They today me my orders will be delivered on 26th Sep'22 but it is not delivered to me till now and one of order they cancelled by saying product damage and refunding me the amount without saying me.

Another product is still not delivered, very poor service they use for delivering the products T-ID:[protected]

    I ordered 02 packets of 499 grams each (total 998 grams) of Violet Cauliflower seeds from Amazon, in the attached screenshot "gram" is clearly mentioned but today 28.09.2022 at around 06:15 PM I have received one packet, its weight will be around 50 grams. I have already paid the due amount at the time of placing order. (Photos of the packet are attached herewith for your ready reference please).

    Received confirmation vide Order #[protected] and Date of Order/Booking is Sept 24, 2022. Please find herewith photo for your kind perusal.

    Now please let me know - what to do with this underweight item packet ?

      My name is Sanjib Kumar and I had ordered (Product) Rs 1650 (Milton Thermosteel Duo DLX 1800 Stainless Steel Water Bottle) in Amazon order on (18th September 2022) and I cancelled on (21th September 2022) I Cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on (21th September 2022) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ([protected]) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab & Sind Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.           I ordered Samsung Galaxy M32 Prime Edition 5G on 24 September 2022 and Estimated Delivery date is Sunday, 25 September, Later on Delivery Rescheduled to 26th September, But the delivery not received even on 27th September 2022, Tracking id showing that On the way, but running late

          But no further tracking details from the last two days i.e., 26th September 2022

          No Response from Amazon side, Poor Delivery service, Not able to address customers issues
          Customer care number taking calls to Amazon US, Don't understand Why, INDIAN Customer services people not responding

              I have ordered Google Pixel 6 for my brother on Amazon and got the delivery on 16th September 2022(Expected was 15th but I didnโ€™t receive any call - they marked it as not reachable). After opening the package, I realized that the phone was missing and I immediately called the delivery partner. he insisted me to raise this concern with Amazon as his work is only to deliver. I raised the issue in Amazon app and was promised that it would be resolved within 5 days that is 24 September 2022.
              When I called them on 24th they said the investigation team is working and they will resolve it by arranging for a return on 25th September 2022. I called them on 26th as there was no update from them, now they are telling that investigation team has closed the issue. Since I asked them to escalate the issue, they are asking me to write to [protected]@amazon.in

                I bought "BIBA Women's Blue Cotton Unstitched Suit Set" on Amazon. I was delivered a wrong product on 8th sep. I returned the product delivered on 9th sep for refund. I waited for refund for 10 days then started following up for refund. I was informed it will take another 3-4 days to validate the cloth and return money. Later, after 8 days I am informed that money will not be returned as a different item is returned. However, that was the reason for refund to begin with.
                I followed up with Amazon trying to explain my situation. I kept on receiving automated replies mentioning to reply to email if I like to speak to Account executive. Lastly, they responded back in one email, saying correct item was delivred.Also, they gave me a link to review policy "www.amazon.co.in/help/conditionsofuse" . Sadly, that link is erroneous and doesn't open any page. I am left with no option but to file consumer complaint as Amazon has cheated.

                  I had cancelled the order no.[protected] on 18th September. On 19th September I received theconfirmation letter from Amazon that order has been cancelled and will receive the refund within 3-4 days. But till now I have not received the refund.                     Hi, This is Kiran from Bangalore. I am an Amazon prime membership customer. On Friday Sept 23rd morning I have placed order for a mobile in Amazon website with order #[protected] and paid money. Amazon confirmed order and informed that they will delivery on Friday evening. But they haven't delivered the item and updated the status as "couldn't deliver as we cannot reach you". I called customer care and given complaint and mentioned that the status is not true as no one called me...infact they have no need even to call me, they can directly come home and deliver the item. Manager from escalation team.promised me that they will deliver Saturday for sure. Saturday evening I received delivery boy contact details. I called him couple of times and he is keep on saying I will come in half an hour. Finally he came at 9:45pm to my home. As this is exchange offer he asked my old mobile and i handed over to him. He taken the mobile and tried to update in his app. But he said he cannot take this as he need a otp but due to server problem he cannot generate otp. He left without delivering the new mobile that I ordered. I called customer care and given complaint once again. They said they will make sure to deliver next day I.e. on Sunday. But on Sunday no response from delivery team, I called delivery manager and sent tracking ID to him as text message. But still there is no response. Evening at around 3:15pm the previous day escalation manager called me and informed that the status is updated as "cannot deliver" and so she asked me to cancel the order. I didn't agreed for this and asked to deliver my item. I even asked for the reason but she said she don't know the reason. I asked her what is my mistake in this..she said there is no mistake from your side but as we cannot deliver please cancel this order. I didn't agreed to cancel the order. She said she will check if there is any other possibility and will come back and disconnected the call. After that there is no further update from Amazon. Now the status is showing as "Returning to seller".

