I purchased a product on amazon on 7th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 5th dec. And maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 265824. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. My refundable amount was ₹7, 747please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    Hello,
    I was a regular client of amazon since a time. When i started placing big orders. Suddenly they closed my account and i am not even getting my money what i invested. I am a poor girl have no great source of income. I had ordered big because it is my marriage comming and i live in a village where their is no facilities so had to place online orders.
    I hope you people understand and help me as soon as possible.

    I placed an order which was been delivered to someone else which is still not concluded.overall my parcel was missing I registered a complain as soon as I noticed a delivery mail but no one came to me to deliver.they said me that the issue will get resolved by 13 th odlf Dec and on that day itself they will pay me back my amount.
    But now they closed my account without paying me back.i request you to please get my amount back.i am really very poor hope you understand.

      We have ordered the texstite princess baby girls birthday party wear gown dress 8-12 years, sold by bollylongue vide your order no.[protected] dated 28.09.2017 of amount of rs. 649.00 but we have not satisfied with the quality of dress. Hence, we have left with no option except to returned the item to your courier associate on dated 06.10.2017 vide your reference no.[protected]. As per policy of amazon the refund will be processed and credit to our a/c within 10 working days.in this connection, we have to inform you that its more than 2 months and till date refund is not credited to our a/c. We appreciate to credit the amount of rs. 649.00 to our a/c at your earliest. Kindly acknowledge the receipt to this request.

        There was an tempered glass for samsung s7 which had a free offer of 3d vr headset on amazon website on 8th december. (I still got the screen shot of amazon website in the date). Purchased it to only receive a faulty tempered glass with out free 3d vr headset. Spoke to amazon regarding the same, they are "sorry for inconvenience" and can not send me the free headset bcoz they refunded.
        Important thing is they refunded bcoz the tempered glass is damaged but what about the initial offer of 3d vr headset.
        Amazon says they are helpless bcoz there is no offer now. How funny.

          I have ordered redmi y1, but received duos s2 in the package, and i had also made the payment by cod. They said they will return the product but i am complaining since 11th december but today is 15 the december but no has come for return pick up. Daily i have to call 5-6 times but no result found. This is disgusting o[censored] people. All the time u said it's courier team fault.

            I have returned an item in amazon because it was not as i expected. They have come and taken the item the next day itself. Also after few days i received a message that the refund amount has been credited in my bank account but it is not credited in my account and also not shown in amazon app status. The screenshots are attached here. Kindly do the needful.

            I had ordered Nike shoes worth 3795, and received a used shoe.which was of different brand..! It was a gift never expected Amazon to do this.. !I have request for a return and refund hope they refund it Asap!!!

                I had ordered a crompton heater from amazon in last week. Before placing the order, we had called amazon to confirm if free installation service would be provided by the company. We got a confirmation that the company people
                Would come for installation of the product. But now they are refusing to do so. Now

                    I'd like to bring to your notice that, it seems there is lot of false cases are happening.

                    I've booked an item from Amazon in last month Order#[protected]. It was suppose to get deliver by 9th Dec. When i tried to followup calling Amazon customer care IVR says refer application available options. There is no other way to connect to customer care, do let me know if you want listen recorded audios with time.

                    Frau By DTDC Courier : I'm drafting this email because Tracking Number# Z39981374.

                    The above said couer from Amazon i was suppose to receive by DTDC courier, but their deliver boy have gave this Or not to any other entity and false status has been updated by the courier company/ Delivery Boy. Not sure who have done this fraud.

                    Customer care of DTDC does not responding, hence i'm drafting this email to all of you.

                    If not received any response or logical conclusion, i believe i'll be taking this to higher level. Might involve POlice complaint. This is not about a small courier Or item. BUt this is about trust on process. Vice versa i wanted to bring this to everyone's notice about this background true picture.

                        I placed an order with amazon india on 9-dec-2017 and when i tried to track the shipment, i was informed that the seller has not provided the tracking details but it has been shipped on 9-dec-2017. I was asked to contact the seller via email through amazon complaint portal on 10-dec-2017 wherein i had asked for the tracking details and received an email from amazon stating that within 2 business days i will receive a response from the seller. It was so sad and shocking that even after 4 days i didn't receive any reply to the email nor the tracking details.
                        When i contacted amazon india, the representative ms. Jonajenifer s was not only rude but was trying to support the seller by saying that i had to wait till may be 20th dec. To receive the item or wanted to know if i wanted to cancel the order after waiting for almost 1 week for the query as to why the seller didn't reply to me even after 4 days. Instead of providing me a resolution she went on to say that amazon doesn't have any tracking details as the seller has not provided it to amazon either. She even went to the extent of saying that i could report her rude behavior with the supervisor when i asked to talk to high official.
                        When i spoke with the supervisor (Female), she told me that she would call up the seller and provide me with the tracking details and after an hour or so i received an email which amazon had sent to the seller asking him to get in touch with me and till now there is no response from the seller bapistore nor the tracking details from amazon so far.
                        Having paid the amount i feel cheated and harassed both by the seller and amazon india. I am given to understand that the seller seems to feel that he is giving me the product free of cost and he can take the liberty of dispatching it at his leisure and not provide the tracking details. I am sure that the seller has not even dispatched the product even after almost 1 week and both the seller and amazon are trying to hide this info. From me and that is why they are unable to provide me with the tracking details.
                        It is so sad and unfortunate that having paid the amount i had to wait to receive the product from this kind of seller who i feel thinks that he is my boss and has the feeling that he can cheat and harass the customers in this way.
                        I will have to may be go legally and report this in all the media including fb, twitter etc. For cheating and harassing me both by the seller bapistore and amazon india.

