Hi, i have purchase some goods from amazon and i returned it as they were very low quality material in month of oct 2017. Then i requested amazon to transfer that amount to my bank account.
Amazon said within 7-10 days you will get amount. However, even after 2 and half months i have not received my amount into my bank account, even after sending thousand mails still getting same answer that, within 7-10 days you will get amount into your bank account.

Amazon fooling their customers and uses customers money. This is ridiculous. Shame on you amazon.

    I placed and order and cancelled the same with amazon on 1st dec and they mentioned that refund is processed on 3rd dec. However the amount is not credited into my bank account till now. After enquiring with citibank they are asking me arn number which amazon is not able to provide.

    I am continuously following up with amazon and citibank on this and really pissed off by the same reply i get every time. Is there a way to get it resolved?

    Please resolve it at the earliest.

        Customer harassment : i booked sandisk ultra dual 64gb usb 3.0 otg pen drive (Gold) 2 times and after some time of booking, my order is canceled. May be less price. But it is not customer fault. If you are not have products on providing rates then why u offer it and why order confirmed, and now once you confirmed my order its your responsibility to execute my order weather its in loss because i accepted what you offer.

              I am feed up from your service. You are having worst service. I send you a mail daily regarding the same issue and you people just making me fool by providing same information that you have to arrange return yourself. I am creating a daily pickup request but no one came to collect package and i am frustrated now. I am going to post all these conversation on social media that how you people making fool of customers. When i ordered then it's your responsibility to deliver item properly and if the item is damaged then it should be your responsibility to return or compensate with customer rather then sending so many mails. Please deliver my other product and same time you get the old product back.

                The parcel arrived two days before the mentioned time. The delivery boy did not call before arriving at home. I wasn't at home and family member at home was not ready with the cash.
                The delivery boy called and started shouting and threatening me that i should come back to home and collect parcel now or he would cancel it. I told him to come next day as i was out of town on that day.
                He refused for even 2nd attempt.
                Harassment by delivery boy is not acceptable. Please see to this behaviour.

                    Amazon sold me a lenovo tab without any manufacturer warranty inspite of claiming that the product has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I have been calling them since last three months to resolve my issue. First you sold me a product without any warranty which i didn't know at the time of purchasing. Then it stopped working in 3 months. Now when i am contacting you guys over the phone, you are just telling me one thing - 'we will get back to you soon'. Its been over 3 months now that i have waiting for you to resolve my issue. Instead of trusting flipkart, i bought my tab from amazon simply because i thought amazon was a real company with customer friendly services. How much i regret trusting you guys. Amazon is a fraud company. Please stay away from amazon. Call me immediately on [protected] to talk to me. Find the bill of the tab that i bought from you in the attachment.

                      I had ordered 1 one plus 5 t mobile on amazon and prepaid for said order.
                      Order number was :[protected]. The said product was sent through courier service e com express. Oon the day of delivery, the delivery boy couldnt deliver the product as there was some otp for their courier delivery sytem which was to be sent on my mobile number. Since the number mentioned on amazon shipping address was old one and not working, otp was not getting generated and as such courier service didnt deliver the product. On contacting amazon customer care and officials, it was confirmed that my new number was updated, but still i was not getting any otp. At last since i was not getting the product and non delivery on part of e com express, i had to cancel the order. Since there was no option online for cancelling the order, i had to put an telecom request for order cancellation and refund. I was assured of order cancellation nad refund telephonically as wellas in mail 3 days ago. However on checking amazon website and e com express, it was confirmed that order is yet to be cancelled and hence no refund has been made. I have lodged many complaints with amazon customer care, but to no avail.

