Hi, i am very disappointed with amazon. And since few months, i am not at all satisfied with amazon. Firstly, the phone which i ordered is not available offline.
I ordered nokia 6 from amazon by seeing the features of it, but it really disappointed me a lot. It is not fulfilling my purpose for which i purchased this phone. Firstly the camera quality is poor which i needed the most. Secondly, the touch quality is not good. Thirdly, it takes more than 3 hours to fully charge and gets discharge in 12 hours only.in todays time, all the latest phones takes max 1 to 1.30 hour to get fully charge. I really want to return this phone. Earlier you had a policy to return the phone, but suddenly this time you refused to return the phone until and unless the phone is defective and damaged. Tell me one thing, neither the customer can check out the quality of phone in market as it is not available offline, nor amazon returns the phone then what will the customer do, if the customer didnt like the phone. You only tell me, why the customer will buy the phone from amazon. And i can assure you, you will number of customers coz of your new non returnable poolicy. I am really regreting to purchase this phone from amazon and i assure you that from next i am not gonna purchase such item from you if you are not able to return my nokia 6.
Please look to this matter.
