I placed an order for mobile with exchange, however due to unforseen reasons, i am not able to return my old mobile. I requested them to charge mere 1500 they offered for exchage n they ask me to cancel whole order n place new one. Cce was also very sarcastic. Very disappointed with this. Is it so complicated for them to take this charge n cntinue my order shpment. Even the managr who spoke wasnt helpful

    I am a member of Amazon.in and recently an unauthorised transaction from my credit card has been done in the name of Amazon prime membership which I have not opted for. The transaction has been an international one through Amazon.com o[censored]SD99 and both the ends are not helping to resolve .!
    I am continuously mailing Amazon.in but they are not replying saying the deduction is through Amazon.com same issue is with Amazon.com, they are not resolving saying I am a member of Amazon.in not .com
    It's my credit card payment which is of crucial importance !
    I have neither opted for prime membership before nor recently renewed it

      I have ordered two different products on amazon on 15th of december and my shipment was by 20th december, in meanwhile yesterday 18th december evening i got a mail and msg regarding that my package was delivered. When i came to know that. I haven't received any courier to the apartment or to my door. I have paid for the above order through a card. So i have complained to customer care about the order in amazon. Still, i don't get any details about my order. Regarding refund or replacement for the delivery. I am using amazon for long since i now. I hope this mail will recover my problem.

        Dear amit sir,

        This is my order id i had returned it through bluedart on 18/12/2017 it has been delivered to elite accessories on19/12/2017 at 1:30pm received by pavan. I had already spent rs1120 as self return courier charge by professional courier on dec 6 but the seller rejects the prodct and it returned to me but still the courier charges has not been initiated. On 17th i received a mail from cs as pls return it by bluedart or professional courier or fedex or dtdc any one we will provide you the courier charge and product charge once it gets delivered. As of that msg i also returned the product through bluedart (Tracking [protected]) and it has been delivered still no refund for product and also for courier charges issued. If i asked to cs they are telling wait wait wait only from the issue arriased. I need to know will i get my refund or not i have done all what are all you said now you needs to give me refund but why making customers to wait whats wrong in giving my money to me am i your enemy making me to wait for long period pls i need a reply sir

        This is my order id i had bought sricam ip camera on 20th nov 2017 and it has been smoothly delivered to me without any problems but the product is mismatching looks different from which i ordered i aslo attached the pics and intimated this with amazon customer executive and they too checked and created a return for me i also waited for the person from ats to come and pick it but no one cames so i again called to cs and asked why it happens they said our vehicle has been breakdown status has been updated so pls you self eeturn it like that they told to me. The next day i went to professional courier and send it to elite accessories the seller wer it came and send the courier receipt too and informed to cs. They check and they too tracked the product and said once it delivers we will issue your courier charge and product charge i had waited 7days but no response came i tracked and called to professional courier delhi they said the seller is not accepting he is rejecting to accept. Then at the mean while i got a call from seller he said why sending this product to me i said its seems to different he said i wont accept return for that i cant do anything you ask with amazon i only accept service like that he told ans suddenly he cut the cal i tried many times but he scolded and blocks my number. I informed this to cs they said pls again speak with courier team to deliver i also further done what they told but 4times they attempted to deliver the seller rejects then the cs told me to get once itreturn back to you. I also waited again 6days and got the product and i called amazon cs they said wait wait like that many times and no response came from them then after many conversation one person told on 12th dec i am from specalist team i will raise the ticket sont woory your money will be safe pls wait 3 days max you will get solution untill dont return it like that i also waited 5 dys and yesterday i contacted ca they said pls wait again 3days we cant give any solution like that and today one person telling pls wait untill19dec and another person telling pls self return it i am fully disappointed each one telling one thing i need a proper information i need my money back fault is not at my side with in the time frame i returned the seller dint accept ao amazon needs to take responsibility but no one is giving any proper solutions this what the amazon treats your customers i also have my own family and businees i dont have time to speak daily with this issue pls give me aproper solution or else i dont know what to do except filing a case on court im sry to say this i dont want this to happen and spoil amazon name really my entire family is using amazon only but these like sellers surely spoil amazon name take this as my feedback pls and give me a solution i need my money back

          Amazon people are making fool to customers when i placed an order on 14th dec 2017 that time product delivery estimate was on 18th dec 2017 when i escalate this issue with your executives they said that it was our mistake to delay the product and now you guys updated 23rd dec 2017 date what the #*k is this very third class and poor service.

          You guys should learn from flipkart how they are very dedicate to delever customer product on time, from today onwards i will never use amazon third class site.

          I m going to escalate this issue on all social media and consumer forum, shame on you people.

            I ordered a mixer grinder on oct. 30 and it was supposed to be delivered by nov. 30 but it was never delivered to me. Then i cancelled the order and request ed for refund. Since i was not getting any appropriate option, i selected return and refund. Unfortunately, i did not get refund till date. I also called to customer care, he locked the ticket, and advised me to wait for 48 hours. But the issue has not resolved yet. I am fed up with contacting customer care again. Please suggest, if you can help on this.

              I have purchased a shoes from amazon and due to size issue i want to return it. And i had requested for my product return 3 times. And when i called them 4th time they say that the product will not be picked up from that location (But they deliver the product at the same location) and they asked me to courier them the product to them after that they will initiate the refund.

