I put one order (2 of sandisk cruzer blade 32gb usb flash drive) on 10/10/2017 in amazon and after themselves they cancelled it due to some problem but today i receive that order with on this day i. E 16/10/2017 with only one pen drive. It is delivered by bookmypacket courier service his mobile no is [protected] and i had paid to him 740/- after i unboxed my packet i found only one pen drive instead of two pieces and it is also not sandisk it is transcend and called to that courier services he told it is not our responsibility. I think some one using the data from the amazon and did this.

i made a call to amazon and they asked for proofs like invoice and received product. I send it to them they verified it and immediately they refund the money to my account.

    I am writing this mail regarding refund for oneplus 5 (Slate gray 6gb ram + 64gb memory), which i was purshased on 18th sept 2017, order #[protected],
    I had cancelled the order that i placed on amazon and awaiting a refund of 29774. They had initiated it on 29th sept 2017, however i have still not received. They gave me a reference number to raise a query with the bank and they informed that the reference number is invalid and asked me to provide a utr no., the amazon failed to provide that number or any details or payment mode like neft, upi or imps and asking me to charge dispute however the bank refuses stating the charge dispute is done only for a failed transaction and not when a refund is expected.
    I have been pushed back on both sides who give opposite answers. I tried to conference both bank and the amazon however the amazon representative said this is enough details but bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number

    I ordered two products it has failed first time I revised the payment and placed the order I received a message that I purchased using my debit card and i cancelled immediately due some problem...I got a message that refund will be initiated shortly but I didn't received message saying that...Refund initiated...please resolve the problem quickly

      I want to inform you that i have ordered a mobile on amazon and its received date was on 13 oct. But i have been not received till now.
      Last night i have got a message that your order is being returned to us. And i have been already paid for this ordered.
      I wanted to gave a gift this order. But now that is impossible. That is so bad for me.
      Now how to believe on amazon.??

        I have ordered philips spa8000b/94 5.1 channel multimedia speakers system (Black) on 2 october. Delivery status showed delivered on 3rd october but i haven't received the product. Delivery status shows delivered to security guard however, i dont have any security guard for my independent flat.

        Registered the complaint on 4th october and receiving false promises and time frame to process the issue. It's been 12 days and still no resolution provided. Just contact amazon customer service from chat and asked to wait for another 2 days.

        This is what amazon provides to a regular customer.

        Also received an email stating below.

        Just tried to contact Amazon via phone call, not able to connect to the agent as they have barred my phone number.
        Tried on chat and still asked to wait for 2 more days.

          Today is 16th october exactly a month since the issue was first reported at amazon i would like to know what exactly is the progress you have made in the issue reported by me originally.

          There is no transparency in any mattet and whenever i request a call or contact you i just get a lame reply that sir we are following up on the issue we shall get back to you in 48-72 hours.

          If you can't provide a solution then let me know so that i can make alternate arrangements rather than wait for or expect a solution from your useless team of so called customer support which is believe is more a seller support scamming the consumer and testing the limits of his patience.

          I was given a handset which has a different imei than what was mentioned on the invoice and the product which stopped functioning hardly 20 days after it was bought, now even for the warranty part amazon is taking me for a ride and not working to provide me with the invoice.

              I had purchased gioneea1 mobile handset on 31st may, 2017 which was delivered on 5th june, 2017. On 27th june 2017, i had found that the handset was defective. I consulted gionee care center because that was warranty period. Geonee care center said me that the handset was activated on 12th may (Ie. Second hand) hence one month replacement warranty was not applicable.
              I made conversation with amazon through phone call and email. Amazon said to contact the supplier (Mr sumit gupta, navsachi traders, bathinda). Amazon had provided his contact details also. On conversation with mr sumit gupta, he send email to return the handset for replacement. I sent him handset via speed post. When mr sumit gupta called me back, said that he will not replace with new one. But he neither return me old one nor new one. Again i had reported complaint at amazon, but after more than phone calls and providing necessary proofs, i got promises only. Now they can't find our order details so phone conversation is not possible.

              I request you help me for refund of money. Thank you.

                I ordered two books at amazon. While selecting the books, it said standard delivery [qualified for free shipping]. So i did not care to check the final amount. But when i saw the invoice, i saw they split the order into two and added two delivery charge even for standard delivery. So you get same service but you pay more and twice and technically for single order!
                This is extremely unethical and when i pointed that to the customer service, they merely acknowledged it but said that's how the things are.
                I am pretty sure that they will not dare to indulge this unethical practice in us but is doing it here because they think people here do not know their rights

                  Amazon has turned to be fraudulent now..
                  Please dont purchase anything from amazon.in

                  I had ordered one plus 3t gun metal on sep 21st bearing order no[protected] and paid the money through netbanking account of sbi. But since i mistakenly booked the wrong colour, i cancelled it

                  Rebooked it by paying again for order no[protected] and order was succesfully delivered.
                  I got a mail confirming refund for the cancelled order within 3-5 days. As it turned out did not get the refund ut number. After continuos follow up with them, after 10 days i received a mail saying
                  "refund reference number: igacbeyqg7
                  Refund amount: rs.25, 099.00
                  Refund date: september 21, 2017
                  The reference number is generated only after the refund is confirmed."
                  After receiving this mail from amazon, i contacted the customer care to reconfirm the refund status. I was assured that the refund was processed from amazon and it is the bank who is holding the money. Further, i was told to contact the bank and file a charge dispute as the refund was not processed by bank.

