Purchased a Samaung M 53 phone from Amazon on 23rd Sept. Identified a defect, it was verified by their technical team and cleared for refund. Now since over 10 days i have made requests for pick up which for some reason or other the agents are not doing, wrongly mentioning that they called and no one responded, misbehaving and not picking for no logical reason. It seems that this is a deliberate act and 5 attempts cannot be a coincidence. Its obvious that till they get the phone, there will be no refund and if no one picks in a stipulated time, it will never be picked. I have made many attempts but i feel harassed now. I spend 35 mins to 1 hour in explaining my case to each of the new people in call centre. They just give promises but on field the agents play dirty.

    I have lost 114000 INR in fake trading account https://tkgroup3396.xyz/index/user/login.html. thay asked me to do tasks and company will pay. they used Amazon logo and all and asking me to pay more and more to get my money. Please look at the images and please try getting money. Please help other people not to involve in this.

    Someone from consumer portal called me asking all my adhar and pancard with number [protected], please help me @consumer portal. I rejected sending him my pancard
    Issue not resolved and someone from consumercompaints called me asking money, my pancard and aadhar card details.[protected] this number he called me

      I ordered puma yellow shoes from amzon. I delivered wrong product shoes. I contact to amazon for return pickup then after 3 days of investigation they pick-up my return. Now they are denying to refund my payment. They are saying we delivered right product to you.

          I ordered Nayasa Fruit baskets via Amazon on 21 Sep 2022. (Order ID[protected] The product delivered was defective. Since then I am trying to return this product but pick up agent (Suraj, contact number [protected]) is simply not coming and Amazon customer care executives and their so called seniors (Anand and Manisha) are simply creating new pick up requests every time I called them. I am totally frustrated with the amazon service. Why should I waste my time discussing this issue with customer care executives after every 2 to 3 days? If they are unable to pick up the defective item then they should simply refund my money. SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATED

              I claimed for warranty on 31st July 2022 on Amazon for my Amazon basic 12 place setting dishwasher (order id:[protected]. I had ordered it on 11 august 2021 and the product has a 2 year warranty, and costed me 24, 499.
              But the technician kept on canceling and finally visited on 25th of August 2022.
              And the query hasn't been resolved till today that is 9th of October 2022
              In this duration I have called the customer service on multiple occasions and given 1 to 2 hrs each time on call. The customer service executives have only given me misinformation and no real solution was provided and i was only asked to wait. I have lost a lot of time on this and it was quite draining mentally too.

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  On 5th October, I have purchased a Vacuum Cleaner Woth Rs 4899 having order number[protected]. The Product extimated date was given 8th October 2022. On 8th October when i called the Call Centre in the evening between 9-10 they informed that the product will be delivered within half n hour. However, product was not delivered.
                  On 9th Oct, I called the Call Centre mutiple times and got the same answer that this will be delivered today. Having no choice left i asked Ms Vandana ( Customer Care Team) to write a mail that the product will be delivered today.
                  Unfortunattely product was not delivered again. In Notification on 9th i was informed that the product delivery is delayed between 8th to 13th October. So, On 10th I called them again and spoke to Mr Dheeraj, he asked told me it is will delivered today. After i disconnected the call i got a notification that the product is damanged and returned to seller, wheras Seller is Amazon itself.
                  So, i requested to send me the replacement however they refused and ensforced me to take refund, Just for your kind infomation that I bought the product into Amex EMI, even if they refund i wont ger the entire monet at once and will be adjusted with Purchase it do with them.

                  I a seeking an explanation from Amazon why there was so much of delay.
                  Why every representative gives different statment.
                  Why was i not received the product even there was a delay
                  Why they initiate refund without the consent of customer and giving them choice to refund/Replacement.
                  Why were the harrassing me since 8th August till now.
                  On house was entire covered with water and if the product would have been delivered on time i would have done something,

                  Lastly when i spoke to Mr Yana directly refused to help me that the amount cannot be added in PayBack and only refund will be given and then i can re-order. Also, when i asked that i have to escalate this consumer forum he said this is your fundamental right and you can do it as i feel like. They record all the calls do that can be verfied. I aslo have few call recording but i am unable to attach

                  Request you all to help me take action against their cascual attitude towards Customers.

