My amazon order no.[protected].
I have placed this order by last 21st of nov, 17 & it was reached to be before 24th of nov, 17. But on 22nd of nov, 17, i got a sms from amazon that i will get my package by 27th of nov, 17. Then i track my courier on 25th of nov, 17 & as per amazon app tracking, my courier was in my city but still i didn't recd. It up to 27th of nov, 17 (As it was a birthday gift for by dear one whose birthday was on by last 27th of nov).
On 27th of nov i started calling amazon customer care & they assure that it will reach me within next 2 hour but it didn't. I call them number of time but all the time i they confirmed that i will get it by same day but during my last call to them i asked them to share amazon courier service address & contact no. Of gurugram (Where my courier was lying from last two days in my city) so that i collect my courier myself but they refuse & said that they didnt have address & contact no. Of amazon courier & even said that now i will get my courier up to 29th of nov, 17 & disconnect the call from their side (Customer care executive said that as it is their policy that if courier do not reach within specified time then they can take further two more days to deliver).
Today i again check my package on amazon app now it is showing that my courier will reach to me by 1st of dec, 17. (04 days delay from deadline)
Again i call on customer care & again asked about address & contact no. Then their executive provide me amazon courier service detail very easily.
I found that if customer care executive could help me by giving courier service address then why he refuse to help me.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