                              I have bought this product in november 2017 and it delivered by 24 of november 2017. Although i have bought a pair of secret closet sneaker too in november before i placed the above order and i placed order to return the secret closet sneaker and on the same day placed order for maddy white super x sport shoes. After a day or two my order came but the shoe size was not correct so i placed return order for these shoes also after one or two days delivery guy from amazon came for the return and my mother ask him that if she gave him both the package so he said yes and my mother gave him both but i got the return payment of only secret closet sneakers.                                 Every time i purchase product with my hsbc credit card i am facing issue. Last time i have purchased an iphone se which i cancelled before receiving the phone. Amazon mailed me that my amount is refunded but in hsbc credit i was charged i complaint to hsbc they told me that amazon did not returned the money. Yesterday that is 101th dec 2017. I have purchased a honor 8 perl white phone with my same hsbc credit card and i got message today morning that the product will be shipped by today, in the afternoon i received a mail that my order is cancelled and i complaint to hsbc that my product is cancelled as hsbc did not approve the transaction with in 24 hours. Hsbc replied to me that the transaction in been approved. No i am again charged for the product which i am not going to receive and is been charged. Now the fault is either hsbc's or amazon, but i would both of them to solve this issue, is this a joke playing with customers money. I have complaint the same to hsbc with the mail i have received from amazon, same i would like amazon to solve the issue, this is the second time i have faced this issue.

                                My order No[protected] in Amazon. I ordered a demand on 2 Dec 17 after getting attract by display image of product. I received my parcel on 8th of Dec 17 but it is totally different from display image.
                                Ordered 'Disano Pure Olive Oil, 500ml' on 07.12.2017 through Amazon Pay Balance.
                                On 11.12.2017, the status shown at 6.29pm that the item delivered to direct to Customer without deliver it to me.
                                Youve taken a lot off peoples money without there knowing including mine. hope it comes and bites you in the arse. waiting for your FALL

                                  I got a message from the hdfc back credit card saying "amazonprime membership has raised a debit request for rs.6906.03 on[protected]:13:20:56 on your hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx towards card validation".

                                  I contacted the amazon.in curstoermer service firstly they told me contact amazon.com service. So again contacted.com service over chat they spent some time and asked me all the details, finally they told me its not related to our service contact amazon.in.

                                  Again i contacted amazon.in service and they asked me all the details and i told all the details, finally they told me that its not related to our service and contact amzon.com.

                                  So, they are wasting my time and no one giving proper solution.

                                  Got a call from +91-[protected] and he says calling from amazon payment support and asked for the card to refund the amount. I said the card details to him by I thinking they will refund the amount, But that person did debit transactions on this card twice and asked the otp I said blindly. Its my fault. That person called only after I registered compliant in this site.

                                    I ordered a black leather jacket from amazon site on 5 dec. 2017 and my order id is[protected]. Today they delivered to me pieces of old ugly clothes. Before that, i ordered two jackets but both of jackets are wrong size and colour. I have an issue with given order id product, amazon sent me pieces of clothes in the packet. They waste my time and money. I want my compensation again my time. And want a replacement for my product. But amazon agents denied me that they neither give me the replacement or nor give me any compensation.

                                    They waste my time only. Since one month they waste my time only and I cancelled my order and mention why did I cancel my order. and reverse pickup was scheduled for yesterday. and Amazon courier agent told me there was no information given to him by the company that Why I did Cancel my product. So he cancels my reverse pick up and asks me to talk with Customer Care and rescheduled the reverse pickup. For the cancellation, I already mention there Why I did Cancel My product. But Company did not mention the reason to Courier agent. This Amazon company is the fucking site. They only waste time and money of peoples. Kindly take a right action against the company. They did not call me for the issue.

                                      Hello team,

                                      As per my discussion with your customer care executives, order #[protected]Philips avent 2-in-1 electric steam steriliser (Multicolor) is eligible for return as its not mention its non-returnable product on amazon website.

                                      We have already contact the seller after the second day of the product's delivery and your team is taking long time to respond so its not my fault.

                                      The product is itself faulty and not working as expected which is seller fault only.

                                      Now either return my money or change the product.
