If your luck is good than you found right product otherwise you fix a trap make in amazon that specially made for product return and refund made customers...
Amazon tie up and join hands with rubbish seller because 10/ rupee product amazon sells 300/rs... If customer able to check amazon fraud product and found amazon product is worst than amazon start their tactics to give customers harassmental threat...
Amazon creates a sweet executive talk to the customers after that amazon demanding 5 star rating and after that amazon makes your return and your refund like a drama and we are victims

*अगर हमारी किस्मत अच्छी हुईं तो सही product मिल जाता है, इसका क्रेडिट amazon को नहीं जाता है
*amazon और seller मिले होते हैं, 10 रुपये की चीज़ को 300 मे बेचते हैं, और discount कह कर 1000 रुपये की चीज़ 300 रुपये में देते हैं, लेकिन वो होती 10 रुपये की ही है l
*अगर आप product वापस करते हो, क्योंकि आप को मालूम है कि amazon की वेबसाइट पर ऐसा product नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है, जैसा घटिया क्वालिटी का product amazon ने भेजा है
*इसके बाद शुरू होती है आपकी मानसिक प्रताड़ना जो amazon के एक्जीक्यूटिव को बहुत अच्छी तरह से सिखाई जाती है l

जबकि आप पहले ही दिन से amazon pay में money मांग रहे हो, फिर भी amazon ऐसा करता है, सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ मानसिक प्रताड़ना के लिए... To be continued

My name is sandeep katariya, i m amazon customer, you provide me a mental harassment with your disaster company policy. I suffered from 1dec. 2017... I regular calling your customer care, but every company representative provide me a wrong information and after that they says sir give us 5 star rating feedback. What is this rubbish kind of feedback? I want my refund at amazon pay from starting, but you play a game with me and your executive, every executive telling me a different kind of story of my refund... I ve all conversation recording of your executive...
I refuesed the cheque that you issue me, why u issuing me a cheque, i pay you cash and i want my money in amazon pay from starting...
I will go to consumer forum and attached your executive conversation recording... Amazon trying customer is a fool and you apply sell your worst products with different kind of tactics
You would refund my money, but case is amazon trying customers fool and you sell worst products in your website that you show website not same in original in hang only 10%

You r not answering me the right way,
You provide me a harass mental threats

*received product - micromax canvas 5 e481 back cover aldivo 1 december, after an hour i return product complaint, and add my money in amazon pay balance
*2 december early morning, i gave amazon worst product to your pickup boy
*4 december refund clear
*till date no refund in my account

    I placed an order with amazon india on 9-dec-2017 and when i tried to track the shipment, i was informed that the seller has not provided the tracking details but it has been shipped on 9-dec-2017. I was asked to contact the seller via email through amazon complaint portal on 10-dec-2017 wherein i had asked for the tracking details and received an email from amazon stating that within 2 business days i will receive a response from the seller. It was so sad and shocking that even after 4 days i didn't receive any reply to the email nor the tracking details.
    When i contacted amazon india, the representative ms. Jonajenifer s was not only rude but was trying to support the seller by saying that i had to wait till may be 20th dec. To receive the item or wanted to know if i wanted to cancel the order after waiting for almost 1 week for the query as to why the seller didn't reply to me even after 4 days. Instead of providing me a resolution she went on to say that amazon doesn't have any tracking details as the seller has not provided it to amazon either. She even went to the extent of saying that i could report her rude behavior with the supervisor when i asked to talk to high official.
    When i spoke with the supervisor (Female), she told me that she would call up the seller and provide me with the tracking details and after an hour or so i received an email which amazon had sent to the seller asking him to get in touch with me and till now there is no response from the seller bapistore nor the tracking details from amazon so far.
    Having paid the amount i feel cheated and harassed both by the seller and amazon india. I am given to understand that the seller seems to feel that he is giving me the product free of cost and he can take the liberty of dispatching it at his leisure and not provide the tracking details. I am sure that the seller has not even dispatched the product even after almost 1 week and both the seller and amazon are trying to hide this info. From me and that is why they are unable to provide me with the tracking details.
    It is so sad and unfortunate that having paid the amount i had to wait to receive the product from this kind of seller who i feel thinks that he is my boss and has the feeling that he can cheat and harass the customers in this way.
    I will have to may be go legally and report this in all the media including fb, twitter etc. For cheating and harassing me both by the seller bapistore and amazon india.

