Book a product on 4th oct 17 microsoft office home and studend 2016 making paymnt of rs.2999 via credit card. Was been inform by last 14th will get delivered to u means today. And 16th oct 2017 will be out of station. Inform to amazon but no help. Cancelling product but not allowing. After 15th oct 2017 no one will b there at home. So m in loss of rs2999 n not got product. Very pothetic service. Please help to get delivered product by tmrw 15th oct 2017 or in refunding my money.

    I have got wrong order instead of mine i requested for replacement they took the product for replacement but didn't message anything about that what about money? Please help for the replacement procedure the delivery man took the order for replacement but we didn't got the message about the replacement done it is some carelessness of delivery man because he has took our order for replacement but we didn't got money or replacement message

      Order no.[protected] blue leaf preset hi maxie

      The item was out for delivery at mandapet, east godavari on 11.10.2017. But it was not delivered as the courier was unable to locate the address.

      Just one week back i. E., on 03.10.2017, another item was delivered by them at the same address. After one week they are unable to locate the address.

      At their request, i have provided alternate address with contact phone numbers. Though they are promising time and again that it will be delivered within 24 hours, even after four days, it was not delivered. From 11.10.2017 onwards, it is showing the status as "out for delivered".

      Now they stopped stopped correspond with me.

        Maine ek hp ki pendrive apne kart me sirf add kiya tha aur unhone deliver kr di bina mere order placed kia hue par phir bhi maine paise unhe de diya jab use khola to usme kingston ki pen drive thi wo bhi kharab jb maine un logo ko phone kia to unhone kha ki unse galti ho gai aur jab maine paise mange to wo bhi nhi de rhe hai maine 750rs pay kia thi cash on delivery
        Aur ab unhone mera no bhi block kr dia hai sir plz help me

            I placed an order on amazon on 30th sept 2017 (Order#[protected] for a haier refrigerator and made the full payment through credit card. While placing the order delivery date was being shown as 4th oct 2017 but once i confirmed the order it got rescheduled yo 14th oct 2017. I iimediatly spoke with the amazon customer care and was assured earlier delivery. On 4th i was informed that order is being send for delivery but i requested it to be delivered on 8th oct 2017 (Sunday) as i was not available at home on working days. My request was accepted and i was assured that the item will be delivered on 8th oct 2017. On 8th oct 2017 kept calling amazon to know the time of delivery of this item but i was kept me in dark and was told that item will be delivered by the end of the day but that never happened. Since 8th oct 2017 i have been constantly writing to amazon but only thing i am getting is assurance. On 13th oct 2017 while checking the status of my order item i came to know that amazon on its own has returned back the item without even bothering to inform me. On being confronted with this i was told by customer care that their logistics partners has on its own done it and they will process my refund when the item reaches back to amazon facility. I requested for immediate refund of my money with interest which has not been done till now and i am being told to wait more. I was also advised by customer care to again place order for this item and make payment for that to ensure delivery of the item. On my request for refund with interest no commitment is being given and till now the process has not been initiated. I have send mails to amazon customer care and their country head but i have nothing has happened accept assurances

              Dear sir,
              My name is harwinder singh email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
              After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                I didn't receive the shipment.

                The courier guy have come to me and deny to deliver the shipment and says that he is taking the shipment because he can not accept the coins against the shipment and he likes my shipment and want to take it.
                If i have to receive it i need to pay the full amount in notes or he will use it and shows it as delivered to me.

                This kind of behavior we cant not expect from a brand like amazon and this will impact the goodwill of this brand resulting loosing of its valuable customers not only me but so many friends and family members in my circle.

                  I received my order items on 14 sep 2017, i placed shiroya brother woman cotton printed but items is not cotton, i call customer care and request to return and refund. On 16 sep same delivery boy was came for pickup and give me a refund slip no [protected]. I contacted customer care 4 times till date my refund not done. So i requested to concern authority please refund my amount rs 958/- early as possible.

                    I am amazon prime member. Since last 2/3 times they show that the product is delivered; but in actual the product hadn't been delivered. They cannot deliver the product in the time period provided and last day delivery boy scans it and shows delivered, without even contacting me. And now i contact amazon customer support and the obvious answer is "sir, please we need 3 days, and it will be delivered.
                    I ordered this screen guard and it was supposed to be delivered by 7th of oct 2017 but they didn't deliver it yet and it is showing delivered. And i have heard nothing from amazon since then. I already contacted amazon customer support and they gave the same answer as i mentioned above.

                      Refund initiated by amazon through neft for mentioned order on 29 sep 17.

                      Refund reference number: [protected]
                      Refund amount: rs. 499.00

                      But till date refund not credited to concern account.
                      On asking amazon they have done their job now it's bank who should act now. But bank ask utr number which i don't have it.
                      Amazon asking to file complaint with bank named "charge dispute". But bank says that it will take action when utr number is provided.
                      Now as a costumer where should i go.in my opinion it's the problem of amazon who is not taking care.

                      Pls refer amazon transaction refrence number [protected] dated 29/9/17 . They says that amount is transfered through NEFT to my account(499/-) but till date it is not credited, now amazon says that their job is over and bank says they cannot do anything and contact amazon only for solution.

                        I have ordered an i phone 6 on 21 sept 2017 from amazon and got the same on 22 sept 2017. But the screen of the mobile is not tightly joint. I had requested for replacement within 10 days of purchase. But got no response from amazon. And there is no panel or no. Where i can talk to their executive. I am attaching a screenshot of the response i got after replacement request. But no boy had come to take my phone back. This is a pathetic experience with amazon. I want a replacement of my phone otherwise i will file a case in cosumer court.

                          I have sold my product (Redmi 4 mobile) on amazon.in and buyer rejected it. Amazon has to return my product back to me. But in mean time my status of product got changed to "returned to seller", which is me, but i didnt receive my product. With regards to tracking id —[protected] even it shows that, it is not yet delievered to me. So please help me get back my device worth rs.10, 000.

                              I ordered a vr headset combo with bluetooth controller and wireless headphones. Order is placed successful but at the time of delivery they cancelled my order and says seller unable to ship the product.
                              All these things they should mention early at the time of delivery (Actually they always mention this thing)

                              They returned my money back but i don't want money i want that product.

                              What should i do now?

                                        I returned the item and refund was initiated on oct 3, 2017 for rs.2, 076.00 and i was told to wait for 12 hours to get the amount credit in your amazon pay. However, i haven't receive my my money yet

                                        My chats are getting disconnecting by saying we won't be able to help you further.
                                        I am getting wrong timeline in calls and i talked to supervisor aamir over the call and he was supposed to call me back but i neither received my money back nor a call back from a manager.

                                        It's almost 11 days now and amount i never received the money back to my amazon pay yet.

                                        I am not going to wait any more.

                                        I will file a case against consumer forum by tomorrow morning itself and mentioning all the stuff which went wrong.

                                        I ordered this item on 28th and after half an hour i realized that i could order better shoes so i requested to cancel this item. However, you guys were unable to do so as it went to shipping process and you guys told that you were taking follow up for that and once the order will ship out you guys will cancel the order and refund me.

                                        Unfortunately, when i was not in my home item got delivered to me.

                                        I was told to return the package and get the refund

                                        Now i am asking my money
                                        You guys are saying round and round.

                                        This is something not acceptable and every point of contact i get a new time to wait why?

                                        I just need my money that's it.
