time of delivery was 3 january 2018 whereas for the popsocket it was 4 january 2018.
                    However, i have received the popsocket already. The phone cover is expected to arrive this evening.
                    My concern is that the phone cover should have reached me earlier than the popsocket like mentioned while placing the order.
                    What will i do of the popsocket when i have not received my phone cover yet?

                      I place an order on 26/12/2017 with order #[protected] at amazon (India) and shipment no. Given to me was as courier: amazon transportation services, tracking #:[protected].

                      On 01/01/2018 - estimated for delivery but product not delivered
                      On 02/01/2018 - got sms for out of delivery with delivery agent ph no. I called delivery agent, but he refused to deliver on 2/1/2018 saying that customer can raise complaint against him. I raised complaint to amazon care, they told me that within 10 pm on the same the product will be delivered. But, there is no delivery done.
                      On 03/1/2018 - i got sms that delivery agent called me for delivery on earlier day, but that was fake update as no delivery person contacted me.
                      03/1/2018- i again got sms that product got delivered at my hand, which is false update as till writing this complaint product not delivered to me nor at my address.
                      03/1/2018- i reported to amazon care about the non delivery of the product and asked him for a complaint no., but he refused to give a complaint no., rather he advised me to wait for another 7 days.
                      03/1/2018- i again contacted the delivery agent ph no. Which i got in the delivery confirmation sms of amazon, he told me that he is not a delivery person.

                      So, amazon india's service is total mess in my location guwahati, india, where amzon given false update, refuse to take customer complaint giving a complaint no. Nor does any physical delivery of the product.

                      This is complete cheating, 420 service and amzon india should compensate for loss of my hard money and time.

                        I recently bought a product using amazon pay wallet but returned it since it was a defective piece and the quality of the product was not as expected. Amazon returned the refund to my amazon pay balance and they dont provide a method to send it back to account and my money is blocked in the wallet and unable to use it. The customer care says that use it to buy another product and they cannot refund it back to the account from where i recharged the wallet. They are cheating indian customers. They provide this facility in us and why not in india? And their response was they need to follow rbi regulations. If so then how are other wallets able to refund the amount back to the account?

With the reference to the above mail i would like to inform that the delivery has not been properly communicated from your service centre at mangalore. First of all i am bring to your notice that the massage i got on 9:34 am yesterday (2-1-18) about the amz agent ([protected]) has not contacted me. And when i call him yesterday (2-1-18) night around 8:30pm. He said he' s on leave and gave me another mobile number. When i contacted to him he argued saying that he had called to our concerned cell phone but we failed to receive the call. So the order has been cancelled from his end. But actually the deliver person has call to a wrong cell number later he confirmed. So the communication problem was from your end. And now i want the item to be delivered to my address as the mistake from your side. Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply!!!

                            Hello, well i bought essence men's multicolor synthetic combo of 3 shoes tracking#[protected]. I placed the order on 24 of december 2017 and made the payment through credit card and the estimated delivery date was 1st jan 2018 but i didn't received the order on 1st jan. When i called on ur customer service office i was informed that due to new year there was a shortage of staff in ur gorakhpur courier facility and will b receiving it by 5th jan but today just after the conversation with ur customer care i got a msg that my order has been dispatched from the courier facility in gorakhpur and will b receiving today but i didn't received a single call or msg regarding my order and now when m checking my order status it's showing that "the courier was unable to contact the recipient​ to arrange delivery and now i should contact amazon.in for next steps. I have given my no. [protected] but still i have not received a single call from ur courier facility regarding the delivery i just want to ask one the is the way uh guys treat ur customer after uh receive the payment before making the delivery this is really shameful that this is how uh guys are treating ur customers. Isn't this ur duty to ask ur courier facilities to try contacting the customers and telling them about the delay in delivery and the reason for the same. M really pissed of and this is the last time i have shopped from ur site. I've done many times online shopping from snapdeal and have always received a great experience i always used to get full tracking details of my order from the time of my placement of order to the time i received it. I would b greatfull i[censored]h please look into the matter and stop making senseless excuses and ask ur courier facility to atleast make a genuine attempt and deliver the product as soon as possible.

