On oct 15 i purchased a gift card from amazon and while i was entering email id i entered wrong. So i didnot get any gift card. I called customer care and they adviced to cancel the gift card and place new order of gift card. So did I.And they also said you will get refund in 10 days.
Now its been 27 days and still no amy has been refunded.I called serice center twice and also mailed them now they are saying you complant has been...

I placed an order in amazon for a mobile phone, it was damage, and i requested for it to replace or return, after returned it to your seller, i did many calls to amazon customer care every time i got answer it will be refund you shortly but still i did not received...
So i request you please do the needful as possible as you can......

I place a order on 29th sep for the laptop & they said they delivered on 3rd oct
But still i have not received any product trying to connect them but due to unavailble of same mobile number, no call connected then raise issue on face book & they are not entertaining properly, said to call police, i requested them for receiving what they are not able to provide & not helping to give iping number and all

I deposited rs 1000 in amazon pay on 4th october 2017. I haven't done any transactions through amazon pay and still when i checked my amazon pay balance recently it was reduced from rs 1000 to rs 0. I am a regular customer at amazon and this type of act is unacceptable. Refund my rs 1000 as soon as possible. Without any transactions being done how can rs 1000 be deducted from my account. I have ordered the item last month. I didn't get it till now. Expected date of the item was on we th october 2017. There is no response from amazon or the seller too.
