Respected sir,

I would like to place before you a few facts regarding a purchase i made vide order no.[protected]. Placed on 04 dec 2017. The order was shipped vide tracker no.[protected] and was due to reach me on 09/12/17 as per the informed forwarded to me. The order was a gift for my son who had his birth day on 10/12/17. I soon found out from my amazon account info and subsequently from the sms info, that the parcel has been notified as delivered in my name and i had allegedly signed on the receipt.
Alarmed, i called the courier number provided but i was not reachable and it remained in the same condition till writing of this mail. I have lodged my complaint with your customer care but it seems that they cant wake up from their slumber to locate a small boys birthday gift. I have called your customer care executive thrice to help me out to locate the courier guy but they feigned ignorant and even refused to forward me any contact details of any person of the courier firms.
I am yet to receive the parcel my son is crying inconsolably as it was his dream to have this ps4 on hid birthday. I am still hoping that i will recover the package. I have been an old customer and yes i have been shocked to realized that amazon doesn't have a express customer support to help people like as u too would agree most of what we buy is to bring joy to our dear ones.

    I had purchased 2 pendrives from amazon india on 14th nov 2017 and as per the wesbite it still says it will be delivered on or before 24th november. When contacted amazon... They say the item is stuck with seller and amazon has nothing to do with this. Based on which i contacted seller and they have not responded properly till date. They are totally irresposible and have are not ashamed in cheating people.

      I Ordered Myozi Kids Party ware vide Order No.[protected], due to quality issue, the same has been return to them,

      it suppose to be refund my account No 9437, but it`s credited to 9537 of last four digit of account No. I spoken with Bank people they today that, raise the dispute by Amazon, So, that refund can be reverse and fund can be credit to my account, Please do the needful.

      The amazon CS Representative yet to be share the details of my Payment, if I got my refund then I didn`t raise the complaint, and they has to be share the full details of payment, like, bank account No. payment date, etc, even I shared my bank statement, and it`s still pending to receive the refund,
      I have ordered cell phone I have not received my head phone I want to receive my money

        I have ordered a iphone 7 on 8th dec 2017 through the credit card but payment credit from my account and i have provided the tranx id to amazon still not getting satisfactory revert from amazon first they told me to wait for 24 hours now they are telling me to wait for 4 days and going on... Pathetic service of amazon they just make us fool.. You are on cloud that doesnt means that you will do everything with your customer... Give me my product or my money else i am gonna file a case against you guys...

          I purchased 3 products of 80+80+25=185 from amazon and did the payment, and amazon cancelled all the three products and refunded the amount by saying that it was a bulk cancellation. I called them for this and they said that they can not give me the product.
          So it is my right the get the products i had placed it, how amazon can cancel it without asking me, i told them this also, they said that they can not help me in it, i can take further action in it and go to court also.
          Please help me out to get the product, amazon is clearly infringing my consumer right.

            Yesterday i have 363rs paid from amazon pay to booked book my show movie tickets but today (@11 am) alsoi can't getting any confirmation or movie tickets. I booked & planned to go for movie today but still i not getting any status. What is the use you give after end of the shows the movie tickets to me. I call to amazon customer care center and talk 30 mins with him but there is no use to talk with him. They directly says with in 7 working days you will got the refund amount. Please don't give like these type of service to customers. Because we planned to go today and i was booked the ticket yesterday you will take one day time and finally what happens you can't reach succussefully the marchent and as per customer care conversation fail to refund the amount in time you will take 7days of time to refund the amount.
            I want compensation from your end at least give me the same value of book my show free coupons to reduce your inconvenience.

                Sir,

                July 2015 i did some cloths buying from amazon india - amazon.in and advance payment but later return back their cloths bcoz they were not as per mention baby size. As per policy they suppose to return back payment
                To me.
                I called them many time but as per them they retrun my money to my bank, based on their given dates i mail them bank statement mentioning no payment had been received from amazon.
                Same time i was in touch with icici bank also as per bank telephone executive they did not received any payment from amazon.

                Finally after 1.5 years i did not received payment from amazon and icici bank - both.

