I have ordered the three lighting deal products from amazon which cost me 677 rupees total but before i paid the amount the timing of the making payment of the order was ended i order product can not be added again but i used the amount to purchase other product in the next lighting deal but one of the product isn't delivered to me or they steal my money saying that they added the money in my amazon pay balance, that product cost me 199 amount, they are doing totally fraud activity i want my balance in my bank account amazon is totally fraud they are just looting our money providing disgusting service. Don't ever buy anything from amazon they will take your hard earning and then grip you in their rubbish terms & condition.in future i am not gonna use again amazon disgusting service & their customer care are useless on providing details they all are providing fake details sitting over there making consumer fool, worst service i ever seen, amazon is fraud company. I want to get my 199 amount money on my account back now.

    My amazone account was locked saying address-verification needed. I bought two gift cards for my colleagues in india as wedding gifts from team. An email from amazone requested me to submit my bank statement and i faxed it. Money was deducted from bank account but orders were on hold. No response from amazon yet.       I would like to inform you that i have an account with amazon.in with registered email id in the name of [protected]@gmail.com, which has been blocked since last 3 months without any reason.

      In this account, i have rs.3493 in amazon pay balance which is also blocked and i am not able to use this.

      In this regard i have called so many times to customer support but every time i got an answer that it will be un hold in next 24 hours which is still not done.

      I would like to request you to kindly take an action to resolve this as soon as possible.

        My self neha mishra i have purchase one laptop company name hp 15. Be016tu 15.6 inch laptop (6th gen core). Price of laptop which i paid online 27490. Which i paid online. I got empty parcel its mean no laptop nside. Immediately i get courier boy and tell such condition they tell sorry please contact customer care. Then i call customer care and tell all detail. Customer care tell me wait for 1 day. After 1 day they tell me sorry we can, t provide you refund or replacement. Then i send legal notice by high court jabalpur lawyer to amazon & cloudtail india company pvt ltd. But they didn, t reply my notice still. So, i compliant to your website. Please do some thing and resolve my prblem. Please provide me refund regarding this,. Call me [protected]. Refund my money.

          My self ankita shukla i purchased two thing from amazon india online company first one is sundrop oil 5 litre item price is 596.& second item name is celebration tm 12 pcs portable drain cleaner item price is 249. Order id is[protected]. Both item order is same. When i get deliver this item one item is missing that is sundrop oil 5 litre. Weight maintain karne ke liye box pe water bottle rakh diya tha 3litre. Meri grand mother ne item receive kiya tha toh check nahi kiya on spot. Order prepaid tha. & 249 rs item is i got in damaged condition which i return. So, i wan, t refund 596. Sundrop oil. Which i can, t get, refund 596.

            Sir i had purchased a product from amzon of worth rs719. Unfortunately i could not pick my product, it reversed to amzon, they refunded me that amount in break as i had paid it in break (87 by amzon pay balance and 632 by debit card). Amount of rs87, i have received already but rs 632 which has been refunded in my account by 18th dec, still not refunded in my account. Regarding this i have contacted amzon 7-8 times and my bank 3-4 times, but still my refund not credited in my account. Amazon saying we can not help you more as we alreadyhave transfered money in your account, by using reference code you sholud contact bank but bank saying its amzon issue, so amazon should contact us, we can not help you by using reference code. I am completly stucked between bank and amazon... Please take proper action regarding amzon so i colud get my refund as soon as possible... Thanks so much.

              Hi,

              I (Sanjith joseph mathew) have received a totally different item for the order number[protected] i have placed with amazon india. The item i have received is different and too poor in quality which is not even working.

              Placed a return/refund request on 17/12/2017 and it was promised by amazon india that it will be collected from my address on 18/12/2017 between 3.00pm and 6.00pm. Till this date, no one collected the item or refunded the amount. I have contacted amazon customer service almost every day but nothing has happened to help me so far.

              It surprised me that amazon india is not even ready to register this as an official complaint and provide me with a complaint reference number!. It will be great if i could get the refund processed for this item.

                I had placed an order for the aforementioned product and had received it a day later than the estimated delivery date. However, my complain is regarding the condition of a particular vehicle part: the front disk brake is deformed /bent in a manner to disallow smooth wheel rotation. The surface rubs with the caliper and emanates a rather annoying hissing sound. The caliper itself is faulty, it doesn't clasp on the disk properly. A careful comparison between it and the rear brake reveals its misalignment.

                Since, i've paid a hefty sum for the whole product i'd love to be reimbursed only in the amount that would allow me to purchase a new caliper and a new disk.