                          On 21/09/2017 i had ordered tcl 81.28 cm tv from shopping site amazon. At that time amazon was offering 10% cashback on purchase through hdfc debit card. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account upto 1st dec, 2017 but till today i haven't received cash back in my bank account. My order id was[protected]. Please take actions towards amazon as many customers like me are harrased because of this.

                            I have recharged my jio number on 15th november, 2017. Till now i have not got rs. 99 cashback from amazon as i have done the recharge through amazon pay and also i was then a new amazon pay user. I have contacted amazon customer care several times, they have taken request for this cashback atleast twice but till now it has not credited into my account.

                              On the day of 12th nov 2017. I got a sms from my hdfc bank saying that, amazon prime membership has raised an debit request of 716.14rs towards card validation. I actually didn't check as i was busy with my office works and again on 12th dec 2017 i got same sms from hdfc bank saying that amazon prime membership has raised a debit request of 708 rs towards card validation. This time i clearly checked my balance in hdfc credit card and was shocked to see deduction was actually happened. I tried to contact amazon india and they told that i need to check with amazon.com. When i contacted amazon.com they asked me to check with amazon.in. This guys are playing with me and charging me every month. Please raise a complaint on amazon india and i want to legally raise a serious complaint on amazon india. Please don't spare this cheaters

                                This is regarding the order i had ordered from amazon with order id order#[protected], i had ordered an utensils rack but to my surprise, i received an entirely different order which is not acceptable. What is this happening in amazon services??? Cant they verify what is ordered by customer and what is being shipped to the customer?                                   I am writing this email after sending so many emails to Amazon about a fraud with regards to my refund which they didnt honor. I ordered a Redmi 4 on 06.10.2017 against the ORDER NUMBER:[protected] INVOICE NUMBER: HYD8-11195 ORDER DATE: 06.10.2017 INVOICE DETAILS: TG-HYD[protected]
                                  INVOICE DATE: 06.10.2017 and paid a cash of Rs. 9499/- on delivery but as the i complained that the mobile was not detecting the charger, i was asked to return the mobile and offered an exchange, which i agreed and returned the mobile after few days. The shipment slip is attached herewith.

                                  I was sent a replacement mobile under the Order Number:[protected] Invoice Number: BOM4-48453 Order Date: 16.10.2017 Invoice Details: MH-BOM[protected] which i received on 26.10.2017. But as the mobile had heating issues, i called up the customer service and an engineer was sent to check the same and he gave me a service report on 07.11.2017 and approved the mobile for refund. (The service call report is also attached herewith).
                                  On 08.11.2017, the mobile was collected by an agent Mr. Pradip Yadav, who signed and gave me in writing with his mobile no. that he is collecting it from me, as he didnt have the acknowledgement. (I have attached his confirmation letter as well for your reference alongwith his colleague who came in to pickup)

                                  I have been following up since then about the refund ever since, but after a month i was informed that since the mobile was not there inside the box, i cant get a refund.
                                  I called up and spoke to Mr. Pradip Yadav, the pick up guy from the distribution center M/s. BOM-T, Akruli Industrial Estate, Shop no. 4, Kandivali East, Mumbai about the same and he said, it was collected an handed over at the BOM-T office and also sent me a screenshot of it which is also attached herewith.

                                  His manager Mr. Raja Nadar (Mob [protected]) said we collected it and sent it across to the warehouse in Hyderabad and that our job is over. I have sent the recording of both the conversation to one of the amazon advisor, Mr. Nilesh and attaching the same again.
                                  Having said all this, now i got to hear a completely new story from your end that i never paid for the mobile and hence there is no question of a refund.
                                  I never expected this from AMAZON company to stoop so low.

                                  How is it possible that i will be sent a mobile on 06.10.2017, let me use it for a week, approve a refund, deliver a replacement and approve the second time exchange, ALL OF THIS WITHOUT COLLECTING A SINGLE PENNY????? ITS PROVED NOW HOW THE BUSINESS IS RUN AND WHATS THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS.

                                  For my surprise, i do not see the order i placed earlier and your advisor Nilesh informing me that the original order was not placed at all so no question of a replacement. I am now completely convinced that someone inside thecompany is very smartly manipulating with the system and fooling and cheating your loyal customers without a slightest hint or everyone pretty much are involved in this loot. My mobile was blocked from receiving calls, the first order details were removed as informed by your advisor Mr. Nilesh and i am being taken for a royal ride.

                                  Please find here attached all the documentary proofs for this and humbly request you to kindly look into this and help me in this regard.

                                    Amazon Sold the Prodcut More than a MRP.                                       I bought milton thermosteel flask from amazon.in it was delivered on 18 august... As it is not serving the purpose coz it cannot keep hot soup, water or any liquid warm till 24 hours. With in 3 hours liquid comes to normal temperature.. Kindly replace it.. Or fix it.. Even i have complaint to milton as well. But they dint support for this either. I have registered complaint on [protected]@hamiltonindia.in. My amazon.in order #[protected]. This product generally have one year warranty. I want amazon people to contact with milton and convey my problem to them, as they are not replying on their toll free number and mails too.

                                        They did not responded my query and disconnected the chat within 30 seconds by saying idle for 2 minutes and the product was returned earlier and did not received my refund. Really need my refund. Please help me.