      On 21/09/2017 i had ordered tcl 81.28 cm tv from shopping site amazon. At that time amazon was offering 10% cashback on purchase through hdfc debit card. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account upto 1st dec, 2017 but till today i haven't received cash back in my bank account. My order id was[protected]. Please take actions towards amazon as many customers like me are harrased because of this.

        I have recharged my jio number on 15th november, 2017. Till now i have not got rs. 99 cashback from amazon as i have done the recharge through amazon pay and also i was then a new amazon pay user. I have contacted amazon customer care several times, they have taken request for this cashback atleast twice but till now it has not credited into my account.

          Hello,
          On the day of 12th nov 2017. I got a sms from my hdfc bank saying that, amazon prime membership has raised an debit request of 716.14rs towards card validation. I actually didn't check as i was busy with my office works and again on 12th dec 2017 i got same sms from hdfc bank saying that amazon prime membership has raised a debit request of 708 rs towards card validation. This time i clearly checked my balance in hdfc credit card and was shocked to see deduction was actually happened. I tried to contact amazon india and they told that i need to check with amazon.com. When i contacted amazon.com they asked me to check with amazon.in. This guys are playing with me and charging me every month. Please raise a complaint on amazon india and i want to legally raise a serious complaint on amazon india. Please don't spare this cheaters

            This is regarding the order i had ordered from amazon with order id order#[protected], i had ordered an utensils rack but to my surprise, i received an entirely different order which is not acceptable. What is this happening in amazon services??? Cant they verify what is ordered by customer and what is being shipped to the customer? Please call me immediately on my no [protected] to get this sorted out asap.

              Dear Sir,
              I am writing this email after sending so many emails to Amazon about a fraud with regards to my refund which they didnt honor. I ordered a Redmi 4 on 06.10.2017 against the ORDER NUMBER:[protected] INVOICE NUMBER: HYD8-11195 ORDER DATE: 06.10.2017 INVOICE DETAILS: TG-HYD[protected]
              INVOICE DATE: 06.10.2017 and paid a cash of Rs. 9499/- on delivery but as the i complained that the mobile was not detecting the charger, i was asked to return the mobile and offered an exchange, which i agreed and returned the mobile after few days. The shipment slip is attached herewith.

              I was sent a replacement mobile under the Order Number:[protected] Invoice Number: BOM4-48453 Order Date: 16.10.2017 Invoice Details: MH-BOM[protected] which i received on 26.10.2017. But as the mobile had heating issues, i called up the customer service and an engineer was sent to check the same and he gave me a service report on 07.11.2017 and approved the mobile for refund. (The service call report is also attached herewith).
              On 08.11.2017, the mobile was collected by an agent Mr. Pradip Yadav, who signed and gave me in writing with his mobile no. that he is collecting it from me, as he didnt have the acknowledgement. (I have attached his confirmation letter as well for your reference alongwith his colleague who came in to pickup)

              I have been following up since then about the refund ever since, but after a month i was informed that since the mobile was not there inside the box, i cant get a refund.
              I called up and spoke to Mr. Pradip Yadav, the pick up guy from the distribution center M/s. BOM-T, Akruli Industrial Estate, Shop no. 4, Kandivali East, Mumbai about the same and he said, it was collected an handed over at the BOM-T office and also sent me a screenshot of it which is also attached herewith.

              His manager Mr. Raja Nadar (Mob [protected]) said we collected it and sent it across to the warehouse in Hyderabad and that our job is over. I have sent the recording of both the conversation to one of the amazon advisor, Mr. Nilesh and attaching the same again.
              Having said all this, now i got to hear a completely new story from your end that i never paid for the mobile and hence there is no question of a refund.
              I never expected this from AMAZON company to stoop so low.

              How is it possible that i will be sent a mobile on 06.10.2017, let me use it for a week, approve a refund, deliver a replacement and approve the second time exchange, ALL OF THIS WITHOUT COLLECTING A SINGLE PENNY????? ITS PROVED NOW HOW THE BUSINESS IS RUN AND WHATS THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS.

              For my surprise, i do not see the order i placed earlier and your advisor Nilesh informing me that the original order was not placed at all so no question of a replacement. I am now completely convinced that someone inside thecompany is very smartly manipulating with the system and fooling and cheating your loyal customers without a slightest hint or everyone pretty much are involved in this loot. My mobile was blocked from receiving calls, the first order details were removed as informed by your advisor Mr. Nilesh and i am being taken for a royal ride.

