The online ordered products were not delivered in correctly, the respected person who in charge to the deliver the product were not even visiting the address given. They themselves returning the product back to amazon without even visiting the address or not even asking thethe person who ordered. We need to keep on calling them for our order. I had ordered a Diwali gift hamper (Malpani Designer Peacock Thali with cadbury celebration chocolate N Silver coin) 15 quantity on 15th Oct.for my office colleagues. It had a guaranteed delivery date of 17th Oct, which was also our last working day before my team headed for a 4 days leave. All was well till 17th morning when i received a text message stating that my order will be today with a number to call of the delivery agent. Since this was an important order and had to be given to the team the same day. I tried calling the delivery agent number since morning, unfortunately he didn't answer the call, i assumed it was too early in the day and hence made further attempts at 11:30 & 14:00 hrs, both the occasions the number was not answered. Assuming something was not going as expected, I kept calling the number back to back, till the person answered the call to state that it was a wrong number. I immediately called Amazon customer care number at 14:15 hrs but the lady who answered the call didn't help, she had no track of where was the packet or had any intentions to help, she only asked me to wait till order gets delivered.
Since I didn’t get any packet till 17:45hrs, I called back the customer care number once again and got in touch with a gentlemen who tried to help, but he couldn’t do much since I assume it was too late, just when I was talking to him, I got a text message from Amazon stating my order could not be delivered since I was not contactable and a reattempt will be made next working day. I informed this to the representative who told me that it is not possible since the status in the system still shows that it is under delivery. He assured me, I will get the packet by 18:00hrs failing which I can call back. Since I didn’t get my order delivered till 18:25 hrs, I called back, all 4 attempts I was not able to reach the number.
I had extremely bad experience and cannot describe how important it was to get the delivery on the same day and give out the gifts to my team, I wanted them to use the silver coin during their Laxmi puja. I had set expectations with my team that there was something in store for them but couldn’t keep up to my promise due to the extremely bad logistic planning and execution of Amazon. I had recently become a prime member and if you see my shopping history, I was getting warm towards the brand and had ordered 23 different products since Sep’17.
Trust in the brand is built over a period of time and it is easy to lose creditability with one bad experience, but my concern is with the way Amazon team managed the situation since they knew the experience was getting sour. After multiple calls to Amazon no one bothers to call back and check or escalate and help. People in the call centre don’t have the correct tracking of the order, no one has a clue of the delivery status or phone number of the agent, no one offers to conference with the agent/delivery boy and help. Amazon is a logistic company and such glaring opportunity in the logistics makes me wonder if the brand is worth the trust for extremely sensitive and important products.
Failure of this extremely sensitive order has taught me a lesson and I will not trust Amazon for ordering important, expensive and sensitive products ever.

