I placed this order on 19/07/2022 and was to be delivered by 06/08/2022 but by today also it has not been delivered yet. Complaint has been registered many times but to of no avail. Your company is fraud....

We have ordered 'Elgi Ultra Perfect Plus' wet grinder. Amazon delivered the defect piece. We put return and exchange request immediately after 2 days of buying. Delivery guy came from Amazon and he brought another piece, at that time my husband went to outside he went for 5 min.I told the delivery guy to wait for 2 min so I will tell OTP. Customer care asking for irrelevant questions for activation of my existing a/c ..for any person recalling the details one year back not possible..similar think asking inspite of providing all my details...This is not justified...even bank can't ask so much questions..which is not relevant ro customer...
If possible pls activate the a/c ...pls confirm..Else all my friends circle not ro use AMZAN for ever ...
