Ordered cell phone from amazon and while started using it found that its defective piece. When i reach to amazon they asked me reach out cell phone company as it is under warranty. After discussion, got to know that this cell phone is no more in manufacturing so they can't fix it under warranty. So i need my refund as i got the defective piece. My simple advise is make sure before selling any product online so customer defective can't get on sell.

    I have ordered a laptop battery worth rs.1953 on july, 03 from amazon india (www.amazon.in). after receiving the product it worked for 3 days then it stopped working so i returned that product on july, 15 and asked for refund. They asked to do self return and they will pay back the courier charges so i paid extra 500 rupees for courier. The refund got failed and they are saying that they have reinitiated the refund. But it has been more than 4 months, they are giving the same response. I am fed with their executives and it's like mental torture. So please take necessary action.

      I have sold my mobile to amazon And on 12th nov, Delivery boy of amazon picked Up And told that with in 7 working days i receive my amount or product and i was able to track Mobile And after one week i received msg that product is Not delivered And in 2-4 business working days i receive my product but till now i didnt received Product
      I have lost lot of customers from Olx and cashify and now iam not getting any offers from customers And i have Not received my mobile either.

      In amazon rules its clearly mentioned that if product is not delivered In 15 days i receive amount but that too Not happened

      without any intimation they have not even called or mailed me And telling that i have not updated And closed the case

      Kindly check and plz do needful

        I have ordered philips 3 jar vertical mixer grinder before dipawali it was damaged then i returned it and i claimed for refund. They have send cheque but it also doesnt reached home and my refund was genetrated on 6 nov but i have not received my refund money till now. Please help me to get my refund back. They have also blocked my no so i am unable to contact them also. Help me please

        I have purchased one f&d music player through amazon but company provided me wrong item then i loged complaint through customer care, they told to me kindly return the item company will pay full amount, but wrightnow i have received only cheque of 100 rs. the speed post charge is rs 519 so kindly return my remaining amount as early as possible

          Ordered on 1 november 2017 order#[protected]

          I have ordered sennheiser pc 8 over-ear usb voip headphone with mic (Black) 2 items on 1st nov 2017 in 4400.00 from amazon but it was not compatible for me so i returned both item by confirming refund with amazon agent. But i received return for only 1 item as 2200.00.
          I called 4 times to amazon customer care and every time they just commits that the refund will credited in next 24 hours to your account.

          Now today (30th nov 2017) 5th time i have called amazon person and told the same thing, he holds me for 2 minute and said refund will not issued because the product was found damaged at our warehouse? I relly shocked on this statement and after month they are taking side like this...

          I have returned both product in well packed condition also the agent who came to pickup has checked both products and then taken without any query!!!

          So today how this agent can say the product was damaged?

          Please help me...

            Hello, my name is shraddha. I ordered 2 kurti's on 9th oct 17. On 25th oct 17 i got sms that your two items returned for some reasons & will refund you. I did online payment method. Then again i got sms about refund of one item. I got only 1 item refund & other item is still showing dispatched. Now its almost 45days completing but i didnt get my refund. I am requesting you to check my order id & refund my money as soon as possible & also check about that item. I hope i will get my refund very soon. Order id[protected].

                My amazon order no.[protected].
                I have placed this order by last 21st of nov, 17 & it was reached to be before 24th of nov, 17. But on 22nd of nov, 17, i got a sms from amazon that i will get my package by 27th of nov, 17. Then i track my courier on 25th of nov, 17 & as per amazon app tracking, my courier was in my city but still i didn't recd. It up to 27th of nov, 17 (As it was a birthday gift for by dear one whose birthday was on by last 27th of nov).
                On 27th of nov i started calling amazon customer care & they assure that it will reach me within next 2 hour but it didn't. I call them number of time but all the time i they confirmed that i will get it by same day but during my last call to them i asked them to share amazon courier service address & contact no. Of gurugram (Where my courier was lying from last two days in my city) so that i collect my courier myself but they refuse & said that they didnt have address & contact no. Of amazon courier & even said that now i will get my courier up to 29th of nov, 17 & disconnect the call from their side (Customer care executive said that as it is their policy that if courier do not reach within specified time then they can take further two more days to deliver).

