I have 5 amzn.com/bill wa charges on my credit card that appear every month around the 18th or 19th of the month. The amounts are quite similar in prices, but they do vary. Usually, the amount is about $37.00, but it raises my interest amount by $65, 47, i have no idea what the charges are for. I' appreciate some help to end these charges. I am a retired teacher on a fixed income and these charges are wrecking my credit account. What bothers me is i don't know what the charges are for — services? Products? I can't afford to lose $100 a month plus interest.
Charges on my account that i have no idea what it was for and i do not remember ordering anything from amazon the amount was for 13.99. and this was taken out of my account on 10/16/18. and the number is[protected]. and i would like a refund for amount taken out of my account

        This mail is regarding my phone issue. Yesterday you guys had a sale for redmi y1 i ordered y1 64 gb but instead you guys send me redmi y1.
        This is cheating i am not sure how you changed the model at the time of check out. The product was changed at the time of checkout. I am not responsible for a miss by your application.
        Now i am not getting an option to send it back.

        Either process a refund of replace it with redmi y1 64 gb phone

        It is asking me to install a stupid app that is very pathetic. Cancel it right away.

        I want my money back.

          I have placed an order on 2/11/2017 Panasonic P11 Compatible Bluetooth Multimedia Speaker but you have sent me Fivestar Brand - chinese speaker with different color & FM button was damaged and not in working condition. I applied for return my item was picked on 7th Nov 2014 from my home but yet today I have not got my correct product. It is still under process.

          Eeven no one is giving me any updates. No customer care phone facility works it is really pathetic.

          I am really very sorry for placing order and in future I will not place any order.

            I want to buy a jiofi m2s by amazone . I paid rs 999 by on line. The amount was cut form my account. After few hours I receive a massage that my payment has failed. I contact customer care of amazone. They told me that the amount refund in three or four days. I call them four or five time but can't take sufficient answer. My amount is not refund till today.

              Booked a simple mobile. The person came to deliver gave the cover and ran. We did not doubt him but we opened, there was stone and charger.

              Gave complaint on the same day but after one month also no response.

              The same day after lodged complaint, assured for new mobile of the same model. But today 23 Nov 2017, no call or no reply from the seller of from Amazon.

                complaint about the delivery boy

                Hi today ur delivery boy called me at 0730 pm and told me me i was trying to call u frm morning if my no. If he could not contact me frm morning its not my fault whn i got a call i upfrontly called him he was too rude on the call. I am trying to call u frm morning and nw what u want me to do shall i come nw or tomorrow and i have submitted the cash i will not accept the cash payment nw u have to pay by card. I was surprised by his behavior...

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I purchased redmi 4 mobile handset by amazon e-commerce website on 07th nov.2017 by paying with debit card inr.6998 and got delivered by 12th nov.2017 but the handset was defective.in that case i returned the handset to amazon on 15th nov.2017 and amazon issued refunded on 15th nov.2017 against reference #916813. Now a day i'm still waiting for my refund into my account.

                    I ordered lotto shoe through online on amazon.com. ordere id:#[protected]. i received the item but it was small in size and ordered for pickup.they alredy pickedup my item but they did not mentioned over there.update my status..i ordered to return puma shoe actually i ordered for 10size but i got 6size so i ordered for return order.one person came from godavarikhani ntpc amazon and took my puma Shoe along with that we gave lotto also but he update only puma shoe and not lotto but he took both at a time he update only puma shoes so i got refund for puma but not even update for lotto.lotto it was showing that its alredy delivered. delivered but again we have given you.lotto i want 10size of shoe.pls update the status u pickedup my item of lotto shoe.i was trying to customer care.it was not connected.

                      Order no[protected]. I bought vastra skirt 22nd september from amazon. And i returned 27 the september. I paid cash on delivery 2656 rs. But u r not refunded my money back. U r customer service is very poor. I send u all the details but u r not help. I don't understand two months is enough time to investigate but u should not refunded my money back. U people harrased customer. Very bad experience. I send u emails and calls but u r not able to solve my problem. I really disappointed.

                        Delivered on 20 nov
                        Ordered 16 nov shipped 17 nov chandigarh, chandigarh package was handed directly to customer the delivery receipt was signed by telemba ningombam

                        My complaint is that the item is not yet received. Telemba himself has no knowledge about that and he is not the signatory. Kindly check up the matter at the earliest possible time.

