I signed up for amazon prime to get my product delivered in less number of days. I usually make online purchases only if it is eligible for one day or two day delivery. With the same hope i ordered a jbl c100si in-ear headphones with mic (White) in amazon on 8th october. The product was applicable for two days free delivery with prime membership. Until yesterday, the tracking order column in amazon.in said, the package will be delivered on 10th october (Yesterday) by 8 pm.

Late in the evening, i mailed the amazon customer care, whether i will get the consignment today or not. They gave a tailor-made reply saying, i will get my order by 8 pm. It was already 7 pm when that conversation happened. I again mailed them to know whether i will surely get the consignment delivered, if not i won't wait like an # in the office waiting for this never arriving parcel. For which they replied, they don't want to give false promises and asking me to wait for a day more. They also assured that i will get the consignment by 11th october (Today) early in the morning. But i woke up to see this shocking image in amazon.in website saying my package is expected to be delivered by 13th october.
My order number is "order#[protected]".
I have learnt that amazon doesn't value "customer".
I have learnt that amazon doesn't keep up the "promise".
I have learnt that amazon doesn't deliver product on "time".
Thanks amazon for teaching me a lesson.
I urge people who read this message to not register for amazon prime. It is simply a waste of money.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
