I ordered Baidyanath Panchasakar Churna from Amazon and the product was delivered to me 24th June, 2022 but i received a different products and complained it to Amazon customer care they asked for photo proof and after verifying they told me they initiated the refund amount of 470₹ and they told me to wait 3-4days and the amount will reflect in my bank account but even after 4 days I didn't get my money back so even after countless complaints they are not providing me Refund Reference Number and I also visited the bank branch but they said without the RRN number they are unable to do anything and even after 3months they always tell me to wait no real resolution and they are saying they have already refunded the money but if that's the truth then they should provide the RRN number.

    I was ordered the mobile from amazon but due to technical issue I want to return that order and return started and delivery boy take my phone but not update it in tracking till now i am not getting my refund evrn company also do not know about the product as they did not support me I want my refund back

      I ordered an amazfit GTR 3 watch worth 13250 on Oct 2 2022 and received a fake product on Oct 9 2022

      I've made multiple attempts to complain about this to Amazon customer care and everything in vain.im really annoyed about this..I'm not getting a proper reply from amazon

        I haven't got my order till date

          Received a call from delivery against I told him give to my flat mate as she is at home he said he needs OTP for approval as he is there at my home only I give him but not delivered the order and updated the same on the app as Delivered.

          Tried contacting customer care they are no help asked them to share delivery partner details so i can go there and collect my courier all i just want my order as i make the payment(8294 rupess) in advance if they cannot just give me the refund that is all i want.

            I placed an order for a parcel, and did not receive it, though it showed "delivered" on the website.

            I ordered 4 echo dots: 3 from my business account, and 1 from my mother's business account (this is the one that did not get delivered).

            I ordered it on the evening of 5th of October 2022 from my credit card, and I checked the status of Friday, and it showed "Delivered", however, that was not the case.

            I checked with my building's watchman, caretaker, cleaners, receptionist, even had them knock on my neighbour's door to see if it was delivered to them accidentally, but it was not the case.

            I called amazon to raise the complaint, and was told to iand they said that I should expect a call from the delivery agent by the end of the day, and if I did not, to call and complain on saturday

            I did not receive any call from the delivery agent, and so called amazon in the morning of 8th August 2022 to escalate the complaint.

            The escalation team requested me to call back today (14th morning), whilst they run their investigation.

            I had noticed that they did not issue a complaint number, and so I called Amazon back on the 9th of October 2022 requesting for a complaint number, to which they stated that there is no complaint number for such cases, and that an email to the account that made the purchase will be sent.

            I spoke to Amazon today morning, and according to their "investigation", it has been delivered, so they have raised their hands to say that they will not help any further.

            They have not divulged the name of the delivery agent, person, the person the parcel was handed over to, nothing. I have been left in the dark, contemplating which authority to make a complaint to.

            The fact remains that I have not received my parcel, and money has been spent on an item I have not received.

            I request that:-
            1. Amazon provides the details of the person who delivered the parcel, and to whom they delivered the parcel to;
            2. If they can successfully trace the parcel, to hand over the parcel to me as I am the rightful owner and person who should have the parcel;
            3. If they are unable to trace the parcel, they are to provide me with a fresh parcel;
            4. Order as cost for the mental torture and harassment that this ordeal has caused to me.

              I ordred IQOO Z5 on 9th sep 2022 on amazon ..i had issues in the device called customer care, they told that they will arrange replacement device, , but i didnt recieve that order and it got cancelled .again called customer care they told that they will arrange refund after picking the old device..20days over still nobody came to pick the call after followups with amazon..i took the phone on emi basis ..now who will bear the emi ..my bank people calling me to pay emi ..bcous of amazon mistake i supposed to pay my emi.

