Amazon is known for its door step delivery.
But I never get it delivered to my door step.
I order from many e-commerce sites and every one of them provides the delivery to my door step except Amazon.
This has been going on for quite sometime, and when insist the delivery person for door step delivery, argue and put a comment that If I want the product, I should come at the township gate and collect it, otherwise he won't deliver it.

    I recently brought an Iphone 12 from Amazon.in and they sent me a defective product. The mobile is not turning on. I tried reached out to them. They told me that i need to contact Apple Inc and Amazon cant provide any return or replacement services. I called Apple customer care and they told me to go and visit Guwahati Apple service center for further assistance. Guwahati is in another state for me. It is far and expensive for to and fro charges. I need Amazon to replace the product.

        i had created an account with Amazon.India using this email ID for online shopping. Sincei started getting multiple mails daily from them and their dealers I decided to close my account. There is NO option on their website so iI wrote to their Grievance Officer. He has not replied instead the unhappy company has started sending even more spam mails.
        Please take up the case for closing my online shopping account with this foreign company.

          I had ordered a beetel phone on amazon and as it was not as per my requirement, I returned it. The payment was done in cash. I was given two options 1) the amount would be credited to amazon pay 2) the amount would be credited to bank account. I opted for amount to be credited to bank account. Even after waiting for few days as the amount was not credited, I checked again and realised that the bank account linked to my amazon account was an old account which I'd closed a few months back. When I contacted amazon they've given me a refund reference number and asking to contact the bank. But the bank says that your account is closed. Now, how can I get my refund?

            Respected Sir,

            I purchased Car body cover Worth Rs.1662 on 31/05/22 and it was replaced on June 20. But received item was damage and again replacement request placed but asper Amazon conditions return & refund was approved.
            Regarding return&refund I called customer care on 04th July and spoke to Ms. Arya (customer service executive). Due to my personal reasons i was closed the bank account from which i made payment for the item purchased. I was explained detailed to Ms. Arya. According to her instruction i added my new bank account in the Amazon payment option. She told me the refund amount will be credit to my new account. By 15 th July i called customer service for checking refund status and they informed me it will be credit by Monday 18th july, if not please call again they check and will update.
            Then i received mail confirmation for refund with reference number. They initiated refund to the original payment method.
            I contacted ICICI Bank with refund reference number, the manager informed me that, any transaction made to a closed account it will be automatically reverse.
            Then i sent email to amazon but they were saying it was the issue in the bank side they can't do anything.
            Before processing refund i clearly informed to the amazon team that original payment method will not exist. but they saying they can't initiate refund to a new account.
            And also Amazon claiming that refund initiated to the original payment method. I made payment 1627.59 by UPI and 34.51 Amazon pay balance.
            The UPI ID will automatically close when the linked account was closed.

            So iam requsting to you sir kindly look into this matter and provide me a solution.

              Order no.[protected].I have ordered this on 10.09.22 delivery not attempted n order got cancelled. As per customer care suggestion i again order the same on 16.09.22 but again same thing happened. The delivery not attempted in City like Puna n i gave detailed address with floor no n office no.

                    AMAZON INDIA HAS TRANSFERRED/ ISSUED AMOUNT OF ₹18, 500 on 24th Jan 2022 with their (Refund Reference Number) RRN: HSBCN[protected] to my CLOSED SBI ACCOUNT NUMBER:[protected] for one of the products which I purchased from them which is APPLE AIRPODS 3 which I returned back to them !! I had paid via Cash while receiving the product but opted for BANK TRANSFER while returning! They have quoted 2 RRN of which I don't know which is correct. When I contacted my SBI bank branch where my account was closed they mentioned that the amount is transferred back to them and they also shared with me the Return UTR Number and reason stating MY SBI ACCOUNT IS CLOSED so the amount has been transferred back to the origin account. When I contacted amazon they say we have not received any amount and that we cant do anything. When my bank has only given a return utr number that ask amazon to track this utr number and they will be able to find the amount amazon is not agreeing at all. It's already been 9 months since I'm behind amazon. If it was a small amount I would have taken it lightly but it's an amount of 18500/- rs. which is not at all a small amount. Also whenever I call there customer care each representative of them gives different replies. SO I WANT THIS MATTER TO END AND I GET MY REFUND BACK. I will also share my active account no. for amazon to transfer the amount . HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS @ AMAZON.

                      On 02/09/2022 I had placed an order for 13 books totaling Rs.10, 381.23. Amazon had split this into 8 different orders. However, I had to cancel this order on 03/09/2022 and from 04/09/2022 onwards I have been receiving refunds not only for these 13 books, but for other six items as well. But, so far I have received only around Rs.4, 974.54 by way of nine refund orders. Major amount has not been refunded even after 15 days of order cancellation. Among them Order #[protected] for Rs.2, 527.00(single book), Order #[protected] for Rs.2, 278.00.
                      I have wasted several hours following up these refunds and don’t want to spend any more time. Please let me know when you are going to refund this amount.

                      They have tangled order numbers and part refunds and show me other order numbers, refunds so far made etc., etc. I have all those data and I have matched the split order with individual book cost and I have no issue with 9 books for which they have issued refund. I want to know the refund status about only three books, namely,

                      01. Too Much of Life: Complete Chronicles

                      02. Dostoyevsky Reads Hegel in Siberia and Bursts into Tears (World Republic of Letters)

                      03. A Very Old Man: Stories (New York Review Books Classics)


                      they have refunded several amounts since 31/08/2022 to me, I know that. Please concentrate on only three orders mentioned above and match the order amount and refund amount. That’s all I expect from Amazon.in.

                      amazon has neither refunded, nor sent me any email confirming refund process. But argue that there is no refund pending and all refund has been made and I shall contact the banker. Let them tell me when did they sent me an email confirming refund issue. On the basis of that I will contact my banker.