    I had ordered placed an order for mixer grinder on Amazon on 16th October 2017 (Order #[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 17th October 2017 by 8 pm. On 17th October 2017 I got a message on my mobile at 3:03 pm that the product will be delivered by Amazon agent ([protected]), the agent never called and I did not get the product till 9:30 p.m so rescheduled the delivery to next day at 11:00 am because I had a bitter experience for a previous order just couple of days ago which I will quote below at the end of this complaint. The customer service associate (CSA) Rakesh said that definitely I will get the product by 11:00 am as they failed to deliver it on time on 17th October 2017 and offered me 1 month Amazon Prime extension and I asked what if again they do not deliver on time again, he said that I can ask Amazon for compensation if they fail to deliver the package on time. The next day on 18th October I got message on my mobile at 9:51 am that my product will be delivered by Amazon agent ([protected]) but the product was not delivered by 11:00 am instead it was delivered at 7:40 pm. I then contacted Amazon CSA Abhinav in the afternoon around 12:30 pm and and said that I did not receive my delivery at 11:00 am and I said that since the previous agent promised some sort of compensation if the order is late again what is he going to offer since the order is again late he first said that he will contact his senior for offering me something but instead of offering anything Abhinav was giving excuses that he bound by rules and policies and he cant give anything. When I told him about Rakesh promising me compensation he said that Rakesh will be sending me an email regarding the same but I have not received any email till now. When I asked what will you give me as the same problem has occurred again he then said he cant do anything and abruptly ended the chat session which shows very rude behavior exhibited by him. At 1:44 pm when I contacted the delivery agent myself and said that my order was not delivered though he was given instruction by Amazon that it was a priority delivery which was to be delivered at 11:00 am the agent said he did not get any such information that he had to deliver the product by 11:00 am and he will deliver whenever he comes to my location. So I want to ask Amazon who is bluffing the CSA that I will get the product on time as the courier agency has been informed about my request to deliver the product at 11:00 am or the delivery agent who told me that he did not receive any such request from his office.
    Now coming to my previous bitter experience I had ordered Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Order#[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 9th of October by 8:00 p.m and when I spoke with 2 different CSA as the order was late they said the package is on road and will reach you and they made me stay awake till 12:00 am midnight but still the package was not delivered by the Amazon agent ([protected]) he called me at around 11:30 pm in the night and asked my address location but did not turn up to deliver the product and later put in a message to Amazon website as delivery attempted though actually he did not turn up just to probably show that he did his job when in fact he did not. Also in the evening he had switched off his mobile so there was no way of contacting him, in fact the CSA was also unable to contact him. It was a punishing experience staying awake and spoiling my sleep and health for nothing. When I contacted the CSA and conveyed the same they promised that next time the delivery will be on time and I will never face such issue again but all the CSA do is make empty promises which they cannot keep.
    I am really disappointed by the bad service provided by both the CSA's and the delivery agents at Amazon. I hope the higher authorities at Amazon take notice and take appropriate action. I am hoping someone from Amazon contacts me for the pain and suffering I have to go through for putting my faith on Amazon thinking it is the best e-retailer but im disappointed. The contact details can be extracted from the order numbers quoted above as I do not want to post my personal information here. Let me see if Amazon really cares for its customers happiness and resolves this issue at the earliest.           On tuesday 17th october, 2017, i received the delivery date which was 20th october friday.. So i called to amazon ti change the date to 19th october as the address the gift will be delivered is an office address and it will be closed on friday due to diwali and the executive told me that the gift will be delivered by 19th.
          Then today 19th october i called amazon again and told me that it will be delivered today only but today the thing is not delivered and it was o[censored]tmost urgent to me..
          I will try not to use amazon again and will ask others not to use amazon.

            I have ordered a product (Order#:[protected] with next day delivery but didnt received even after 4 days but status is marked as customer not reachable whereas i use to keep on calling the customer care executives but they repeatedly says that i will receive it before end of day but no use. On 19th today, i use to call 3 times in which first 2 calls they assured for before eod delivery only 3rd person informed that product is not out for delivery. Customer care executives provide false assurances and delivery team updates false statuses. I totally dissatisfied and lost hope with amazon and it's team

              Hi, i am one of the frustrated customer who has been trying continuous for more than 2 months to return the products that bought from amazon.
              - order#[protected] placed on 12/08/2017. I have received the product but still it was not updated in amazon portal. So i am not getting option to place the return request. It still shows the product is out of delivery.
              - order #[protected] placed on 01/09/2017. I had placed a return request within the 7 days but the courier guy has not picked. I was suggested by the customer support executive to cancel the return request and place it again. By that time it crossed 7 days and it gives no option to place the return request.
              I have called the customer care more than 15 times and sent the details over mail multiple times.
              I am going to complaint on amazon if these issues wont get resolved asap.

                I purchased the two mobile phones coolpad note 5 (Space gray), & coolpad note 5 (Royal gold) from amazon india but when its delivered to me i get the both phones defective and non functioning handsets so that's why i replaced the both phones once, after that amazon gave me again exactly same defective phone again so because of that i already felt very irritate
                And further that i contacted the amazon customer care for my refund they respond very slowly and i contacted many more times to initiate the return process and too much harass me and the amazon makes mistake itself when they initiate the return for pick up before my refund they update the old phones imei no. On second time replaced phones and again ask us and creating issue to imei no. Did not match actually its their self mistake to update first time delivered phones imei no. On second times replaced phones, their customer care executive also honestly accept it and disappointing us again so i faced very worst experience on purchase online on amazon i never suggest anybody to purchase any single thing on amazon
                So i kindly request here to take a strong and strict action against amazon

                      Purchased 49"panasonic tv on 24/09/2017 as written on the product features and description free standard wall mount was missing from the delivered product after many complaints they are not providing the wall mount and also suggested to buy the wall mount under 1000/- and they will refund the amount after receipt provision. As the 49" tv is heavy and under 1000/- it is not available anywhere. So i want the original panasonic wall mount which was promised or else i want a refund and i have exchanged my old 32" lg tv which i want back too.

                          On 16th october 2017 my hdfc credit card has been auto-debited for rs 713.97 towards renewal of my prime membership which is in contravention to my prime membership agreement with amazon india. First of all my membership is valid till 16.12.17 hence not yet due for renewal and secondly as per agreement you need to take my consent for renewal of membership. Therefore, this auto-debit is unauthorized. I request you to please arrange refund of the said amount to my credit card asap.

