Hi amazon,

Please help me in the below issue:

I have purchased the below gift card [attached invoice] and gift card was sent to my email id.

I took a hard copy from my email and gave as gift to my friend.

When he tried the code in amazon it did not work saying it's already redeemed. I also confirmed with my friend that it was not revealed to anyone else.

Amazon - please provide me a new valid gift card code and take action against the unauthorized usage of the gift card by your customer.

    Your delivery agent refrained from delivering at my address and continuously insisted me to come to him.His contact number is [protected]/[protected].When i told him to come to my mentioned address, he started abusing me and continued to do so when i warned him about complaining.He did not delivered the product and told me that i will see you.

      So please unlock my a/c. If i order any items it will be cancelled. I asked customer care they told me that my amazon account was in hold. I have prime member ship also and i have amazon pay balance so please help me that my amazon account is working. And i[censored] observe i am a regular customer to amazon.         Requesting several times for pickup amazon is not picking up my product.. And the last return date is 1st feb... I m totally hopeless as i am not getting my refund.
        I am not able to self return the product as my working hr is from 7am to 7pm.. Felling totally hopeless.. Don't know what to do.. I had mentioned that i will not able to self return it due my office hour... I am talking about my ray ban sunglasses... First day when they delivered the product i got an empty box... Then i mentioned them the issue after one or two day i got the same delivery on which the sunglass is there... Pls resolve this issue as last return date is on 1st feb

            As i can see trust on amazon is exhausted. As yesterday you did a unfair thing to me. Around 6 o clock i've been trying to pay the bill of my customer but due to your website is down, txn doesn't go through & i've got declined txn message 6 times, then i've stopped paying my bill from amazon at that moment.

            Then i've paid my bill my own from somewhere else. Then why i'm getting successful txn message from amazon that niki has received your payment around 10:42 pm & also niki displaying successful order id @ 10:42 pm. What the hell is this, i've cancelled that txn order at niki page while your server down.

            I don't need a false clarification from you as i'm complaing against amazon and niki, both of them took my money first, then after showing declined payment they sent order id very lately by the time i've paid on that no. So i've lost 250rs + 250rs
            (Customer won't pay me that's for sure)

            Just give my refund back as i've done nothing wrong
            That's it. Waiting till 6pm, 21st jan, 2018

            You can see, after 4 hours they received my payment, how could I know that my txn is successful at that time . Kindly tell them to process my refund today that 21 jan itself.

            I think, amazon are not going to refund my money even they won't see their mistake. So Amazon E-commerce site is just for their profit, not for customer loss.

            I understood, and I believe that they are doing partiality and becoming a scam.

            Recommend not to use Amazon as they don't care about customer.

              I m police sub inspector n. B. Choudhari from parbhani district i was online order to this company about ss cricket kit dated 27.12.2017 and the order reaching my given addres is 6 to 11 jan.2018 but now till date my order is not provided by compony its too late i m e mail to seller of this company 2 times and call to company also two time and from date of order reach to my address i have not going to holidy because in given time any time my order will reach my addres there after till now date i m unable to going on leave there is so much mental tourcherd by company

                Respect sir,
                I canceled my order on 28 dec 2017. N as amazon said it will take 2-3 business days for refund. But its gonna b almost a month. Refund is not done. Whenevr i call customer care of amozon. They always says that refund ia done on 2 jan 2018 but there is no any transactions. I even visited to bank many times but even they said that there is no transaction or refund from amazon. M just expecting to get my refund soon.

                  I have ordered 1 cherokee boys' shorts[protected]_beige_5 - 6 years) from amazon. Product not delivered but status showing delivered to customer.
                  I had complaint trice to amazon but neither product delivered nor my money refunded. I am attaching my order detail. This is order of rs 549/- only.
                  But they are frauding billions of people and earning crores of interest after that they refunding money. I need my product or refund with interest.

                    Its a gift order made to mysore. Product name ulric de varenne (Voy perfume), it was ordered on 13th january 2018, and i received my sms on 18th january that your package is out for delivery.

                    But when i track my ordered it says it is undeliverable as customer refused the package, but no call was made to the customer.

                    Please look into the issue

                      Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 10, 000 rupees was successfully processed on 30 november 2016 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        How can u do the partiality with ur customers. You did cancelled my order (Order number[protected] and stating the reason that it was happened by mistake but other customers r receiving the same offer.. Then why did u cancelled my order???.
                        I want my order back with same applied offer on that. Attached r the proof that other customer has received the same offer without any problem then why should i do the suffer. Is this ur policy to cheat the ppls or a good business tactic by launching the fraud deals nd offers and cancelled them later.

                          Hello sir 11th jan 2018 ko amazon india ki web site se iphone 8 order kiya with advance payment through credit card. 16th jan 2018 ko delivery boy order diya or chla gya jb amazon box open kiya to smartron k naam se phone nikla box se am shocked. Now today 4th day complete delivery day se daily amazon customer care se baat hoti hai regarding the wrong product but every time excuse dete aa rhe hai k kl pickup ho jayega or apko refund ho jayega but ab tk na pickup ho raha hai na koi refund i am so tried. Jb aisi situation ho to btao kya kiya ja skta hain kaha or complaint kare jakar pr jaldi jaldi se solutions mil skta hai.

                            I have irdered induction cooker from amazon on 18 jan for inr 70... They cancelled the order from thr side without asking me... Amd now they are saying we will not deliver the prodcut... Hey have given the reason as "pricing error"... As this error is there internal technical error... As a customer we are not aware abou this errors.. And if this error are not handked by them then they should stop doing business india... Other people got there product only i didnt get it.

                              The delivery boy who came to deliver my order no.[protected] did not bring the card swipe machine. Hence, I agreed to pay by cash. But the delivery boy asked for extra cash. Since I refused to any any amount above the invoice amount, he took back the package. The delivery boy was extraordinarily rude too

                                I have received the actual delivery of the above mentioned order product at 3:00 pm on 19-jan-18. However i have received the delivery message before the actual delivery that is at 1:00 pm stating that product has been delivered to me and taken signature. Even the same was reflecting at the delivery status in the amazon site delivery status details
                                Kindly ask the delivery person to follow the correct procedure.
                                As it creates a misunderstanding.

                                  Hi. I ordered an item from Amazon.in (order no:[protected] from AMRIT TRADERS. The order was later cancelled on 27/12/2017 and the refund was initiated and Amazon.in sent due notification of the same, mentioning that the refund will be made to my bank account in 2-4 business days.

                                  It has been more than 2 weeks and I have still not received the money back.

                                  Please help sort this out.

                                    I have purchased a water purifier from amazon india for my mother living in india as i lived in australia she can’t speak english and can’t contact costumer care
                                    They sent her a water purifier missing parts and i’m sitting here trying to contact every single customer care no and all the branches no one is helping

                                        I had made two prepaid orders on amazon app one each from my phone and my wife’s phone. The order status has been updated as delivered to me personally and signed by me on amazon app whereas nothing was delivered to me yet. Kindly note the combined worth of my orders is more than 8000 rupees. I have been trying to resolve the issue with amazon customer care but to no avail.