                    Amazon is cheating their customers with false offers. They even taking money inadvance and after three days they are saying they cannot deliver the product. No proper reason was given. I spent my valuable time in last three days to communicate with customer care. I have placed order to gift phone to my daughter's on Daughter's day. But Amazon ruined my day with their false commitments and I felt like i was cheated. I need justiice on this and teach Amazon a lesson not to repeat such false promises and commitments to Indian citizens. Please take necessary action sir.

                      LG 139 cm (55 inches) 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV 55UQ7500PSF (Ceramic Black), Product link : https://amzn.eu/d/gseVvxU", whose actual MRP is Rs71990 (verified from LG's official website is listed as Rs 79990 on Amazon.
                      I notified Amazon's customer care on call and the representative said it will be corrected before the great indian sale begins. I added the product in my cart and waited but it was still not resolved. I then twitted about the same and the social media representative again assured that he has forwarded my concern to the internal team.
                      Now people are ordering the product under the impression that is being offered at a discounted rate but its a straight case of cheating customers and by listing a product above MRP and then offering suitable discount.
                      And I am still waiting for Amazon to correct this so I can place an order for the same
                      Please follow up on this.

                        I had return an fireboltt smart watch but not received the refund amount even after 6 days. The customer care gives excuses about sent of wrong item and their investigation team also involved in these types of frauds with their delivery agent. The amazon digest my watch and not even issue my refund. They even don't give a chance of reply from my side and rely on their stupid delivery agents. I want my 2000 Rs back because the Amazon owner not even fulfill their daily needs with my 2000 Rs

                          I have purchased an item on Amazon and the order was confirmed. Later I received an email saying that my order got canceled and the money will be refunded in 3-5 working days. I'm supposed to get the refund within 23-Sep-22. And it was not reflecting, so I contacted Amazon Customer Service. They informed me that the refund was initiated by 18-Sep-22 itself. Later they advised to contact the bank. Kindly do the needful and expedite the refund as soon as possible.

                            Hi Team

                            I have ordered a laptop from amazon and received a laptop on 2nd September and it's not working in the span of 7 days, And I have received a different product which mentioned in warranty slip. There is a missmatch of product serial no in the warranty slip and on the product
                            I have raised the request to amazon on 11th September to correct the warranty slip
                            But still they haven't resolved this and I am facing a lot
                            They are not returning the product and also not doing correction of warranty slip
                            With out this correction I cannot go for warranty

                              Hello sir/mam,
                              I ordered a watch strap on 3 September 2022, and it delivered in good condition but it didn't fit to my watch, so i placed a return request for that and a return product come on 12 September but the delivery person didn't give that to me by excuses that he forgot the scanner to scan it and said i will come tomorrow again to give it to you, but he didn't come.
                              So after waiting for him 3 days, i did a complaint for this regarding to Amazon coustomer care and they said to wait for another 5 or 6 days for solution, again i didn't get any solution.
                              So i again tried to complaint on 23 September around at 7:30 pm but they didn't accept my complaint and said we cannot do anything about it.
                              I am attaching the original product package photo for your reference, because if delevery person return the product to me then he should taken my original packaging with product.
                              But i have the original product with me.
                              Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
                              I want my refund, so i can get my required product from another seller.

                                  A smartphone (I KALL Z5 (3GB, 16GB)) was ordered on 30-Jul-2022 from amazon.in whose Order #[protected] which was supposed to deliver by 17-Aug-2022.Till now i.e 24-Sep-2022 this product is not delivered and after multiple time speaking with customer executive they are not promising any delivery date nor refund.

                                  Please kindly look into this matter as there is no resolution being made by Amazon.in till date.

                                      This is to let you know that I placed an order for household items with Amazon under Amazon Fresh on which was delivered on 30th August. I had ordered for around 14 items and it was delivered on 30th August 2022. When I opened the carton, I found that one of the package (Haldirams Panchratna Mix โ€“ 150g) was torn and the content was spilled inside the carton itself.
