Dear sir,
it is intimated that I am no repeat NO LONGER interested in your membership and I have tried closing my account and even changed my mobile number.
But you have not closed my account and are resorting to daily multiple promotional mails. it is sad to see the attitude and behaviour of your Company which is nothing but cheap and most unlike or unworthy of a reputed company. In contrast I have never got nay promotional mails from Flipkart/ myntra / or any other ecommerce org.
Now, through this column I am requesting you to :-
Close/ delete my account-linked with email id-hsbkg.[protected]@gmail.com
Stop sending me daily mails on the a/m id.

    Purchased ceiling fan with remote control vide inv.No.Xnyr 9863 dt.23.09.2022 on line from amazon delivered on 29.09.2022. While installing the said fan, it failed to work in the first instance and the technician replaced and installed the new one one.
    On 24.10.2022 the said fan stoped working and complaint was registered vide ref.No.[protected] with job assigned to mr. Rinku mishra on 25.10.2022with his contact no. [protected]. I tried to contact the said official so many times but he is not responding to my call till date .
    Please let me know what is the fun of providing the client like me the details of official to whom the work has been assigned as he is not bothering to respond the call and making monkery of client .
    Now i request to either replace the deffective fan having remote control by a fan without remote having value of rs.3, 821.00 or refund the said amount immediately.
    Since i am senior citizen and facing very trouble without having fan in the room.
    Hope you will look into the matter on periorty basis keeping in view the age and take action against the techician who is not responding and for not attending the complaint till now.

      I have bought "SKY MORE Metal 2-Tier Countertop Organizer (12.2X6.7X11.2inch, Black) | B08PF9TTXJ ( 2 tier standing rack ), ' on 01.10.22 (order no is[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.699. But item is defective with its one of the legs broken, I had placed a request for replacement between 10.10.22 to 15.10.22. But nobody came for pick up and rand again I contacted amazon customer care on 19.10.22 for returning the item i was promised it will be picked within within 23.10.22. But again nobody came for pick up. Today if contacted them again they are saying they will raise a new request for pickup, for every new request previous request gets deleted and they are simply wasting my time.

            I ordered the above monitor on 8 October 2022, and delivered it in 12th October 2022. I opened the product the same day, I found a different product inside the box. As a Youtuber, I recorded the unboxing video as given below.

            Immediately called amazon customer support and told them the issue and raised a complaint with proof. They accepted the claim and initiated the return and asked me to call on 25th October 2022.

            The delivery agent came to my place on 16 October 2022 and verified the product and confirmed the pickup. As requested by customer support, I called today asking about the refund, they replied that they received an entirely different product and denied the refund and any further help.

            So I came here to complain about the issue.

              As per the order date 13.10.22 (amazon Order ID:[protected]
              the item delivered (19.10.2022) is not an right quantity as per the
              order placed through amazon app.

              ie, total placed qty. (6pkt) but only (4pkt) was received.

              the pkt was delivered by delivery boy and pkt was wrap in polybag instead of box so any one can easily stole the wires pkt.

              Problem related with: Order ID:[protected]

              but recived (1pkt)**

                I ordered a Laptop through Amazon using EMI option with CITI Bank Credit card and paid 32506.4 rs but Amazon did not delivered the product and refunded the amount 32506.4 rs back to my CITI Bank account. And as per Amazon the EMI should be auto closed in this case but CITI bank is not closing the EMI and asking me to pay 30000 rs extra to force close the EMI.
                Amazon is directly saying that the amount has been refunded from our end and our job is done and for the EMI related issue Customer should run behind the Bank. But this issue has been created from Amazon side and they should help customer to close the EMI. If Amazon do not have the product then why they are showcasing those items in their website. I did not get the product then why should i pay emi or 30000 rs to close the emi.

                      I have the ordered the new mobile in exchange of old phone. But due to technical glitch by Amazon during verification they are not delivering my order.it is the mistake by amazon.i have lost many offers from other apps

                        ORDER #[protected] was retuned and Pickup Tracking ID:[protected]. It was picked up by the Amazon agent which was updated in their system. Then there was no update. After a month I contacted customer care. They said I have sent the wrong item and accused me of counterfeit return and denied refund. On asking what is the item they have received they have confirmed that they don't know. At this point of time I do not have the product nor the refund from Amazon.

                          I have ordered fuji flim instax mini camera from amazon on 3rd of oct. Upon ordering the product that I received was of a different colour. I have initiated the return and have asked for refund on the same. The return was picked up on 13th oct. But today its 23rd oct and they have not yet initiated the refund. I have not received the refund for the product and the product is also with them. This is cyber bullying from amazon being such a big brand. Attatched is the product that I have returned as I have received it.

                            I joined in Amazon part time job on 10-09-22. At first guide me well, but in withdrawal information wrongly input by me. It is my mistake.                                 I had ordered an laptop on Amazon on 2 oct and received it on 7 oct as i received it nd opened for setup the screen was not atall working properly so i applied for return within a hour . intilially i was said tht i would have to wait for technical department vist so as they said i just waited for it but tht guy just called me and said to send pics of it nd assured u would get a replacement but later whn i contacted customer care they said like no stock so they would provide refund on return, i accepted it . initially it was scheduled on 12 oct but it got a failed tht contacted CC they said next time pickup would be for sure so accepted it nd waited on 16 oct even on tht day it was failed . again called CC they said 19oct would be for sure but again got disappointed as it got failed now CC said 22 oct is last for sure if this time it gets cancelled we would provide advance refund but now on 22oct again got failed nd as i trusted Amazon Customer care called them again but now they r saying like no there is no such police this was a total shock again they have rescheduled for 26 oct, how can I believe even this would not fail this time, lost my trust on customer service now, wht shd i do if even on that day it gets cancelled or failed, i desperately wanted a laptop in this month had some online intership to complete nd submit but now wht to do no laptops there. doing it in mobile is highly impossible so plz help me out solving this problem .

                                  I have placed an order for mattress via amozon order no[protected] on 29 sep 2022 and get the dilvery window of 04 Oct to 11 Oct 22 and on amozon it showing your courier is picked up by logistics partner on 06 Oct 22. I tried to reach to wakefit and amozon both customer care but no one able to provide me the logistics partner details and asuured me to get on time dilvery. It is total fake and even on 21 Oct 22 I can't get my order.

                                      I purchase nivya body product from amazone and I paid by net banking.product not relived to me .so I requested for refund .amazone said refund initiated and will be credited on your account 3 to 5 days.but after 10 days amount is not showing on my bank account.
