I ordered moto g5 s plus through amazon in exchange offer. I gave my old samsung note 5 in exchange. But the delivery person after delivering my order came back to my home after 2 hours saying that you gave wrong phone and forcefully took my new phone from my sister. He gave no documents also. Used abusive language to my sister. When i contacted customer care they said they will investigate. Since last 8 days they are investigating. I have not received my old phone also samsung note 5 nor my new phone moto g5 s plus. Also amazon has kept my money with them. Amazon is just fooling customers. Doing fake adds on tv.

    I ordered nikon camera from amazon.in. There is one freebies is missing in the package. I spoke with amazon.in customer representatives hundred of times but they are not holding any responsibility and asked me to talk to the manufactures. I did and they are also not holding any responsibilities and moreover they mentioned that amazon.in is not the authorized dealer (Which is true).

    Since the product is amazon verified, so i believed that it is amazon.in responsibility to deliver the missing product and not to escape from it. This is very shameful behavior. Being such a big firm such unethical behavior is not acceptable.

    I am highly disappointed and also escalated this issue but amazon.in still didn't hold this as their responsibility and again asked me to contact manufactures.

      I have order Lotto Shoe pair on 22nd Dec 2017 and till now i not receive my product...But in my account traking showing product was delivered with my signature on my address on 25th Dec 2017...On that day i have an holiday...I have not got any delivery from amazon...i already made payment on 22nd Dec 2017 on the time of order...I am wating for revert for my product to deliver from Amazon.in...I have spoken to Customer Care Pradeep Pandey regarding such issue...he asking me to hold such issue till 29th Dec 2017... after given complaint on toll free number on 25th Dec evening...Amazon kindly confirm me when i will get my product...My registered number is [protected]...

          They are notrefunding me my precious hardly raened money despite talking to them soo many times and not telling me the right thing to do in the case of any order
          They do not provide there customer proper ways to trwat them and will soon lost them in future
          My money has been pending from last one year and not till date i have got it

          Kindlu refund me my money soon and they are sending me a mail today like this

            I have been charged $16.23 on 12/25/2017 for an unknown charge and have not been provided any type of invoice or a number to cancel this unauthorized charge. Please reverse the charge as soon as possible. I have no idea what this charge is for and i did not give permission for this charge to exist. I don't have a product or have not received any record of what this is for.

              I order the product at 14th dec. The estimated time of arrival was 20th dec, till there was no tracking update. Dropped a mailed and contact to customer care but they don't where the package is. They told me to wait for 5 days more. please take the action.

                Today i suppose to receive my parcel but could not get due to delivery boy. I called to courier boy to come at my address which my mention while place the order, but he did not came. He told me to come 1 km far from my address. I am mentioning the contact n courier company details below —

                  I have ordered for rs.10, 000 gift cards on 10-nov-17 (Order#[protected]. I havent got my gift cards so requested to refund my money to order gift cards again. I informed same to customer care. After few days, refund of money is made to amazon pay balance but i was unable to place order for gift cards. After couple of requests, finally amazon team agreed to transfer funds to my citibank account on 11th dec but till now amount is not refunded. Many request were made, no proper response

                    Hi all, i am very much disappointed with the set i received, i purchased it in last week of september 2017, and since this first week of december 2017 its getting so much pain, i don’t know i have not downloaded much of apps, not even 1 mp3 or video songs, then too its getting freeze while using simply, i am also unable to pick up the call at one go, and once i press power button, then call gets disconnected.
                    Please amazon, if you can do something with my handset. As this is just 2 months and i am not supposed to get soo many issues.

                    I have tried doing below steps:
                    1. Reset all setting &
                    2. Alsotried reset all settings and erase data.

                    But nothing happened.

                        On oct 14, 2017 i ordered (No.[protected] for supply of one lifelong power pro plus llmg03 750-watt mixer grinder with 3 jars (White/gray). This item was shipped on 15/10/2017 and received by me on 17.10.2017. Due to some defect in the item i retuned it and received by amazon on 21/10/2017. Refund of rs. 1798.00 was also issued on 18.10.2017 but still this amount has not been transferred in my bank account (No. [protected] of sbi, kalyanpur branch, kanpur) from which payment was made through debit card. It is my third complaint as there is no any response of last two complaints. I do not know why it is so?