                  Amazon deducted the amount of prime membership without my permission. I have never placed an order and they are also saying this. When i asked to refund the amount then they refunded the wrong amount and now they are denying to refund the complete amount. I am worried about

                  1. When i am not placing any order then how they can deduct the charge form my bank without my permission?
                  2. Amazon servers are not secure.
                  3. Amazon's customer services is terrible. They said that i can register a formal complaint.

                  This is not the first time when i am getting this issue. But this time i am forced to make a formal complaint. I posted this on twitter, callled amazon several times and chatted with them but no results.
                  Here are the mentioned details.

                  Date of the incident : 14th dec 2017

                  Attaching the screenshot of my bank statement.

                  I request you to please take an appropriate action against these frauds.

                    Plzzz team i am bagging you to solve my problem from amazon i just broke down from amazon service and i was using that account from 2 years and they also closed my account i buy many product and no problem came up but when the empty box accident happen with me i told to amazon and they asked me to wait and wait after 19days they said that they unable to issue refund they said that parcel was completely packed and also packed until i received but when i open that was actually empty and they said that they won't refund and i was so disappointed that if i want to do fraud that i could been many times and many time ago so how they can say that item was completely dileverd and also that item was inside the box if it was then give me update with proof you can't easily say that we ask from courier company and they said yes this is not perfect investigation even i am saying that the item was missing so why they not listening to me plzzz support me i am not that rich plzzz team plzz help me to get my refund from them

                      I have ordered fitrist pulzz band which was delivered to me on 24th nov 2017. Initially it was working fine but just after 2 weeks i was shocked to see that the device's touch is not functioning at all. I thought that the battery has been discharged and tried to charge it many times but still no touch button working. This is very bad and i am feeling like being cheated.
                      where is the 6 months warranty...?

                      It is requested to either refund my money or replace the device at the earliest. amazon is a well known brand that's why i have choosen it to order electronic device.

                      hopefully some one will look into this.

                        I placed A order on 10/12/17 for a rose gold 32 gb iPhone.I received the product on 14/12/17 3 pm no text or msg saying that the phone would be arrivaled today..After inspecting it found it was a 16 gb rose gold and had a black colour mark on the panel backside and in the box was a duplicate usb cable no orgininal charger or headset.I request for a return on the same day and on 15 morning at around 10 am he came to collect the phone without calling or texting.The same evening got a call from amazon saying that I robber the orgininal charger n headset.It been 3 weeks still not receive my money back.

But his say your mobile is working and otherwise go service centre, no refund ur amount for this time.                             I order the product at 14th dec. The estimated time of arrival was 19th dec, till then there was no tracking update. Dropped a mailed to customer care but they don't where the package is. They told me to wait for 2 days more. At last today 21st they told me that the package is lost.

                            I want my refund intiated asap. I have waited long enough.

                              I had reqested for returning the order which i bought from amazaon, immediately after i recevied the order as the falcon hand lawn mower was not working as expected and was faulty. But amazon is not sedning any person to collect the same. From last 3 days i recevie a message in morning that the item will be collected but no one comes down to coleect it, and evening i get another message that the pickup is cancelled due to network issue.

I already sent number of mails stating this issues and there is no proper reply about this. Now i demand to clarify this issues.                                       I have ordered from amazon but i received the empty package but when i complaint the amazon didn't give me a good feed back and just said that the package is successfully dileverd from our side without any proof if they saying that the package is dilvered to me intact so give me proof that the courier warehiuse is have so trusted worker bcz amazon also don't have a good worker my bro also do a job and he say that we stole some product from amazon so why i would trust that you are saying the the package is dileverd intact but this is a responsibility of courier they easily said and didn't give my refund and also closed my account by saying that fraud i want my money and i want that you have to do so many thing to improve but don't do this bad things with innocent people who saying truth but they also treating us like a fraud people why we are not like that people you can say me fraud if i did this too many times i want my solution plz do something

                                      Your worker are also a fraud who did the thing in warehouse and dilvered empty and then say that the package has dileverd but if you want to say this with proof then you have to. Improve your dilevery service to say that customer have to open the box in front of courier boy to confirm that the box has item and proper delivered

                                      I got a email from amazon and they saying that kindly accept my apologies we are unable to give refund what is solution in this matter apologies can't give my money back i just got fraud by amazon they don't caught who seriously frauduing with them but innocent people found gulity because of them what is the solution that camw up is only one word apologies can't make this problem solve if your warehouse also do fraud so why i will trust on your investigation and only one 1 email can use 1 Amazon id but they said that we ban your bcz voileting our term ans condition how it's possible you can't ban without any proof