                I have purchased a xiomi mi a1 black mobile from amazon in 4000 rs on 13.12.2017, i have confermed from amazon that will this product diliver timely between 19 to 23 dec. They agree that this product will diliver you on time, i have done pre payment for the ptoduct through online banking, today i have get massage and mail from amazon that your product is cancelled, any your money refunded, now this product is not available in 4000 rs and all sale offer in other site also closed, now i need this product from amazon in same price on which i booked this product, i have taken frequent follow for this product and called several time to conferm that my product will diliver on time or not and everytime amazon representative said that your product will diliver betweeb time period given. Please help me to get this product from amazon.

                    I have ordered honor 8 mobile through amazon. They sent mobile with invoice which does not have imei number on it. When asked for they said will get that from seller. Now my phone got broken when i went to honor service center they were asked for invoice with imei number. Even though its in warranty period i had to paid get it repaired. But this amazon people never get that information nor replied back to me.

                      I purchased a product on 30th sep and window to return the product closed on 11th oct but the product was defective and after couple of months went bad, the seller is not contactable inspite of multiple mails and phone calls and the seller is still selling the product on amazon and when the customer service is asked about the same they have no clue, this is the worst exp even though am amazon prime member, also the service team not helpful at all and just keep saying we are just portal and cannot stop anyone from selling anything, good then next time they might also sells bombs and ammunition as they cannot control who sells what

                        I had ordered for loreal professional xtenso shampoo and mask. The product i received was having different contents. They were manipulated.
                        Also a day cream i had ordered for was returned back without contacting me. The amount for the products was paid online. It is so annoying after paying so many bugs and waiting for a couple of days you have to again spend time to get back the amount and a proper product.

                          I have prime customer of amazon. I have placed an order on 10 december of 1 saree on rupees 88/-. My expected delivery date 14-15 december 2017. I am waiting for my product but my product is not delivered. On next day i track my order status. Than message show "this order has been cancelled.". And my product price is also increase to 888/-. My request is deliver my order or otherwise reimburse price inflation so i am able to place order again.

                            A "shockproof complete protection 360 degree front & back case cover + tempered glass for gionee a1" for total amount amounting rs. 355 was ordered by me on amazon on 3rd of november 2017 which i had received but the tempered glass was broken so i ordered for replacement and handed it to delivery boy the very next day of replacement order being placed but yet i didn't received my mobile case back it's 17 december 2017 today
                            They are saying give the review on site, that how was your experience using our product let us know... It's damn frustrating

                              First time delivered 42*10 cricket net.. On replacement again delivered defective product its around 84*10 on 100*10 price.

                              Share wrong delivery guy number. After contacting he says he not have my product for delivery.

                              Amazon customer service not ready to log complaint but they want to take it as feedback. They not ready to replace the order again only refund possible but i need the item badly and already in use because we have maches on staturday.

                              I had ordered for amway nutrilite calcium and payment was done by credit card.Soon after i got sms that this order has been cancelled and payment made will be refunded.this happened twice .then i ordered for third time.on 11.12.17 i have received 3 bottles of same and money not refunded.it is not good gor a company like amazon.
                              In reference to the subject, I have yet not received promotional cashback for my purchase made on 02nd July'17.

                              Cashback amount pending 1500/- for my One plus 5 purchased from Amazon SBI Scheme.
                              I have order to purchase school bag and pay through net banking but today I recive message that coustmer request delay delivery but I have not made any such type request.So please chek why you are unable to supply. Hopping a faverable reply.

                                I have recieved wrong product as mentioned on website, now when i was calling amazon for return the product and refund my money, they are saying that account is on hold with no reason. When i have asking the reason for holding the account. They are just saying due to technical issue. This is the way that amazon is earning money from customer. Taking money from students.

They always told me that i am on highest priority. But this is all fake. Worse service ever by amazon. Amazon is well known brand. They have to change their policies and think on customer satisfaction.

                                    I purchased medium size thermal wear from amazon. But when i received the pack on 16/12/2017 one was of medium size and the other one was of small size and the company has no option for its replacement. Neither i could get them through the helpline no. Hence the thermal wear of smaller size which has been deliveried is of no use. I have simply wasted my money. I want the company to either replace the small one or to pay back half of the amount. And take away the smaller size thermal wear.

                                      Amazon customer care is harrasing me by mentally. I have purchased bata men's formal shoes from amazon. Product has been defected. I have return tht product and asked for give me replacement. And they have given me wrong product. I agreed with refund they said they will give me refund with in 2 to 3 working days but unfortunately they have not refund my money. And again they said they will refund my money with in 7 working days. Again i not received my refund. Again i have call them and again they said with 3 to 4 working days u will get refund again they failed again i have called them again they are saying 24 to 48 hours u will get refund. They are services are pathetic and vulgar. It is very painfully to get my refund. Sometimes i feel tht i'm beggar in front of amazon. Jst shameless service i'm getting.

                                        I had placed a order (Order no.[protected] for one piece of lifelong power pro plus llmg03 750-watt mixer grinder with 3 jars on 14.10.2017 which was delivered to me on 17.10.2017 and i paid rs. 1798=00 through sbi debit card. But due to some problem in the mixer grinder i return this order on 18.10.2017 which was received by amazon on 21.10.2017.in turn refund of rs. 1798=00 was issued on 18.10.2017 but till date refund has not been credited in my account from which money was paid for this order.
