I ordered a phone on sale with an exchange offer on Amazon on 5-Aug-22. They claimed on their website that it will be delivered in 1 day, i.e. 6-Aug-22.
It was a prepaid order. The phone was priced at INR 50, 099 and after discounts and exchange, it costed me a little more than INR 27.000

The product was shipped by the seller on 6th morning and it was out for delivery. The delivery agent did not reach my location and...

I have ordered "ASUS ROG Strix G17 (2022) gaming laptop" from Amazon India seller "World of Ninja" which cost two lakh five thousand rupees and I received completely different laptop from Amazon India seller which cost fifty thousand rupees. I buy ac stabilizer but in 8 days the stabilizer not work then i call amazon customer care for replacement on 30 july he speak me ok its replace but still now no replace .I also call many time but no response . My problem not solve my ac network without stabilizer and also too much hot these days.

I received damanged product again from amaon and amazon customer care talked rudely and didnt gave me resolution.

They says I was lying. It was rude and pathetic way of handlling their old customer.

I have bought a laptop from amazon for 62k. Firstly the order got delayed. When the delivery guy came, he was in hurry.. he did not even opened the product ( as it was an electronic product) and ran away. when i opened the box, I found it is a fake product .. the laptop was a used one and the screen was broken.. I ordered mobile on July 24th. The delivery date is Aug 4th. Delivery agent had not delivered the product that day saying it's been already 8:45 hence cannot be delivered. But the next or till today Aug 8th the product is not delivered even though after so many calls to customer support. Customer support is not useful. Not a single person is taking responsible for the product delivery. They were saying it will be delivered in few minutes...

An item I ordered (Order#[protected] was to be delivered by yesterday i.e. 6th August between 3PM to 7 PM at my home address under the same day delivery guarantee. It was not delivered and since yesterday, I have been conversing with multiple customer support executives over chat as well as call (5+ to be specific) but with no valid support or solution.

Next day they cancelled my order without asking me,
when i complained to customer care they told me that it was error from seller so thats why seller cancelled order.

Actually product should be delivered by Aug 3rd. But till now I never received any response from Amazon or not even the product. Very bad customer support. Not a single person is taking responsible for delivering the product...

I ordered a mobile phone using a credit card which had an offer of 10% cashback upto rs 2500 on mobiles.

It was mentioned that cashback will be credited after 24hrs of item getting shipped. I called Amazon customer service multiple times when I didn't receive the cashback.
They asked for proofs regarding the transaction to confirm whether I used the correct card and I shared all the proofs.

I ordered Amazon bed cover. It was supposed to be delivered on 6 August. No call came for delivery only emails that it will be delivered today. At 9:25pm got call from Delivery boy asking where is the location. Informed him location. He was only 5 minutes away but saying it will take half an hour to reach. On asking why said. I had ordered from amazon fresh on 24 july 2022 when prime days sale. Order id[protected]. Order contain 3 pouches of mother dairy ghee, one Packet of Pillsbury chakki atta and 1 packet of maggie.
