Dear Sir,
I am writing this email after sending so many emails to Amazon about a fraud with regards to my refund which they didnt honor. I ordered a Redmi 4 on 06.10.2017 against the ORDER NUMBER:[protected] INVOICE NUMBER: HYD8-11195 ORDER DATE: 06.10.2017 INVOICE DETAILS: TG-HYD[protected]
INVOICE DATE: 06.10.2017 and paid a cash of Rs. 9499/- on delivery but as the i complained that the mobile was not detecting the charger, i was asked to return the mobile and offered an exchange, which i agreed and returned the mobile after few days. The shipment slip is attached herewith.
I was sent a replacement mobile under the Order Number:[protected] Invoice Number: BOM4-48453 Order Date: 16.10.2017 Invoice Details: MH-BOM[protected] which i received on 26.10.2017. But as the mobile had heating issues, i called up the customer service and an engineer was sent to check the same and he gave me a service report on 07.11.2017 and approved the mobile for refund. (The service call report is also attached herewith).
On 08.11.2017, the mobile was collected by an agent Mr. Pradip Yadav, who signed and gave me in writing with his mobile no. that he is collecting it from me, as he didnt have the acknowledgement. (I have attached his confirmation letter as well for your reference alongwith his colleague who came in to pickup)
I have been following up since then about the refund ever since, but after a month i was informed that since the mobile was not there inside the box, i cant get a refund.
I called up and spoke to Mr. Pradip Yadav, the pick up guy from the distribution center M/s. BOM-T, Akruli Industrial Estate, Shop no. 4, Kandivali East, Mumbai about the same and he said, it was collected an handed over at the BOM-T office and also sent me a screenshot of it which is also attached herewith.
His manager Mr. Raja Nadar (Mob [protected]) said we collected it and sent it across to the warehouse in Hyderabad and that our job is over. I have sent the recording of both the conversation to one of the amazon advisor, Mr. Nilesh and attaching the same again.
Having said all this, now i got to hear a completely new story from your end that i never paid for the mobile and hence there is no question of a refund.
I never expected this from AMAZON company to stoop so low.
How is it possible that i will be sent a mobile on 06.10.2017, let me use it for a week, approve a refund, deliver a replacement and approve the second time exchange, ALL OF THIS WITHOUT COLLECTING A SINGLE PENNY????? ITS PROVED NOW HOW THE BUSINESS IS RUN AND WHATS THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS.
For my surprise, i do not see the order i placed earlier and your advisor Nilesh informing me that the original order was not placed at all so no question of a replacement. I am now completely convinced that someone inside thecompany is very smartly manipulating with the system and fooling and cheating your loyal customers without a slightest hint or everyone pretty much are involved in this loot. My mobile was blocked from receiving calls, the first order details were removed as informed by your advisor Mr. Nilesh and i am being taken for a royal ride.
Please find here attached all the documentary proofs for this and humbly request you to kindly look into this and help me in this regard.
