    That, this is in the interest of a common public that the condition of a Wadi to Ravinagar route is very poor. driving vehicle on this road is became very difficult. even there is no single police traffic police to manage the traffic on daily basis. every day accidents are happening on this route, many lives are already rune to the negligence on the part of Nagpur municipal corporation, Maharashtra police and other responsible authorities. what police is doing on this route is just demolishing the shops of poor road side shop keeper. those who have literally nothing to do with this complete scenario. so, kindly do the needful otherwise many more deaths are on its way.

      Amazon page says product available and delivery EOD, after calling around 9.30 pm, at that time they say product isnt available and some says not shipped. They only doesnt hv clarity on the product whether it is there or not. if I ask for resolution they say, cancel and order.

        Above is the seller from whom I bought a Samsung galaxy f62 on Amazon in August 2021

        Now the phone is locked under 'Flipkart smart upgrade plan' and Flipkart's customer service is telling me that the phone will require payment of remaining 30% amount by the seller (since they likely bought this phone under that plan from Flipkart) for it to be unlocked. Which means the seller bought the phone from Flipkart at 70% the price but I've paid 100% on Amazon for the same plus the headache of having to deal with the customer services now.

        I would consider it straight up fraud by this seller to sell such a phone without disclosing the details to the customer first.

        This is highly unacceptable and I have had my phone locked for a week now because of it. And have been bouncing around from one customer service to another on both Flipkart and amazon and even contacted Samsung and went to a Samsung service center.

        So I suggest that some action be taken against this seller as they are basically cheating the customer. And also require that my phone be unlocked immediately.

        Flipkart sorted it out for me. You might have to go through social media like twitter if they dont help.

          Dear sir, as all know that to buy a product from any ecommerce platform one has to create an account using one's email and mobile number. I had done the same for Amazon India. Now my problems started as started getting hundreds of spam mails from their third parties through [protected]@connectinbox. U tried unsubscribing but they never really unsubscribe you despite saying that your email id has already been unsubscribed. i complained to their grievance officer but he didn't care to reply.
          you are requested to share my experiences with them and ensure that i don't suffer at the hands o[censored]nscrupulous and unethical organisations.

              Hi sir,
              Actually i bought a dell laptop from amazon...but what i recived it is the defective one...so when i spoke with the dell team they said they will replace the laptop but they asking serial number in the invoice...but from the amazon i recived the incomplete invoice and also without any warrenty and p-slip...so for that i raised the complaint on 31 Aug..
              But still the issue was not resolved..when ever im contacing simply they are saying the backend team was working on that ...literally i called 15 to 20 times..every time they are saying the same reason...im getting very hesitate with that...
              So im kindly requesting to you that..please take the immediate action on my issue...or else i'll proceed to the take legal action on this...my order no[protected])

                My product was to be delivered at 9.15pm in 10/09/2022, but the delivery agent came earlier in 1 pm on the same day, due to unavailability at home at that time I couldn't receive my product.But it is showing as delivered in the delivery status in the portal.I want my product back.

                  amazon allows https://www.amazon.in/stores/AttarAyurveda/page/FE6C39A0-B9E7-4361-B6D6-0E2E1E07... to sell adulterated product based on lies and refuses to refund my money and block seller. seller is fraudster hence sells item as non-refundable. indigo powder i bought worth Rs 900 was sold as 100% natural but had black colour mixed in it. as i use indigo colour next day to henna for last 2 years and buy indigo powder from UK not india. this is first time india and i was shocked to see that indigo instead of making hair brown as for past 2 years and well known internet technique, hair should have turned brown but they turned jet black. so this is hair colour mixed in indigo and so mis-selling and my hair damaged so i want refund to say the least. amazon refuses to help and is amazon only to take commission with no responsbility? i do not want to beg seller as they r fraudsters

                    I have purchased the product called Amazon Kindle tablet on 10/06/2022 for Rs.7, 999.00 which I ordered to return by 15/06/2022 but due to some fault from company end my mobile number was put under blocked category and the person to collect my device returned empty handed. and now the return period has expired. I am returning solely because, I didn't liked the device interface. So i need your assistance. They even gave me an option via email to return the item by 13/09/2022 along with another item on my home address but no one cam to collect the kindle and only one item tat was a pen I ordered later was collected. kindly assist me.