                          This is in concern of the order no[protected] dated[protected]

                          I have return this order on the return mailing mention address on the site to the particular vendoe "vokin biotech pvt ltd" as suggested by the customer care officer of amazon

                          Now i m requesting my refund of this return order more than 2 months but this is the pathetic service given by amazon as they can deliver the product within one day but they take months to process the return request

                          My courier packet details and bill is attached here with.

                          Kindly process my refund money to my saving account as these services are not expected from amazon as we are the permanent client of this site

                          This is extremely annoying at part of amazon services that they deliver the product so fast to eran money and at case of defect or rejection they are not taking any steps to refund the money back to the consumer as i myself return the product to amazon as they advice

                          I am asking my money to get refund after being a regular cusomer of amazon this kind of treatment i am getting that they are neither replying me back on my emails nor they are contacting me to update me the status of my refund

                          please refund my money as the courier and the bill details is attached here with my compaint.

                          Is this the response I should expect from Amazon complaint forum that I have returned the money but not refunding the money
                          Would you please take immediate action or I should complain to consumer court about it
                          This is totally surprising for me that one person from amazon called me for taking back this compliant with assurance that they will refund the money in 24 hours but now gain its been 2 working days as i have not got any refund in my account

                          please refund the money as its been more than 2 months i am demanding my own amount as i have returned the product also

                            Pathetic seller.. Sent me defective products, now not consider my return request. Please take the action, now i am pissed off, i am using your website from last 4 years, but this time i am feeling cheated... I believed on amazon so purchase the product from their behalf, really not knowing that how to differentiated seller products and amazon product. As per record i had purchase the product on 30% off, but your seller saying we have already given you 50 % off.
                            I am requesting for refund beacuse seller sent me different different sizes product and even one cutt on cover. But seller not accepting my return request.

                            Product return date given to me was 22/11/2017 but yours company agent has not came to receive the product from me. Whole day I was waiting for this purpose.

                                On reviewing their website, it indicates that I am not a member. What are they charging this amount for? I have purchased articles before from this website but have never had membership charge.

                                  On october 17, 2017, being dhanteras i ordered carats for you 22 kt gold pendant order id:[protected]. The item was delivered on 05.11.2017. However to my stock and surprise the pendant was not that of gold but made of some cheap white metal. So immediately i raised a return request. The seller called me the next day to tell that there was a fault from his side and instead of gold, platinum pendant has been sent. Still i requested for return and refund. When the courier boy came to pick the item he refused to take the item as it was not gold.
                                  The issue was raised with the seller immediately as the amazon site states that refund will be done after return of item. The seller again contacted and asked to raise a pick up request again. He also informed that the item does not have to be shown to courier boy as these items are opened under cctv.
                                  With great difficulty i again raised a request for pick up of the item on 20.11.17
                                  The courier boy again insisted on item being shown and refused to take it back.
                                  I have been trying to contact amazon customer care at[protected], [protected] and[protected]. But unable to contact. Reply is we are unable to find your order.
                                  There appears to be no resolution from amazon or seller. I feel cheated and mentally harassed for no fault i mind. My funds of rs 3300 are locked. It appears there is a nexus between courier agency, amazon and the sellera and this modus operandi is being used to cheat the customers. It is requested that my hard earned money of rs 3300/- be immediately returned. My sentiments attached with ordering the item on dhantetas stands shattered and request you for additional compensation for harassment and time i am spending in getting my money back.

                                    I purchased fila unisex farli walk plus 4 pea sneakers - 5 uk/india (39 eu[protected] under order #[protected]. On delivery i got the damaged packing with dirty shoes along with the letter from amazon attached here. Kindly help me in determining the authenticity of this product as i have doubt on it because of the letter.

                                      I made a subscription for 5 household essentials in april or may 2017 and since then deliveries were made before time with acceptable issues which used to be addressed on timely basis.in the month of october, i made a call to request for the delay in delivery of the items as i was traveling abroad and to which the agent promised to delay the delivery from 4th oct’17 to 19th oct’17. But to my surprise on 22nd oct’17 when i spoke to the customer care, i was informed that the delivery was canceled as it was late enough. Now, this is like cheating the customer by putting in fake promises. I have been a loyal prime customer but there is no justice even after talking several times and then there are other technical issues which again is put on customer, why? Please tell me what should be done and why i should not write back to jeff?
