I ordered a vans sneakers price 3499. but I received an empty box i also informed the delivery guy that it seems very light. Now when I am contacting Amazon they are being very rude to me and also asking me to wait for days after days. I don't see they are willing to help

    I got a link in what's app. And the broker told me to open an account to this link named Amazon mall . After that they told me download wise app for transferring the money to their account so that they can recharge it in amazon mall account.

    So i did everything according to their guidelines. First they recharge $10 in Amazon mall account so that they could build a trust and give me task and give me $2 commission.

    But after that they told me to recharge my account and complete the task and task was keep asking me to recharge more money .but after i completed the task they are not allowing me to withdraw my money. The broker was telling me you have to 10 more task to withdraw your money and the task was asking me aud$10000.
    In this time i realize its a scam. I already invested on it aud$3054.

    Could you please help me to get back my money please?

    I got an online job from Amazon online mall task platform and I was told to recharge to complete a task which I recharge 100 which I did and completed the task and was ask to recharge 5578 again which I did and completed another task after that I was told to recharge 4100 to complete the last Task I and recharge it before i was now told to recharge 11700 which I don't even have so I loan in a bank to have that money. And again i completed the task and ask again to recharge 23000
    I just want to get the money back. I asked for the broker, they say I need to complete the task to widraw the money but I have nothing left...i broke I'm scared all my money that I need to pay also us. Loan i needed to pay it ..but 50470 pesos of total money is never back..they promised me that If I completed the task they give the money send to my account but nothing...scam...i wand to end up my life. I'm so depressed because of this I have to friends my boyfriend left me because of this my father was sick, my sister have a ovarian cysts and need a operations so that I need some extra income but..

      Amazon has permanently de activated return pickups from my area(including everyone here), Journalist colony, jubilee hills, Hyderabad.Iam filing this complaint after 6 months of escalation and no resolution from them.

      This is an unethical and fraud way for them to refuse responsibility for pickups and avoid losses.

      Rectify this ASAP !

          I ordered an smartwatch from Amazon,
          Order I'd[protected]
          I got this packet on 30th August and when i opened it, item was missing and and then i contact amazon and they asked me we'll help you regarding this need not worry your money is safe to us and they create an dispute ( investigation) and they asked me we'll resolve your problem within 5 days and i called them after 5 days they are refusing to pay my money back,
          Please help me regarding this as soon as possible!!

                I bought two head scarfs from Amazon. I have to return one as it does not fit my mother's head. The products were delivered without a manufacturer's tag on it. It was packed in seperate palstic bags and had a paper invoice inside it. I returned it exactly. The return was not accepted.

                The item was purchased online on Aug 17, 2022 and was delivered at my place on Aug 25, 2022. I initiated the return on Sep 1, 2022 for a scheduled pick on Sep 2, 2022. The amazon agent did come to my place but refused to take the package. Here are my order details.

                I was this scraft to be returned and the money spent on it refunded. If the manufacturer's tag is not present on the item at the time of delivery, how can I make it appear at the time of return? Need redressal at the earliest.

                  AMAZON TOOK THE PRODUCT AS WELL AS THE MONEY. HERE IS THE WHOLE SCENARIO I purchased a power bank from amazon. The product is recived by my brother he opend the box and took the power bank. But when i came back and i check the box the power bank was not there so i thought amazon has delivered empty parcel so i initiated a investigation from amazon. Then on the same day i come to know that my brother took the power bank. After that i faced issue with the power bank so i created a replacement request the Amazon India tool almost 5 days to pickup the order. After the pickup i was waiting for the replacement but the replacement won't arrived so i cancelled the return request. Then i connected with the amazon agent. He said you will get the refund in 3-5 business days. I reconnected with then after the duration and they denied for the refund they said we can't help you with the refund.

