Not helped in warranty claim on purchased product

I purchased foot sealer from amazon on 13 dec-2021 of Zegel brand from auro industries, on amazon it is showing 6 month of warranty, product stopped working on 13 may 2022, i contacted seller on same day on WhatsApp as no other mode of contact detail was available on amazon or Auro industries website, initially he denied for warranty saying that product is old.then i send him bill copy for their reference, after that he stopped replying to...

Refund for return

Refund was not done on requested account rather then on another person's Account and for confirmation of refund before proceeding i even called amazon for verification that i want in my account with verifying last digits but they sent payment in another account which isnt mine my account was breached and i even changed password and all so my money should not get into wrong hand inthe hands of hacker or anyone who i dont trust much.

Product has not been delivered. Sending back to the seller because something wrong with delivery. Not the same product is available for more cost. Who will bear that amount? Refund not received and product not replaced.

Not resolving neither giving me proper service

I order a fridge in feb 2022 and now its not working so i raised warrenty claim on 24 of july but from that time they just giving different policies and other excuses and not resolving my issue its been 13 days today my fridge is not working and i am not getting service from amazon for it neither am getting any benefits of being a prime member all they are just giving excuses and every they ask me to wait for 24-48hrs...

Product Not Returning For More then 4 days