                I purchased one plus ten t mobile get delivered on 2nd Oct ordered moonstone black received Jade green i registered complaint may times but no response from Amazon they given time for 3 time but no response even in site it's return replacement available but site not working very worse behaviour of representatives i request many times that let me clear it's why not replaced

                  Was cancelled on 26th september
                  Its has been 18 days till now and i still did not receive the refund i contacted amazon customer service and they told me that my refund has been initiated on 26th itself
                  But i still didnot receive the refund yet nor the rrn number
                  I have been contacting amazon since the past 2 weeks for the RRN but still i did not receive and all they are doing is telling me to wait for 3 days please its my request to resolve this issue the amout is not small it is 24000
                  I did not even receive the email of refund

                          I ordered one blood pressure machine on 27 Aug, and yet the status of the order is not yet dispatched, I have compliant 4 times every time it is mentioned that I wait for 3 days, and still the status same. problem is not resolved it.

                            Return pick up not done by Amazon.

                            Item return pick gets scheduled on the 6th Oct. in evening it was marked as return cancelled.
                            Again after speaking to customer care it was reschedule to 9Oct, and same no return pick up.
                            It was rescheduled to pick up on 12 Oct, and again return didn't happened.
                            It was rescheduled again to anther date.

                              Kingston 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz Non ECC Laptop Memory CL 22, RAM SODIMM (KVR32S22D8/16), Green.

                              Product is not working. When checked with Kingston customer care, they said it is not a genuine product, so no warranty. Amazon says lifetime warranty (5 years). Amazon investigated and closed the matter citing no problem with the product not considering my complaint. Product cost is Rs. 9000. Now, I am left with a nonworking product. No replacement, no return, no refund. Order#[protected], ordered on October 3, 2022. Delivered on October 6, 2022. I would like to get a replacement or a refund. This is cheating and also selling fake products is an offense too.

                                I have returned buttler soda maker which i have ordered through amazon and as of some issues i had to return my product and its been 4 months, even i have been contacting them and awqaiting for, my refunds they just throwing off my issue saying u will get refunf within 72 bussiness hours

                                  I had ordered online on amazon for dell inspiron 2 in 1 laptop on 30/09/22.I receivrd the product on 05/10/22.But invoice copy and warrenty card were missing. Also the laptop configurations were different than i was promised. After talking wiith dell representative i came to know the fact that my laptop is refurbished.They also mailed me with details and case no. Then again i tried to contact with amazon for return the product, as i had been cheated. But now they are not resolving my issue.They say that this is dell issue.

                                    I ordered a boat airpod for my nephew on his bday.but the agent of amazon is just lying for 4 hrs that i m delivering ur product in few minutes but didn't.he ruined my nephew's special day n after that he canceled n returned my package without taking my permission or not even informed me for that what is this behavior is they paying for my parcel.
                                    amazon agents is very rude ro customers evrytime.

                                      on customer care, the customer care told me we are just forwarding your complaint, give us some time we will call back and resolve your problem, but when i didn't receive any call from Amazon, then i called customer care and told them the whole situation, then they told me your complaint is close the back end team finds that you receive your product when i asked me how the back end team process and confirm that i have receive the product then they disconnect the call, i made a call to customer care so many times and every time they disconnect call.
                                      now i am frustrated and fed up this type of situation from amazon i haven't felt, so kindly help me and sent me product, i am also making complaints on consumer forum and so many places, its not a matter of 1000 rupees, but its a matter of trust which i am not going to do on amazon, i will also distribute this situation to my friends and family members so that they will think 100 times to but the product from amazon.
                                      one more thing customer support was not helpful they were repeating the same line again and again and disconnect phone but i am not lodging any complaint against them i want my product only

                                        Respected sir,

                                        My name is venugopal. I purchased amazon basics tv 32" inch. While watching youtube suddenly horizontal line appears on tv display. I complained to amazon customer service and i booked service warranty slot. Service team did not come home. He calling me i tell the problem and then he say to me i have not display parts I ordered wait one week. But ofter one week he say again like this. And he telling me display parts not comming complaint to customer care. I don't understand. What can i do now? Amazone fooling customers. Worst service. I wasted my money. Please help me or i go to consumer court. Very disappointed.
