I had ordered 1 one plus 5 t mobile on amazon and prepaid for said order.
Order number was :[protected]. The said product was sent through courier service e com express. Oon the day of delivery, the delivery boy couldnt deliver the product as there was some otp for their courier delivery sytem which was to be sent on my mobile number. Since the number mentioned on amazon shipping address was old one and not working, otp was not getting generated and as such courier service didnt deliver the product. On contacting amazon customer care and officials, it was confirmed that my new number was updated, but still i was not getting any otp. At last since i was not getting the product and non delivery on part of e com express, i had to cancel the order. Since there was no option online for cancelling the order, i had to put an telecom request for order cancellation and refund. I was assured of order cancellation nad refund telephonically as wellas in mail 3 days ago. However on checking amazon website and e com express, it was confirmed that order is yet to be cancelled and hence no refund has been made. I have lodged many complaints with amazon customer care, but to no avail.

It was file on 18- Nov still no pick up has been scheduled.