                        Return PICKUP

                        Please help.

                        I am highly pissed off from Amazon's pathetic service.

                        I have been calling each day for the past 14 days. I placed a return request for (Livpure Zinger Hot HR DX Ecocare with water saving Technology, Wall Mountable, RO+Pure UV+UF+Mineraliser+Copper, 6.5 L Tank-White, 15 LPH Water Purifier for home) I receive return pickup message each day but it is not being collected. Already 4 return requests were raised by Amazon Customer care, but pickup didn't happen till date. Now they raised 5th return request for 72 hours of time for pickup.

                        On the 1st return request no one came and cancelled the pickup stating “Customer not at premises and premises is locked” which is absolutely wrong as no one came for pickup.

                        No amazon team taking any necessary steps to resolve the issue. I call Amazon CS; they raise fresh return requests and give hope to customer issue will be resolved by today, otherwise will raise the Advance refund. which is not at all sensible because the same thing keeps happening each day.

                        I emailed everywhere and no one from Amazon is helping. Why is this happening in the case of return? It is really pathetic.

                          Dear team,

                          Still not recieved any call from your delivery partner, trying to contact your customer care number and delivery partner number but thier is no response, yesterday I am waiting till 10 pm but no one is coming thier at given address by me ..

                          I am still waiting for my order, you can deliver it today in same address before 9 pm, I am available thier 1pm to 9 pm today, either told some one to call me, or provide me right number of person so that I can call him.

                          I am very disappointed with you, I never expected that kind of services from brand like you .

                            I have ordered a laptop from amazon with order id[protected] and they have to deliver it on 5 oct 2022 but they kept delaying it, when the person came to my doorstep i asked him to let me open the box and check the content and he denied to me and left. After that i had a call with customer care and they said i can check the content in front of the delivery executive. After that i have tried multiple times to call the executive but he kept on either ignoring or disconnecting my call and when i had around 5-10 calls with customer executives they assured me to deliver the product on the same day but the product was not delivered. Because of my unavailability i had a call with customer care on 6th oct and asked them to deliver it on 8th oct in evening and they were ok with it. On 8th i got the delivery message and then i received a message that the product is returned. In the order there was a 5k amazon pay cashback for which they shared the gift code but without me adding that amount in my amazon account the amount was added. Now they are forcing me to use that amount through amazon pay only and because of this now i am unable to buy the same product from other websites or sources and they also did fake commitments of sending me the same laptop without me paying it again and manage the payments themselves. Now i am totally stuck facing lot of financial issues as i needed that laptop for my business use case and this is a complete fraud as i dont have enough money right now in my hand to buy another similar laptop when deals are there. I also feel harrasses because of their again and again fake commitments to me

                            I want my whole amount credited in my credit card or the laptop at the same amount that i paid for it during the deal. I dont want my money stuck in amazon pay account

                                  Greetings! I have ordered Ayurvedic medicines (Ras Raj Ras, Swarna Gugglu and Vriht Chintamani Ras) from Amazon India worth Rs 39060 Approx. on 26 Sep 2022. but I have received wrong items ( Baby Syrup, herbal oil which is of very less amount)

                                  Sir I have contacted Amazon team and Amazon says after their internal verification they found correct items has been delivered.
                                  Sir Kindly help me on this now I don't have any options than knocking consumer forum. my family and I are in deep stress as amount is very high.

                                      My order was not delivered . Order was related to my case cover for my x80 mobile, But in the app it showed as delivered, and when called the delivery guy his response was so lathargic, i want to discontinue all my services from amazon from here on
