I bought four items from amazon, all the items said 2-4 days delivery for prime members. After i bought it, the delivery time changes to 8 days. This is not why i bought the prime membership. When i contacted customer care, they said its one instance, whereas it happened for all the orders. There is no use of buying prime membership as well. Amazon, does not fulfil the delivery in the mentioned time and prime membership is just vague feature. Amazon is not abiding to the features and other things they mention on their website. If they say 2-4 days delivery to prime members, how can the edd changes to 8 days after buying for all the order?

Below is the un-helpful chat in which cr ended the chat abruptly in situation of not able to answer the questions:

I am a prime customer. I bought 4 items yesterday, i. E 14th october. All the items were prime fulfilled and the description page said that it will be delivered in 2-4 business days. Whereas as prime it should deliver in 2. Days. Whereas, now when i am tracking, it shows that it will take 7 days to reach. If it has to take 7 days, what is the point of being prime member and why prime products are been delivered in 7 days. This prime thing seems bogus.

If it is still showing more than the communicated date after buying, it is unethical and cheating..

Why should i pay 500 rupees if you can give some foolish reasons and i get the products more delay then assured for standard delivey

Customer has paid you money for this benefit and you should give those benefits without giving silly reasons

My problem is with the delivery date itself.. How can you keep on saying that it will be deliverd on delivery date?

If you still wish to cancel the membership i can do that for you right away.

So i vested my time to first buy the membership and then waste time in getting canceled?
This is your service and agreement with the customer who paid you for the serive?
After buying.. On all four separate orders it changed.. Its total back to back four instances... Do you understand?
Dont say one instance.. Its 4 instances continuously after taking the membership.. It gives me impression that you are fooling customer.

So is it not the fact that the prime membership is just a vague feature... Customer will still get the products late.
One instance i can understand, but it happened for all 4 instances. Not even one went through the way you promise for prime members
You kept telling me one instance.. But it for all the orders after i bought the membership.. I could have got the products at same time even if i had not bought the membership.. Then why pay for membership?
Answer these questions honestly and correctly as it would help other people who would or are thinking to buy prime membership. May be i can help others is not getting fooled

When in description page of the product its writtem 2-4 business day delivery to my pin code, it should atleast reach to me by wednesday.. If after ordering you revise the edd, then why did you mention 2-4 days delivery on product page?
Delivery duration is mentioned in bold letters on product page, it means it is significant to the customer. Then why do not you fulfill the delivery as mentioned on the page. Why do you change the delivery date? If it happens with one product, we can understand, it happened with all four product

Well 2 to 4 business days doesn't apply for all the products as it depends on the seller. Hence, there is no mention of all the product guaranteed delivery for 2 to 4 days.

Its clearly mentioned: prime free shipping for prime members free delivery in 2-4 business days. Details
Window is 2 to 4 business days.. Which means minimum 2 days and maximum 4 days. When you have mentioned maximum 4 days, why is it taking even 1 more day extra?

    From the amazon company, one of your delivery boy name - akash has not behave well and also not doing his duty well. Instead of delivering at the door step he call us at our land mark but still then i went and i waited him 10-15 minutes out their but couldn't find him so after i reached home i called him up and he said he is in the car not on two wheeler of delivery vehicle. So i told him to bring in my address but he refused to come and told the customer that he is going back if we are not coming to the landmark.
    I just want to know from when did that company provided car for delivering things.

It is pathetic to intimate you that though the return pick-up for the said order was scheduled on 27.09.17, but the item has not yet been picked up by your courier partner till this day the 15th October 2017 and you have also shown no any concern for disposal of the return request.         We have ordered a gala mop set on 29th september with prepaid option order no[protected] amount 1199. On 3rd oct it was delivered to my parents. When it was unpacked it was seen that the steel handle of the mop was missing. On 5th i returned home and called on amazon customer care, they told me that on 6th their courier boy would collect it but after that till 15th i called them two times but no result come.

          I had ordered one plus five on 8th, oct. It was expected to be delivered on 11th oct. But still today i haven't received product. I have been following up this from the last four days and every time i get to here the same repeated lines. I even got calls from the delivery team and they would ask me where my address is and then after that no action taken. Please giving false hopes to the customer.
          Your representative always says that we have escalated the issue but i don't find any outcome of any escalation.

            I had placed 2orders on amazon.in website. One of the order was a mobile cover which was delivered. However the other order was for a samsung mobilephone which was not delivered.in spite of calling mumbai customercare number +[protected] multiple time, i could not speak, since the phone was disconnected with a response that amazon customercare care will call me back. More over i was surprised to see on the website amazon.in website that my order has been delivered. Amazon also shared a courier tracking. Number as below

            I never had such an experience in last 4 years. Not sure what is the issue

              I bought mobile phone worth rs 12999 from amazon.in... The order was prepaid... Even though the product was not delivered to me by amazon agent.. They hav updated at their site that product has been delivered... N signed my me... Neither they are refunding my money or they are responding to my complaint... I feel like strict action of fraud should be filed against amazon.. They are cheaters

                Sir my amazon account is blocked from last four months. I have called to amazon customer service more than 10 times but they are not resolving this issue. They we will resolve it in 24 hours but still it is not resolved. So please help the email related to amazon account is [protected]@gmail.com. The amazon customer is very worst they are not unblocking my account. Whenever i call the customer service they take all information related to amazon account but they say that your account will be unlocked within 24 hours but they doesn't respond. So please help me out sir. Even i have money in my amazon account as pay balance. Please unblock my amazon account.

