I recently purchased an item and received an update from amazon letting me know that my package was delayed and thus would not receive it by the promised time, if i had paid the carriers directly for that package i know i would get my money back. Each package a shipper sends is guaranteed to arrive on time or it’s free, from amazon will refund the shipping charges requested (Including ground packages
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have returned items delivered to me against my ORDER #[protected] for which status of refund is shown as Return request approved
Refund requested on: Nov 1, 2017.
But refund has not so far been received to me.
Please look in to and expedite.

    I had returned an item which arrived late and i have not been given a refund. The seller my beauty bazaar says they have not received the item. I have been chasing for 3 months now and sick of this. The amount is 1700 rs. How can i get my money back and stop others being cheated like this by amazon and its sellers. The item was a toy. The seller has not called me. Despite emailing. The item was picked up from me and they have lied in the email saying nobody was home

      I have returned this order by DTDC Courier at Bangalore. I have also send the courier slip at

      But, the receiver refuse delivery.
      I wanted to refund my courier charge Rs. 980/- at amazon,
      but they not yet given the courier charge.
      I have contacted to the amazon customer service many time but they didn't help me

          This complaint is regarding order number:[protected].
          This product was supposed to reach me by 5th december.
          I haven't received the product nor any information regarding its whereabouts.
          But i have received messages from amazon that the product was delivered to me. I have complained to amazon regarding the same multiple times, but in vain.
          Haven't received any helpful information nor assistance.
          Payment for the product was done online while placing the order.

          They said that they will try their best to make sure that such incidents do not happen with any customer in future. They refunded my amount too. But they could not tell.me what actually happened with the order.

            I did 399RS recharge on Amazon App. But I didn't receive 101RS cashback. I contacted customer service 3 times. They promised me for the cash back amount and later the voucher. But in the last chat with them, they told that they cannot give cashback and disconnected my chat. Please find the below chat conversation.

            They told I will receive it soon

            Me:Do you think I don't have any other work to chat with you guys
            You have wasted my 30 min twice
            This is the 3rd time

            As I have checked the details and came to know that the cash back amount is Rs 80 please confirm me from your end.

            As I have checked the chat on 25th Oct he said he will escalate the issue that you have not received cash back however you have never confirm before recharge that it was for pay balance or credit, debit card .
            It was wrong promise when before recharge we had confirm that you can recharge by any card you will eligible .
            First you have recharge then you have contacted here .
            Me:You people should have done this before and told me in the first time contact about not receive cash back
            Time is money man
            Vikas:So issue was escalated by pre CSA, and cash back terms and team both confirmed that the related recharge is not eligible because all the recharge cash back only when you pay via pay balance .

            Vikas:Alright we will share the feedback and this will never repeat again .

            Vikas:We understand the value however we have to follow the policy as well .

                Hi, i have ordered one items in amazon india through deabit card and my account got hold and my one order (Around rs2100 two thousand are on hold i really need to deliver fast) due to some address verification issue. Than i got email from amazon india than send as fax with bank statment. I tried to fax it several times their fax services not working fax no[protected] i tried to send email but address verifications amazon.in is even not working and getting failure notice them.                   Ordered a chair, received no acknowledgement. My capital one card was charged for it on nov 23 rd. Have not received or heard that you even got the order. Please credit my mastercard for the $149.99. Thank you respond to [protected]@gmail.com. I have never had a problem when ordering on line before. I don't know why my card got charged. Your information says you charge the day it was shipped. If so, it should have been here by now. Thank you for any information you can give me.

                      Hdfc bank not received this same amount before due date and till now not received from your side. Hdfc credit card dept letter ref. No.[protected] has charge me with heavy amount of fine. If you will show to hdfc credit card dept. You have already send or refund this amounts to bank. It is better me and bank.

                        Please help me in this case. I was online shopping form amazon two thinks (Iron & headphone).
                        1. Bajaj dx 7 1000-watt iron with order no.[protected] on 20th nov 2017.
                        2. Stuff hoods in-ear headphone with order no.[protected] and order date is 19th nov 2017.
                        Concern is that on the same time both is showing delivery on 24th nov and on 24th nov this is automatically showing 28th nov.
                        • i received a useless headphone and same day i requested return this faulty part and part is pickup on 27th nov but again this part show deliver on 04th dec but till no any update according this order no.[protected].
                        • second is iron was showing delivery on 28th nov but without delivery my order was showing delivered on given address, next day i complain according this.
                        • after complain iron next delivery plan was 4th dec but again this is showing on 8th dec 2017.
                        Please support and take action against amazon, he is waisting my time and giving me headache again and again.

                          Sir till today i have not received my order such as lyzol, veet, shoe tea, dry food, etc. Which are purchased at your online shopping sites. Though i have complained at yur customer feedback center on 2nd dec. You assured me that my items will be delivered at the earliest, but i am sorry to say that no action has been taken.                             Refund id[protected]i was thinking that amazon is having a good return back policy but it was fake promises amazon is giving to there customers. I returned my order before 20 days but still they are not returning my amount. They are telling still saying wait for 5 days. Its almost 20 days. They are doing same like snapdeal. What is an issue with amazon. Its really very frustating. Amazon is giving very bad service as like snapdeal.

                                I called 7 times to amazon. I didn't get any progress. I told them i want to return delivered defected product. But they didn't take any action. Pick boy said, he didn't get a any mail of return. And call center representative said, we mailed them. No one coming for pick up. This was my first & last order. Because i have too much bad experiance. I will never purchase any product form amazon.

                                      While i am not in favor of redmi phones. I wanted to buy one for my relative.
                                      I saw the flash sales of redmi 4 on amazon today 5-dec-2017 at noon.

                                      I looged in a few minutes before and as soon as the deal was thrown open, i added it to my cart successfully. By then the deal was about 4% claimed.

                                      So the item was successfully in my cart for checkout within next 15 minutes.

                                      However as soon as i accessed my cart i got a message that 'the item is no longer available from the seller you selected'

                                      I just recently commented this behavior by online sellers on this site only and just within 2 days of my comment i really get the same experience.

                                      See the attached screenshot. At one point it says item not available despite of successfully adding it to cart within the claimed deal and yet it also throws checkout screen. On checkout it failed though.

                                      It's clear that flash sells of amazon are ways of fooling the customers.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I had ordered shoes from amazon on 12 oct 2017 of rs 10, 020 which i had return it back on 23oct 2017 i also get the returning receipt it been about one and half month and i did not get the money back i expecting that i will get my money back soon hope that i will get respond soon about this
