I purchased a one + five mobile from amazon website on 21st septemnber'17 and took an exchange offer which they had at that time. I am having samsung galaxy a8. I purchased the one + five phone with 128gb rom and 8gb ram whose actual costing is rs 37, 999/- and with exchange, it came to somewhere around 29, 000 (Approx) after all bank discounts and all offer calculation, the net sum was rs. 28, 090/- which was deducted from my credit card. I took an emi plan which has rs. 4500/ month (Approx) payable in 6 months. Please note that i being a prime customer here, should have got the product by next day max i. E. By 22nd september'17.

I waited till 23rd september and the tracking status was written as sorry for delay, it will be reaching you by 26th september'27. I again waited till 24th september and then i called up the customer care of amazon and they assured me that i will get it by 26th positively. On 27th september'17 when i called them, they stated after holding my call for around 5-7 mins. That my phone has lost in transit and sorry for the inconvenience. The representative told me that he is putting a replacement request right away so that i can get the phone instantly. No extra cost will be taken from me. I said please do whatever you want but send me the phone instantly. I told them that i have uninstalled my samsung galaxy a8 phone and formatted it as i had to hand it over for exchange purpose. I had no phone at that time. They reassured me that i will get the phone within next 24- 48 hrs. Max.

I again waited till 28th september but again with no revert. I again called them up with frustation regarding the status. They apologised and confirmed that my order could not be delivered because of some internal policy of exchange and replacement order. So i need to cancel the order and reorder it. With higher level of frustation, i scolded them and cancelled the order. Also, i humbly requested them that please initiate the refund instantly the moment i cancel because i have emi to pay and bill will be generated soon. They assured me same and told to cancel the product.

Now i am in proper follow ups with them, and they are not responding in the manner the did it earlier. Now they are just apologising again and again and say that it will be initiated soon. I am really worried as my emi will be generated shortly and i will have to pay the amount, without any reason.

You are requested to please help me out.

    Dear sir,

    Actually i have ordered a sony headphone for rs.549 on 4th oct and it has delivered on 6th oct.
    It was good and fast delivered one, but that product not effective to my mobile so i expecting refund for that but it has not showing refund option, it shows only return and replacement. I never want this product replacement, i had expecting the refund only.
    Please help me to get refund for that and am ready return the product with label.

    Why i am tell my card details to him??

      I bought phone in amazon.. When i contacted their support i clearly told them it was bought on august end. They asked me doa form etc.. Then they told we will do refund or return.. After sending all documents finally they are telling our customee support people wrongly passed the information and there is no option to return.. Simply they made me fool for 3-4 hours.. They wasted my time.. I need solution on this

          I ordered nokia 3 three times between 20.08.2017 to 24.08.2017 and every times my order got cancel by amazon or saler. I got the refund of two orders of rs.10.199 each. But i haven't received the refund of remaining order yet. I am behind amazon team since last 45 days. Everytime they saying it will be clear within 48hrs but nothing happening. Amazon does not provide proper email address to resolve the issues. Customer care executive are naive and immature in handling customer complaint. They didn't even connect me to their customer executive i tried multiple times but no response...

            I have ordered an epillator through credit card.. I didn't receive my product but it's showing as delivered.. On the particular day I was in the same address but they are telling it has been delivered to me.. When I ask the refund they are responding properly..

              :why are you fooling people that micromax infinty is for 13999 every where in india its available for rs 9999 since day it was launched i was waiting for your sale i thought there will be some price slash but you jus fooled everyone ill prove it to you.                 Sir,
                Ref to subject i have raised a very highly sensitive issue which i have faced about my purchase product loop kids purple bicycle in which order was placed on great indian sale on 22 sep 17 amount was 2499 for this product. You may be aware that about your assured policies for prime members that purchase product shall be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. But finally you could not fulfilled your assurance as a example my purchase product could not delivered by delhivery courier team and delivery goes beyond timeframe which i never expected as holding prime membership. As contacted by delhivery delivery boy on 05/10/17 at 9:45 hrs in my registered mob no-[protected] in which they contacted through phonecall from mob no [protected] that due to big item, undersigned can collect the same from their hub.in which i simply denied to collect the same from their hub as a terms that product should be delivered at customer door step without any bound to customer. So i simply ask you that although i repeatedly was follow up since 1st oct 2017 then why no resolution finally come out. I simply convey the msg amazon that if the same product delivery not done by 7/10/17 1st half within 2 pm, it leading misguide and grievance will be forwarded to consumer forum as well as will be spread to social media to know about your fake business.