              Please find here attached all the documentary proofs for this and humbly request you to kindly look into this and help me in this regard.

                I Booked Lenovo Vibe K5 through Amazon on 07.12.2017 Paid Rs.7850 through HDFC Bank Prior to the Delivery, Received the Mobile on 12.012.2017.I was shocked to see the Price of the Product is Rs.7499 .

                Amazon Sold the Prodcut More than a MRP. I complained to Amazon Customer service through Phone, Chat & Email.I requested to refund my full amount &Take back the Phone.Amazon Agreed to collect the phone and Refund my Money.Today they refused to refund my hard Earn Money.IT IS A DAY ROBBERY BY AMAZON.

                  I bought milton thermosteel flask from amazon.in it was delivered on 18 august... As it is not serving the purpose coz it cannot keep hot soup, water or any liquid warm till 24 hours. With in 3 hours liquid comes to normal temperature.. Kindly replace it.. Or fix it.. Even i have complaint to milton as well. But they dint support for this either. I have registered complaint on [protected]@hamiltonindia.in. My amazon.in order #[protected]. This product generally have one year warranty. I want amazon people to contact with milton and convey my problem to them, as they are not replying on their toll free number and mails too.

                      Hi, i have purchase some goods from amazon and i returned it as they were very low quality material in month of oct 2017. Then i requested amazon to transfer that amount to my bank account.
                      Amazon said within 7-10 days you will get amount. However, even after 2 and half months i have not received my amount into my bank account, even after sending thousand mails still getting same answer that, within 7-10 days you will get amount into your bank account.

                      Amazon fooling their customers and uses customers money. This is ridiculous. Shame on you amazon.

                        I placed and order and cancelled the same with amazon on 1st dec and they mentioned that refund is processed on 3rd dec. However the amount is not credited into my bank account till now. After enquiring with citibank they are asking me arn number which amazon is not able to provide.

                        I am continuously following up with amazon and citibank on this and really pissed off by the same reply i get every time. Is there a way to get it resolved?

                        Please resolve it at the earliest.

                            Customer harassment : i booked sandisk ultra dual 64gb usb 3.0 otg pen drive (Gold) 2 times and after some time of booking, my order is canceled. May be less price. But it is not customer fault. If you are not have products on providing rates then why u offer it and why order confirmed, and now once you confirmed my order its your responsibility to execute my order weather its in loss because i accepted what you offer.

                                Amazon is such a theft & fraud that they are not refinding my amount 1573 i placed order on 8th Nov and was not delivered i have called them 20+times & Mailed them they give only ans is we have raise A-Z complaint yoj will get the refund in 3-5days but they are not refunding from past 30"days order no[protected]

                                  I am feed up from your service. You are having worst service. I send you a mail daily regarding the same issue and you people just making me fool by providing same information that you have to arrange return yourself. I am creating a daily pickup request but no one came to collect package and i am frustrated now. I am going to post all these conversation on social media that how you people making fool of customers. When i ordered then it's your responsibility to deliver item properly and if the item is damaged then it should be your responsibility to return or compensate with customer rather then sending so many mails. Please deliver my other product and same time you get the old product back.

                                    The parcel arrived two days before the mentioned time. The delivery boy did not call before arriving at home. I wasn't at home and family member at home was not ready with the cash.
                                    The delivery boy called and started shouting and threatening me that i should come back to home and collect parcel now or he would cancel it. I told him to come next day as i was out of town on that day.
                                    He refused for even 2nd attempt.
                                    Harassment by delivery boy is not acceptable. Please see to this behaviour.

                                        Amazon sold me a lenovo tab without any manufacturer warranty inspite of claiming that the product has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I have been calling them since last three months to resolve my issue. First you sold me a product without any warranty which i didn't know at the time of purchasing. Then it stopped working in 3 months. Now when i am contacting you guys over the phone, you are just telling me one thing - 'we will get back to you soon'. Its been over 3 months now that i have waiting for you to resolve my issue. Instead of trusting flipkart, i bought my tab from amazon simply because i thought amazon was a real company with customer friendly services. How much i regret trusting you guys. Amazon is a fraud company. Please stay away from amazon. Call me immediately on [protected] to talk to me. Find the bill of the tab that i bought from you in the attachment.