                              I ordered a product from amazon few days ago through my debit card. I got the product after few days but the product was different from the picture and small in size too. It was a crepe top looks like. So i returned the product manually by dtdc on 21 of december. Actually the dtdc company did a fault. They generated the series again as before so the tracking gonna wrong. It is showing delivery on july but i returned the product in december 21.
                              I don't know where is the mistake been done. But now amazon is refusing to issue my refund. I never faced such kind of trouble ever.

                                This is regarding the transaction of rs 2500 that was made on 8th of december 2017 from hdfc bank net banking towards amazon india for a gift card. The transaction payment got declined but it got deducted from account. The payment was done again but from sbi net banking and this time it was successful. When i contacted amazon, they said initially that they can see a transaction was made against amazon which got declined over the phone, later they have even sent a mail that refund would be initiated on 15th dec 2017 from there side. When i didn't get any response for 8 days, i contacted them back, they said this is the issue from bank side and they completely denied the fact that they received any money. When hdfc was contacted on the same, they said they need approval from amazon side that they amazon didn't receive any amount related to that transaction details.
                                From our side every possible detail is provide d to amazon but still they are not able to resolve the issue. What we had requested amazon was that they have to revert back with a mail that have not received any amount with the hdfc bank details provided.
                                We even got mail from amazon asking for last 4 digit of card number from which transaction was made which is irrelevant in our case because we have already told them initially that it was an net banking transaction. Amazon kept dragging it for so long and still they are not ready to come up with proper solution. Every time we interact with customer care executive some new person starts dealing with the issue. It becomes really tedious to explain everything to 10 different people, no idea why cant a single team handle this.
                                When contacted with escalation team, 2 people tanveer and sunny again misguided without even giving the proper solution. They even promised that will take care of the whole issue and dropping the mail for the same but still nobody responded. Its a mail thread that's been going for so long without any solution. 1 month will be completed by this 8th jan 2018.
                                Please take strict action against who ever is involved in this and get back.

                                    All with permanent addresses having house number, street numbers and block numbers.

                                    This is to notify everybody who orders products from amazon and delivery is by amazon. The have hired people for delivery who run on roads only. They do not deliver on the mentioned addresses.

                                    They call on phone and ask you to come out on the main roads to pick the deliveries. When told that there is nobody who to run out half a kilometer on the road, they say amazon has not authorized them to make the home delivery. They clearly say that their vehicle will be standing on the road for 5-minutes and then move out.

                                    If requested more they start enethecal behavour using harsh words saying if you want your package come here or they will return the product back, they have nothing to loose, they would still get their salary. They do not come out of the vehicle to make the delivery. They did the same with four of my deliveries within last month and one today. It is better to move one and a half kilometer more to the actual live market and purchase the products instead of ordering online.

                                    If amazon does not want to do a home delivery, they should specifically mention the same on the website against the address or orders instead lure customer to order and then let the customer suffer due to nondelivery.

                                    Amazon delivery is becoming the worst for ordering anything online. Amazon does not even care for any of their reviews as they are earning more than enough in india and have nothing to bother about a few negative reviews.

                                    Amazon - remember these few negative reviews will pile up enough one day for you to leave india just what happened to other such companies with a good reputation like you had before.

                                        Did not receive cashback for a recharge done for my mobile using amazon pay. Cashback offered during that period is 50rs. I have contacted the customer service several times and even sent emails. Recharge was done on 20-dec-17 and they are saying that still investigation is in process.
                                        I was not given any updates. I have been contacting them as per the time line they are providing and yet they are still postponing the resolution by saying the same thing every time.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I added amount of 500 to my account and payed for some of the products as they mentioned I should have got 15% of cash back but I did not receive any single paisa.
