When i opened the packet i found that there were 2 phone boxes in that packet - one was redmi y1 lite of rs 6998 and another was redmi y1 32 gb of rs 8998. The redmi y1 lite was fully
Sealed packed but the redmi y1 32 gb was not sealed packet, its outer plastic wrapping was opened and also the one of the two seal of the phone box was opened and it was then
Pasted by fevicol, it was clearly visible that the box was pasted with fevicol and it was also light weighted, so i called amazon instantly and they transferred my call to investigation team, then they
Asked me about the problem i told them everything then they asked me to open that packet on the call itself, i said them no i wont open as may be later they will doubt on me, but they forced
Me to open the packet on call so i tried to open packet but as it was so hardly pasted with fevicol that i needed to use knife to open the packet (I also have the video proof of this -
I was making video while talking to amazon cc), when i opened the packet i found that there was lifeboy soap and there was no phone as well as data cable, the box contained only charger
Adapter, then they forced me to open another phone box which i received with same packet, so i opened that also during call (Video available) and it was fine, redmi y1 lite was
Already sealed packed and when i opened it then the box was ok, everything was there. So amazon agent registered my complained for this fraud, also i called that delivery boy instantly
But his no. Was switched off that time, also the box packing which i received was properly taped from outside but when i saw from inside there was a mark of fevicol pasting inside the
Cardboard box packing so it was pretty clear that someone has already opened the box with some trick and stolen phone from inside and then pasted using fevicol and delivered

Done and they says that the packed was completely delivered to me hence they close this case. How can you do that amazon? I here had received an empty box and my 9000 rs

As per the investigation reports generated unfortunately we will not be able to issue you any replacement or refund for this product.
We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier and we got the confirmation that the package has been delivered successfully to the provided address.
Moreover the warehouse has confirmed that the order was complete when it left our fulfillment center and the courier has confirmed that the package was intact when it was delivered to you.
Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.
I would like to confirm that we won't be able to assist any further on this issue.

I am really in trouble right now, i cannot bear this much loss. Please someone help me, i don't know weather this fraud was done by the packing side or from the delivery boy side but i received soap in the box, i also have video proof. Please help me what should i do now, and how will i get my money back.