                  Since i didnt get the refund even after 25 days, i enquired in the bank based on the reference number provided by amazon.
                  I was totally suprised and embarassed when the bank told me that this reference number was pertaining to the purchase (Purchase of phone) debit from my account to amazon and there was no refund process initaited.

                  They advised me to contact amazon and when i did contact the customer care today after long arguement and the facts stated by me regarding the refund status your person admitted that the refund process was not initiated even after 25 long days. I could not believe a reputed company like amazon would totally lie and cheat the customer.

                  I want my money back immideately, do not give me anymore reasons and lies.

                  So my dear friends please dont buy anything from amazon.in

                    I have ordered 3 different products of above mentioned order numbers on 13th oct 17. These are suppose to be delivered on 14th oct 2017 as i am a prime customer.. Suddenly today i checked my order and found it cancelled without any information.. My amount of 926.50 is deducted on the same day. And now customer service agent is telling that these amount will be credited between 3-5 days.1st thing without any profit why should i hold my amount for 5 days and 2nd - due to this mistake of amazon/seller i lost my credibility.. Please confirm that how amazon in going to pay my credibility.

                      I had purchased a redmi 4 phone from amazon ordered on 25 september 2017 order no.#[protected] which had been cancelled on 28 september 2017 but till date no refund has been received. Whenever i contact customer care division they assure the refund will be processed after receipt of phone from delivery person which is still pending to be receipt to amazon. Its really a high time of following up. It is requested to refund my money asap

                        Amazon sold diapers at offer price which had more than 3000 ratings initially. So i purchased a bigger size. From the day we started using that my baby got infection 3rd time and today midnight i had to urge to take my baby as she was continuously crying. I noticed the print on papers is very light and also the diaper is thin than before. When i checked that diaper my clicking on my ordered page it landed to the same product but surprisingly just 7 rating. How come amazon recycled all rating/reviews and started afresh and why they are not enquiring the seller. They are just playing with baby's health.

                          Hi my name is nitin chanana (India). My phone number is [protected]i ordered a laptop for my known living in usa. Its more than a month now niether amazon is shipping laptop nor they are refunding my money.
                          Order number is order #[protected]. They not only charged my card for laptop but also charged 50 dollars extra for 2 day shipping. I ordered laptop on 27 sep 2017 and today is 16 oct 2017. Even there customer support numbers do not work.
                          What a poor service and a scam they are doing with me.

                              Please find below the complete story :

                              First of all I haven't cancelled my complete the order, Only I have cancelled the order for the Egg
                              Boiler but Shruti (Amazon Adviser) today has cancelled my complete order and "I am bearing all these
                              done by the Amazon advisers who are good for nothing. On Saturday 14th Oct 2017 before transferring my
                              money to Amazon pay balance I have confirmed from thrice from "MANASI (Amazon Adviser) on chat who
                              incorrectly confirmed to me that your order will be delivered on Monday (16 Oct 2017) and after her
                              confirmation I have placed my order and added money to the Amazon Pay balance. But Today I have checked
                              my order status and found that one of the order Maggi (7 boxes) and Snicker pack will be delivered on
                              Wednesday and the an Egg boiler will be delivered on 21 Oct'17 instead of 16 Oct'17 as confirmed by
                              MANASI, on chat, Then I did Chat with MANDEEP another adviser on 15 Oct'17 and he told him the complete
                              story and he also confirmed that my order will be delivered on Monday End of the day. Then still for my
                              assurance as not had the good experience with the Amazon advisers I had request a call back and SHRUTI
                              had call me and she said the previous advisers has confirmed wrong to you actually our system is
                              correct and you will get one order of Maggi and Snicker on Wednesday and An Egg Boiler on 21 Oct'17
                              Saturday. Then I have asked to cancel by order of an Egg Boiler ONLY but she had cancelled my complete
                              order and wasted my 1 and half hrs on that call. Then she again transferred my call and the person is
                              so Hooligan he said I cannot help you just and Abruptly provided 3 options to me 1) Re-Place the orders
                              and said I will confirmed either you will get that order by Wednesday this time (And that only the
                              fault of SHRUTI and I am suffering). 2) Wait for the refund which is again transferred to your Amazon
                              Pay Balance (To use in purchasing again from Amazon which is useless to me, After this happenings who
                              wants to shop with Amazon again) not to bank account as I have requested a lot. 3) Give me 2 to 3 days
                              to listen the call and then will decide whether to re deliver you order on Wednesday or not But again I
                              will not give any confirmation that you will get order again or not.

                              Please tell me my fault here all I have did as per the amazon advisers confirmations and now
                              suffering I have wasted my 1900 Rs. and you even donot have policy to transferred my money back to
                              account and I have did. "I HAVE THE RECORDING OF THAT CALL"

                                I am very much disappointed that no one in Amazon neither customer care executive nor the delivery boy knows about Load cash at your doorstep offer. I placed a order on COD and received a mail that if I pay extra cash to load my pay balance at my doorstep I will get 20% cash back for first time load. Because non of you know about it I was not able to load it that is ₹500 loss very disappointed with this.

                                    • i placed an order with amazon for adidas shoes, but the product delivered was wrong, different from what i had ordered. • so, after contacting amazon and informing them about the issue, i initiated a return, the package was picked up, but the refund was never initiated. I contacted them about the refund, and received a response stating that the product returned was different from what i had received, hence, they cannot initiate a refund. • this is damn bs, a wrong product was delivered, that was the reason at first i returned the product, and now they were expecting to receive the one i ordered, which was not delivered to me. • its been over 20 days now, still haven't received any resolution. Insane!