                  Product not delivered, waiting at home from 12 oct until today for 72 hours and no calls from courier and amazon agents are giving false promises every day however product not delivered. Please take action on delivery agents and courier agency for not responding and amazon india who has not control over their courier agencies. I am literally getting emotionally harassed everyday.

                    Book a product on 4th oct 17 microsoft office home and studend 2016 making paymnt of rs.2999 via credit card. Was been inform by last 14th will get delivered to u means today. And 16th oct 2017 will be out of station. Inform to amazon but no help. Cancelling product but not allowing. After 15th oct 2017 no one will b there at home. So m in loss of rs2999 n not got product.                       I have got wrong order instead of mine i requested for replacement they took the product for replacement but didn't message anything about that what about money? Please help for the replacement procedure the delivery man took the order for replacement but we didn't got the message about the replacement done it is some carelessness of delivery man because he has took our order for replacement but we didn't got money or replacement message

                        The item was out for delivery at mandapet, east godavari on 11.10.2017. But it was not delivered as the courier was unable to locate the address.

                        Just one week back i. E., on 03.10.2017, another item was delivered by them at the same address. After one week they are unable to locate the address.

                        At their request, i have provided alternate address with contact phone numbers. Though they are promising time and again that it will be delivered within 24 hours, even after four days, it was not delivered. From 11.10.2017 onwards, it is showing the status as "out for delivered".

                        Now they stopped stopped correspond with me.

                              I placed an order on amazon on 30th sept 2017 (Order#[protected] for a haier refrigerator and made the full payment through credit card. While placing the order delivery date was being shown as 4th oct 2017 but once i confirmed the order it got rescheduled yo 14th oct 2017. I iimediatly spoke with the amazon customer care and was assured earlier delivery. On 4th i was informed that order is being send for delivery but i requested it to be delivered on 8th oct 2017 (Sunday) as i was not available at home on working days. My request was accepted and i was assured that the item will be delivered on 8th oct 2017. On 8th oct 2017 kept calling amazon to know the time of delivery of this item but i was kept me in dark and was told that item will be delivered by the end of the day but that never happened. Since 8th oct 2017 i have been constantly writing to amazon but only thing i am getting is assurance. On 13th oct 2017 while checking the status of my order item i came to know that amazon on its own has returned back the item without even bothering to inform me. On being confronted with this i was told by customer care that their logistics partners has on its own done it and they will process my refund when the item reaches back to amazon facility. I requested for immediate refund of my money with interest which has not been done till now and i am being told to wait more. I was also advised by customer care to again place order for this item and make payment for that to ensure delivery of the item. On my request for refund with interest no commitment is being given and till now the process has not been initiated. I have send mails to amazon customer care and their country head but i have nothing has happened accept assurances

                                Dear sir,
                                My name is harwinder singh email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                                After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                                  I didn't receive the shipment.

                                  The courier guy have come to me and deny to deliver the shipment and says that he is taking the shipment because he can not accept the coins against the shipment and he likes my shipment and want to take it.
                                  If i have to receive it i need to pay the full amount in notes or he will use it and shows it as delivered to me.

                                  This kind of behavior we cant not expect from a brand like amazon and this will impact the goodwill of this brand resulting loosing of its valuable customers not only me but so many friends and family members in my circle.

                                    I received my order items on 14 sep 2017, i placed shiroya brother woman cotton printed but items is not cotton, i call customer care and request to return and refund. On 16 sep same delivery boy was came for pickup and give me a refund slip no [protected]. I contacted customer care 4 times till date my refund not done. So i requested to concern authority please refund my amount rs 958/- early as possible.

                                      I am amazon prime member. Since last 2/3 times they show that the product is delivered; but in actual the product hadn't been delivered. They cannot deliver the product in the time period provided and last day delivery boy scans it and shows delivered, without even contacting me. And now i contact amazon customer support and the obvious answer is "sir, please we need 3 days, and it will be delivered.
                                      I ordered this screen guard and it was supposed to be delivered by 7th of oct 2017 but they didn't deliver it yet and it is showing delivered. And i have heard nothing from amazon since then. I already contacted amazon customer support and they gave the same answer as i mentioned above.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Refund initiated by amazon through neft for mentioned order on 29 sep 17.

                                        Refund reference number: [protected]
                                        Refund amount: rs. 499.00

                                        But till date refund not credited to concern account.
                                        On asking amazon they have done their job now it's bank who should act now. But bank ask utr number which i don't have it.
                                        Amazon asking to file complaint with bank named "charge dispute". But bank says that it will take action when utr number is provided.
                                        Now as a costumer where should i go.in my opinion it's the problem of amazon who is not taking care.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Pls refer amazon transaction refrence number [protected] dated 29/9/17 . They says that amount is transfered through NEFT to my account(499/-) but till date it is not credited, now amazon says that their job is over and bank says they cannot do anything and contact amazon only for solution.
