We have booked one consignment from amazon. The same shipment was collected by you on 20.09.17 for us.

The shipment is lying in mumbai customs since 27.09.17

We have called on your customer care number[protected] for several times & but there was not any proper reply from them. It seems that you have kept your customer care dept to fool your valued customers.

In spite of talking your customer care on regular basis since last 10-12 days, there was not any proper response/ reply form their side.

Now, it is high time that someone should intervene in the matter & clear the consignment. Our customer will be charging us rs. 5.00 lac penalty for delayed in such delay in shipment. Can you tell us from whom should i recover this penalty.

We have not expected such type of transaction from aramex. Being no. 2 in the world, you have failed miserably to deliver our subject consignment on time. Even after passing of 23 days, you are not still sure that when the consignment will get deliver to us.

I request you to stop all these nonsense things being happened to our consignment & arrange to deliver the consignment to our thane office today itself.

If my mail is not answered within 2 hours with committed delivery of today itself, i will be forced to write to top most personnel of amazon as well as aramex for exposing your dealing with your customer.

      I have purchased a new phone, moto g5s plus, on 22.09.17. The last date of delivery of same was 28.09.17. But the same was delivered on 30.09.17.

      On 10.10.17, when i checked my product, i come to know that the same was delivered defective (Small crack screen). So as layman, i had tried to return the item on 10.10.17. But the same was showing return window closed on 08.10.17.

      When i visited the service center of company on 11.10.17, they simply denying to accept my request. But they told me about return policy that 10 day is available with customer after delivery date and the same fall on 10.10.17, the same date when i trying to return the product. But amazon closed the window on 08.10.17

      But on 11.10.17, the amazon is simply denying to accept my request mainly because of 10 day passed.

      But the fact is, if the amazon provide right information, i. E. Right information about return date 10.10.17 on site, then there is no loss.

      So mainly due to wrong information provide by amazon, i am bearing a loss of 16000.

      So please lodge my complaint against amazon company, who provides wrong information.

      Please accept my complaint and provide me complaint number with information why amazon provides wrong information to me, which cost me 16000.

      Please give me justice.

        Hello team, i would like to raise the complaint against amazon india, as i order one plus 5 mobile on 8th oct 2017. Estimation delivery date was 12th of oct. I did follow up call with amazon and they inform me that on 12th oct eod i will receive my product and 8th o clock in the evening they changed the delivery date from 12oct to 16th oct.in the morning i had again call with amazon team and product is not yet out for the delivery from them.

          Dear concerned,

          I have ordered a redme note 4mobile ohone but wasnt aware that its redmi 4 mobile version is also available, so have selected a wrong product which got delivered to me. When i saw the sealed packed shipment i got the idea that a wrong product has been delivered to me which is quite small and does not hold any usage to me.

          When i approached them for placing my replacement request of delivered redmi 4 to redmi note 4 mobile set they upfrontly denied it inspite of my saying that i dont mind paying the difference amount.

          There callers have said that goods once sold shall not be taken back...

          While ordering this phone it was never been mentioned that they have such an stringent non-refundable policy anywhere.

          It is imperative that they are doing such dumping policy to there old and existing loyal customer which is completely unacceptable.

          Request your kind and serious intervention to get my issue resolved please.

            I have received a message saying the amazon package has been directly handed over to ms saileela after signature.
            While in reality i have had no package delivered to me.
            When i contacted the amz agent whos number i got through message [protected] he is saying he let the job

            I really have a question, how authentic amazon is?
            Did not get any constructive feedback from customer care. Don't know how much they are informed.

            It is absolute case of fraud.

            Pl suggest how to proceed?

              Order no.[protected] order dt 24.09.2017 bought for rs.3999/- delivered on 29.09.2017. Stated to use it from 04.10.2017 but one of the burnders - left side burner not working within 10 days o[censored]sage. Please send your technicians and replace the same at the earliest. Diwali is nearing.
              I was using 4 burner prestige gas stove for more than 10 years and only recently two of the burners giving trouble, hence bought this glass top prestige gas stove, but within 10 days o[censored]sage it is not working properly. Also the brass burners changed colour as if they are not upto the standard. Though we have prestige store and other dealers of prestige nearby, we bought only to save few hundred rupees which give unnecessary mental strain. Early replacement is appreciated.

                1- i have orderd (Gigabyte geforce gtx 1050 ti windforce oc 4g) graphics card as all the details on the wen site of this graphics card is given. And i have received another graphics card under this name which is a full on bluff by the seller. Even the seller is knowing he is bluffing. After delivering all the evidence that i have got the wrong graphics card still am unable to return the graphics card now even amazon peoples are also knowing that i have got the wrong product.