                                We have ordered a guitar from amazon... Since it was not good. We have asked for the refund... But till now we didnt receive the refund though it was ordered about 7-8months ago. When asked the amazon constumer care no.. They said we refunded. But on contacting the bank.. They said there was no such transaction happened from amazon.
                                A ref id hsbcn[protected] of order id[protected], is the only thing that has been provided by amazon making it impossible for the banks customer care to track the required details of the transaction and thereby making it impossible to file a complaint of 'charge dispute' against the given ref id.
                                Amazon is blaming the state bank of india for denying the service whereas on the otherhand bank is claiming that they don't have the enough details to take up the case.

                                    Hi all,

                                    On 18th nov 2017 around 00:30 am, on amazon in app page it was showing that buy nokia 6 (Rs 14999) via paying amazon pay balance and get 2500 rs (For prime user) cashback in form amazon pay balance.
                                    So i took amazon prime member ship by paying 999 rs and added rs 14200 (As i had already around 800 rs in my amazon pay balance account) to amazon pay balance to buy nokia 6 via paying amazon pay balance to get 2500 rs cashback.

                                    After adding the amount, just before placing the order thought of getting confirmation about this offer from amazon customer support team as i saw some mismatch in offer product page and in offers terms & conditions.
                                    And was surprised to know that there was a mistake from amazon to show offer on nokia 6 product page although offer was expired on 17th nov 2017 23:59:59.

                                    So i had asked customer care executive to roll back all the actions (Prime member subscriptions & addition of 14200 to amazon pay) what i had taken in order to avail that 2500 rs (In form of amazon pay) cashback offer.
                                    And customer care executive asked me to add bank details to amazon account to roll back of addition to amazon pay, and she ensured that with in 7 business working days that 14200 rs will be transferred back to your bank account.

                                    Again to follow up when i called on 25th nov, customer care executive ensured that by the end of 7 business working day, 14200 rs will be credited back to bank account.
                                    And then i asked to executive, i wish to use some of the available amount from my amazon pay balance. Then she confirmed me that while roll back what ever the lesser amount will be available in to your amazon pay balance, same will be transferred back to bank account.

                                    Now when after 20 days again i followed up, since i didn't get amount back to my bank account. I got another surprise that roll backing of addition to amazon pay balance cant be done and all the promises made for roll backing of addition of amazon pay balance during 2 old conversation was wrong.

                                    Now amazon customer support team is denying to refund the amount back to bank amount.

                                    Note : i have been following up for this since long, and yet to get proper resolution of roll backing the addition to amazon pay balance what i was promised first time. Kindly help on this, waiting eagerly for your responses.

                                      Amazon had delivered the product (Usb charged) first time and when i used this product then my iphone charging point have got spoils and i had to pay 2500 + 170 for my usb cable. When i tried to return the product then they said we will replace the product not refund.
                                      Now i got the replacement and not when i tried using it then my entire house electricity got off (Complete short circuit).
                                      I called cs team and spoken to gaurav who was not supportive and deny to give me any solution but just return the product, then i request him to connect me to escalation department where i spoke to bhavna who put me on hold for 5 mins and came back with the same solution - to replace the product which was not satisfactory and she said you can go ahead and complain anywhere
                                      I paid 500 to repair my electricity and paid 2500 iphone charges totally paid 3000 using amazon product, in return i got the pathetic service from amazon.
                                      I want to raise this further to get this money 3000 refunded asap.

                                        I have booked few marathi novels and one welding book. Total amount is appx rs. 8500. I have made payment through my credit card. Payment has been done successfully. But i not received any sms from amazon to my registered mobile number. How can i track my order? This is a very serious issue with amazon. If i check my order through apps but' no order is pending' as reflected in their system