                Kindly help.

                  Hi i had returned the product on 22nd nov but till date i have not received my refund. The courier partner has failed to submit the details to amazon and i am made the scapegoat. The product originally planned for 19th pick up but nobody turned up and on 22nd the courier agent came for pickup and forgot his machine and asked us to take the photo of the receipt as amazon do not provide any receipt for pick up. Photo attached for reference.

                    Hi,
                    This became now a long story. Let me start with the briefing and pathetic experience i had till now.
                    I have purchased a lenovo z2 plus mobile which was a dead phone on arrival. Next day, i requested for return and refund for this item. So, the pickup guy came to pickup this item but he denied to take this item because he was unable to track the imei number from the phone itself as the mobile is a dead one. I told him that if the phone is dead one then how could he track the imei number from the phone. To understand this simple thing they have taken more than 20 days but this issue is still unresolved, return is still pending. I couldn't remember that how many times i called customer care and their support is "amazing". Everyday they schedule a new pickup and every day there is a new guy for the pickup and every day it's being denied due to this stupid reason. Is this the way you guys support? I will not recommended anyone to buy anything from amazon.

                      Hello team,

                      I have posted my used phone in amazon and sold it and the amazon returned back the product after 9 days.. Today i received the product and opened in front o[censored]r delivery boy and inside it was kerchief instead of my mobile.. Photos taken in front of delivery boy.

                      Its been over 12 days since the mobile was sent to amazon and till now i am not receiving any response from them, i even sent multiple email to [protected]@amazon.in and no response.

                      As i have all sufficient proof to prove that amazon had sent in the wrong item to me, please help me in getting my product back

                        They've made false commitments yet no satisfactory action.

                        Again i would like to make it very clear that i am looking for the product to be delivered at the earliest and i am not looking for refund.

                          I ordered few items from my son Amazon account with Amazon pay balance (Rs.1409/-)and rest of the amount paid by my credit card with proper bank authorization.

                          But my order was cancelled each time I order. Regarding same I contacted customer care and they assured me that after verification from accounts team my account will we unblock and I can operate my account as before.

                          Now I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

                          I was asked to send credit card statement with billing address, registered mail id, registered mobile no. I sent all these details to mentioned fax no.

                          But again after ordering new items, same thing that my account is on hold due to address verification has received. On reply of my mail. Amazon asked sent me mail "Our attempts to verify the billing address and card details for your order have been unsuccessful. Please arrange for the issuing bank of this card to send this information to our secure fax line:

                          - The billing name and address associated with the card
                          - The last 2 digits of the payment card"
                          These details with card statement was already sent to their fax.

                          So now I am left with no means to use my own Rs. 1409/- in my son Amazon account, since my son account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.

                          This seems unlogical that how I can ask my credit card issuing authority to contact amazon uk and send them fax as required by Amazon.

                          Kindly unblock my account or refund my son Amazon pay balance to respective bank account/credit cards.

                          After spending Rs 400 for fax, still received msg from Amazon uk that they didn't received full card statement and now I have to tell my Card issuing bank to send all details by fax to Amazon UK no +44-[protected].
                          I now request to send my Amazon pay balance of Rs. 1409 and money spent for fax to my mailing address or at my Email.

                          It seems Amazon's monopoly to hold all Amazon pay balance.

                          Till the time there was no pay balance, they were never holding any account.

                          Approx 90% cases which are on hold were having Amazon pay balance in their account.

                            I have ordered oneplus 5t on 3rd december 2017 and also i am a prime member so its delivery date is on 4th december. Product dispatched and delivered to my city lucknow. And till 4th of december my product is not delivered till yet i. E 7th december. I called 14 times to amazon customer service they only fooling to me that you have to wait more. I have paid 33000 through debit card. Amazon transportation services is the worst service i have ever had. They dont even tried to contact me.

                              I bought Converse from Amazon, Cloudtail Seller on Oct 16, 2017 and when the item arrived, the shoe is a little bit big, so, i requested a return and i return to Amazon return Centre through speed post and i have also got a message from the post office that the return item was already arrived the destination and delivered.But i still don't get the refund of my 2000 rupees...i am very disappointed and i want a full refund now...!!!