                          Please revert with advise at the earliest.

                            Hi,

                            Its disgusting to see such a horrible response from amazon. I had ordered for an mobile hard case on 10th october and was expected to deliver on 16th-17th october. Apparently i got a sms saying it will be delivered today (16th) with some mobile number of the delivery agent mentioned. I tried reaching that number almost 50 times it was not reachable. Next day i get to another sms stating it is out for delivery and with a new mobile number. I tried calling that number and spoke to a guy who said it will reach you around 4 pm in the evening.

                            Nothing happened till 7 pm, when i called the customer care, one of the exe's told sir am sorry for that but now i have asked the courier team to deliver it today at any cost (17th oct). I was waiting till 9 pm, neither i got a call from the courier agent nor from amazon.

                            The best is here.

                            In spite of telling the amazon customer care exe' that 18th oct is a holiday and i will not be in office. I got a sms saying "we couldn't reach you over phone hence the delivery is scheduled to next working day". I did not get any phone call at all... (How stupid can amazon or their courier guys can be).

                            Today (19th) oct, i get another sms saying "we couldn't reach you over phone hence the delivery is scheduled to next working day". Again, i did not get any phone call at all... (Are you really serious in your business and are you thinking you can take customers' for a ride as you wish).

                            Now can you tell me, who called me and from which number and at what time.

                            And fr* calls are not getting to customer care at all... All # auto dialer asking to enter our mobile number for safety reason and we will call you back... What non-sense safety reasons are you taking about... And call back is again a auto dialer...

                            Bull # service from amazon off late. It is just because you are making good money and your service has gone to dogs...

                              Courier was attempt to deliver this product on 14-10-17, at that day i was
                              Not available and informed to customer care that, reschedule the delivery
                              Date to 17-10-17.
                              But, i haven't received product because, the product was returned by courier
                              On 16-10-17 evening. I got the message at that time and again made call to
                              Amazon customer care he said
                              "product not returned we will deliver the product to you on rescheduled
                              Date[protected]"

                              I was called to amazon cs this day[protected] and they said "product was
                              Returned yesterday only and not able to deliver and will initiate refund
                              And given yesterday information was wrong and fake"
                              Please check my all conversations from 14-10-17 on wards
                              Please let me know proper feedback for below queries

                              1) i have placed the prepaid order for the product only. Why returned even
                              I informed earlier.
                              2) why courier returned product with out my confirmation even if prepaid
                              Order
                              3) why cs given wrong information on 16-10-17 even the product retuned
                              4) i have paid amount for the product not for refunding the amount after 10
                              Days.
                              5) when i was placed the order, the product on offer. Now product is not
                              Available.
                              6) why i was paid amount at time of order placed, why i was wait till now?
                              Only one answer that is the product. Where is my product?

                              I want product or refund of full mrp amount of the product when was placed
                              The order.

                              I trust amazon only not seller.
                              Finally product not deliveres and amount also blocked with amazon. Even same produxt not available.

                              Please check my all conversations with amazon cs from 14-10-17 onwards.

                              I hope i will get positive resolution from you.

                                Hi, order id[protected]. Hi, 1. Being a prime customer my cell phone was suppose to deliver on 17th whereas i had ordered on 16th. 2. Today is 19th and they have not yet delivered. 3. Apart from that giving false blame saying we were not reachable. 4. We have followed up with them more than 20 times but they were least bother to contact 5. Given false courier gut numbers in which one was on leave and another one was on pick up. 6. Executives have given again false commitments will be delivered in sometime and call back will be received. 7. Supervisor is saying be at home courier guy will come. Whereas i hv been waiting at home to handover my current phone. Taken 2 offs from office. Now expecting me not to celebrate diwali and be at home. 8. Customer service is not helpful. 9. I was ready to pick up phone from hub but they do not have their vendor's numbers. 10. Showing emotional advertisement on tv but it is mental harassment for me now. It's huge amount for people like us but for amazon it's peanut and they play with people's emotions

                                  After repeated calls and emails there has been no resolution to the delivery of product i'd ordered from amazon india. Order no:[protected]. While there are specific reasons i'm escalating this issue, kindly note i would not escalate every delayed order. Unfortunately amazon india isn't realising the importance of this delivery reaching on time. A few days ago i received a text message informing me that the item was in the nearby vicinity. The maximum delivery date committed by amazon is well over. Lately the service quality of amazon has deteriorated drastically.