                    I got an online job from Amazon online mall task platform and I was told to recharge to complete a task which I recharge 200 which I did and completed the task and was ask to recharge 18000 again which I did and completed another task after that I was told to recharge 44000 to complete the last Task I and recharge it before i was now told to recharge 52000 which I don't even have
                    I just want to get the money I recharge back and the total is 62000
                    Please help me in a way of the refunding because the money i use to recharge was my course fee.please help me

                        The fraud is very creative and it attacks the naive and gullible web users who are after the work from home options and quick rich schemes. They are now also advertising on instagram and many other places like facebook. These sites too should be careful of the fraudulent activities happening and being advertised on their sites. So how the trick works is after registering they tell you to buy things and place orders and which is a gimmick. They say it is for amazon and works on commission where you buy and get some commission back on the sale. After starting small they say to invest 300 and you get 600 back. This is just a ploy for you to put more and start buying more and they keep giving more tasks on the website and they re reroute to a random number and bogus company details which is again how elaborate the scam works. Then when you keep submitting and buying and complete the tasks, the tasks keep increasing, by this time you would have shelled out 10000 easily- and then they freeze the money and tell you to invest more or else you cannot unlock the amount that is there- and you can refer people also to this fraud- and then when you message this person that my 5 tasks have been completed released the said funds they tell you to just complete 1 more task- visa vi more money in this case 4000 - total FRAUD and dont fall in this trap. I lost 5000 on this foolishness THROUGH MY GULLIBLE SISTER. I need my money back- I WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SUCH FRAUDSTERS AND THE CONSUMER FORUM SHOULD LOOK INTO INSTAGRAM AND PAYTM AND UNDERSTAND HOW ARE THEY ALLOWING SUCH FRAUDSTERS TO PUBLISH ON THEIR PROFILE?

                          I ordered a Wall Clock from Amazon which could not be delivered because I was in class and could not pick up the phone but it showed the clock as delivered so I told my father about it and he called customer care and talked to them regarding the issue then it got delivered to the hostel which was changed 2 days ago which I told the delivery boy to deliver it to the new hostel so he asked me that to come to the old address which was very far so I asked him to deliver it to the new hostel on which he refused and instead told me that he will cancel the order or "I will keep the parcel and no refund will be there as he will show it delivered and I won't be able to do anything about it" were his exact words also he was very much misbehaving although it was his fault

                              I have ordered for chocolates worth Rs.100/-(10 items of chocolates each 20g, total weight 200g) against order id:[protected] dt.26.08.2022 on amazon.in, but it was charged for shipping at Rs.699.90/-, which is exorbitantly very high and unfair practice of doing business and one way of cheating customer.

                              After seeing this uneven false shipping charges, requested amazon customer service to return the item due to unreasonable and false shipping charges. Amazon customer service told me that you should have seen these very high shipping charges, accordingly not initiated return.

                              In view of above, take appropriate action to take return the order id:[protected] dt.26.08.2022 on amazon.in and refund the amount Rs.799.90

                                  I have ordered noise color fit 3 asist watch from amazon online and got delivered on Monday 29th August 2022. I found the charger is missing. And called customer care number of of times. They told me to link the bank account for security reasons and I did the same. But even after when I called they told they raised an investigation and to keep in touch to know in case of any updates. I called today and a guy named Ashish told that the investigation was complete and the product was good. Initially they turned me around the problem and after repeated calls they told me that product was complete. I have purchased it to gift my brother and it is not working. After repeated calls they are telling that they cannot help any more. I am unable to know what to do with that product whose charger is not there. And my amount of Rs. 2999 is lost completely. Kindly look into the matter and help me. PFA for order details

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I have booked one of the items on 13 August 2022 Order# [protected], it reached on time. I am not satisfied with the product and I have requested for return, the item is approved for return, but no one comes to pick the item.I have called to customer service 4 times, but 4 times it is failed and no one come for pickup and no one called me for the item pickup. Then I escalated to supervisor two times but two times also it is failed.No one called me and no one come to my home to receive the item. The way of supervisor service is also very bad and no proper action from then even after 4 escalations. It is not a matter of how much the amount is, it is matter of the Amazon service when we escalate the issues.
                                    Amazon is not a small company, it is work wide big organization and we should have the proper support system and follow up with the delivery agents.
                                    I am fully hesitated with the Amazon service. I have no contacts to escalate this issue with the high level of customer service. Then I found in the google. Please take the action on the customer service and escalation group. The supervisors are very lazy and they won't take any action on the escalations. Please do the needful.

                                      I made an insurance premium payment using Amazon Pay. The page showed technical error and merchant did not get the amount. It was however deducted from my HDFC account. When I called HDFC they highlighted that the transaction was successful on their side and the amount is already sent. Each sidr is blaming the other and I'm not sure where the money went. Please help me to get the amount refunded.