                          Above is the seller from whom I bought a Samsung galaxy F62 on Amazon in September 2021.

                          Now the phone is locked under 'Flipkart smart upgrade plan' and Flipkart's customer service is telling me that the phone will require payment of remaining 30% amount by the seller (since they likely bought this phone under that plan from Flipkart) for it to be unlocked. Which means the seller bought the phone from Flipkart at 70% the price but I've paid 100% on Amazon for the same plus the headache of having to deal with the customer services now.

                          I would consider it straight up fraud by this seller to sell such a phone without disclosing the details to the customer first.

                          This is highly unacceptable and I have had my phone locked for a week now because of it. And have been bouncing around from one customer service to another on both Flipkart and amazon and even contacted Samsung and went to a Samsung service center.

                          So I suggest that some action be taken against this seller as they are basically cheating the customer. And also require that my phone be unlocked immediately.

                            My prime subscription got auto renewed. Then my account got disabled. Whenever I am trying login it's
                            showing "no user id found with this number". So, I called customer care to cancel and refund and also to resolve the account problem. To verify and access they asked me for few details like name, phone number, billing address and pincode except email ID. They got the access to my account and told me all the details in the account. I approved everything. Then again I called so they told me that I will get my refund once I am able access the account. Then they asked me for another email ID which is not linked to any amazon account. I gave them another email ID. They told me that they have sent a link to that email ID from where I can access and also can modify the details in future. But neither I got the email nor the access. Since then whenever I am calling for this matter every customer care person asking for the email ID which earlier they not used to ask me for. Now they are telling me we can't access your account and we can not give you refund also. I lost 1499rs, the annual subscription and also access to my account.

                              I have ordered Samsung Galaxy A73 5G Awesome Mint, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage(Order #[protected] on 31 aug 2022 and recieved it on 2nd sep 2022 due to touch screen issue and back up of whatapp msg from iphone to anroid i returned back on 7th sep 2022 as per amazon pick up schedule. then I was calling customer care and following up on item return they confirmed me 13 th sep 2022 that they recieved item and my refund amount will be credit to the account by 16 Sep 2022 and we have the mail confimation on item recieved refund confirmation.When i checked my account on 18th sep 2022 my amount is not credited so called cuatomer care again 18th sep 2022 again they are saying that refund is not intiated and then i asked to intiate refund then they told as its huge amount to raise request for refund they need an approval from higher autority which is going to take 2 to 3 business days and total wait for refund is 5 more business days. I require a clarification from Amazon to How many days they are going to take to refund my money.

                                I have searched for online job in Instagram at that time i got number and i whatsApp to that number(+[protected].first I have sent hi message and they have messaged me We are an official Amazon partner. Help Amazon stores improve their sales ranking and product reputation through virtual shopping, so that their products get better visibility and ranking. Merchants publish a large number of task orders every day, and they can earn commissions for completing tasks. 2-3 minutes to complete an order, earn 3000RS-50000RS per day. The more tasks you complete, the more commissions you get. It's a good job, you just need to use your free time to make money.like this they messaged. Like that they told me.

                                Below I have attached the proof of investment. I have completed all task but merchant cheated me and not giving refund amount.

                                Telegram tutor @shop5988 this id also cheated me he is the mentor Tammy raj named.
                                I had invested 350624 and got 3445 from online amazon trading platform. Remaining balance merchant not deposit to my account. They are cheating me kindly I request you to take serious action on yo that. First they told me to complete task and I have completed after that they told me to pay tax for refund amount that also I have paid and then they told me to pay deposition amount that also I have paid. Atlast again you have to pay double the deposit amount like that. But I stopped the payment . 24.8.2022 is my last payment. But tutor and merchant whatsApp person they were cheated me.

                                I got amount for interest and I have invested.i need refund amount rs. 347179.

                                Detailed information I have attached below. And I also attached the payment proof. And also I will attach online amazon website also. Kindly give me the refund amount from that company

                                    Dear sir, i would like to inform you that on 11 September 2022 i bought a product on Amazon.The bill of the product amount had already paid by me.Now i would like to inform that in Amazon app my product status is showing that my product was delivered on 16 September 2022. but originally my product is not deliver by Amazon till now .                                       I am writing this email just to inform you.
                                      I have ordered Airtel Xtreme on Amazon app with my number [protected].
                                      It was ordered on 15th September and showing shipped on 16th September.
                                      As yesterday already one person from Airtel called me. That he will come by 4 pm, i came back to home after taking short leave fr office. And no body came to fix the connection. Even today i have called in the morning and they said Airtel person will come today by 3-5 pm. It's already 5pm no body came here. We are also busy and working people. How can you do such kind of misbehave with your customers. Even after calling many times no one is calling back, not getting proper update from your side. This is not acceptable, i will raise escalate this problem to media. You have forwarded my delivery to local person and he is just wasting my time. I have ordered online because i don't have this much time to wait for anyone. Please resolve this problem within one hour or do refund my money Rs.1864. Please don't make fraud like this anyone. It will affect your financial position and goodwill. Kindly do the needful within an hour.