                  My name is sumanta dey. I have ordered one plus 3t order no[protected] and paid rs-25000/but they delivered me two nirma soap and one old ac adaptor inside the box. Same time i inform amazon. They telling me they investigating internally. Today 15 days over they are still investigating. And said if you have problem go to police station. Amazon is a fraud shopping site. My advice is don't shop from amazon. At least i am cheated from amazon and share my experience. Mobile imei no :[protected]

                    This is a worst company and a complete fraud.
                    Please find the attached attached copy of screenshots. Email copy showing amazon promised to deliver my order/laptop by 6th-oct-2017. But they didn't deliver it to me. However, when i called amazon customer service, they did not understand my problem or they were adamant about not understanding my problem. They were head stubborn & didn't even compensate for the "failed promise". The worst part is, even after giving repeated call's to amazon customer service here in india, they promised to give me "rupees 100/- amazon pay balance" as good will gesture - but even that, was a fraud promise and i received nothing.
                    Please close this company here in india. They are looting indians and they don't value customer's money or feelings.
                    This is a cheat company and a complete fraudster.
                    I request indian government to take legal action against this company and close it and set an example to the world.

                      Hi, i am very disappointed with amazon. And since few months, i am not at all satisfied with amazon. Firstly, the phone which i ordered is not available offline.
                      I ordered nokia 6 from amazon by seeing the features of it, but it really disappointed me a lot. It is not fulfilling my purpose for which i purchased this phone. Firstly the camera quality is poor which i needed the most. Secondly, the touch quality is not good. Thirdly, it takes more than 3 hours to fully charge and gets discharge in 12 hours only.in todays time, all the latest phones takes max 1 to 1.30 hour to get fully charge. I really want to return this phone. Earlier you had a policy to return the phone, but suddenly this time you refused to return the phone until and unless the phone is defective and damaged. Tell me one thing, neither the customer can check out the quality of phone in market as it is not available offline, nor amazon returns the phone then what will the customer do, if the customer didnt like the phone. You only tell me, why the customer will buy the phone from amazon. And i can assure you, you will number of customers coz of your new non returnable poolicy. I am really regreting to purchase this phone from amazon and i assure you that from next i am not gonna purchase such item from you if you are not able to return my nokia 6.
                      Please look to this matter.

                          I never cancelled my products but gati courier return product to Amazon. Gati courier gave me a sms out for delivery an d then they did not contacted to me. After one day later was showing me your products undeliverable.my docket number[protected].

                              Amazon does not provide proper email address to resolve the issues. Customer care executive are naive and immature in handling customer complaint.
                              Deceived offers on products like lighting deal discounts are fake and not been added to your wallets. And no post order address changes are allowed. Also if you cancel the order the card offer limit expires.

                                Amazon provided the reference ID for the refund transaction : IGACBEJJO8 processed on 21 September, 2017 for Rs.18, 990.00, but customer care of the bank wants utr number to trace it, how to get UTR Number? Amazon customer care representative dont know UTR, they say that we have to deal with bank! Please advise.

                                    When i returned purchased item they gave me a paper and if i order something else on cash on delivery and on receiving if i would give that paper they would minus that amount but now they didn't take it.
                                    When i tried to contact their customer care number just giving me rounds and cutting my calls. They didn't even connect me to their customer executive i tried multiple times but no response

                                      I order vr box worth rs 475.00 on 10-aug-2017, the peace was faulty (Order id "[protected]" so i replaced it, then on second time the remote controll is faulty (Order id[protected] so i returned it on 08-sept-2017. But till (06-oct-2017) i diden't get my money back, i tried customercare but they do nothing. My id is "[protected]".
                                      Please give my money back.
