Order no.[protected]. I havent got my earphone in the package "audio-technica ath clr100bk in-ear headphone (Black)" pricing rs.674.
When i complained amazon company about my issue, they said me to wait as they will be investigating the issue. But at last they said after 5 days of wait that they cannot provide me the product or refund on this product. The reason was that they delivere me the product. They are just ignoring my complain.
Please resolve my issue.

    I had returnd a pair of shoes from amazon and they wer picked up on 31st october 2017. Refund was initiated on 3rd november 2017 and till today that is 21st of november 2017 i haven’t received any refund in my bank account. The customer service department of amazon is useless. Not at all ready to give us answers. It is very frustrating.

      AMAZON INDIA charged me rs. 100 for same day delivery but product came after 4 days and that too after my complaint to customer care.

      i ordered product on 18th and it has come on 21st.

      No where on their page it was mentioned as to what is "one day delivery" and in common customer sense when they read "pay 100 and get one day delivery" means that one day from placing of order.

      However, to surprise justification of team AMAZON INDIA is that one day is counted from date of dispatch of product i.e. they can put my order pending for dispatch for days or weeks and still call it "one day delivery"
      and they do not mention or clarify this thing.

      Thus, not only there is negligence, carelessness, delay, deficiency in services, there is clear cheating and fraud by AMAZON INDIA

      I want my fees of rs 100 refunded as it was not one day delivery and also I want damages for all the mental agony and stress and delay in product and defect in services.
      Most importantly I want them to accept their fault and give apology letter as well as mention on their site clear terms about one day delivery.

        Hello, for my order #[protected] didn't receive the mobile and instead of mobile there was sponge wipes in the packet . I have opened the packet in front of delivery boy only . When I told the delivery boy he asked to checked with customer care .I have talked multiple times with CC and they told with their investigation item is already delivered. I don't know whom you have delivered . Please refund my amount or deliver the correct
        item. Hope you respond and check the issue throughly.

          I bought a set of 6 (14cm diameter) king international stainless steel bowls as per their display.
          They delivered me only 10cm dia bowls. I returned the same for replacement. But they again delivered the same bowls.
          So again i returned the same for refund of my money paidby me through hdfc cr card in oct end 2017.
          Afterwatds they did not aknowledge acceptance of return in 2nd time on nov 10 2017 and yet to refund my money.

          I bought one set of 6 (14cm) king international stainless steel bowls in oct 2017 and delivered on nov 7 2017. But i retnrd the same twice because they delivered the same of 10cm diameter in stead of 14cm as displayed in net.
          After my 2nd time return they did not send any return and refund message to me.
          So pl redress the same at the earliest.

My contact# [protected]. This cell# is mentioned on package by Panipat consignor. I need package urgently delivered by calling me before delivery.
          I have purchased a product from amazon with prepaid service but cancelled n requested to return and refund the amount to the respective account n already talked too many customer support executive lots of times but they are just saying that trying to resolve the problem but till date no effective action has been taken regarding my issue.

              I had placed an order for a blue air air purifier on amazon india on 15th nov which was fulfilled by the seller on 17th nov. On 17th nov i had requested for a cancellation and a refund because the family situation had changed and i no longer needed it. But it is a shame to see how the consumers are hassled both by amazon and the seller. I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Does the customer not have a right to change their mind and get a refund. I was tossed between the seller and amazon.
              They have refused to cancel my order. I wish i was i india and could take this further but unfortunately my parents are alone in india and i cannot let them go through this hassle.
              Its a shame.

                When the price was rs.20, 989 on their website i have ordered this with prior asking them is there any defects/new/refurbished for that product. After getting a confirmation (A new one) i have placed that order. After a week amazon itself cancelled my order from their end because of price difference and asking me to place a new order where as the price has increased to rs.25000 now. Apart from that amazon is not initiating refund of my money when the order has cancelled by them and asking me to wait for couple of days. I don't understand why they are asking me to wait now and when i am asking them mention a reason why you're holding my refund, there is no answer from them and trying to avoid my question.

                      Ordered motorola e4 using cod option. On getting the product the delivery guy said that if you pay using visa card you will get 10% cashback so was written on the box. Hence i paid through card. But after 1-2 week no cashback was credited and when i reached out amazon customer care they said the offer was expired on 31st oct. But i ordered the product on 4th nov and it was also shipped on that particular day so if the offer was expired than why was the offer mentioned on box and even if it was mentioned than why was expiry date for the same offer not mentioned on the box.. Don't try to fool the customer with false offer. Look in to these and solve this issue.. Also being a prime member hardly got any of the product delivered in 1-2 days.