                Today i again check my package on amazon app now it is showing that my courier will reach to me by 1st of dec, 17. (04 days delay from deadline)
                Again i call on customer care & again asked about address & contact no. Then their executive provide me amazon courier service detail very easily.
                I found that if customer care executive could help me by giving courier service address then why he refuse to help me.
                Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I had cancelled an order from amazon about five days ago and received an updation from them that my refund money has been processed successfully but, the money has not yet been credited to my account.
                The refund amount is 299rs and the refund reference number is745370.
                Kindly look into the matter.

                  This is arun vivin from chennai i’m a one of the amazon customer. Our family keep doing many of purchases in amazon. So we plan to celebrate my baby 2nd year birthday so planned to celebrate theme based celebrations so we decided mona theme based so far we placed oreded mono toy in amazon.
                  After long days back we have received courier from amazon day before yesaterdayz. We shocked after we opened that because on that parcel nothing in there just mt box i have attached that in this mail please check.

                      I have ordered 1 lakme lip crayon and an auslese card holder.. The total amount amounting to 734 which i paid through amazon pay balance to get rs. 75 cash back..2 days before the estimated date i received texts in the morning that both my orders are out for delivery.. After sometime i received my lip crayon and received a delivered message about it. However my card holder never came and at night i got a delivered message regarding that too..
                      I called up customer care twice asking the reason as to why my paid item didn't arrive.. They explained about some technicalities and that they have forwarded emails to some departments and added that they do not converse with the courier department.. Everything is online.
                      I need an explanation for this.. They are neither giving me a refund nor are they delivering the item which is an extreme necessity for me as it is to given to someone else.
                      Such an ill experience i had for the first time.. Please look into the matter asap.

                              Amazon is a fraud and cheater.
                              They took back the product 45 days back and did not return the money till date.
                              I tried calling several time over customer service and i was told, it will be refunded soon.
                              I waited for 45 days and today when i call them again and raise the concern
                              They blocked my number and also blocked my account from chat.
                              In past i have sent email too on the issuse but no feedback so far.

                                On 24th of november 2017 i ordered one plus 5t in preview sale from amazon. On 27th of november 2017, the order was received. However on opening the box we found out that we received a packet of glucon-d nicely packed within the box with bill of one plus 5t. Upon contacting customer care they are terrible with reply and gave routine answer to conduct a inquiry instead of really solving the problem. For a commoner like me 32998 is a big money and company like amazon are cheating on commoner like me. Kindly help to get my money or my mobile.

                                  As i purchased a product from amazon.in after 8 days i received a e-mail message that your product has been cancelled by you which i did not do.
                                  I called customer service they said that it was cancelled by courier service but it still shows in tracking of product.
                                  As i purchased the product for 12 rupees for 12 items.
                                  I received invoice and a estimated date as 20-24 nov 2017.
                                  But received a cancellation message.
                                  As it was amazons error that of listing their product.
                                  Even before placing order i notified about this.

                                    I had placed a order (Order no.[protected] for one piece of lifelong power pro plus llmg03 750-watt mixer grinder with 3 jars on 14.12.2017 which was delivered to me on 17.10.2017 and i paid rs. 1798=00 through sbi debit card. But due to some problem in the mixer grinder i return this order on 18.10.2017 which was received by amazon on 21.10.2017.in turn refund of rs. 1798=00 was issued on 18.10.2017 but till date refund has not been credited in my account from which money was paid for this order.

                                      My amazon order number[protected].. I have sent this item back via courier to the seller on address which the amazon has given me in my account. This is an old order. I have requested return of this item as soon as i have received this item. But they couldn't provide me the pick up from my home. And i didn't have idea about address to which i can send this. Amazon representative kept saying that they have transfered refund amount to my bank account but i don't get it yet in my bank account. Before 7 days i just checked my account and found address so i have sent the item via courier. But still no any reply from amazon or seller or dealer. And i am getting panic about my refund. This is the worst experience from amazon..

                                        We recently made a purchase on amazon for bigapple trolley. It was sold by tools centre. We received a totally different product.

                                        On contacting bigapple, we got to know that they do not manufacture this product that we had received.

                                        We have attached photo of the trolley we received and also of the one that we ordered.
