Hi as i had irdered shoes its delevery date was yesterday and i waited for a day. No delevery agent approached me and now the status shows rejected by you and returned to seller. When i cal delevery agent he says its in office we wil get it to you by today. But now i receive a mail as returned to vendor. Very disappointed by the delevery agent. The product never came to me so how cud i regect that. Delevery guy has no clue about the product and says might be sm delevery boy took it it may reach you til evening.

    I have purchased nokia 3310 mobile from amazon which delivered to my place on 10th oct 2017.

    There are two issues with product
    1) mobile box was tampered-so i didn't open the product further and kept as it is.
    2) mrp not mentioned over the box (Current mrp is 3599 and i purchased from amazon at price 4399) — this is serious issue. Amazon should not allow seller to sell their products above mrp.

    On 10th oct 2017, i raised return request of product (Date-11th oct 2017 time slot 7:00 am -10:00 am). Courier pickup boy came to my home at around 11:45 am and insisted me to open the box as he wants to check phone. So i told him to open it on his own responsibility. He didn't agreed and asked me to call customer service. He was very arrogant and not ready to listen anything. Finally he let without any pickup.

    On 11th oct 2017, i raised another pick request (Date-12th oct 2017 time slot 7:00 am -10:00 am). Courier pickup boy didn't turned up till 4:30 pm. So when i again called customer care person, he told me that due to festival season we can not fulfill commitments on time. You have to wait. May be till saturday 14th oct 2017 and there us no use of calling and following up.
    Also not able to provide any eta for pickup.

    I really don't understand the policy and behavior of amazon.

    This is really frustrating experience with amazon this time.

    Appreciate if some one can look into this matter and get it resolved.

      I bought a decorative item from amazon[protected]) costing around 7000/- back in june and product delivered in august, after that we send that item usa with out open the pack as item is heavy. As soon as they received the product it's starts leaking, so i contacted amazon and they asked me to contact seller, so i did that. They took some time and denied my claim without reason. So i contacted customer service, they are talking very rude and then i wrote a review on that product, amazon reject my review as well. Not sure what to do.

        I have purchased redmi 4 (Black 32gb) mobile phone for an amount of rs.8, 998/-through amazon on 25/07/17. Copy of the invoice is enclosed herewith for your reference. Only two months are over. Now the phone is not working properly. Automatically the phone is getting on for the incoming call and also i am unable to hear the incoming call sound. I can able to speak for the incoming calls after put on speaker. It is not that the product which you supplied to me is defective. Hence i request you to replace the product urgently.

          I am neeraj vashishth. I have bought a laptop of dell company via amazon. The order dispatched to me on 6 oct, 2017. I am facing performance and os issue in the laptop. So i request to amazon to return and replace the item. They give me the pickup tracking id[protected]. They also give me the time to pickup the item on oct 12 between 10:00 am to 13:00 pm. But they didn't come to pickup the item.

Once i have received and seen it contain no watches but only stickers found in it Pl take necessary action against such company n forced them to refund my money back.

              Amazon courier guy has not called me for order. As i got information about service person, i tried to call him but i got no response from mobile. And i tweeted to amazon customer care and they told me i will get it by 8 pm. I had followed them through tweets till next day morning. But i have not received the product. I got a call from amazon delivery person next day after 12pm. For getting my product i was in touch with them for more than 12 hours. But they even dont felt responsible to deliver atleast on next day morning 9am.

He had call me over mobile but unfortunately i could not attend as i was in a important meeting at about 1.30pm i rang him seeing the missed call but he refused to come to my door although i am ready to pay the cod order.                   I had placed an ORDER #[protected] Philips BT1212/15 Beard Trimmer (Green) prepaid order was about to deliver on 10 Oct 2017 as per tracking page it was out for delivery on the same at end of the day on Tuesday, 10 Oct

                  this was the status, But no one has been contacted to me regarding delivery of my after that day on 11th Oct 2017 i had inquired for the same and customer care had assured me that my order will be delivered to me by 11 Oct 2017 till 8:00 pm but was not done So, once again i had contacted to customer care on 12 Oct 2017 but they also are not aware of delivery date and time they also saying that your product will deliver on 12 Oct 2017 after getting all this irrelevant revert i had asked for refund, without conveyancing me they had directly cancelled my order, but not initiated the refund of mine.

                  This was an worst, Rubbish & Unconscious service support from amazon which i had experienced. Hence hereafter i am not going to shop with amazon and also recommend to other colleague also to not to shop with this kind of fraudulent and irresponsible online shopping agents.

                  Please initiate my refund immediately as i no longer wants to continue with amazon.in

                      Hello,
                      This about the order #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th-oct but did not and the status showed was delivery boy could not contact. So next took follow up contacting amazon customer care for the same. Response was "it will be delivered in next 24-48 hrs." but again no status change. On 11th morning status was changed to "out for delivery", for whole day did not receive any call. Again contacted customer care, no progress/ update till 9:30 pm. So, called customer care at 9:30 pm for the escalation. Suddenly, @ 10 pm the status got changed to "package delivered". At that moment call customer care and registered the complaint.

                      I really have a question, how authentic amazon is?
                      Did not get any constructive feedback from customer care. Don't know how much they are informed.

                      It is absolute case of fraud.

                      Pl suggest how to proceed?