                        I searched for Mi note 4 on Amazon and it shown me mi 4, that time i could not found any difference in MI note 4 and MI 4 and ordered MI4 wrongly both the phones are same in brand name and configuration, I made payment through credit card when I received the phone then I realized that phone size is smaller than what I have ordered for, I had ordered for 5.5 inch screen size but received 5.00 now I want to exchange the same but they (amazon team) are not supporting, if their site doesn't find difference between MI note 4 and MI 4 then how could I, I don't want money back just want to buy Mi note 4 of same configuration, also on box detail it is written 4gb ram but in actual showing 3.5 gb total ram and free ram 1.7 gb only, my registered id on Amazon is [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com my order no. Is[protected], it is also written there Returnable until Nov 30, 2017 but they are not even ready to exchange

                          I ordered one Bengal handloom saree from amazon.. I paid through online..when I get that one what I ordered I didn’t get that one which one price does not mach with the price .. I file the return request .. but saler is not ready to pick up the saree from my house and amazon not ready to pick up from my house ..
                          My question is why amazon advatising those items who can’t assess by amazon..
                          Payment time why amazon is not giving information it can’t be refund from door step..
                          why they are not writing they are not responsible if anything goes wrong..
                          then buyer will decide buy or not ..

                            I bought a nintendo switch from a seller named electronics adda through amazon, in early november, worth ~ rs. 30, 000.

                            I received a box with a bag of ankur salt instead.

                            Amazon refuses to replace or compensate me for the order.

                            Amazon instead suggests that i place a new order (For which they will pay the price difference). However, i cannot do this as the rs. 30k i paid is still with amazon....

                            I was delivered an empty box today that was supposed to contain 5 mini fuji films with a total value of 3599 rupees. I signed for it and then realised the box seemed light. I asked the delivery man to open it in my presence and it was empty. It was well sealed with amazon tape. I asked for my cash back i had just handed over and was told to call amazon which i did. Amazon told me that i had to wait until the 24th as they needed to launch an investigation. I was very unhappy with this policy and did not find this a satisfactory response particularly as the delivery man was in front of me and had my cash in his hand.

                              I had ordered a godrej locker and a air blower through amazon total amounting to 5298 on[protected] for which the payment was done by card. The amazon delivery guy charged me twice for the transaction saying there was a failed payment and money will be credited back to my account soon. Not taking his word for granted i called amazon customer support right away, they told the same network issue and failed payment and that the money will be credited in the next 3-4 working days. I checked on my account to see if i received the credit or not yesterday which was the 19/11/17 almost 20 days after the transaction was done or not, to no surprise i found the money had not come. I again called their customer support to check the same. They said they will work on the same and revert back with 6 days. I again got a call from their call center last saturday 18/11/17 asking for any proof of the double debit. I sent them a mail on the same, again they say they will take another 2-4 working days. 20 days on they are using my money and not refunding. Can you help?

                                Moto z play handset i broght this amazon site but this is manufacturer fault than am trying return request and they inform me that self courier services available so am follow their instruction and send my product on dtdc courier and that was done almost but my money was not refund and am try to call customer care service but they did'nt receive and not to call back again.                                   I purchased a detek weighing machine from amazon on aug 29, 2017 for rs.725 and paid cash on delivery. After opening i found it was a wrond non branded product was sent. I returned and was replaced with same non branded product again. Second time they gave me a returnless refund when i asked to take the product and refund my money. This happened on sep 10, 2017. I am following them since then but still my money is not refunded. They asked me to check my bank and i also did that and sent mail response from my bank also. Still no reply or no action.
                                  I am really frustrated by following them and sending mails.

                                  I need my money immediately. I can provide all email conversation even with my bank.

                                    O 18th october i received my order for super car reverse horn from amazon. I was surprised that cloudtail seller sent me an defective item. I tried connecting it with 12v dc supplybut it wont work. I contacted amazon then but they took my words casually. I have sent all the images of the faulty product and they are still not refunding my money. # you amazon.

                                      I had purchased the lg g6 full vision (Astra black) mobile online from amazon india ordered on 29 april 2017 & order no.#[protected]. At that time offer was cash back of rs 7000/- if we purchased in that time & same advertisement is published in the daily news paper. Same paper cutting photo is with me, same was ordered by me in prescribed time & i got the handset & paid the amount by sbi credit card.
                                      As per there conditions after three month i called amazon regarding my cash back offer & they told me that it will take 3-4 days more and complaint has been forwarded to concerned department, from that day i had complaint many times in last 3-4 months. I had send them e-mails also they responded me and again assured me that it will done in 48 hours. Last e-mailed was send by me on 28/10/2017 and again they given me reply that same amount will be credited in bank account with in 8-10 days.
                                      But after 20 days of my complaint nothing has been done neither they replied me nor they credited the said amount in my account by amazon india.
                                      Now i wish to file a case against the amazon india regarding my cash back of rs 7000/- and also harasshed me. I also want to filed case of harrashment against them.
                                      Please look in to the matter as early as possible