                                The product which i ordered on[protected] was supposed to be delivered by[protected].I received
                                the message that product going to be delivered in advance by[protected] and[protected].The delivery boy kept the status in the order that i was unreachable without contacting me.He was unreachable when i tried calling.I keep on speaking with customer care of Amazon India since[protected], i was being asked to wait for the next day since[protected].But the product wasn't delivered till date.

                                  I have taken a iPhone case from amazon (ORDER #[protected] and requested for a return on 17th last month.

                                  1) Till now i have been trying to get in touch with amazon india and chatted with them thrice.

                                  2) They promised me that my issue will be resolved the very next day a person will come and collect my product.

                                  3) The promise made by the amazon people is fake and i have chatted with them today and found out that they were simply saying that they have no track of the courier people and that i have to do a self return on my own.

                                  Now let me ask Amazaon a couple of questions:

                                  1) Isn't it your duty to inform the customers before?
                                  2) How can you say that the customer should do the return after promissing that the return will be collected from my place.
                                  3) Also there is no mail from amazon they simply cant say we are not having the tracking for the courier.

                                  Amazon being a big company and a seller of online items, cant handle there logistics well?

                                  If that is the case then i prefer that they are cheating the consumers with false promises.

                                  I request the Amazon team to quickly resolve the issue i have been a customer from so long.

                                  And have been buying items from them if they cant handle a simple return and keep the customer informed then are they not responsible?

                                  Please be responsible and take back the product a promised.

                                  I cant roam around couriers to return the product.

                                  Any one buys the product online for the ease o[censored]se.

                                  I am very frustrated and want an immediate action on this to be taken at the earliest.

                                  Please understand that we trust you and hence buy online, i hope they will take action and not fool me again.

                                  Please dont take the customers for granted.

                                  You promised that the return will be done the very next day i want a resolution on this at the earliest.

                                      Super customer service amazon india (That's sarcasm)

                                      I ordered a redmi 4 (Black, 32 gb) via amazon.in on 19th november 2017! I received he product on time, but what i received was not the product i had ordered! I had ordered a redmi 4, but what i received was a glucone sugar testing device. I then wrote an email to amazon for support, to which they responded that i had to upload a scanned copy of my aadhar card on my account page on amazon. I did that and the customer service mailed me that it would take 3 to 4 days to investigate the matter. Since then, i have been daily following up on this till date, but the delivery hasn't been made, yet! It was communicated by amazon that they had initiated a new order of my ordered product, to which i requested for an address change for delivery of the product. They even said it on mail that they would deliver the product to the new address, but some days later, i get an update that the product is being delivered to the old delivery address, and because o[censored]navailability of the customer, the product is now being sent back to amazon! I again contacted customer care and i was assured by the customer care rep that once the package is returned, it would be sent to the new address. When i asked how much time it would take to deliver, he told me it would take 24 to 48 hours. Today i received a call from the delivery guy who told me that he was standing outside the old delivery address. As per the latest update (As of 6th december), the amazon rep says that the address can't be delivered to the new address! Such a harassment is not expected from amazon!
                                      It's been more than 2 weeks and i still haven't received the product! I never expected such a horrible customer service from a well-established brand like amazon!
                                      I request you to kindly look into this matter of highest priority.
                                      I have attached a video of the initially delivered product for reference.

                                      Now you guys are saying to return me the wrong product from the place i live where you guys cannot come and deliver the product.

                                      This is serious harassment and i am sick of all this nonsense.

                                      I need compensation for all this damage that you have done to me

                                        I bought a product from amazon in october, and for which they delivered me a wrong product so i request them to get in return and in exchange they assure me that i will get the refund amount in my account within 7 days but i had still not got any kind of help. I even contact the customer care 15-20 days back and where they assure me to help me in getting my amount refund but still no one has help me and still i have not got my refund amount.
                                        It is also showing that they have refunded the amount but the bank is also unaware about this and amazon is also not providing any kind of help. I request you to kindly help me to get my amount back.