                        I have received a message saying the amazon package has been directly handed over to mr. Aayush after his signature.
                        While in reality i have had no package delivered to me.
                        I called up the courier guy and he says sir we come daily to your area we know you so we have done this, we will give you your package.

                        How professional can these people get! How can they sign for me and claim in financial records that the package has been delivered while it hasn't been?
                        I am still waiting for the package to be delivered. Hope its not a scam. Amazon should hire verified people to make the deliveries.

                          On the last amazon big sale on 21st september 2017, i purchased few items worth rs. 7122.00 however i had to return couple of items due to quality issue.

                          On 4th october 2017, i raised request for return/replacement/exchange of two bedsheets. After few days, i checked with amazon customer care executive that it is not possible to
                          Exchange the product and they will refund the amount.in that case, my total purchase amount will be decreased to less than 5k and i would not be eligible to get 10% cashback.

                          Please note that if replacement choice would have not shown while raising the request, i would have not placed the request to return. Since i got the option to replace, i went ahead and place the request.

                          Now with refund of those items, my total purchase bill amount will be reduced to below rs. 5k and cash back will not applied anymore.

                          I spent more than an hour with amazon customer care executive but seemed that he is helpless to provide solution.

                          Here i want either one solution:

                          1. Either replace the bedsheets or
                          3. Refund the amount of two bedsheets and pay the cashback in form of gift voucher on my final bill amount. P. S.in case of refund, the total purchase value will be reduced to less than 5k.

                            On 8th oct i have ordered the epson printer and contacted customer support to deliver the product next day. But executive said that if i become a prime member i can get product 24-48 hours. However i cancelled thr order and immediately became a prime member by paying 499 (Because this product was highly required). But today its 5th day but not yet recived. It has caused huge damage to my business. Meanwhile 4 times i have contacted customer support executive. They said they vl do needfull. But no action. So i am planning to complaint in consumer court.

                            If Prime membership term & conditions are framed as delivery would be done in 24-48 Hours from the purchase means you may proceed with legal by filing a case in Consumer court and explore the suitable solution with compensation. If the T&C of Prime membership framed like that, they have to complete your order without delay.

                            "We’re sorry your package is late. If it hasn’t arrived by Monday, 16 Oct, please come back for more options"

                              Amazon India had Collected RS.100 Extra for one day Product Delivery. But They did not delivered my product next day and sent me a message saying, We could not deliver your product as we could not contact you on the phone.

                                I have ordered a knee massager from amazon on aug 24. It got delivered on aug 28. I requested for return on aug 29. Before ordering the product itself i had enquired whether that product would be returnable or not and i was affirmed that it is returnable. That is why i made the order. But that product is not yet picked up and i am stuck with a useless massager and i am out of 25000. Until sept 18 i called amazon customer care numerous time to pick up the product but to no avail. I was told that my money would get refunded even if the pick up is not done. But it didn't happen. From sept 18 - oct 11 i was out of station. But after that i again called to pick up the product to which they replied that i will have to courier the product and i was given a couple of links of courier services but none of them worked. Some of them were non functional in my city and some sites were themselves not working.

                                I just want my 25000 back.

                                  My name is shivangi. I requested a return pick up on 28th sept of order #[protected] but after waiting 14 days no one came for pick up. My return request cancelled 2 times without my permission and i have to register for the 3rd time. The courier service (Blue dart) assigned for this pick up told me to drop off the product myself and there is no one available for pick up and blamed me for cancellation. I complained against them to amazon but no one paid attention to my complain and behaved like it's nothing and also told me to self return the product. I want to complain against the irresponsible courier service and uncooperative behaviour of customer care team. I am very disappointed with amazon service.

                                    Hi i have ordered a battery bank during their sale and amazon able to deliver it for prime customer, but when usb ports not functioning they are asking customers to return it back their own.
                                    As a customer i need to pack and paste all the necessary papers and send it to them.
                                    Why i need to work for them? It is a company who sell to customer and have their own policies.
                                    Until now it is not replaced and waiting for the resolution.

                                    How do i make a legal complaint about this issue, i am not going to leave this and going to expose it to public about this giant cheating customers in india.

                                    It is may be small money, but what will happen for everyone when they do like this kind of service.

                                      Hi,
                                      After had a discussion with the customer care, customer care is saying that, they are not providing coupon code as describe in the offer. Where i am unhappy with that. And i am following up with customer care since sep20th, (Last day of the coupon valid date) and no fruitful response.
                                      I had asked, customer care team to opt one of the following option.

                                      1. Provide to coupon code to avail the mentioned offer, while purchased the product. (As provided coupon code was not working).2. Take tv back and return my amount.
                                      They said, not going to opt any option and directly said i loosed to avail offer eventhough, coupon code is not working. Also indirectly said approach legally.

                                      I raised concern with mails since sep20th, however no fruitful options. And also due to followup of these many times i have lost most of mytime and it is a kind of frustrated me, as agreed offer is not provided to me.

                                        Samsung galaxy j7 prime was ordered by the account holder, got the deleivery update at time but the product didn't received to me, and another message update from amazon of successful deleivery came.. I called up the courier agent's phone no. Provided by the message update of amazon india but he was unable to pick the call then for further information i met with courier incharge but their reason of not getting my package was very foolish.. Really very bad courier service
