I have ordered a laptop from amazon with order id[protected] and they have to deliver it on 5 oct 2022 but they kept delaying it, when the person came to my doorstep i asked him to let me open the box and check the content and he denied to me and left. After that i had a call with customer care and they said i can check the content in front of the delivery executive. After that i have tried multiple times to call the executive but he kept on either ignoring or disconnecting my call and when i had around 5-10 calls with customer executives they assured me to deliver the product on the same day but the product was not delivered. Because of my unavailability i had a call with customer care on 6th oct and asked them to deliver it on 8th oct in evening and they were ok with it. On 8th i got the delivery message and then i received a message that the product is returned. In the order there was a 5k amazon pay cashback for which they shared the gift code but without me adding that amount in my amazon account the amount was added. Now they are forcing me to use that amount through amazon pay only and because of this now i am unable to buy the same product from other websites or sources and they also did fake commitments of sending me the same laptop without me paying it again and manage the payments themselves. Now i am totally stuck facing lot of financial issues as i needed that laptop for my business use case and this is a complete fraud as i dont have enough money right now in my hand to buy another similar laptop when deals are there. I also feel harrasses because of their again and again fake commitments to me

I want my whole amount credited in my credit card or the laptop at the same amount that i paid for it during the deal. I dont want my money stuck in amazon pay account

        Dear Sir,
        Greetings! I have ordered Ayurvedic medicines (Ras Raj Ras, Swarna Gugglu and Vriht Chintamani Ras) from Amazon India worth Rs 39060 Approx. on 26 Sep 2022. but I have received wrong items ( Baby Syrup, herbal oil which is of very less amount)

        Sir I have contacted Amazon team and Amazon says after their internal verification they found correct items has been delivered.
        Sir Kindly help me on this now I don't have any options than knocking consumer forum. my family and I are in deep stress as amount is very high.

        hoping your strict action against Amazon so that they will not do the same with others in future. Thanks in advance.

            My order was not delivered . Order was related to my case cover for my x80 mobile, But in the app it showed as delivered, and when called the delivery guy his response was so lathargic, i want to discontinue all my services from amazon from here on

                Hi,

                I bought a HP Laptop. It had intermittent hardware issue(with the power button). I have been contacting amazon customer service toll free number. They tell that I will get a call back, but they never call me. The customer service is pathetic and I totally regret buying the laptop through Amazon.

                    I joined this platform in the name of getting an online part time job. At first it paid out, but as you continue you have to keep up adding until eventually you have nothing left and aren't able to finish the task. Your account then gets frozen and there's nothing else you can do.

                        I have order this product 2months back. Product got delivered on 8th of august but delivery boy did not update the status of the product as delivered and hence it shows returned to the seller..

                        I waited for 3-4 days to update the status but it did not as I had to return the product because quality is poor.

                            I ordered a Goldilocks Godrej Locker from Amazon. The product was defective. I raised a return request that was within the return window. The return was scheduled for pick up on 03.10.22. However niether did anyone arrive nor did anyone call.

                            Amazon site does not provide a resolution or any link that lets the customer take the next step or escalate if the courier does not pick up.

                                  On 29th Sep, I ordered a One plus 10R Prime Blue mobile phone but to my surprise, I received a green color variant of One plus 10R Prime on 30th Sep. Because this was an exchange offer, I returned my old phone Redmi Note 7 Pro in the condition specified by the seller. I immediately called customer care who directed me to share photographs of the phone received as well as the order number and date, which I did asap. After several phone calls, I was told that an investigation would be conducted and that I would be notified of the outcome in three days. This was the most ridiculous thing that a renowned company like Amazon would do.

                                  Thanks to Amazon, right now I am without a phone as the one for which I had paid a whooping amount of 28, 899 Rs. is, not the one I had placed an order for.

                                  A few things that I would like to enlighten Amazon about myself:
                                  I am a Prime member of Amazon.
                                  I am a regular buyer which means I give a lot of business to Amazon.
                                  I am a genuine buyer and not a fake one.
                                  Instead of giving me a quick solution to my problem, I have been told to wait for three days after which they will let us know what will be done. In a country where Fast Track courts solve a number of cases within a day, the small task of speeding up the process of getting the correct phone to its Prime member is made unimaginably difficult and impossible.

                                  I am sure I wouldn't have faced this issue if I ordered such an expensive device from Flipkart or Croma or Vijay sales. This incident has made me reach the decision that is never recommended Amazon to anyone for anything.

                                  How far is this sensible?

                                  Why am I being penalized for no reason?

                                  Was it my mistake to order such an expensive device from Amazon?

                                  Why do I have to wait for an investigation even after I have shared immediate photographs of the phone etc?

                                  What was the use of doing all these formalities when an investigation of three days will be followed?

                                  Did I pay 28, 899 Rs to wait for another three days not knowing if I will get my phone on the 4th day?

                                  Eagerly looking for a quick solution.
