1) refund received in wallet on 15 dec, requested money in my bank account on same day, executive said would refunded in my bank account. Bank details also provided. (2) on 29th dec. They said ill get it before 31st dec (3) on 2nd jan, gave me final date 15th jan. (4) on 15th jan: executive said deposit rs. 100 more, as there were two amount. Total should be 3105 to make transfer. (5) 15th jan deposited 100 in wallet and called again. Then i got shocking answers. It wont be transfer in my bank account. After a month, this is horrible. I don’t want to shop now. Please give my back

    Returned 2 items for this order on 14th jan. Pick up tracking id[protected] and[protected], total amount rs 998.
    Amazon executive gaurav is telling that they have not yet received the product and they can escalate only after 7-10 working days. This is pure harassment

    Please help us in getting complete refund for these return items

    And got the very rude response from customer care . They have not even considered this request. Again i am requesting to look into this and get my product or process my refund atleast.

      I have order a stereo bluetooth speaker in the date of 29-12-17 from amazone. Expected delivery date is 4-1-18 (Tracking #:[protected]. But not delivered, i have wait 2 more days, no response from amazone. Then i can cancel the product and refund is credited with in 11 to 12 january 2018. But still not credit the amount of rs: 515 in my account. This is cheating from amazone. What can i do? Please do needful

      Kanict folio tablet front and back flip cover for samsung galaxy a8 not received, delivery boy eloped with the parcel. His ph [protected] he is not answering the calls. He is fraud i want my parcel back.
      I ordered Cello Super Club Toast n Grill Plus from Amazon with the date of 20 October 2021 and delivery on 24 October. But due to some problem got it replaced, the date was changed to 27 oct, and I saw that product in front of the delivery boy and that product also had problem (defect). That's why I filed a complaint to return the order itself and this product was returned on November 8th, and it's been almost 1 month now but I still haven't received my refund

        I request you to please contact your bank customer service and provide the above number. I'm positive that they will be able to locate the funds and put in your account.

        In any case, if the bank is unable to locate the charges with the reference number we assume that the bank serves might not be updated, you can then dispute the charges saying "refund not processed" once it is done bank will go back and check all the details and surely help you to process the funds to your account.

            As i'm your valuable customer and frequent buyer.
            Mobile number [protected]
            L ordered product but i received completely different product so i requested a return and customer care said the product will be picked up on next day. But no one came for the pickup so when i called the customer service they said it that the pickup will be initiated on next day but no one came. I have called many times but they say next day it will be picked up but every time i got unexpected response. I called 6-7 times for pickup and than on 5th pickup product picked by pickup executive. Pickup boy was also satisfied by the returned product. He also called amazon service executive at the time of return pick up. Amazon service executive was also satisfied with that product. Amazon customer care executive name was aniket thats pickup boy told me this.
            After confirmation from amazon service executive, l have returned the product.
            And now they even blocked my account. Many refund already pending and also can't able to order new products. I'm facing many problems after all this # action.

            Wow, whats terrible service amazon are offering. This is really cannot be expected from amazon. Kindly refund me as soon as possible and unblock my number i have also amazon pay balance.
            It's a shame that amazon's standard have gone down that your customer care people are not able to resolve such simple issue.. (Lt is amazon. I had a much higher expectations from it).

              Kindly unlock my account urgently.
              Its lock cos in my office some one is trying to buy some product on amazon without my permission, after that when i got orders mail that time i try to login for changing the password that time i got error to my account is locked.
              I sent many mails to amazon [ [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com, [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com] for unlocked my account.
              They want card details and i don't know cos i dont have that details,
              So i also send amazon to my original debit card details with my bank account statement after that sill my account is locked.

              Please unlock my account i want use this account to buy more products and i also forgot to get or save my iphone se bill that's why i need this account back.

                I purchased moto g 5s plus on 26-nov-2017. After 20 days i found there is one big internal problem in phone is that when i call someone and speak on loudspeaker reciever does not get any voice. Another problem is that there is some noise during call when talk with hand free. I went to customer care service centre of motorola in indore but they had server problem so they didnt register my complain. After 2, 3 visit i heard same thing server problem. Now i am unable to do anything. My order number was[protected]. My invoice number is bom3-86420 now i want to sue amazon and moto g company. I feel like cheated.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had did shopping for my family from amazon online services and they had dispatched the item via ecom express.

                      Now the situation is delivery department from ecom is harassing all customers they are not attempting delivery attempts to deliver the item at door step, despite they are calling customers at their convenient time and calling the customers and pick their item and if customers are unable to visit them they are updating delivery attempted but customer was out of station.

                      I am living in kolkata, previously i have ordered supporting stick for my senior citizen father but they have not delivered this to my door step and the item was returned to flipkart.

                      Now again same situation is arising for my present order, and on telephonic conversation they said they will not deliver the item at designated location, and they requested send someone to pick their item because ecom department is not paying for their petrol expenses to the delivery agents.

                      I request the authority to take the necessary steps.

                        I have subscribed for various products via amazon at regulars of time.
                        For january monthl3 items were 1) pediasure 750gm 2) ariel matic 2 kg 3) harpic bathroom cleaner 1 lt.
                        Concerns:
                        1) the money was auto debited from my amazon pay account without my consent.
                        2) all the 3 items are undelivered stating "delayed due to damage".. How all 3 items that came in 3 different couriers got damaged at the same time. And mainly, the same incident happened with me in december. And in the end company asked me to put the order again and they said they will refund my debited amount, but i haven't got any refund till date.. Why??? Snapshot is attached for your reference.

                              I have ordered for concrete technology book by ms shetty but i received concrete technology by sb. Suman @ 232 inr including delivery charges of 70 inr.

                              So, i raised a request for return. The merchant krishna prakashan media claiming this is the mistake by amazon's side but not their's, added to that i have been instructed to return the package to the merchant by putting up some notes on the package and i have to post it to some mentioned address despite paying delivery charges.

                                I placed an order of toyhouse ro2.4g suv ride on, black https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01NBK07AE which came at rs.555 at 12th january. But after oneday at 13th january the seller cancelled my order.
                                When i asked amazon, they simply said that the item was out of stock while i placing order.

                                  I have ordered a casio keyboard for my daughter birthday, suddenly they mentioned in their update as delivered but they hevnt delivred. I have called the customer care and told them if you have not delivered why did you mentioned like that they promised i will i’ll be getting it shortly. It’s been more then 15 days no reply.

                                    Sir on the date of 28th dec 2017 i done a mobile recharge by amazon.in but today (12/01/2018). Still i did not get my recharge in my phone. When i complaint to amazon customer care he told me company proceed my recharge request and recharge is successfully. When i told my issue again that i still did not my recharge and told him to if you not able to recharge my phone then please paid my amount back. He regret my request and told me that he/ company will not pay any amount.
                                    This is the issue which i faced. Please resolve it

                                      I had placed a order on price of rs 5000 for jbl pulse 3 speakers twice. My money was hold with amazon for two weeks. At end my order was cancelled with saying “it was pricing error.
                                      Who is responsible for this type of fake deals on amazon.
                                      I have also received assurance mail from amazon for deal with rs 5000 only for particular product irrespective of any problem from seller.
                                      Now no one is taking responsibility. What should i do. I want to take amazon to court for justice