                      Order is showing as delivered but we didn't receive the order. Delivery person called we didnt pick first time, When tried to call delivery agent back, he responded saying he is near and will deliver the package but its not delivered.

                      The order #[protected] was scheduled for return. No one contacted but i could see the status as return verification failed.
                      Kindly reschedule the pickup and refund my money.

                        My name is Abdul Hanan.
                        I am working as a cab driver by day and a freelance graphic designer by night.
                        I ordered a laptop on 6 September 2022 for 45990Rs.
                        I paid using emi thru debit card.
                        Unfortunately i ordered the wrong model so i cancelled immediately.
                        But the money was transacted.
                        I called Amazon customer service.
                        They said they have initiated the refund and i will receive it in 3 to 5 business days.
                        Its been 8 days now.
                        I still haven't received my refund.
                        Moreover everytime i go to the bank to ask about the refund status they ask me for a reference number,
                        Which Amazon has failed to provide me with,
                        I have asked for it several times,
                        They keep saying they have intiated the refund and ill recieve the amount shortly.
                        But no RRN has been provided with,
                        I also haven't received any email of a refund initiation.
                        I only recieved an order confirmation and a Cancellation confirmation.
                        I am so desperate, and feel so hopeless
                        I have deadlines to meet.
                        I need to buy a new laptop as my old one is dysfunctional and worn out.

                          Hello Sir,
                          I want to complaint against amazon company .
                          I placed two shoes from amazon one is Red Tape Original of size 8 cost Rs.1267 and other is Bond Street by Red Tape of size 10 cost Rs1409 .
                          I received my second product ( Bond Street by Red Tape ) a day early[protected] but because of size issue i returned it .On another day[protected] there is the delivery of another product ( Red Tape Original ) and return pick up of first shoes ( Bond Street by Red Tape ). Everything goes well yet
                          After the delivery, i open the box and the same shoes( Bond Street by Red Tape ) which i just returned but of different size is received . then i contact to the customer care and ask them to solve the issue but they ask me to wait for someday while they are investing, i waited but after sometime they told me that i didn't det any refund or replacement on that order although today[protected] they also cancel my return which was already pickup by the courier boy and now i have nothing on paying 2676Rs on amazon

Actually I order dual sim mobile. But Amazon delivered single sim mobile. I am not happy sir. Today More times I call Amazon customer service agents. But problem not solved. Iam very tired. I return this product immediately. I want dual sim dual standby mobile. In case not available otherwise I want original refund immediately.

                              Amazon Online Mall Task Platform — I want to get refund my money back
                              I got a link in what's app. And the broker told me to open an account to this link named Amazon mall . After that they told me download wise app for transferring the money to their account so that they can recharge it in amazon mall account.

                              So i did everything according to their guidelines. First they recharge $10 in Amazon mall account so that they could build a trust and give me task and give me $2 commission.

                                My Complain is about the order of washing machine which I placed at an offer time at Rs.8 and it has placed and dispatched and delivery date has also been showed. And after one day it has been canceled automatically. So I have contacted Amazon customer service and asked my order..no one is giving perfect response and every one was saying technical issue... what is this ? And if really the order has been canceled y it was not showing in my orders that I have ordered it and it has been canceled. I really trust Amazon but now it has been proving me wrong...

                                    I am old and trusted user of amazon.in and i was totally satisfied from their services but few months ago i got a mail (check conversation mail attached) that time they are doing verification of payments method used by various consumer and as i saw on app shows to verify mine also, so i entered their my debit card details but my acc was on hold from that time as they not meet with required details of mine, since I can't understand exactly what details they actually want so i give him my number to contact me, after that some of details i submitted to them (which i some how understood) but they blocked my account, after that i reach to customer support of amazon and they each time when I contact, they says you will get call within 72 hr but didn't get any. Months and months gone with conversation (only from my side) but problem not yet resolved. I am now worried with my amazon pay balance (126rs) which is stuck in that acc. Also some products which was on process of return, exchange and refund was also now on hold. Directly and indirectly around 2000rs of product was linked with that account. I don't know what is my fault. I am not saying to unblock my account but atleast resolve my issues & issue was began from 3rd week of June and now it is more than 2.5 months but not got solution, please help!!