                  I orded a book verbal and non verbal reasoning by r s aggarwal on 08.10.2017 and i got this book on 10.10.2017. When i check this book i found missing pages from 33 to 64. Suddenly i ordered replacement of this book on 11.10.2017, then i receive a message that courier partner will pick this item by 12.10.2017 but no-one respond it. Kindly help me. Its urgent!!!                     I already order a pone Samsung galaxy j7 prime. form 4th October but till now my product will not reach. order =[protected]

                    when i contact to customer care they told due to some system issues product was not deliver by courier . then again promises to me it will reach on 12th October . but till now i did not get it, and this is very bad system to delivery a product form your side. i am fell very up sate and irritated my self.

                    now i thought why i buying this mobile...plz do some urgent step.

                      Dear sir
                      I order samsung J7 pro on 8/10/2017 and pay 100rs extra for one day delivery but when i track my order on 9/10/2017 it's shows your order has been deliver and signed by satyam singh but i did't get my order till now and when i call amzon customer care person at 9/10/2017 he say you will get your order soon but i have not get my cell phone yet and on the next day(10/10/2017) when i again call customer care person then he say you will get your order under 12/10/2017 after that if you not find your order then your money will be refunded in your account but now they refuse there promises they don't transfer my money and my complaint number is 8740

                          Hi as i had irdered shoes its delevery date was yesterday and i waited for a day. No delevery agent approached me and now the status shows rejected by you and returned to seller. When i cal delevery agent he says its in office we wil get it to you by today. But now i receive a mail as returned to vendor. Very disappointed by the delevery agent. The product never came to me so how cud i regect that. Delevery guy has no clue about the product and says might be sm delevery boy took it it may reach you til evening.

                            I have purchased nokia 3310 mobile from amazon which delivered to my place on 10th oct 2017.

                            There are two issues with product
                            1) mobile box was tampered-so i didn't open the product further and kept as it is.
                            2) mrp not mentioned over the box (Current mrp is 3599 and i purchased from amazon at price 4399) — this is serious issue. Amazon should not allow seller to sell their products above mrp.

                            On 10th oct 2017, i raised return request of product (Date-11th oct 2017 time slot 7:00 am -10:00 am). Courier pickup boy came to my home at around 11:45 am and insisted me to open the box as he wants to check phone. So i told him to open it on his own responsibility. He didn't agreed and asked me to call customer service. He was very arrogant and not ready to listen anything. Finally he let without any pickup.

                            On 11th oct 2017, i raised another pick request (Date-12th oct 2017 time slot 7:00 am -10:00 am). Courier pickup boy didn't turned up till 4:30 pm. So when i again called customer care person, he told me that due to festival season we can not fulfill commitments on time. You have to wait. May be till saturday 14th oct 2017 and there us no use of calling and following up.
                            Also not able to provide any eta for pickup.

                            I really don't understand the policy and behavior of amazon.

                            This is really frustrating experience with amazon this time.

                            Appreciate if some one can look into this matter and get it resolved.

                              I bought a decorative item from amazon[protected]) costing around 7000/- back in june and product delivered in august, after that we send that item usa with out open the pack as item is heavy. As soon as they received the product it's starts leaking, so i contacted amazon and they asked me to contact seller, so i did that. They took some time and denied my claim without reason. So i contacted customer service, they are talking very rude and then i wrote a review on that product, amazon reject my review as well. Not sure what to do.

                                I have purchased redmi 4 (Black 32gb) mobile phone for an amount of rs.8, 998/-through amazon on 25/07/17. Copy of the invoice is enclosed herewith for your reference. Only two months are over. Now the phone is not working properly. Automatically the phone is getting on for the incoming call and also i am unable to hear the incoming call sound. I can able to speak for the incoming calls after put on speaker. It is not that the product which you supplied to me is defective. Hence i request you to replace the product urgently.

                                      Amazon courier guy has not called me for order. As i got information about service person, i tried to call him but i got no response from mobile. And i tweeted to amazon customer care and they told me i will get it by 8 pm. I had followed them through tweets till next day morning. But i have not received the product. I got a call from amazon delivery person next day after 12pm. For getting my product i was in touch with them for more than 12 hours. But they even dont felt responsible to deliver atleast on next day morning 9am.

He had call me over mobile but unfortunately i could not attend as i was in a important meeting at about 1.30pm i rang him seeing the missed call but he refused to come to my door although i am ready to pay the cod order.
