My order numbers are[protected] and[protected]. I ordered five items in total on 4th of october 2017. Deadline for delivery was 10th of october 2017. On 10th of october amazon updated status of my order as delivered but the items were not delivered to me neither they were delivered to anyone in my neighbourhood. I immediately mailed to them. They assured me of solving the issue by 13th of october 2017. When i mailed them on 13th they said kindly wait till 16th as order is for large amount. On 16th of october they are providing me refund for black ice
[protected] of rs.175. My orders were for more than 6000 and they are providing me refund for an order which is not mine. What will i do with this paltry amount? They are making fool of me from the last six days. You are hereby requested to teach these looters a lesson.

      There is a issue with my refund amount from amazon. It is checked by the amazon customer care and the details which is given by the amazon can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed from their side on 09-oct-17. But the refund amount of rs 1539 is not credited to my bank account. Refund reference # 74332747282728108083432. Please take necessary steps to locate as well as refund to my 1539 rupees to my bank account.

        Amazon has given my expensive phone to aramex courier for delivery. Escalations from amazon are not reaching aramex (As confirmed from aramex customer care).
        False reasons are being given to not deliver the package like "address is not correct" even though i get packages on this address frequently.
        Amazon is not able to resolve the issue & the delivery has already been delayed than promised date. (Amazon order id:[protected].
        Amazon can contact me on my registered mobile/email to resolve the issue and get item delivered today.

          I brought lenovo k6 power (Grey-3gb ram) (32gb rom) phone on amazon on 3rd september. Deliver product on time that mobile is not working properly it get switch off automatically and never start again. So i replaced that with amazon. New mobile received on 18th sep. But that mobile also hang every time. I am not able to pick up phone. So requested for return on amazon.

          Amazon people not taking responsibility to return back to seller. They say u personally send back to seller. If amazon provide door step delivery then they should arrange pick up also for faulty products.

          Unnecessary i suffering of huge loss. Please arrange pickup for order order #[protected]

          The range for calling or receiving is very poor when all other phones have good range.

            Firstly i ordered a oppo f1s back cover. Cod. After recoving it. I find that product was not look like what was in pic. And i m also find that. Product is defective. Then. I go for exchange order. After that. I received totally different back cover. Which is not a back cover of oppo f1s. I pay for it. But i didn't get right product. And also some of the customer care executive call me. And requesting me to remove the comments. And the. Cheated on me. And removed the review

                  I bought the mobile extended warranty plan for 1 year from amazon, it's been 11 days and i have not received the order till yet, further the status of the order is showing as delivered to me and signed by me.

                  I have called many times on customer care no., every time they are saying that please wait for 2 another days, when i am saying that please cancel my order and return my amount then they are saying that it is impossible, because the status of the order is showing as delivered.

                  It is highly unprofessional and it seems that amazon is now cheating the customers by receiving the payment from them and then neglecting the customers.

                    To whom it may concern last five days my account is blocked and no one can answer genuine please tell what is the matter i was continuously contacting amazon but didn't genuine reply i am dipressed amazon cheated me i want justice because i am innocent i have proof to show your delivery boy was fault before received my order i am contacted amazon and tell whole story and he said don't worry sir you open the box and then i open it and i was shocked because no camera is there only real juice packet is there try to understand i am a student and i was bought a camera for study purpose i am belong a middle class family please investigate my issue

                    To whom it may concern I have a proof to show that your delivered product was misplace I have told you last six days I have many order bought was amazon but this is first time occur try to understand before received a order I have complain in Amazon because I have dout but your customer service said don't worry sir if you face a problem then I'll face it after received a order I open a box then I was shcked no camera is there only real juice packet try to understand I am a student I was bought a camera for study purpose please investigate I am sured you courier team was fault please investigate I have shopping many years but this issue first time occur you checked my previous history please investigate

                          I put one order (2 of sandisk cruzer blade 32gb usb flash drive) on 10/10/2017 in amazon and after themselves they cancelled it due to some problem but today i receive that order with on this day i. E 16/10/2017 with only one pen drive. It is delivered by bookmypacket courier service his mobile no is [protected] and i had paid to him 740/- after i unboxed my packet i found only one pen drive instead of two pieces and it is also not sandisk it is transcend and called to that courier services he told it is not our responsibility. I think some one using the data from the amazon and did this.

                            I am writing this mail regarding refund for oneplus 5 (Slate gray 6gb ram + 64gb memory), which i was purshased on 18th sept 2017, order #[protected],
                            I had cancelled the order that i placed on amazon and awaiting a refund of 29774. They had initiated it on 29th sept 2017, however i have still not received. They gave me a reference number to raise a query with the bank and they informed that the reference number is invalid and asked me to provide a utr no., the amazon failed to provide that number or any details or payment mode like neft, upi or imps and asking me to charge dispute however the bank refuses stating the charge dispute is done only for a failed transaction and not when a refund is expected.
                            I have been pushed back on both sides who give opposite answers. I tried to conference both bank and the amazon however the amazon representative said this is enough details but bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number

                                I have ordered philips spa8000b/94 5.1 channel multimedia speakers system (Black) on 2 october. Delivery status showed delivered on 3rd october but i haven't received the product. Delivery status shows delivered to security guard however, i dont have any security guard for my independent flat.

                                Registered the complaint on 4th october and receiving false promises and time frame to process the issue. It's been 12 days and still no resolution provided. Just contact amazon customer service from chat and asked to wait for another 2 days.

                                This is what amazon provides to a regular customer.

                                Also received an email stating below.

                                Tried on chat and still asked to wait for 2 more days.

                                  Today is 16th october exactly a month since the issue was first reported at amazon i would like to know what exactly is the progress you have made in the issue reported by me originally.

                                  There is no transparency in any mattet and whenever i request a call or contact you i just get a lame reply that sir we are following up on the issue we shall get back to you in 48-72 hours.

                                  If you can't provide a solution then let me know so that i can make alternate arrangements rather than wait for or expect a solution from your useless team of so called customer support which is believe is more a seller support scamming the consumer and testing the limits of his patience.

                                  I was given a handset which has a different imei than what was mentioned on the invoice and the product which stopped functioning hardly 20 days after it was bought, now even for the warranty part amazon is taking me for a ride and not working to provide me with the invoice.

                                      I had purchased gioneea1 mobile handset on 31st may, 2017 which was delivered on 5th june, 2017. On 27th june 2017, i had found that the handset was defective. I consulted gionee care center because that was warranty period. Geonee care center said me that the handset was activated on 12th may (Ie. Second hand) hence one month replacement warranty was not applicable.
                                      I made conversation with amazon through phone call and email. Amazon said to contact the supplier (Mr sumit gupta, navsachi traders, bathinda). Amazon had provided his contact details also. On conversation with mr sumit gupta, he send email to return the handset for replacement. I sent him handset via speed post. When mr sumit gupta called me back, said that he will not replace with new one. But he neither return me old one nor new one. Again i had reported complaint at amazon, but after more than phone calls and providing necessary proofs, i got promises only. Now they can't find our order details so phone conversation is not possible.

                                      I request you help me for refund of money. Thank you.

                                        I ordered two books at amazon. While selecting the books, it said standard delivery [qualified for free shipping]. So i did not care to check the final amount. But when i saw the invoice, i saw they split the order into two and added two delivery charge even for standard delivery. So you get same service but you pay more and twice and technically for single order!
                                        This is extremely unethical and when i pointed that to the customer service, they merely acknowledged it but said that's how the things are.
                                        I am pretty sure that they will not dare to indulge this unethical practice in us but is doing it here because they think people here do not know their rights
