Sir i had purchased a product from amzon of worth rs719. Unfortunately i could not pick my product, it reversed to amzon, they refunded me that amount in break as i had paid it in break (87 by amzon pay balance and 632 by debit card). Amount of rs87, i have received already but rs 632 which has been refunded in my account by 18th dec, still not refunded in my account. Regarding this i have contacted amzon 7-8 times and my bank 3-4 times, but still my refund not credited in my account. Amazon saying we can not help you more as we alreadyhave transfered money in your account, by using reference code you sholud contact bank but bank saying its amzon issue, so amazon should contact us, we can not help you by using reference code. I am completly stucked between bank and amazon... Please take proper action regarding amzon so i colud get my refund as soon as possible... Thanks so much.
